Dear Sir, I orderd for a medician from Saptrishi sansthan online. Article thru Speed Post(According to dealer) was sent from Indore on dated 31/03/2011. According to post office site this was moved from Karnal to Panipat on 06/04/2011. But this was not delevered to the addresse at Baholi Panipat 16/04/2011up to 19:00 Hrs.
I also tried to sent emails to spc.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in and spc.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in as given on Post Office website. mails couldnot delever as messege "bouncefailure"

We booked a speed post parcel from Selaiyur Post Office(600073) to Hyderabad (500076) on 29th of March. It has not reached till now. While tracking online we found that the parcel had reached Hyderabad but not delivered till now. We have sent mails to Speed Post Manager, Chief Postmaster General office in Hyderabad. We called and spoke to speed post managers also but till now we even dont know the status of the parcel. We booked a complaint also online and the Complaint Number is[protected] and the Speed Post Booking Number Is : ET[protected]IN.

This complaint is regrading various 'so called' agents outside Indiranagar RTO, BDA Complex , Bangalore.

They cheat people left right & any person new to the area/office, they catch it at the entrance only & charge them huge money even for small smaal work.

Its not only loss to the customer but the givenment also loose a large revenue because of this. Surprisingly, police in the area seems to ignore all these.

One such agent is PRASAD (Mobile No. [protected]).
This guy is a big CHEATER & a druken person.

He catches the person, charge him huge money & then disappear.

My sincere request to all the people , PLEASE don;t ever go to this guy as he will definetly make fool of you.

Be Aware, thats my request.

Request to the Pulic Officers / RTO Officers / Police in the area, please do something about him.

Sir, I, Mahendra Pannalal Surana, has paid Two Wheelar Licence Renewal charges Rs 162.70 vide Receipt No. M 0841661 dated 12.11.2010 at Nasik R.T.O. Peth Rd. Nasik. Inspite of lot of follow up I have not been getting any reply or response from the concren authorities.
Plz lodge the necessary charge on the said authorities at their pros & cost for any complications which may occurres OR let me get my renwed licence at once.

Please stay from this RTO Agent Raju he is a big cheater, he took Rs 1500 for helping me in getting a No Objection certificate for my 2 wheeler.

He took all my original document including smart card and has still not returned the documents from past 1 year.

I have called him 1000 times on his cell number [protected] but he keeps promising but return the documents.

I am Kundan Rajput.
This is regarding complaint of incorrect charge for BRT entry.

While driving on Satara Road, one of the traffic officer asked me to continue drive in to BRT lane in order to control traffic. There was one more car in front of me. that car and I continued in BRT as instructed by traffic officer. Couple of signals ahead, near pushpamangal chawk, around 4-5 traffic officers stopped our car and asked us to pay the fine. They were not ready to listen to any thing and straight away charged Rs 500 for entry in BRT.

We are no way at fault here. We did not get chance to prove our point. Every time i try to explain, they would raise the charge and frighten us to Jam out car, put it in RTO, etc. This is unacceptable behavior. We have every right to to talk if we are not guilty.

Please take this as complain from me. Here are my details

Dear Sir,

I applied for my PAN card on 9th Feb,11. I can the status of delivery of PAN card artical on internet. The final status of delivery says that artical (No :- EM[protected]IN ) has been dispatched from Kanpur to Etawah within EBU[protected]I bag number on 6th Mar,11 at 6:00PM. I contacted to Etawah head post office today on the number[protected] given on speed post website. They said that they do not know anything about it. While in the website, they clearly mentioned to contact nearest post office and that is what i did. I have also submit a complain on speed post website but did not get response from them.

I have tried to call same number many time and got same answer that they do not know anything about artical. The artical has to go to sub post office aheripur (pin code-206120) from etawah. Even, they do not listening to me. The manager of post office is M. L. MISHRA (as per their website). The PAN card is very urgent for me.

Could you please help me on this.

I would like to bring to your kind notice the Irresponsible behaviour and attitude of the Trimulgherry RTO, Hyd North Division owing to the Telangana Agitations

Since Feb 15th 2011 I have been making continous trips to the RTO every day for my car registration, however they have shut down Total Operations and are not permitting any Citizen to come inside the RTO. When some one tries to argue with them, they show a Big board that is kept outside that Telangana JAC has decided to boycott the work.

How long should the common citizen continue to fall prey to these political tricks played by the Politicians ? How long should we face this inconvinience?? Why is the Stet Govt not taking action against the employees who are not working and causing so much of inconivience to the public?

If this continues, then the RTO should not penalise the citizens with their fines for non registration of vehicles within the stipulated 30 days timeframe.

Improper Sign board and charging with fine

This is Pradeep, resident of Munnekolala (Near to Marathahalli). While, there has been an improvement in traffic discipline there are still many areas of concern.

Yesterday (20-feb-11), I had an upset movement when your traffic inspector/police has stopped my i10 car, on Outer ring road, from Marathahalli – KR Puram railway station, by saying my speed was more then specified limit of 60kmph. I was told that I was around 65 kmph and hence eligible to pay fine of Rs. 300/-. Then, immediately, I had a look around for the signs and no distinct visible signs are seen on the plates. Surprised about the letter size on the sign board and the board size (please see attachment, showing pictures).

I have asked the inspector that the sign is not visible; even it cannot attract the attention of drivers nearer to a distance of 25 meters, and driver travelling at left of the road cannot see the sign at all, as the board is in middle and the marked letters are not visible. Thus, we are in trouble? Inspector said that sign board’s design is responsibility of BDA, and RTO, only monitors it. I don’t think this answer is correct. For sign boards, RTO, is responsible, not the BDA. With intention to report you the situation and based on Inspector’s words, I have paid Rs. 300/- as a fine. Details are: CRR no: E/15/1165/17192 Place: M D Pura ring road Time: 20-Feb-11 at 05:19 pm. Another specific thing is that I was going from my home (Munnekolala) to MORE store situated in outer ring road, by joining the ring road via Chinnappanahali. When I join the ring road via chinnappanahalli, I hardly came across any Speed sign board before I come across with traffic police.

Further, I have gone through the IRC-67-2001 instructions about signs (please see attachment).
1) With regard to signs, IRC instruction clearly states that the signs should be clearly visible, and drivers can recognize them easily and in time. I think, you would agree, it is not the case in outer ring road Marathahalli.
2) The speed limit sign should be with a numeral with size 33.5 X 22.5 cm size indicating the speed limit, in a diameter of 90cm (big size) / 60 cm (small size) board. I strongly show the evidence that this type of board does not exist at all. Thus the speed limit sign is non-compliant with IRC instruction.
3) In your instructions / website or any other areas, the mandatory signals list does not indicate any signal containing small letters for speed classification.
4) IRC states that if the speed limits for different classes of vehicles, a Separate definition plate should showed besides using the mandatory numeral board. Having only one board for different class of vehicles does not leverage non-use of the mandatory speed limit board.

Many people are victims of such improper sign boards / communications. Please arrange to refund my Rs 300/- back, it will be great. Please strengthen your system while we appreciate RTO is concerned about the safety of the people on road.

Hi,
I was returning back from office from whitefield area towards KR puram. I was stopped by traffic poliemen CRR NO E/15/1165/17211 on date[protected] at ESI junction. I was told that i have jumped the signal. This was a BIG SHOCKER as i absolutely didnot jump the signal. The traffic men kept telling me that i have infact jumped and he demanded Rs 100 for the offence. I told that ok you give me the reciept i will pay the money in court or wherever is possible like Bangalore one etc. The police men(CRR mentioned above) told he will retain my original driving licence, he will return back only if i go to court then and there pay the fine and show the receipt.
Is there any law like this????????????

This is a routine there at that junction, I've heard many people have been victims of such false allegation. somebody please take note of this.

Also one important point is that they stand around 150 metres away from traffic signals from where the lights are actually not visible to them, they only make judgement based on the other road vehicles which start moving as soon as they get green signal etc.

I have a complaint against these two autorickshaws:
1. Mh 03 r696
2. Mh 03 v171

I hired the auto from seepz gate number 3 to hiranandani.
The distance is approximately 2.8 kms, but in any auto the meter reading always goes to 32.
But in the case of above two autorickshaws, the meter reading was 40.
This is too much...
I also know this complaint won't be paid much attention but i am just doing my duty.

I am sreedhar from Hyderabad, i have submitted all necessary documents of my vehicle Alto LXI including the NOC from Haryana for taking registration Number of AP. I have paid tax to the tune of Rs. 19000 in May 2009. I have gone to the Tolichowki registration office Numerous occassions, the office has informed that they are waiting for the confirmation from the Haryana RTA.

Gurgaon, Haryana Does not have seperate office they are stationed in the Court, i really do not know why they are not responding, and the RTA of Tolichowki was humble to inform that if within 2 weeks if there is no response he would inform the concerned to release the Number as it is almost 18-20 months old issue. But still he has asked for telephonic confirmation which Mr. Wahed has tried from my mobile phone though it is their duty of getting confirmation from their office number. I tried so many times but could not reach the RTA Gurgaon office, then they have sent a telegram still no response.

In the mean while in the odd hours i tried to call RTA gurgaon and got the mobile no. of the concerned clerk in the RTA gurgaon office and informed RTA Tolichowki to call them and close, but the superintendent Mr. Wahed was reluctant to do so and informed that they are busy right now, there no one to get the file, so many reasons and still the issue is not closed.

It is the responsibility of the concerned department to close the old issues and serve the common man but i do not find any way you can bring change in the government office people, they are not bothered what sort of problems i am facing.

I thought i could sell my vehicle and buy new one in 2009 i was getting 2lacs now every one is asking after registration 1.2 lacs who is at loss. i have spent enough time but still i could not get the registration No.

My earlier No. at haryana is HR 26V 5883, the file is lying with Mr. RAjeev of tolichowki, concerned superintendent is Mr. Wahed, concerned RTO is Y Satyanarayana Rao.

Can you help what is the best way i can get out of this issue.

Public is not aware of the RTO office's rules and regulation.
Recently i submitted the form to get an llr (for 2 wheeler)in Yeshwantpura RTO office , it was direct application which i did, After a week when i went to collect the LL , the office has rejected the application saying that it does not cover as out are. But in the same office i got the DL ( for 4 wheeler) as i went through the Driving class.
I complain about this.How can they do this through the agents? r they bribed from agents / driving schools?
When applied directly ( without agents) they reject . but through the agents/ schools they approve it.
Y the public will not be intimated during the fee payments about the facts ( the ares which comed under particular RTO branch).
