Dear sir / madam,

With all respect inform that i am residing at 37, siddheshwari society, b/h. Ambicanagar society part-ii, highway, kalol - 382721 and my customer id is [protected]. I have paid my all bills on timely basis, but bill no.[protected], dated 2nd august 2019, billing period 16.05.2019 to 15.07.2019 paid on 20th august 2019, however imposed penalty rs. 150/- in bill no. [protected], dated 1st october 2019, billing period 16.07.2019 to 13.09.2019 and i have paid all bill amt. Rs. 810/- online with penalty rs. 150/- before your bill received. Than i have gone sabarmati gas kalol office about it, but not replied properly, and sent back to me with various excuses like next bill will be deducted, but the next bill will not be deducted.

Now i want to ask you whether i should pay this bill or not until i get the penalty imposed on my bill, otherwise i am not responsible for this late payment penalty in future.

    We are your regular customer i. E maruti metal industries, mansa. Our custmer id[protected] from long times.
    Your gas meter fitting without safety guards in out side and yesterday damage meter reading words plastic's brackets but meter is running condition and at the time inform our local office.
    Your team reach at the few times and take out meter for change with in two hrs and stop our running production.
    At evening we are contact for subject meter than inform concerned staff for paid value complete new meters before than fitted.
    Sir i discussion and agree paid only damage parts value not a new meter due to meter is repairable and your staff accept but we are face the problems and our production is stooped.
    Kindly do the needful action pl.

      માસ ઓકટોબર - નવેમ્બરના વપરાશ નું મીટર રીડીંગ કરવા આવેલ વ્યક્તિ મારું મીટર બહારથી જોઈ ને ખોટું રીડીંગ કરી જાય છે અગાઉ પણ ૨૦૦ યુનિટ વધુ લખેલ જે બાબત એ તેને કેહતા અમારી સામે ખોટી દલીલ કરી ઝગડો કરેલ આવખતે પણ ખોટું રીડીંગ કરી અહીથી જતા રહેલ હતા. આ આ વ્યક્તિ અમોને હેરાન પરેશાન કરે છે. તો આ બાબતે યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવા વિનંતી
      મારું ખરેખર રીડીંગ ૧૫૭૯ છે પણ એ વ્યક્તિ ૧૭૭૯ લખી ને ગયેલ છે તો તે પણ સુધારો કરી આપવા વિનંતી આ નો ફોટો સામેલ રાખલ છે.

        હિંમતનગર તાલુકામાં વિરપુર ગામ ખાતે આપની કંપની તરફથી પીએનજી જોડાણ આપવામાં આવી રહેલ છે આપની કંપની ના પ્રતિનિધિ દ્વારા પાકું બાંધકામ હશે તે જગ્યાએ ડ્રીલીંગ કરી લાઈન નાખવામાં આવશે તેવી સમજાવી ને અમોએ ગેસ જોડાણ ની માગણી કરવામાં આવેલી છે.જયારે હાલમાં આપના કૉનટાકટર દવારા ઢીલ કરવાની ના પાડી દીધી છ.આ પૃકારના10 થી 15 જોડાણ આપવાના બાકી રહેલા છે તો આ જોડાણ તાત્કાલિક ધોરણે આપવા ની કામગીરી કરવા માટે જરૂરી સુચના આપી કામગીરી કરવા માટે વિનંતી છે.

          On 27 jul 19 at[protected] hrs, visited for cng gas for my car. After filling i got doubt that some problem in cng gas filling in meter. I asked to office pl provide me checking cng gas for quantity and quality. The say we dont have that then i asked give me complain/suggestion book. He said we dont have talk to sabarmati gas operator, he said same thing. Then given me no. [protected], he also make my complain as joke, and cut the call. I got no. From custome call[protected] called it is switched off after some time no reply. On 29 jul 19 contacted customer care no [protected] twice but no reply.

          Main issue is that in my car already approx 2 kg of cng gas available. For top up gone to cng station unava, while filling meter was running very fast it is 9 kg gas filled still gas going then i asked to stop at rs 500/-. Stopped my cylinder capacity is 10 kg in extreme condition which is never filled during my 10 yrs experience. 2 kg gas available + 9 kg filled how it is 11 kg???. This doubt created then i asked for checking.

            Dear sir,

            I took a new connection of sabarmati gas pipeline in kadi. Still now date i do not received bill and my connection not shown in your data. I consume 25 units . So sir please help me to slove this problem. Your kadi office is not give any proper answer.i already paid cheque of deposits and extra gizer point.

              Almost 3 times i have registered complaint about gas leakages from my line in local office, every time engineer came and check air leakage with detergent water but can't find leakages. But till today my gas meter is continue even after stop all gas valve. I am paying money of leakages gas.
              Please help me and find gas leakages in my line by any automatic leakage identification machine
              Hope, i will get rebate & permanent solution from this gas leakages

                Dear sir,

                My self nirav sadhu. I have applied for png connection for my residance at f101, ariane casa society adalaj. I have paid deposit to adalaj sabarmati gas office via receipt no.[protected] with my customer no[protected]. I inquired with company's adalaj branch before 10 days, they say within 2 days you will get connection after that i inquired three times very week but till date they have not done connection and given gas supply. How many days i have to wait for this connection. Also on your website you provide contact no [protected] which is also not responding so evenry time i hae to go to office and waste my time from my job. Its really irritatting to wait for this after doing full payment. We are not expecting such services forom your company.

                Please do the needful for this copmlain.

                  I Kalpesh Barot refill my CNG car from Adani Gota Ahmedabad and travel to mehsana RTO by my car, on my way I refilled again from Sabarmati Gas Agency situated at Mehsana Bechraji highway near Mehsana RTO, as per my travel there is only 2 to 3 kg gas can be refilled, surprisingly this pump is able to fill 8.41 kg of CNG. I paid the money of 461 INR and asking them the actual reason for this, they replied that there is problem from ahead ( from mother station) from last 2 to 3 days. As per situation of my car there is space of only 2 to 3 kg they charged me at least 5.41kg more than the actual.
                  The other vehicles owner were asked the same thing.
                  Please arrange to return my money or I have to enter consumer forum.

                      After paying advance amount its has been 1 year and no one came to home for connection installment. We really disappointed with your this services. Connection to my neighbor started but for my area its still pending. When we try to contact your respected team not getting proper answer. Please provide us proper service or return our money back.

                      We don't know this is your first initial service and what will happen in future. Please do needful asap.

                          Also you raise the invoice without any use of gas is totally cragy from your side pls do need ful action and resolve my present problem and send emedietly your represantive to connect the rubber pipe and start the supply.

                            I would like to know you that i have not received the gas connection for bathroom even after 4 months of my application.

                            Please note that i have already paid all amount before 4months but yet i am waiting for my gas connection.

                              I have applied for png connection for my residance at 38, hariom nager society damai road himmatnager. I have paid deposit rs.4119/- to sabarmati gas company vide receipt no.124499 dtd.[protected] in our area who have applied all have got connection before two months. I inquired with company's contractor before two months, they say within one week you will get connection after that i inquired three times very week but till date they have not done connection and given gas supply. How many days i have to wait for this connection. Company policy under 3 month new connection. All ready pass the two month seventy days. I have to wait for this connection.

                              Please do the needful for this copmlain.

                                My self dattani mitesh. I applied for new gas connection on 16.09.2017. My application number 167040. My home address "osho" block no 35 maharshi society near palavasana circle mehsana 384003
                                They installed overhead gas line and meter few days ago. But underground gas line still remain. Many time i contact to "mehsana high way branch" but they not give any responsible response so i request you to solve this problem

                                  I have paid all bill as per your site and applied for temporary disconnection as per attached enclosures. Why previous delayed balance 46 rs, show in latest bill even though temporary disconnection applied. My customer id as given below. One bill is remaining as per your information which was not shown on line bill also. Please solve complainon 14 /07 2017.

                                  As per my old complain you have displayed on view today on site pay ment will be done within 31 05 2017 it is already expired which is your mistake, which is shown enclosure. Also information written bill late payment charges will be included in next bill. (Rs. 150/-) why i will pay late bill amount bill is not displayed by your mistake. I should not paid any late fee, and temporary disconnection already appplied before any bill will be displayed. Please connect the gas connection.

                                  Late fee will be reduced 150 rs. For 160 rs. Bill amount which is too higher for any customer... Please my suggestion always late fee will be 30 rs. For any customer as per geb bills...

                                      Pl provide proper easy way to pay online payment service
                                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      Kindly update Bill data on time. As I haven't seen my current Gas Bill online to make payment.
                                      After login showing message "No outstanding".
                                      Kindly review and do needful at earliest.

                                      I am trying to pay online payment but it is not done. Our prime minister Mr.Narendra Modiji R highly prefer to pay through digital but no upgradation is found under such semi govt organisation. U should take immediate action on this to facilitate for customers to get payment quickly.

                                        I am a customer and i want a new gas line connection and i visited my nearest office kudasan, gandhinagar. I am asking to your branch officer for give me a new gas line connection form at home for for filling that form but your office don't give me form and a owner of that house is not able to come your Branch office.

                                        Please personally pay your attention on this matter. I hope you give me reply as soon as possible.

                                        Monthly Gas bill Sms received after 1 week bill shown on web page, request to update same time.
                                        Since last 2 months software/ Application online under maintenance.

                                        Customer suffering trouble but Sabarmati gas LTD.team never care.
