In 2009 We have deposited around Rs. 10 Lakhs in sahara real estate corporation ltd and in 2012 agent converted it to sahara q shop central. When we contacted nearest branch office of Kothagudem the employees of Sahara Company are refusing to give the answer and there are avoiding us. Now we want money refund but sahara persons are not responding We request refund of the investment done...

Sahara q shop unique products range limited
I have invest money in Sahara q shop in june 2012, maturity is over but they are not ready to refund, in sahara office manager said you money will refund be sebi so you need to send all document included bond to sebi mumbai before 2 july 2018, i sent document to sebi as per discussion with sahara manager, but not get any response from sebi then, i have call to sebi customer care and they said your refund claim is rejected because sebi provides refund only for housing and realstate, they will sent document in asap, but in sahara branch mangaer said for sebi will refund you other wise you need to invest other product for min duration 3 years, but i have urgent requirement for money due to medical treatment so request you please do some necessary action and refund my money.

Dear All,

I am writing this mail on the behalf of my brother, he had fixed deposit rs. 100000/- on june2012 for 6 year, now six year has been completed. She went to Sahar office for maturity. But Sahra’s officers reused for maturity. After that she went to Branch Manager, he also refused. they were saying it will be take 3 year for maturity.

Now we are suffering financial problem. so need urgent money.
Please maturity of this FD on urgent basis.

Requiting you please treat it as urgent.

Sahara is not repaying my money.. I invested in real estate then my agent converted it to q shop.. My maturity date was 18 may 2018 and they are asking me to reinvest which is impossible.. I have complained in mca regarding this i have uploaded the firm also but it's been one month i have not received any response.. I m not getting any help from anyone kindly help me i am losing my hope.. I really need my money. I trusted that company and invested hefty amount which i really need but don't know from where to take help..

I have invested money in sahara q shop plan h on 19 may 2012.
Maturity date was 19 may 2018.
On trying to redeem the money, they are asking me to re invest the money again in to some scheme.
They say they won't give the money even if it is mature. They only give reinvestment as an option. But i do not want to do it. I require the money. Please help me claim my amount from the scheme. How can i get my money back?

As we are the early customer of sahara q shop scheme we have a bond which have been matured this july ... And now the staff is forcing us to get the earlier bond renewed and again sign it for 2 years more ...Sir we dnt want to renew it we want our bond amount as earlier possible ...hoping you to take action ASAP.

I have invested rs.61100/- at sahara q shop plan h on 13/05/2012 which was 6 years/72 months maturity term. Now when i am contacting the sahara office they are telling to enhance this for another two years else claim thorough sebi only. Sebi toll free nos person saying this plan is not included through sirecl and shicl bond scheme. As per our sahara agent they have converted this bond from preivious sahara housing bonds. Kindly suggest the right way of claiming

I named Anil Mehrotra agent code no[protected] in the above co.kamla nagar Agra up.
The above co. had renewed the maturities amount of real state housing bond and Norman bond my depositors in q shop scheme for six years saying this co. has no money for payment.
After six years passed co. again is compelling my depositors to continue to invest for next two years saying this co has no money for payment.
There fore u are requested to instruct the co to pay the maturities amount of my parties immidieate. As per law co. can't be compel to any one to invest further forcely.Now no trust in

I had deposited an amount of rs.41750 as advance for sahara q shop goods (Exist) plan h on 6.6.2012. The maturity amount of 98112/was due on 6.6.2018. But now the branch manager says me either to convert the amount in another plan for two years or surrender to him original certificate issued to me by sahara at the time of deposit. He further says that he would send the certificate in original to sebi for payment. As these are neither bonds nor shares i fail to understand why he insists me to hand over the certificate to him for his onward submitting the same to sebi. As i urgently require money, kindly arrange to give me maturity amount
