I have availed a new connection of PNG on 21.09.2021 (consumer id[protected]. The service person Mr. Raj Kiran ([protected]), came for the new installation on 24.09.2020 and charged 100 Rs without bill for changing nozzle in a two burner gas stove. Kindly look into the matter, since this service is free of charge as told to me by the SGL team

    We had take gas line 24/08/2021 before already show miter 282. I was not stayed in home. We had letter for your kudasan office.but he is not good answer.we had not used gas.

      Last 2-3 days, i not receiived properly gas from my connection.i will check gas stuve also...its working in good condition. some time gAS COMING IN CONNECTION AND SOMETIME INTERUPTED...AND NOT COMING WITH PROPER PRESSURE...

        In movember 2020 we apply for gas connection and till now they did not provide gas. They fitted pipe around 6 momth ago then ... Then till now they didn't connect main pipe to our gas connection because of the range is long. So we are asking to the office as well as the tender engineer but they didn't give sufficient answer. We call them every alternate day but all making fools. Now we are going for strong legal action...

              i have a flat at atpl, adalaj - 382421, which is locked from more than 20 months. I am staying at mumbai.
              However recently i find bill of rs. 1198.00. So far already i have a credit balance of about rs.1000. Eventhouh i paid rs.1198.But recently within month i find bill of rs. 292 without using anything as still my flat is locked.
              So please refund my hard earned money as i am senior citizen and have a very. Limited income. Kindly send me details of the bill also urgently.. My email id [protected]@yahoo.In

                I live in Village Jamla, Ta. Himatnagar District Sabarkantha-383010
                My Sabarmati gas application No. 257317 dated[protected]

                My application is for the connection of gas line from Sabarmati Gas Company in my house. Applied on[protected]. My complaint is that despite the date being[protected], no work of any kind has been done in the work of this gas line even though it has been one year today ... So, considering this complaint, you will do the work for the gas line in my house soon.

                Along with this I have enclosed the receipt of payment at the time of registration.

                      my flat in vashika aahan and number 301, in my flat sabarmati gas line installed with meter, but now the meter a/w pipe down 1 ft due to installation of chimney pipe,

                      so i requested please down pipe and meter 1 ft in vashika 301 as early as possible.

                        My consumer id[protected]. As i am staying at mumbai i have not used my flat at atpl, adalaj due to lockdown from more than 18 months.
                        However i have received a bill of rs.1198.00 which i have paid so far.
                        Therefore please check my bill and refund me excess amount you have charged earliestly.

                          The flat was closed for more than 2 months. Hence the gas was not used at all. Still the bill that I received for gas bill is 693

                            I have applied for New Connection of Sabarmati Gas Connection at Shree Rang nano city -2 society and my Application Number is 306399.

                            Since long time I am following up for my new connection but due to your tendering process It is delaying more and more.

                            As a customer we are facing trouble and have to buy gas at higher rate from market.

                                I would like to inform you that my customer id[protected], DeepakKumar Khandelwal from last billing periods, i found my gas bills amount is so high (2030/-) against my usage of gas, because in my society so many families using the sabarmati gas and comparatively their use of gas is more then mine but their gas bills amounts are so low then my bill so i think some fault in my line/meter, so request you to send your technician and check there is any problem or not. please giving me any solution So request you to do the needful.
