I deposited an amount of Rs 3, 65, 482 /- in Sahara Credit cooperative society limited, LUCKNOW-226024 on 14th july 2012. The deposit was matured on 14th July 2020. I deposited said amount at Amalapuram Branch Office, Sahara India Pariwar, East Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. The Branch Manager is not refunding the Maturity Amount.

My father Vinod Kumar sah has purchased Q shop sahara plan on 2012 which supposed to get matured on 2020.

At the time of maturity I went to brach for withdrawal but branch replied like there are no active plans and loan hass been issued against these plans.

I raised the complainant earlier also but there is no response by branch.

I have deposited amount in 2 fds and 1 rd. They get mature in june 2020. First fd amount is 89, 551/-, second fd amount is 90, 714/- and rd amount is 15, 000/- Rs. My membership number is [protected] for fds and [protected] for rd. Sahara india branch, godavri hall, bhilwara(raj.) is also not cooperating us. Now i want file my compliant in consumer court against sahara india.
