Sir/Madam, My Vehicle Registration No. is MP04 VM4434. I have got HSRP in month of Sept/Oct 13, however till date my Registration Card has not been received to my address. I called customer care in this regard they asked me to get it from RTO office but RTO office did not give any information about dispatch number or date so that it can be traced. Hi, I purchased a second hand car (Tata Indica- DL 2CQ 2876) from Mohan Singh in Gurgaon. For ownership transfer I called Kumar RTO consultant (Get details from Justdial.com) at +91-[protected] on 1st Feb 2014 and A older type person named Kumar came to my room and collected original RC, insurance copy, Pollution copy, My passport copy, photo etc with Rs 2800 as cash. He told me that it will take around one month for ownership transfer. But It has been 2.5 months and I have no details till now. His mobile number is switched of from last month. I have to came Bangalore as I switched my company from Gurgaon to Bangalore. Now I am worried about fraud case. Please help me here. Applied for conversion of license booklet (2 + 4 wheeler) to card, and have not received the same after 2 years !!! Hello Sir, I had applied for a conversion from paper to smart card license on 20 Nov, 2013 which i have not yet received as of 12 Mar, 2014. My receipt number is 1227611. I had registered my Two Wheeler active Honda under Kalyan west RTO office, Registration No MH05/BW-9310.on 23/10/2013 and also applied for Card on 25/10/2013 M/s: Rosmerta Technology .
Receipt No:050-[protected].also visited RTO office many times for enquiry . But there is progress still today .
So kindly help /Guide me to get my RC book /Card as earlist as it is pending since 3 moths ...

I purchase a hero bike and i visit a rto gandhidham anjar kutch for number plat but this person kiranbhai is very bad word use and also talk to me pay fifty rupees without recipt other wise your number plat is not creyet so i complain a rto inspector in anjar rto mr. Baldhaniya sir but no response and he said that pl. Go this person kiranbhai but kiranbhai is talk to me pay 100 rupees and also pay 100 rupees so pl. Check and grow up gujarat without crrapation

Dear Sir, I have applied for the change in name on driving license at Thane (West) RTO on 23/10/2013 and agent has told me that you will receive the same at your postal address through courier within 20 working days. But still I have not received the same. And also give us a facility of tracking for the license and other jobs related with RTO.

Today November 21st 2013 there was 4 wheeler Driving license test for Ms.Priya Reshma. There were 2 other ladies took test along with Priya. Test inchanrge Mr. I A Khan from RTO told both of them did not drive properly and made mistakes. Priya was the last to take the test.. as she driven properly and did not do any mistakes. Surprisingly end result was opposite .. whoever did mistake and dont know how to drive cleared the test...

I have passed the final Test drive of two wheeler on dated 07/08/2013 in Warsia RTO campus. After given the finger prints reception person told me you can receive smart card within 15 days. But after 30 days passed again I have visited the RTO office and RTO person told me due to non availability of smart card your DL not dispatched. Today 85 days passed and we could not receive our smart card DL.

Myself Alpesh Rajgor, with vehicle no. MH-04-FR-2636, wish to launch a complaint against Thane Traffic Police person Mr. R S Patil whose mobile no. is [protected]. My car was towed from Kopri Colony, Thane East today i.e. 19/10/2013 and after paying the penalty, I realised that there was a gas leakage of the car AC and the clip which towing person used, that has damaged the condensor. As verbally enquired with hyundai service station and also a local mechanic, they informed me that it will cost around 6000/- to 7000/- to repair/replace it. *After I conveyed this to traffic police person Mr. R S Patil, (Also i made him listen to the sound of the gas leak), he said that they are not responsible for this damage and told me to take any steps against him and said he is least bothered regarding this and even then told me, " Main raat ko 2 baje bhi dushmani nibhane ko taiyaar hai" and also told me k "Jahan complain karna hai karo mera, jo karna hai karo, mujhe farak nahi padta".* The cost is huge. Damage has happened due to towing only, please guide me in this regards, I want compensation for the damages and also want some action to be taken against Mr. R S Patil whose mobile no is [protected].

I have a bought a TVS Scotty from a Army man in Chandigarh ( The registration of vehicle of Amritsar) with a payment of Rs 25000 ( signed copy with both the party with revenue stamp) There was no NOC for army man or Police owned vehicle I transfer my all household with car to west bengal Now I want to run it in west bengal and want to pay lifetime tax Any one Help me about this matter I am holding the original RAC Cert, Insurance, Chesis no and engine no documents from dealer

Hyundai Service Center at Boriivali east, opp tata steel. They daily park their vehicles outside their service centre. They occupy 3 lanes of parking and more then 30 vehicles are parked. One side of the lane is completely occupied. Society has already submitted letters in writing to the police station and local RTO office. We have even requested the manager of hundyai showroom. On our request we were informed that they have official permission from RTO. We have school buses which come daily and find it difficult. Even walking in the lane is becoming difficult. Request your urgent attention and action.

Sir, The signal opposite TulipStar Hotel at the end of Juhu-Tara Road is a major source of corruption and is use less for the pedestrians. The traffic taking a left and entering Juhu-Tara Road from the Mithibai college side, have to stop for exactly 10 seconds only for the pedestrain crossing, there after the left signal starts again. At the turning opposite Tulip Star a van along with a minimum of 3 constables are always lying in wait for catching those who jump that signal. The issue is, in 10 seconds, no kid leave alone an adult or an aged can ever cross that distance of the road. Hence the RTO gets to collect fines and the some cops on duty collect their cut. This we have been observing daily. So be rational and pragmatic. Remove that van and cops from the corner. Instead let them be parked opposite Amithab Bacchans house JALSA and ensure that the traffic observe the pedstrain crossing Simplify the pedestrain signal by putting it along with the traffic signal of the south bound traffic from the Citi Bank corner towards opposit side of the Tulip star entering the juhu-tara road and going towards the beach.This will give more time for the pedestrain to cross the road. We have discussed this issue with the constables on duty there and even they agree that in 10 seconds no one can cross the road then why the intrruption in the left turn ? only to make money for the RTO and the duty constables from the offenders. Chasing my RC book for vehicle registration no gj06fr6491 for more than 4 months. Original RC booked we had received but then we applied for new RC book and surrender previous RC book.
