I am anju niogi i am invest 21/07/2012 sahra india q shop plan h, fresh investment my maturity date 21/07/2018. Maturity date over but maturity not payment in branch office. I am thousand time request plz give me my deposit + interest amount but branch manager only pressurised you again invest sahara 24 schemes under credits cooperative societies. I am not agree any sahara india pariwar!! "plan" i want my money my mature amount 117720/- plz give me process for maturity amount or apply formate (Demand formate)

Dear sir, my bond in sahara q shop unique products range limited has been completed but when i went to bank they are refusing to pay it soon. Manager doesn't talk seriously and says that it will be paid by sebi direct to your account but doesn't say that when it will be paid. I called to sebi but they are saying that your investment is not listed in sebi. We will not pay you the refund.

I and my parents have invested 30000 + 25000 + 10000 = 65000 in sahara q shop plan 'h'. Already completed 6 years[protected]. When we visited branch for maturity amount, then agent told us that, court case going on between sahara and sebi so payment will be delayed and advised us to put it in fix deposit (12.5% interest rate) for next 2 years.
But the truth is that, sahara q shop is not under sebi, when i contacted sebi they redirected me to file one complain with mca. Sahara q shop and agents are fraud, my advise is do not convert q shop deposit to any fd as advised by agents, as they will get 2 more years and post that also they will come back with some short of excuse and will convince you convert to some other scheme.
Better you can file one serious complain with mca.

Karwayi thi jisme 2.35 guna 6 year baad maturity amount 14, 805/- pay karne k bola gaya tha branch manager dwara jo ab bolte h ki paisa nahi milega esko stars multipurpose cooperative society ltd. Sir mr money is deposited in my sahara india company, now the time of the money deposit has been completed, the company is not paying even after the expiry of the time period, and the company is reluctant to pay the money, the company will force me the company says that these deposits will not be converted to other schemes, otherwise you will not get the money, we do not want to change in the other schemes, i need the money in my house. I had invested INR 71000 in Sahara Q Shop scheme in May 2013. Now i want to get refund for my amount. The same is not supported by the Sahara agents and the concerned office persons. Scheme details:

My two bond in name of Priya and Chaya Das bearing receipt no.[protected] and [protected] of F.W.Code 0/[protected] and 0/[protected] of Rs.10950 and Rs.9700 dated 09/06/2012 and 16/06/2012 got matured but the agent is forcing me to covert it another scheme.So i told him that i need money right now and i could not convert it again .Kindly help us to get the matured amount.My contact no.is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com .

Dear sir I am Mintu choudhury, I am a sahara Q SHOP GOODS PLAN H policy holder, my policy number is, 0/[protected], 0/[protected], 0/[protected], 0/[protected], total amount in Rs 100000 which is open by Sumit Bhattacharya, Berhampore branch, branch code is 1610. I was joined this policy on date 27/07/2012. After completion 6 years of my policy term now my policy become matured. Now I want to take back my policy full matured amount. Although the concerned agent Sumit Bhattacharya (sahara berhampore branch 1610) is not interested to back my policy maturity amount.
Therefore sir as a sahara Q SHOP GOODS PLAN H policy holder I strongly request you that you please take necessary action to get my policy full maturity amount and oblige.

Dear sir

I am invested directly on the Sahara Q shop plan an amount of Rs 100000/- . Its maturity was on 7th July 2018. Please provide me how to go about to withdraw my Q shop money invested Rs 100, 00 on this plan.

Agents are telling to convert but I denied for the same. They are telling about option is not yet open from sahara. what I suppose to do to get my money back as it was matured in July 7 2018.

I had invested in some other securities of Sahara but due order of Hon' Supreme court Sahara unilaterally converted those securities as ( Sahara Qshop bond) advance for goods and services. Now almost six years has been passed since such act of Sahara, so such advance can be treated as deposit as per section 76 of Companies act, 2013 and rules made thereunder. Further, since Sahara is not refunding money therefore I am requesting you to look into the affairs of the said company and take appropriate action to help me to get my money back.

My original 3 FDs of Rs 10000 got matured in 2013. Instead of refunding my matured amount of Rs 60000, my agent convinced me and deposited in Sahara Q-Shop for another 5 years saying it would fetch good return.

Now when I asked to get my matured amount, agent informs that Sahara is not paying back the amount at this moment but instead sent me another form to deposit the amount in another scheme (Sahara Universal Multipurpose Society Limited, Contribution Form-Super BB) for another 3 years. 3 Forms sent to me are
(1) Application for refund of booking amount of Sahara Q shop
(2) Withdrawal Slip from Sahara Q shop and
(3) New scheme Form - Sahara Universal Multipurpose Society Limited

I am not interested in further extension and request the authority to kindly get my matured amount refunded along with accrued interest if any.

I had invested[protected] RS to SAHARA Housing Investment Corporation Limited at March 2010 which was converted to Sahara Q shop scheme on 2012 and at that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw after 6 years and after finishing 6 years Now again I am struggling to get my money back . I am from PUNE . Kindly help me to get my maturity amount.

i have invested 5 lakh in sahara Q shop plan-H on[protected].
on 8 august 2018 my investment money will get matured.
so i visited my near sahara india office to know the way & requred documents needed to withdraw the money.

But then the manager present there refused to return the money as he said your money will be get refunded after 2 years.

but i have my daughters marriage this year i saved this money only for her. this is my lifetime saving.
please help.

i had invested Rs 50000/- in sahara india real state corporation ltd abode bond on 15/02/2011 which later on converted to q shop on 25/05/2012 without any informed consent for 6 years . now this bond is mature on 25/05/2018 but agent deferring payment siting various reason. i need my money very badly . so kindly look in to the matter & do the needful so that i get my money back.
