Sub- Sahara q shop deny to maturities payment
Sir
I named Anil Mehrotra agent code no[protected] in the above co.kamla nagar Agra up.
The above co. had renewed the maturities amount of real state housing bond and Norman bond my depositors in q shop scheme for six years saying this co. has no money for payment.
After six years passed co. again is compelling my depositors to continue to invest for next two years saying this co has no money for payment.
There fore u are requested to instruct the co to pay the maturities amount of my parties immidieate. As per law co. can't be compel to any one to invest further forcely.Now no trust in
co.

I have invested rs.6, 100/- (Rupees six thousand one hundred only) at sahara q shop plan h on 13/06/2012 which was 6 years/72 months maturity term. Now when i am contacting the sahara office they are telling to enhance this for another two years else claim thorough sebi only. Sebi toll free nos person saying this plan is not included through sirecl and shicl bond scheme. As per our sahara agent they have converted this bond from preivious sahara housing bonds. Kindly suggest the right way of claiming

I had a sahara fixed deposit which was converted to sahara qshop scheme, at that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw after 6 years and after finishing 6 years when i approched them they are saying that you can only withdraw after 6years. Iam from new delhi ayanagar. Now they are again approching me to convert that deposit into another sceme. Kindly help get my money refunded.

At the time of maturity the agent told us that that i[censored] want money sebi will give you, but when we have no idea, you have to deal with sebi, by contacting sebi helpline, they told us that u will not get any refund from us regarding sahara q shop plan & kindly contact mca.gov.in
When we contact there they told us to fill the investor complain form.. I dont know what to do plzz help me out

I had invested the money in "advanced for q shop goods (Exist) plan h" about 1 lakh 25 thousand.

I want to get the information that, as this plan is of sahara real estate, so how can i refund my money.

This plan says i will be getting 2 lakh 35 thousand after 5 years... Today is 2018 and 7 years are gone.

When i go to the agent from whom, i have insured the policy, he is not responding on any inquiry. I have no other contact other than agent's name and contact number. I had deposited an amount of rs.41750 as advance for sahara q shop goods (Exist) plan h on 6.6.2012. The maturity amount of 98112/was due on 6.6.2018. But now the branch manager says me either to convert the amount in another plan for two years or surrender to him original certificate issued to me by sahara at the time of deposit. He further says that he would send the certificate in original to sebi for payment. As these are neither bonds nor shares i fail to understand why he insists me to hand over the certificate to him for his onward submitting the same to sebi. As i urgently require money, kindly arrange to give me maturity amount

Respected sir first of all i inform u that your agent without inform me my one monthly policy maturity amount replace in shara q shop without inform. June 2018 my maturity is complete i need rupees. But now your officer says that increase the policy time for 2 year otherwise u will not get amount but i need money now and i am not sure that after 2 year u will paid my amount. Maturity amount not refunded
My father had deposited of 3 lakhs in sahara q shop by agent 6 years 7 months back, as per term and condition 7 years over, now i want my money back but agent is telling to keep money on another scheme. Sahara is making fool to indian people and creating fear to take money from sebi and 28% gst will be deduct from maturity amount. I need of my money, please help or suggest how to withdraw from sahara q shop.

Sahara q - shop unique products range limited fixed deposit matured in my name ramesh kumar and my wife name shabanam in this june-2018 but sahara branch office at chandrapura, bokaro, jharkhand -828403 - is not processing for payment and concerned agent is forcing us to invest in other scheme of sahara. We need our money immediately for some domestic purpose but sahara management at chandrapura, bokaro, jharkhand -828403 is not willing to process for payment. Sahara is not realizing the value of customer after getting money from customer. Please arrange to solve the problem at the earliest.

We have around 25 receipts of q shop central of different amounts and total is around 1 lakh eighty thousand approx. Now we want money refund but company is forcing to extend it for another 2 year. We request refund of the investment done

I have invested( Rs.44750, RS.10850 and RS.10850)in the product called''SAHARA Q SHOP UNIQUE PRODUCTS'' ON 06/09/2012, 31/08/2012, 31/08/2012 respectively.On maturity date, company is not paying the amount which is due to us.The sahara manager was forcing to reinvest the money in a scheme called ''GOLDEN 24".So, kindley take necessary action .
