I bought sansui 50 inch led after 6 month it has aoto maticaly swich off not working. I called for complaint after 7 days latter compny send macknic. After chaking he said led pannle has some mistake.. I will tell compny. And they will change your led.
Every day i making contact but they were not working. Now i m very apset with this compny. No body is redy to soul out my prob. Im totly dis appointed.

    Maine[protected] ko sansui ka 50 inch smart tv (Model No. Sansui SMC50FH18X 50 Inch Full HD Smart LED) Liya tha. usko videocon ka in-build DTH system hai. jab maine tv install kiya us din se 4-5 din mein hi DTH "No Signal" Dikha raha hai Aur Tv ka sound bhi kabhi aata hai kabhi jata hai.
    Maine company se complaint ki to company bata rahi hai ki tv ka part chala gaya hai aur ye part abhi hamare pass nahi hai. Aapka Tv repair nahi ho sakta lekin hum aapko naya tv replace mein de denge.o bolke abhi 15 din ho gaye hai. to abhi phone kiya to wo bol rahe hai ki tv ka (Model No. Sansui SMC50FH18X 50 Inch Full HD Smart LED) model abhi bandh ho gaya hai. market mein nahi hai. aapko usi Price ka naya tv chahiye to de denge. our wo bhi 43 inch ka.
    lekin mujhe kuch bhi karke wahi tv model chahiya. to main kya karoon.

      I purchase a acat kanpur, up in April 2016, and I register a complaint via customer care I n 12 Oct 2016.
      Till date there is no visit of engineer for service.

      Worst product and worst service.

        With due respect I want to say that I Om Parkash, Advocate and Senior Citizen retired from CSIO sector 30 Chandigarh bought a Sansui 43 LED from NEXT Chandigarh sector 35 ON 29/10/2016, the LED
        was delivered on 29th evening when the delivery boy was asked to check the LED he insure that the LED has been checked and is totally fine and the installation would be done next day .The next day when the installations person came they said that the LED is
        defective and can not be installed, the LED was immediately taken to the NEXT showroom and asked was the replacement but the owner Rehan said i would be replaced and it would be done within few hours but the LED til date has not been replaced nor taken any
        action in respect of continuous request.Every time I call and request to the change they say that it will be done soon even the arear manager has been called so many time but still its useless, I being a senior citizen is facing such a harassment by your staff, this
        is the first time that i have switched from the company sony and samsung and it is my biggest regret that I have done.The day i went to buy the LED you promised so much and now when I have bought your product its seems like a useless consumer .

        This mail is to just inform you that you are the one of the worst service provider that I have come across in my entire life and hats off to the person who prefer brands like sony, samsung and LG over
        one the worst brand like yours.

          I have purchased Sansui LED TV 43 inch 4k Ultra HD Model SNA43QX0ZSA from Sargam Electronics Uttam Nagar New Delhi. The payment was made on Sunday(23.10.16) and TV was delivered & installed on 24.10.16. I am not satisfied with the product due to following:
          1. 4K Media does not run on the TV even tough it is mentioned to be 4K TV.
          2. No backlit.
          3. Contrast very poor.
          4. There is bliackness at the borders.
          In view of above submission, it is requested to take back the product and refund my hard earned money.

              Confronting same issue twice in a year. It is not worth of purchasing.

              There is red thin line appearing in center of the screen and sound issue. It was happened in march'16 also and now again same issue accumulate. I have purchased tv in aug'14, sansui due to the brand name and attempting to repait it.
              Please help me with replacement of my tv, i do not want to repair now.

                I purchase the sansui led tv 28" on dated 20/11/2015 sr. No[protected] from hari sales corp. Samalkha haryana on dated the tv persist some problem. I called the customer care our service technician attend the complained after checking he say that the service is done on the chargeable basis it not cover the warranty if the company gives the one year warranty please justify what it covers
                If you have not necessary action regarding this matter with in 10 days after that i go through the legal procedure for that wholly responsible are you

                  I bought a new air conditioner, but no one came for installation, even I called customer care under complaint number DEL[protected] but no one visit after 72 hrs... However they said there time is less then 24 hrs...all the time they just gives visit time but no one visit, even they gave there manager's number and he also provide time only like it will be installed tomorrow, then again called then replied as will be installed by tomorrow morning but no one visit, we just wait at home and cancel our plans in impression of that they will visit... Just wastage of our time. Third class service.

                      I had purchased led 24 inch tv rukmini traders goa on 24/6/2014, suddenly screen turned white in june 16, i hd purchased this expecting aquality product.. Nw the service techician advise to change the panel cost 9k. I wanted to knw whether i was eligible for only one or two year warranty feom the date of purchase.., can this be repaired instead replaced.

                      For a common middle xlass this much amount matters amost.

                        Sansui brush 32" TV takes 25 minutes to start. When u put the TV on, it is blank there is no sound and no picture and this goes on for about 25 minutes in between one can see a flash of vision. After about 25 minutes i.e. when the TV is hot you see the picture but in horizontal lines and a broad vertical line as if the sync is out. At this time I put the tv off and on or the set top box off and on the change in signal starts the picture and audio. after that the TV works even though it becomes blank often. I donot know if there is any better way to explain this.

                        Led show menu bar automatically.automatically changes from AV to Hdme1 or next.Screen become blank.

HA1S7. मोबाइल लिया लेकिन वो सिम डालते ही बंद हो गया जब मैं उसे सरविस सेंटर पर लेकर गया तो उनहोने सिम sim slot की एक पिन तोड़ दी जब मैंने उनहे वो दिया तब वह टूटी हुई नही थी अब वे उसे ठीक करने के ₹ 290 माँग रहे हैं मैंने ये मोबाइल 31:08:2016 को खरीदा था
                                  मैंने इसे Bhagvati complex वाले सरविस सेंटर पर दिखाया था जो second floor पर है वहाँ का मैनेजर शायद Mr. Aashu है
                                  ये उनहोने मेरे साथ धोखा धड़ी की है mobile को कसटमर के सामने ना चैक करके पीछे केबिन में ले जाकर चैक करते हैं और इस तरहा की गड़बड़ करते हैं
                                  अब मैं कया करूँ ₹800. का मोबाइल है और ₹ 290 मैं एक ऐसी सरविस के दूँ जो धोखे से की जा रही है इस हरकत से कमपनी से विशवास खतम सा हो गया है यदि मेरी समसया का समाधान नही हुआ तो अागे आपकी कमपनी के product खरीदने के बारे मे मुझे सोचना पड़ेगी

With respect to complaint number slash plus which was purchased in Nov 2012 was given for repair . as the spare part was not there asked for buy I have given rs9030/- extra to buy new TV . while taking I have given the TV remote and other spare parts with that along with box . now they have given TV with out remote and with out warrenty card . first when I purchase from dealer same warrenty card was not given told that it will be punched in the service center . now the same is repeated . if I asked the man with number [protected] he is telling to register complaint . when I call [protected] to register complaint they are asking warrenty card .and given some number[protected]. In which he not receving the call only.
                                      Questions
                                      1) whom I have to give complaint .
                                      2)if not able to give good quality product then why you gave such waste product to customers by taking lot of money.
                                      3)in three years by taking thirty thousand if you are supplying such a poor quality product I am only ashamed that I have chosen such a worst brand product for ever.
                                      4) If the company is not maintaining the spare parts for three years then why you release such product to market just to cheat customers by taking money.

                                      This clearly indicates that your company is cheating by giving duplicate and worst product

                                        I had purchased a Sansui LED TV since 20/10/2016. After one year of purchasing upto till date i have facing lots of issue. Just like Panel fusing sound & screen failure etc. I have registered complain so many time. After the servicing it will become dead. I really frustrated after purchase this LED. I want exchange this LED because i have spent on it around 26k this is not small amount and pls let me know when i will expect your response. If you need any document pls let me know. In future i cannot buy any sansui product and neither recommend anyone else.
