Some money i get to this company i sanatan mishra 200per month invest plan opened 2003 till 2007 . i take loan 10000 from sahara india parivar to 2008. balance money please return my sahara invest or pass book no. 29300. my mobile no. [protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com

agents were calling us. As like you have some prize like 2, 800000. Please give your address. Then they will send some post with penalty 3150 you should submit amount and then you take a letter like that. I have one of fraud agent phone number +91-[protected] please take an action about him. Other wise they will do these activity and collect the money from us. and escape.

I was working in Sahara India Commercial Corp.Limited with EMP ID 25141 and resigned on[protected]. My UAN no. was[protected], Sahara India Commercial Corp.Limited provide my Provident Fund(Rs.103316(Rs.71405/-[employee and employer Share] + interest). through DD No.553615 dated[protected] payable at Kolkata) which I collect & give them satisfied letter from Sahara India Commercial Corp.Limited s REGIONAL OFFICE(1941) HOWRAH, on middle of October 2015. As per payment details Sahara India Commercial Corp.Limited office provide me Total P.F deposit amount is Rs.71405/-(employee and employer Share). But I inform you that August2014 Salary sheet showing my P.F. Deposit amount is Rs.81036.(employee and employer Share). Please provide the following information: Why not Sahara India Commercial Corp.Limited pay proper amount at a time. When Sahara India Commercial Corp.Limited pay my difference amount with proper interest.Give me final date. I already complain grievance. In Year 2005 my Mother had invested in SAHARA RAJAT YOJNA a Sum of RS 10, 000 The Date of Application was 19th November 2005 which was Matured on 19th November 2015. The application was filled at goregaon West Branch but Since the Branch has been Closed I visited to Andheri West Branch for Claiming the Maturity amount. I was Shocked to Know that the amount was withdrawn in year 2010 without the person consent, and got to know that the Manager of the Branch had made a Fraud with Sahara and took away the money of Depositor stating the owner has lost the book and reissued a new one and made forgey signatures and claimed the amount. We informed to the agency that we had never been intimated on the fraud which took place and in return they are not ready to help and asking us to visit to Lucknow branch for the complaint. I invested Rs. 10000.00 (Ten Thousand) on[protected] to Sahara India (in its Phulwari Sharif, Patna Branch) in Sahara Rajat Yojna scheme through its agent Sh. Munshi Prasad Singh. This scheme has matured on 30/03/2013. Now as per company policy it should paid the maturity amount which is about Rs. 28000.00. But till 2014 it has not informed me anything about it. I claimed it in 2015 through agent. After 2-3 months the agent has informed on my mobile that I have to invest my half of the matured amount in some other Sahara scheme. I refused to invest the same. Then he said that your amount is ready to issue but Sahara can give you only half of the amount i.e. Rs.14000.00 only. In my opinion this is just a cheating, fraud. I took back my passbook, photograph from the agent but he did not return the form on which I signed. In this regard I would like to say that action should be taken against responsible person and said amount should be given to me as early as possible.

I booked an apartment at Sahara City Homes, Hardoi by-pass Road, in Lucknow from Sahara India Commercial Corporation Ltd. (Infrastructure & Housing Division) on February 25, 2008. The apartment was 2 Bedroom on second Floor, with unit Area of approximately 900 sq. ft. The unit price was Rs. 2387000.00. I made the whole payment within 3 years. Unfortunately, they have not completed the unit. The outside is built but nothing is done to complete the inside of the unit. Some of the adjacent buildings are complete and people have moved in. I went to the head office and requested the management to give me a replacement unit that is ready, as of yet I have not heard anything. I am an NRI and visit India every year; I would rather have my own place instead of renting. I wish there was a stronger consumer protection government department in India to help people like us and prosecute these fraudulent, deceitful cheaters like Sahara & company.

Date of incident-28/02/2014 my term of policy is completed but bakhri bazar branch not able to give my payment even after 22 month. Branch says that we have not sufficient balance to payment. I am very sad and frosted that what can i do? please help me

We had booked a flat in Sahara City Prime Homes project at Dhanori, Pune. We had to pay around Rs. 7 lakh because of the repeated reminders of legal actions for skipping payments. We requested for a cancellation after SEBI's order. They haven't refunded our amount yet. All their offices have been closed and the Lucknow office is not answering any calls. We needed the money for our daughter's marriage and we requested them repeatedly to return our money but to no help. Finally we had to loan the money for the marriage expenses. The money returned would really help us with our situation. After our requests went unanswered, we had to hire a lawyer who charged exorbitant rate to send them notices. Despite sending two legal notice, they are not responding/returning our amount. We are middle class people. And sahara has fooled us and is playing with our money. Kindly help us get our hard earned money back. It would really help us with our situation.

I had applied for withdrawal on Sep-2014. But till, i can not got the money and whenever i call him for status they replyed every time that fund is not available.

Submitted for redemption on 27/10/2015 and I have not received the amount.

I have deposited Rs 10, 000/- on 27/12/2003 with Sahara India Commercial Corporation Limited (Sahara Rajat Yojana) vide application no[protected], Sahara India receipt number [protected] and Pass book serial number 24300/0441937 of Virar, Maharashtra region. Till date I have not received any intimation in this regard. Kindly intimate by return message about the exact status of my deposit.

I have deposited rupees 75000 in one of Sahara India Pariwar scheme. After maturity of six months, i am unable to get my double Rs.1, 50, 000.00 amount. My problem is not solved and instead of helping your support assistance are doing fraud work with my account.i was safe because my account was nill.i was hoping that i will definately get full support from ur side.but no result. this is a message to consumer complaint that i[censored] are loyal at work then please give me better feedback, otherwise i would like to take police support in which ur fraud assistance will be handed.

Dear sir, this is regretfully informed you that i have been fixed near about 2 lacs in the branch -parihar, sitamarhi (bihar) of sahara india pariwar in 2009 for 72 months in different policy of sahara india. But after getting r maturity of policy branch is not paying the maturity amount since last four month.I have talked with branch manager many times, he said that due to money crisis payment can not be done. therefore please either do the needful work to me or suggest to do next step.
