I opened m banefit account on june 2012, for 5 year, now it has been completed. And i wanted to withdraw my money. The manager not doing any process to withdraw my money. He is saying that sahara has no fund to give your withdrawal amount. He told me wait for few months.

      I have an account with sahara india pariwar. My account has been matured but still not get the maturity amount. Contacted branch they said that i will take time. And they are misguiding and harassing me. Even i asked them to put 1lac as fd and to provide me the rest of the amount but they not doing anything. My details are given bellow.

        . I had deposited 15000 in the sahara india and fixed for 5 years. After completed the five year plan total money is around 27000. But unfortunately i am unable to get my money on the time this is totally fraud. The branch manager has not been giving my money since 2 months after the completed date.
        I just want my money with premium fixed value. I hope the immediate action will be taken soon.

          This is to inform you that i have purchased gold bank scheme in the year 20th june 2012 for amount of rs. 38001/- which was due on 20th june 2017 for maturity amount of rs.60, 801/-

          However before the due date i have submitted my documents to your office for the maturity value. But however i regret to inform you that i was paid only rs.52, 738/- as against rs.60, 801/- on 31st july 2017.

          I was surprised that i was paid less than the maturity amount, however i brought this matter to your staff, i was told due to gst, tax was deducted. I may please highlight to you that gst came in to force only in the month of july 2017 and not in june 2017.

          Since i was unable to get my full maturity amount, i have brought to the notice of the national consumer forum, wide my consumer complain number 375332 dated: 3rd august 2017.

            I arun kumar open 6 a/c on date 12/4/2016 of rs 100 per day with your agent raju chodhry code[protected] in your jehanabad branch (Code 1883) bihar. He received mony with me on daily baissis till maturity date on his daily collection copy.
            But on maturity branch is not give me my maturity mony. So kindely take your action to give me my maturity.

                I had a policy of sahara. I am facing a problem from while the agent transfer the policy to another policies i. E. Qshop to super ab & sahara f2a select. Now it's time to come to withdraw or taking the amount then he is not giving my amount...

                So, the matter is he is not giving my money now. And while he transfer the policy he did the fraud from till now...

                  Hello. I have an a rd account in sahara india anupgarh. Last two month my account will complete and maturity ammount 21044 in creadited my sahara bank account.. When i will talk to branch staff they will say there has no fund in our branch account.. So wait for 1 year. I really need this money and bank staff will not understand my problem. So pls help me

In my locality other people whose maturity period after my maturity date he gate his maturity amount.Why i can't gete my maturity amount.

                    Sahara parivar cheating and looting the money.
                    Hello top authorities of sahara parivaar read this till end
                    Deposited money in the sahara minor 12 months sccsl. Total deposited money till date is 30 thousand.
                    My maturity date was in the month of june i demanded my money by filling up the form but till now not received my money.
                    Contacted the lucknow head office on +[protected] on july 6 2017 regarding my money from there i got the response that
                    Your demand has been succesfully approved on 1st july 2017 so go to the surat office where you have opened your account and ask for your money.
                    So on 6th july i have visited surat city office located near sosyo circel city centre appt.
                    I just show them my slip and told them that i want my money. The receptionsit there started to make us fool first she told us that your demand has been collapsed as
                    You have not visited within 45 days of making demand. I told her that i had made a demand in the month of june on around 14-15th june and on 6th july how can 45 days be
                    Completed. Than she was not able to answer anything. Then there was one head supervisior without seeing our receipt and nothing he directly told me that your will get your
                    Money in january or february 2018 as there is no money with the company. And he went away.
                    Than again i have showed my slip to the person working on computer and i told him that i have contacted at lucknow head office and they told me that my demand has been accepted
                    On 1st july 2017 so give my money. He told in cheap language that "mukhyalaya waalo ko toh kuch kaam dhandha hota nahi he bas muh utha k bol dete he k demand approve hui he,
                    Phele paisa toh bhejo yaha 1 rupya nahi bhejte he woh saale and bolte he demand approve ki he"than he told abhi time lagega thoda bohat.
                    Than i told him paisa lene k time pr toh aap log time nahi lagate the time to time le jate the and dene k time abhi time lagega paisa nahi he.
                    Inorder to get benefits from small savings within less time period i have invested my money by thinking that sahara is a reputed company and it will not cheat us. But
                    After complesion of my maturity date also not getting my money. After that the person working on computer told us that give me 1 week time i will arrange your payment within 1 week.
                    After that i clearly told them that if you cant give my money back then give me in writting that we will not be able to give your money back so that i can take a legal action against sahara
                    And all the cheaters who are working and making fool to thousands of citizens of india everyday. I told them give me in writting so that i can file a application against
                    Sahara to the sebi for looting the money of citizens. They told me that that give us 1 week time we will arrange your payments. After 10 days i have again contacted them they told
                    That we are not able to arrange your payments till now, wait till clearing means wait till end of the month. I am in very much need of money and you people are just making
                    Fool to the customers by giving dates again and again. Than we contacted our collection person he told that "aap paiso ki chinta mat karo total 500 crores ka payment aana tha usme se 300 crore ka payment aa gaya he"than i told agar 300 crore aa gaya he toh mujhe kaunse tumhare crores chahiye mujhe toh mere 30 thousand chahiye so give me that.
                    If i will not get my money within 1 month of issuing this report than i will take legal action against sahara (Subrata roy-ceo of sahara) (A. K. Dewedi-collection person) and
                    Complete staff member of sahara credit co operative society sosyo circle branch surat for misguiding and cheating the customers.
                    If any legal advicer or lawyer who can help me out with this kind of cases they can plz comment down for there help.

                    My account was converted from S-10 scheme to Silver year scheme on 31.01.2004. From last two years, after maturity my payment has not been done by Sahara India Parihar branch /2023. All original documents have been submitted to branch manager Amit Kumar but he is neglecting it.

                                I have submitted my resignation on 18/06/2012 and requested to pay me my all pendings.

This was booked in the year 2012, still no construction on the said property nor any communication on their side. I want my money refunded or any positive development with the construction.we had almost given 7.5 lac rs till date for the property. please help us get refund back

This was booked in the year 2012, still no construction on the said property nor any communication on their side. I want my money refunded or any positive development with the construction.we had almost given 7.5 lac rs till date for the property.
                                    i cant find a person or representative to contact for any update. just heard that the land parcel is for sale. what happens if some builder purchased it, for us ?

                                        I have purchased sahara q shop unique products and have completed 5 years and i have an emergency for that i want to withdraw the policy . For that i have request an agent to fill the form and submit the same to the branch so that i can get the money and fulfil mu needs. When agent present the paper to the branch they refused to do any work belonging to my form then i meet the branch manager then he threw my form and said i will not pay any money and asked me to come next year and not responding in any direction and asked me to go or i will call police. He behave rudely and challenging me that he cant do anything to me . I have asked for complain dairy and also refused me . So sir please help me. My contact number is [protected].
