    I have applied for Two wheeler Licence to RTO and completed all the process, and passed the driving test on[protected]conducted by - SUKUMAR ROY, RTO Name - L.A. RAMPURHAT (WB45)).
    It has been three months form now, I didn't get my DL yet.

    Please resolve this as soon as possible.

      I have passed the learning license test online on[protected] still its showing pending status.

      When we contacted help desk they said visit to rto office-Kalyan, Maharashtra.
      We visited the rto office personally.
      They said contact help desk and they will give some solution.So that we don’t have to pay again.In rto we have only process of applying again by paying the same amount freshly and do it at rto office without Aadhar but if you want to get solution in this application only help desk will help you in these we can’t, they said.

      Kindly look into this matter.

        Hello sir/mam,
        I am Sandeep Kumar, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO JAUNPUR uttar pradesh, I passed the test on 07/01/2023, Its been 21 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

        There is no contact available where we can contact the authority, please do the needful.

        Complaint marked as Resolved 
        No steps taken till now. I had filed this complaint with high possibility of resolving but it shows resolved in complaint status but actually nothing happened. Very poor service by consumer complaints.

            I applied for a learner license through Sarathi paravahan. I completed all the stages of payment and llr test and also uploaded documents. But still, I have not received the learner license.
            My application status still showing allotment information is unavailable.

              Approval is pending of LL by licensing authority

              My name is Hardik Nilesh Shah, I had applied for learning license of MCWOG category using contactless service, my RTO office comes under RTO, Nashik(MH15).                 I submitted my license renewal application on 19th November 2022 and it got approved on 30th November 2022. It has been more than a month now that it has not been dispatched. The status shows pending dispatch since many weeks now. Please look in Matter and resolve it as early as possible.

                        I applied for learner's licence online via the govt. Of India website Sarthi parivahan, I applied from the Chandigarh. I have payed ₹1400 and completed all the formalities as well. But, from the last 1 week (i am excluding Saturdays and Sundays), my application is still under scrutiny and i recieved no update. I can't proceed with further procedures as well i.e taking STALL test. I am not able to get any appointments at chandigarh RTO as well, because there are zero slots for next 90 days. Also, the e-mail address on parivahan website is outdated, so I can't even complain.

                          I am krishna from hyderabad
                          I have a complaint on ts traffic police why because
                          They are capturing images in small roads like one ways in Some areas, how could they do that if they have capable to do job catch the images in main roads important place's secured place's not in small roads or one ways. so many people have some urjent works they are facing their problems, but ts traffic police have no work to do they are doing only image capturing...they are professionals in capturing images...what is this????

                          There is nobody to ask them for this reasons 😒

                            APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY pending since 10 days

                            Hello,

                            My Learner's Licence application[protected] approval is pending since 10 days in the same stage of: Transaction Name: Issue of Learner's License, Application Processing Stage: APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY, Counter: FLAPROVAL2. I've already given Online Test as asked in the website and passed it with 6/10 points. I've tried reaching out to RTO helpline number[protected],[protected] but didn't get any response...

                              I am Raunaq, I have applied for learning license (LMV) using contactless service, the RTO office I've applied through is Electronic City (Bengaluru, Karnataka). I have passed the test and have completed all requirements, but the "printing of license" has been pending for a month now. My application ID is [protected].
                              I also tried contacting the grievance cell (complaint ID: 401913) but have not got any response for over a week now.
