We trust sahara India and are current customers of sahara India,
My father previously holded a account for savings,
Which was later discontinued by him
Now after some years Mr.Yadav (Branch Manager)@ Jamnagar (GUJARAT)
Came to us for a closed account holding a maturity claim,
Without our written consent he processed the maturity claim for an new investment
This happened in December,
Sahara represents Mr Subrata Roy
People have Faith and Trust on Sahara !!
Your employee holding a designation of BRANCH MANAGER has no courtesy in talking to customers,
If branch manager himself is not capable to handle this, how about the other employees,
If this is continued Sahara will be loosing people's trust and faith,
My maturity claim has been delayed for unknown reasons
And this is only because we disagreed for a new investment
And still Mr Yadav From Jamnagar branch (GUJARAT) holding a designation of branch manager claims that the process shall still take 20 Days,
Please look after this matter
As this is a matter of official regulatory
And if this matter is not looked after WITHIN 7 DAYS I shall launch a complain @ GRAHAK SURAKSHA claiming that new investment was processed without our consent and the payment is not released because of denial of new investment.
