Dear sir,
I have an fixed deposit with you and now i want this maturity because 5 years completed. But at ur kanpur kidwai nagar office they said company not having fund so you can not take maturity. I fixed some amout on dated 05/01/2012 and agent said to me that after 5 years double amount you will get but now after completing 5 years he said to me that double in 6 years 10 months then i said to him that as per your company please provide me prematurity but he says that company have no fund so you can come after cometing 8 years. Then i said to branch manager that please provide me this in written but he said do what ever want to do we will not providing maturity.
Please do the needfull.

    I invest 1 00 000 rs in sahara india in may 005. The maturiy date is may 2015.
    I got retire from my job in 2010. As i require the money for my post retirement plant sahara is not paying me the amount

    When i initiate the surrnder process of the depoite the branch manager mr. Panday (Branch - bhatparrani distt.- deoria uttarpradesh) refuse to take the document and said that the branch was going without money.

    After compaling to heigher authority finally i surrender the policy on 04 th dec 2016.

    But the surrender was conditional that i have to reinvest the 2.5 lac again to sahara india. I accept the condition and surrender the document and aggree to take only 50, 000rs.

    But till now the amount is not issued to me almost two month gone after the surrender.

    I also got the information that the branchmanager paying the amout to their good ones and for other depositor it is money less braqnch.

    No any sahara india authority taking the responsibility only the are diverting me to one another.

    As i am living in rajasthan it is too difficult to go there every time.

    Please help me.

            Dear sir, i had a account name rajani pandey and account no. [protected], membership no. [protected] at kanpur branch gumti no. 5 under sahara m. Benefit scheme. The term of recurring amount of rs. 500 monthly is for 5 years which had been over in jun 2016, but still my maturity amount has not been released till date i. E. 08/02/2017, i have contacted personally many time at the branch but every time they are not saying that we do not have money to pay and wait till they have money in their a/c. I am now fed up with this and decided to take legal action against this scam by your company. Please release my maturity payment at the earliest otherwise i would not have any other option. Please respond at my mail id that when you are releasing my maturity payment.

              I am applied urgent basis withdrawal of 2 nos. investment of mine at Sahara Q Shop for financial help towards the total replacement of both knee of my wife at your Kadamtala Branch office, Howrah-711101, West Bengal on 14.01.2017.

              So I meet with branch manager on 18.01.2017. He told me that I have to contact him through his mobile phone no.[protected] on 26th. January. As per instruction I called him & he answered me to call him on 08.02.2017 for payment.

              Today I called him at 13.10 pm. he answered me to call him on 06.03.2017 for payment.

              Supose he didn't understand the urgency of mine or he is deliberately harassing me.

              I am giving you 48 hours to resolve the matter, otherwise I will take shelter of law.

                This is to bring to your kind attention that I, Khushboo Jain invested a sum of Rs 4800/- on dated: 15/03/2010 for a period of 60 months to be paid quarterly. Through your authorised introducer Mr Vinod Bachhawat introducer Code no[protected] the total amount paid by me came to Rs 52800/- that I paid in a total of 11 quarters in between the same, without inform me twice was issued money receipt of different products being the sum of money reinvested in some other product which I was unaware about.

                1. On payment of Rs 19200 for initial 4 Quarters-“Advance for Q Shop Goods (Exist)Plan H” - Money receipt No [protected] dated: 24/05/2012 amounting to Rs 22900/-

                2. On payment of Rs 33600/- for the next 7 quarters- money Receipt along with interest amounting to Rs 40307/- under “Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited” vide advice no: PEG[protected] advice no: FBUG11027345 dated: 15/07/2015 payment date: 31/07/2015.

                But thereafter on dated: 31/07/2015 the same amount of Rs 35000/- was issued under F1 Sahara Y Select under receipt no: [protected] dated: 31/07/2015 for a period of 12months maturity amount of Rs 38150/- and balance Rs 5307/- via cheque but after several call to your authorised introducer Mr Vinod Bachhawat handed over me cheque no 509653 dated 10/12/2016 for Rs. 5307/-draw on UCO Bank agents your advice no: PEG[protected] advice no: FBUG11027345 dated: 15/07/2015 payment date: 31/07/2015

                Thus, kindly look into the matter and provide us with the detailed ledger as to how and when my funds were transferred into different products without our prior understanding and approval. As all the payment has been made from our side, we further do not want any more investment in any of the Sahara products so kindly close all accounts by issuing my maturity amount along with interest. Please consider this as our last and final reminder beyond which we will have to take legal action and handover all papers to our legal solicitor for recovering the same.

                      Which was later discontinued by him
                      Now after some years Mr.Yadav (Branch Manager)@ Jamnagar (GUJARAT)
                      Came to us for a closed account holding a maturity claim,
                      Without our written consent he processed the maturity claim for an new investment
                      This happened in December,

                      Sahara represents Mr Subrata Roy
                      People have Faith and Trust on Sahara !!
                      Your employee holding a designation of BRANCH MANAGER has no courtesy in talking to customers,
                      If branch manager himself is not capable to handle this, how about the other employees,

                      If this is continued Sahara will be loosing people's trust and faith,

                      My maturity claim has been delayed for unknown reasons
                      And this is only because we disagreed for a new investment
                      And still Mr Yadav From Jamnagar branch (GUJARAT) holding a designation of branch manager claims that the process shall still take 20 Days,

                      Please look after this matter
                      As this is a matter of official regulatory
                      And if this matter is not looked after WITHIN 7 DAYS I shall launch a complain @ GRAHAK SURAKSHA claiming that new investment was processed without our consent and the payment is not released because of denial of new investment.

                                  They forced my mom to reinvest money in Sahara even after maturity period was over. They paid only 45% of total money that was sanctioned from the head office Patna. Despite several requests of my mom the regional manager did not give the full money. Now in view of short of money we have to take loan. So i want them to give our money back because we don't want keep money in bank at this point of time. We really need money because my father has been passed away.

                                        We (group of 3 members / relatives) booked 3 apartments under Sahara City homes Bangalore in 2004 and paid a booking amount Rs 1, 15, 600/-. Till date we were not refunded the booking amount. Here are details -

                                        I have seen many people registering their complaints in this forum. However there is no communication if these issues are resolved? It would be helpful if people provide further updates.
