My father had purchased following 3 certificates from sahara india bhawan, 1-kapoorthala complex, aliganj lucknow - 226024 (U. P)
1. Sahara q shop with particular "advance for q shop goods plan h" dated: 06.10.2012, receipt no. [protected], amount: 2 lacs.in this the maturity amount after 6 years will be around 2, 80, 000 and tenure: 6 years.
2. Sahara q gold mart limited in the name of ms. Shashi tiwari, dated: 12.09.2012, receipt no. [protected], form no.[protected], gold quantity: 208.500 gm, in this the maturity amount will be above gold quantity or gold value: 640616.25 and tenure: 5 years
3. Sahara q gold mart limited in the name of ms. Shashi tiwari, dated: 12.09.2012, receipt no. [protected], form no.[protected], gold quantity: 57.500 gm, in this the maturity amount will be above gold quantity or gold value: 176668.75 and tenure: 5 years
In the above reference please inform the procedure to get the refund as lock-in period is already completed for sahara q gold mart limited and for sahara q shop the maturity will be in next year.

Its being almost 9 month from the date of maturity of my RD account and still branch manager did not giving any prominent rply regarding payment, continously from 9 months he said that we didnt have enough fund in our accounts.I kindly request you to plz solve the issue and make the payment immediately.

    Dear sir/madam, myself arun mazumdar i am a motivator of sahara india, baidanath chowk, nagpur branch. My client mr pravin talav had open sahara minor d1 daily collection on 27/09/2016 and his maturity date is 27/09/2017 amount is more than 1 lakh, for his maturity amount i has been going to sahara office daily but i did not getting any response from their, i has been talk and sms to higher level also but no one giving me any answer, now customer has emergency in his home his father is very serious and admitted to hospital he need money... But now in such condition sahara india is not giving customer maturity amount then how can any one trust on sahara.. As per company name he is not giving sahara to his customer. Sir please take needful action against it.

      My investment completed in december 2015. I am running to "sahara office" for my maturity amount thrice a month with all the required documents. But the manager always finds an excuse to not to refund my money or some times not avalable in the office or not responding my calls also. His excuses are "we don't have the money", your case is on process, "i am in leave", or my money alloted and reverted back. Recently he was telling we received letter from head office it will take 90 days after submission but we are not shure wether you get it after 3 months is not garanty, what is this nonsence who is cheating? To day he was saying your money was alloted but you haveto do fixed diposite for 1 1/2 year (We deposited this money for my sons graduation fee purpos we barrowed money for intrest and struggling a lot this is not fare, arrange my momey with intrest for 2 years. These useless excuses are being repeated from last 18 months.

        My name is narender kumar and i would like to inform you that i have been trying to withdraw mine and my father rd amount from last 2 month rd account [protected] and [protected]. Branch address is wz-10 jot ram market palam new delhi-110045 and center code is 2696. Both the account was started on[protected] and it was a 60 month rd policy but according to policy the amount got matured 2 months ago that is on[protected] but amount not credited till date. I visited the office thrice in oct month with all required document but every time i got a new excuse from agent virender singh. I visited bank on[protected] and spoken the concerned with branch manager ranjan dubey but did not get any positive response from his side but the most shocking and surprising thing was that he told me to visit bank on 5th nov 2017 to check the status i asked him is the bank open on sunday?

        This is my humble request to all of you please resolve this as soon as possible.

From my maturity date to till now we travel from my village to sahara chirala office somany times. But no one not responded at branch level. We complaint somany times at customer care also. But till response is nil. Recently my father expired about financial problems. This amount is very urgency needed to my family to come out my financial crisis. Otherwise my total family will take a serious decision of suicide. We have no option sir. So once kindly check my request and do justice as early as possible sir.

            I have booked a flat in sahara city homes in the year 2005 and i have paid full amount in the year 2012. I have visited the site several times but no responsible answer has been given. Though sahara has collected heavy interest even before sending the reminder letter, but we had to pay even for a day. Please let us know what is the status of possession of flat?               Dear sir,

              I'm sushovan mistry, from kolkata (Pin-700153). Few years ago my mother has been deposited some money in sahara india, which maturity date was on jul'17. But after 4months later that money didn't mature and they are giving us several date for knock them. Also they us explain us various excuses, like 'this problem is belongs to supreme court, its not our fault etc etc.' at this position my mother is literally upset, cause we are not financially strong enough. Please support us or guide us how can we get those money back.

                Too many times i had contacted to concerned office but all efforts are in vein. Every time the staff of office said next month you will come.. Many more peoples suffer this type of problem.

                          Reference to policy no: 00419205 for client id[protected] and full surrender of the said policy i state i feel completely cheated by sahara india parivar.

                          I surrendered the policy on 22/02/2017 and i have been running at different sahara offices but i am not getting resolution.

                          The closing date had the nav of 14.36 where as i got the amount of 14.16.

                          Also, i had total of 46640.04 units and i got money for only 42462.95 units. Where did my 4177.9 units go.

                          Sahara india parivar agent has been cheating from day i signed the policy. I got this policy for rs 500000.00 and i got the units of only value upto rs 469.574.26. Shara cheated rs 30000 on that day it self.

                          Now by not giving the value of 4177.09 units sahara has taken almost rs 60, 000. I am attaching the required documents for your reference.

                          I request sahara india parivar to refund my total units on current nav. Also, refund units value of rs 30000 which was taken inappropriately by sahara.

                          I have tried to raise my concern at sahara office in howrah & lucknow. I have been running for last 7 years. Science, i was disappointed by service at sahara offices and i am documenting it over mail.

                            Dear sir,
                            These complain is against the fushbunglow fc-1120, address: phushbunglow, post bhaga, dist. Dhanbad, jharkhand-828301, which taking unexpected time for maturity payment of sahara credit co-operative society limited accounts.

                            For your information, i am a member of your sahara credit co-operative society limited since last five years, and almost 12 daily account is running with certain intervals.

                            Earlier, it takes around 15 to 20 days of payment but now days it is exceeding the 20 days limit and my present maturity payment is hanged for more than 40 days, without any specific cause from my side.

                            Please note the details below:

                            Case no.1:

                            Date of a/c opening: 07/09/2016
                            Date of payment: 04/10/2017 delay: 27 days.

                            Case no.2:
                            Account no: [protected]
                            Date of a/c opening: 14/09/2016.
                            Delay: 41 days crossed on 26/10/2017 and still payment not made.

                            The rather disappointing that mr. Sk sahi, the branch head/mgr.in not heeding my verbal request for payment and in other hand he refuse to receive my written complain stating that there is no such provision for receiving of written grievances.

                            In view of the above facts, i request kindly arrange to pay my maturity payment along with fix deposit rate for the above both case.

                              Sir, i would like to inform you that your executive mr. Rajesh gupta of rishra branch office has told me earlier that approx 15 months ago that your money will be paid within 1 month, still its 15 months passed i didnt get any single penny.
                              I had contact mr. Gupta several times he only gives me dates till today.
                              Sir i am in very much need of money. I (Suresh kumar lohia) my wife (Suman devi lohia) is suffering from cancer, so thats why i need my money back on urgent basis.

                                    Still sahara branch tolerating for payments they have only excuses. I will never deposit in this type of third class company which is not paying people at right time.
                                    My FD receipt no [protected]&[protected] of r's 10000/- each taken from Narayanpura Ahmedabad (Gujrat ) . Now matured on[protected] but branch manager unable to give money and he is not reply properly. Same has been Mehsana branch receipt no [protected]&[protected] of R's 18000&17000 maturity date is[protected]. I need my money urgently for pay me Aon education fees. Kindly help me

                                      I have invested in sahara q gold scheme on august-2012 my maturity was on aug-2017, i contacted local office & registered the demand for the same, manager ask to wait two month but no action is been taken till date. Local office has no satisfactory answer saying wait till december. They said your cheque will be given by local office but nothing is happening from their side. Please help in this regard.

                                      This is inform you regarding Sahara golden vm, few years ago I invested some amounts in Sahara golden vm in total 8 bond papers but this time I want to maturity of invested amount I submit the all documents and done all the formalities in one year ago but the local regional office is do not taking any action about it I regularly visit the office but they give any type of excuse everytime.
                                      Please do something sir.
