DURING THE MONTH OF MAR, 2015, I REQUESTED HIM TO REMIT MY ACCOUNT AS URGENT NEED OF MONEY AND I DEPOSITED HIM ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO HIM AT NOIDA OFFICE NEAR NOIDA SECTOR -15 TO REMIT AMOUNTING TO RS.20, 000/- ABOVE BUT TILL DATE NO AMOUNT I HAVE RECEIVED.       I went for payment to your Alwar Branch which is nearby SBI on Road No. 2, Alwar-301001, Rajasthan three-four times. But unfortunately, your branch head/ Officer-in-Charge Mr. Prem Prakash Gupta (Mobile No. [protected]) who is not attending my phone and he is not sitting in his office (photo attached for ready reference). I have asked from other executives in his office, when Mr. Prem ji will come, they didn't have any answer. Other staff members also not co-operating me. One of your executive who is from your Regional Office met me in this branch, but he could not help me in this matter. On Monday, 01.06.2015 Mr. Prem ji met me and promised for payment on Tuesday 02.06.2015. Neither he made payment nor sent any information to me. Kindly take serious action against them.

        Please provide as much information as possible...i purchased sahara india abode bond from it's bayana office 2237 which is comes under alwar r.o. of rs. 45000/- details are given below :- control no. date rs.               I had a policy in Sahara which has matured in February 2015. The necessary documents for claiming the matured amount has already been submitted at the office in February 2015. My Account No. is [protected], Membership no.[protected] at Patna Sector (code 1550), Sahara India Pariwar, Branch office patna, first floor, M.G. Arcade. My policy amount is Rs.30, 000/-. However, even after, lapse of more than three months, I have not received the amount. I have even walked to the office and followed up with the manager many times, however there is no response, though had issued and have been issuing on those maturity amount which had/ have after February.                   I had a policy in Sahara India which has matured on 30st June, 2014. The necessary documents for claiming the matured amount has already been submitted at the office on 30st June, 2014.My receipt no.-[protected] and serial no.[protected] and my policy ammount is 40000/. However, even after 11 months have passed, I haven’t received the amount. I have even walked to the office and followed up with the manager many times, however there is no response.                         Sir myself ASHOK KUMAR GUPTA a custumer who purchased a dry iron model DELLAZfrom sahars q shop from local jodhpur dated[protected].i just used it two months and then it is not working .i booked complaint for it in customer care on dated[protected] and it gave me complained no.RJ/15/2/17/0001.after few days a mechanic visited my house and check press. He told me one part is not working so it would be changed soon . But till today no one came to me .inspite of countinuing calling to higher authority of rajasthan rgion .NO RESULT employe told me that सहारा ख़त्म हो गयी है।

                              Respected Sir/ Madam,

                              I am a Policy Holder of Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited, Account No. [protected] Account Opening Date : 31/03/2010, Monthly installment deposit Rs. 200.00, Tenure : 60 Months. I have to pay the last payment to company on 31/03/2015. Receipt No.[protected], Hologram No.[protected] As per company instruction after one month of last Payment my Policy have Matured on 30.04.2015. As per Company Said That Total Principal Amount : Rs. 12, 000.00 & My Maturity Value will be Rs. 14, 783.00. But Now the Agent (code :[protected], Membership No. [protected]) verbally said that my maturity amount I will get After One(1) Year of my Maturity Date, Due to Company Financial Problem.
                              Please help me to recover my Matured Amount as yearly as possible.

Ref: Kartavya council case No:- KC/Q/PAT/2003/18650 Sub:- Regarding non payment of interest by Sahara India on my deposited amount. Respected sir, I had deposited Rs.4, 60, 000/-(Rs. Four lacs sixty thousand) in Sahara-T and Sahara-D plan on the request of your field worker Mr. Birendra Prasad(Mrs Manti Devi), Mr Pramod Chakrawarti and branch officer Mr. Upadhyay and your branch officer had given bond certificates with duly singed with sector manager as well as branch manager which certificate Nos are given below. In this regards, I have given several complaints to Zonal Manager, Regional Manager, Dy Managing worker((controlling & Analysis) as well as Sahara Kartavya council which case No. was KC/Q/PAT/2003/18650. After given the complaints, then the Zonal Manager Mr. N.K.Pal had paid Rs.4, 60, 000/- only in two installments, one part of Rs.1, 80, 00/- paid on 8.9.2004 and other part of Rs, 2, 80, 000/- paid in 2009 without interest on my deposited money and he has taken declaration that interest against deposited money will not be claim by me in future. This is fully injustice and frauds with me. Although, company has not taken any action against the guilty field worker and sector worker. Therefore, I request you to consider on the above matter for the good health of Saha India Pariwar and also re-inquire the case Nos KC/Q/PAT/2003/18650 with fair justice and payment of interest on deposited money during that period.                                     I want to draw your attention at your Badarpur branch (2476).I am a loyal customer of SIFCL .8 years back I have Opened a FD of 8000/- at your badarpur branch when I reached the branch to claim my maturity amount I found that Without my consent my money was reinvested in a new scheme.I thouroughly Checked and found that I was cheated by employee DK Patel..Branch manager Shalender Pandey also confirmed the same and he said that mistake has been done from DK Patel..Now, I need my money asap.. Dk Patel have took all docs and bonds from me but he still cheating me and misguiding not intimated the scenario..to anybody Please take some serious action against him..Guys like him bringing bad name to Sahara organization...please assist me to get back my money. From last three month ago i am facing. but i am getting same error "contact to cashyer." when i disscussed my problem with branch cashyer he did not given a proper response and told me that i don't know about same response i got from IT officer of sahara india pukhrayan. I dont want to say but i am very mentally harrased from sahara india cashyer branch pukhrayan . He is not able to do anything daily everybody has been disapponted Town pukhrayan is very reputed in kanpur dehat.                                       श्रीमानजी मै विकार हुसैन पुत्र अबरार हुसैन निवासी हैदरपुर परगना व तहसील भोगनीपुर जनपद कानपुर देहात! प्रस्तुत प्राथना पत्र
                                      निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी ने सहारा इंडिया में एक खाता खोला है जो पुखरायां कानपुर देहात में है/ सहारा इंडिया के अभिकर्ता श्री सर्वेश मिश्रा जो पुखरायां कानपुर देहात के ही रहने वाले है/ सर्वेश मिश्रा (( [protected] )) जी ने मेरा सहारा इंडिया १५-०७-२०१६ ३००रूपए/प्रतिदिन में खाता खोला था और सर्वेश जी ने कहा था कि सहारा नही देगी तो हम तुमको रूपए देंगे / ३००रूपए/प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से एक वर्ष में १०९५००-००( एक लाख नौ हजार पांच सौ )रूपए बनता है १५-०७-२०१७ को पूरा हो चूका है जब प्रार्थी अपना रूपए सहरा इंडिया लेने के लिए गया तो प्रबन्धक श्री अशोक कुमार (( [protected] )) और उपप्रबन्धक श्री लाल बाहदुर कटियार (( [protected] )) कहा तो इन लोगो ने प्रार्थी को २००००-०० (बीस हजार)रूपए कि १२-१०-२०१७ को चेक दी / और कहा कि २-४ दिन में मै आप को सारा रूपए दे देंगे जब प्रार्थी १५ दिन के बाद गया तो कहने लगे तुम्हारा कोई रूपए अब नही रहा और कहा कि जो तुम्हे करना हो तो कर लो अब हम तुम्हारा रूपए हम नही देंगे/
                                      श्रीमान जी मेरे बीबी की बहुत ज्यदा बीमार है और मेने ब्याज पे रूपए लेकर अपनी बीबी का इलाज करा रहे है अब मेरे पास वो भी रूपए बीमारी में लग गए है मेरे पास कुछ भी रूपए नही रहे मै बहुत ज्यदा ही परेशान है कि मै किया करू /

From last three month ago i am facing. but i am getting same error "contact to cashyer." when i disscussed my problem with branch cashyer he did not given a proper response and told me that i don't know about same response i got from IT officer of sahara india pukhrayan. I dont want to say but i am very mentally harrased from sahara india cashyer branch pukhrayan . He is not able to do anything daily everybody has been disapponted Town pukhrayan is very reputed in kanpur dehat.                                         Respected Dy. Managing Director, Subject: Need update on Unit No – S – 4/12, Sahara City Home, Hardoi Bypass Road I (Satya Singh H/O Shivani Singh) wanted to bring your attention regarding my booking for Unit Number S - 4/12 at Sahara City Home at Hardoi Bypass Road, Near IIM, Lucknow which I have booked under Sahara City Home Scheme on July 20th, 2013 for Rs. 1, 35, 00, 000/-. I have visited above mentioned House on Jan 5th, 2015 and following are my observations: 1.You have launched a scheme at Sahara City Home at Hardoi Bypass Road, Near IIM, Lucknow and on your persuasions I have booked the House Number S - 4/12 on July 20th, 2013 for total amount of 1, 35, 00, 000/-. 2.I have paid 98% of total agreed amount 1, 35, 00, 000/- and you have promised to handover the possession of the above mentioned house latest by August 2014. 3.On Jane 5th, 2015, I found the above mentioned house in same condition as it was at the time of booking and there is number of works that need to be completed 4.The iron rod used in the said house has been rusted and deteriorated day by day for which your wholly responsible 5.After discussing with your site employee and people around, came to know the construction work has been stopped and no work is carrying out on the spot for last ten months and looking into the situation, I have no hope that the construction work of said house will be completed by August, 2015 6.I have taken the loan of Rs. 96, 00, 000/- from ICICI Bank Limited to purchase said house and am paying around Rs 70, 000/- as an interest per month. 7.Recovery department has charged Rs. 30, 000/ - as late fees for the month of February 2014 due to negligence /misunderstanding between Recovery department and ICICI Bank as they did not send the Demand Letter on time. I am continuously reaching to your Representative via email/phone but unfortunately no one in your team is providing me satisfactory answer and on the top everyone is saying I don’t know for the above cause. I would really appreciate if you could look into the matter and provide me the answer for the following 1. Time limit for construction and possession 2. Who will be accountable / Responsible for ICICI Bank loan amount interest (Since Paid amount not in use) 3. Please wave – off late payment of February 2014. 4.
