I have submitted my learner license application and cleared my online exam on 13th Dec'22 but still from last 15 days it is pending for approval,

Please look into this and help me to get this approved at the earliest.

My Driving license is not dispatched yet.

I completed my driving test on 14th of November 2022. I have done all the necessary fee payments. Printing of DL was done on 15th of November. But it is not yet dispatched even after more than 15 days after printing. And the fee payments status keeps on flashing pending even after I refresh the page.
I visited RTO office too. But the officials are unable to give me any solutions or answer for my problem. They are constantly ignoring my problem and refusing to look after my issue.

Please let me know if it can be resolved asap. I need the license badly now.

My name is Mohd Faiz, I have applied for a learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office comes under Barabanki (UP41) Uttar Pradesh. I passed the test on 15/12/2022. It has been 14 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending. I have already filed my grievance on Sarathi Portal but no answer provided. Please look into the issue.

Application for Renewal of driving license submitted in May, 2022. All processes have been completed and verified successfully at RTO, Vadodara but license still not dispatched.

My driving license is approved and next process of dispatching of driving license is in stuck. So please send and give me tracking number of speed post. Please do take action and dispatch the licence with immediate effect.
It been months to get dispatching of my driving licence, as it was approved on the month of May whereas it is December now.
I am also attaching the website screenshot with this complaint.

DL test failed but in the test they said no reason. I am surprised as I did not do any mistake and inspector told me pass in the test day

It is been two months, my vehicle had been registered by Mumbai RTO. However, I have not yet received the RC.

The status it shows Dispatch RC generated. There is no way to track the actual progress or status of the RC.

Would really appreciate if someone can help on this matter.

I paid fees for renewal of learner license on 17 dec
Today 26 still renewal process is pending on website of rto saarthi vahan
I mailed about this to rto too.

Raised a request for the DL extract in Dec 1st in parivahan site - Application Number: [protected]..The application is showing a status of "DL Extract Report', but the site is not allowing to download the report saying the request is not approved. Raised a complaint in Parivahan site to check the same on Dec 22nd..Compliant Id : 386459...Awaiting response

I am manu bharadwaj from meerut Actually I have registered for Learning Licence of two wheeler and four wheeler with gear on 14 December 2022 and uploaded the documents and paid fee successfully but because of scrutiny I have uploaded my documents on 19 December and fullfill the formalities and give the test for learning licence on 20 December I got passed on the test but now on 26 December I got a message that my application number [protected] is rejected. Sir/mam I gave my exam without any interruption but now I got this.. Please solve my problem RTO.

I am Aryan Saldanha, I have applied for learning license of MC50CC, MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Mumbai West (MH02) I passed the test on 20/12/2022 After passing my online LL test I should be able to download LL certificate, It's still stuck on pending approval by license authority. Please help me here.

The licence authority is not issuing our learning licence. They keep calling and asking to visit office to submit bribe to approve the issue of learning licence. Application number [protected].

I m Sonia Madnani and have given online test for Learners License 2 days back and have successfully passed the test but still it is pending for approval by License Authority. Please advise.

I am a US Citizen of Indian origin. I had my Indian license which expired on 13/03/2021. Due to Covid, I could not visit India and could not renew my India license. So, I applied to get a new license under the category "holding Foreign DL" on your web site and completed the application # [protected] successfully. Now when I went to the RTO Ahmedabad Office physically with the required documents, the clerk at the desk refused to issue me a new license under this Foreign DL category saying that because I already had Indian license in past, I cannot get a new license under Foreign DL category. I was surprised because I did not find any such restricting question on the online form during my online application. It allowed me to complete the application, upload required documents and pay the fees. This means, there is no such restriction implemented for this category, I tried number of times with them, but they refuse to issue me a driver's license.

The complaint is against Echallan no. NGPCC[protected] that is for not stopping before the stop line on signal located at mankapur Nagpur. currently there are two zebra lines present at this location the old one and the new one my vehicle is standing on the old zebra line which is not valid now and my vehicle is clearly behind the new zebra line I'm attaching the photos and videos for the proof.

It's been 4 days I am not seeing any update on the approv.
I took exam and I got password but the approval still it's showing as pending.
Could you please check and let us know what could be the next process for to get it approved.

RC smart card dispatch is pending of my motorcycle registration no. BR19U2111 registered from Saharsa, Bihar, vehicle registration is going about three months...
No output after making contact with concerned officer also.

I'm meet TN 64 Central RTO and Verify my documents. Then they provide a password for LL Test. Once I login in to attend test some network problem unable to attend test but again I try to attend It Showing ALREADY YOU LOGGED IN PLEASE MEET THE CONTROLLER. I need a solution for it.
