I am Mithu Ghosh Mallick, w/o- Ashim Mallick, Ph. No.- [protected], membership no [protected] and Account No. [protected], A/c opening Date 25/02/2012.
Now my problem is that whenever i am trying to claim my matured amount the Manager of Sahara-Sonarpur Branch, Kolkata-700150, is asking to convert the money to F-1/F-2 Scheme. But unfortunately i need this amount to make an operation to my Husband as he is ill. So, i am expecting from you to take necessary action from your end, otherwise i have to think for taking any legal step to defend my family expences.

    On 31/12/16, 20/02/2017, 09/03/2017 informed to MD & on 01/02/2017, 20/02/2017 & 09/03/2017 informed to BM of concerned branch but fell- flat.

        Dear sir
        we have invested 2lakh in one of sahara india policy 4 year back. the policy got mature in nov 2016. but branch manager of Vidisha M.P. branch Mr Dilip Mishra is delaying our payment and nor even giving the receipt of applying for maturity
        I want to know even after maturity how much time would your company take for payment.
        please reply as soon as possible as we have made our mind to take legal case against Sahara India and to report this matter to SEBI. so that this type of fraud was not done with others.

          It is regretted to let you know that a fixed deposit of
          Rs-30, 000/- matured on 26/01/2017 and the advice for the same also had
          been received by your office on 23/02/2017.But your office denied
          payment of the same and asked to meet you for payment.
          I have had visited your office several times to meet you but you
          were outside of your office and it is not possible for me to visit
          your office time and again for this purpose.I think it is not
          mandatory to meet Br.Manager and request for payment of an instrument
          after maturity.

          Some body make call to our phone as Director Finance of Sahara and ask ATM NO, Expire date etc for payment of maturity value from Ph.No-[protected] and [protected] and named as Abhijit Bhatterjee.I think these are fraudulent no and beware from such call.

                  Despite all the buzz, I kept faith in Sahara Group and opened a monthly deposit account (Sahara. M. Benefit Account No. [protected] on[protected] at Kankarbagh inPatna. Six months back I requested for transferring this account to Sipara Branch in patna, but since October 2016 neither of the branches is accepting deposit for the same saying this account doesn’t exist. At the age of 57 and with arthritis of knees, I am made to run from one counter to the other, one branch to the other and yet nobody is telling where has the account disappeared! Having given written application and met senior as well as junior staffs for the same also didn’t work in my case. Now, feeling despaired, I request you to take action in this regard and find out where my account is so that I can deposit my hard earned money. Also find out and punish those staffs who willingly or unwillingly didn’t help me despite my so many visits to their branch.

                  My maturity period was completed 15 months ago but in spite of it I haven't received the money
                  And it is the worst experience ever I faced as a consumer.
                  I'm trying to contact my agent multiple times but upsettingly not getting any satisfactory reply from his side.
                  It's my earnest request from the concern authority to take necessary action.
                  I claim for death maturity in 2014 and till now nothing is happening. Employee of Sahara India are telling that they have submitted my documents but not in progress.

                            It is intimated that I have two Sahara policy in the name of my son Rounak Roy vide No. [protected], and [protected] at Jhalda branch office, Dist-Purulia, West Bengal. Which maturity date was 09.10.2016 and I have claimed maturity in the said branch on 28.12.2016. The branch manager Mr. Jitendra assured me that claim will be settled within 15.01.2017. Till date I have met him several times and he is not giving my maturity amount in my account despite the time or trying to force me to do invest in sahara. If I am not getting money from last two months how do i believe in Sahara and again invest in this company ? It is requested to instruct concerned branch to settle the claim earliest, otherwise I will go to consumer court.

                                I have an fixed deposit with you and now i want this maturity because 5 years completed. But at ur kanpur kidwai nagar office they said company not having fund so you can not take maturity. I fixed some amout on dated 05/01/2012 and agent said to me that after 5 years double amount you will get but now after completing 5 years he said to me that double in 6 years 10 months then i said to him that as per your company please provide me prematurity but he says that company have no fund so you can come after cometing 8 years. Then i said to branch manager that please provide me this in written but he said do what ever want to do we will not providing maturity.

                                  I invest 1 00 000 rs in sahara india in may 005. The maturiy date is may 2015.
                                  I got retire from my job in 2010. As i require the money for my post retirement plant sahara is not paying me the amount

                                  When i initiate the surrnder process of the depoite the branch manager mr. Panday (Branch - bhatparrani distt.- deoria uttarpradesh) refuse to take the document and said that the branch was going without money.

                                  After compaling to heigher authority finally i surrender the policy on 04 th dec 2016.

                                  But the surrender was conditional that i have to reinvest the 2.5 lac again to sahara india. I accept the condition and surrender the document and aggree to take only 50, 000rs.

                                  But till now the amount is not issued to me almost two month gone after the surrender.

                                  I also got the information that the branchmanager paying the amout to their good ones and for other depositor it is money less braqnch.

                                  No any sahara india authority taking the responsibility only the are diverting me to one another.

                                  As i am living in rajasthan it is too difficult to go there every time.

                                  Please help me.

                                        I was having bond of Q Shop with following details:

                                        A/c No.[protected] &[protected].

                                        I applied to en-cash the bond in the month of Jan 2015. Thereafter numerous follow up made with branch office of Sahara, Navyug market, Ghaziabad in personal & phone.

                                        I have received approximate Rs 32000.00 Rs Sixty Two thousand only till date.

                                        There is no satisfactory reply from branch.

                                        Please help to get my money refund.
