Sir,
I purchased the above mentioned mobile (4g) and the charger on 30/11/2016 from newalipore shop kolkata - 700 053. The mobile charger is not working from two days back.

I think it is under guarantee. Will you advice what should i do?

I have bought sansui led tv on 02/01/2017 from mangalam kolar road bhopal. The tv is not working since 02/07/2017, the technition said that the motherboard is not working and it will be replaced within 1-2 days, now it has been 8 days and no action has been taken.
Please resolve my problem!!!
I want my tv to be replaced as it is in warranty period.

I have bought the sansui 1ton 5 star ac one month before. From the first day there were some sound coming from the ac so i complaint in the service center. After a week person came from service center and checked the ac, he showed me that there is one pipe inside the ac which is totaly bend. It was a manufacturing defect. He told me that within 1 day someone will call me and give me the solution. I waited but no response than i called again...

Sansui harizon 2. Purchased through online. Very very very very worest battery. Touch also not good. I am feeling frustated with this phone. Using for normal calling and with in 6 hours battery will be eampty. If data activated then it will give 3 hours max. Is this mobile phone or land line? Mobile made in india but battery made in china. Shame on you sansui team....

My sansui led tv 40" display has been stopped working, raised the complaint for the same on 6th june 17. Till now there's no response from service center on resolution (Product is under warranty)

I booked for service my sansui lcd tv and complaint no. Is kol[protected] on 30th may 2017. Technician came 3rd june. He open back cover and closed. Report me that our office call you 5th june 2017 and take rs. 600.00 for service charge through a bill but there is no bill no. Only written authorised service centre "sreesh touch". I have purchased a sansui refrigerator in december-2016 last through flipkart online shopping site. Since last 3 month it is not working properly, mainly it is not cooling properly. 1. On purchasing of product it was not working properly, cc center has changed complete mother board, it has taken 20 days. (25/9/2016)
It was not repaired properly, voice problem was established.

i hav already given compliant Id VIJ [protected], the service guy came and checked, even my problem is not solved. the actual problem it is turning off suddenly and showing E6 on Display. and sometimes when i turn off swing panel is not closing, showing number on display like 10, later 07 later 06 later 02 later turning off. irrtating with this sansui ac. coustomer service is really so bad.

Tried to reach your mobile number twice but couldnt reach you. Anyhow spoke to one of your staff Ms.Surya & Vijayan for the past 3 days. But no action had been taken to install the AC ever after 3 days of delivery of the product.

Thought of contacting you before taking further action.

Last year i bought sansui split ac for my home (Kovilpatti, thoothukudi dist tamilnadu). Last month ac got repaired. I have called sansui customer care and registered my complaint. The phone attendant said that he will send technician in 48 hours but nobody came even after 48 hours. So i called again and he said he will put a reminder for my complaint and assured that technician will come to my home in next day morning. But he didn't turned...

I bought the sansui phone on 20-3-17 and soon after a month the phones display vanished and some speaker problem came in..

When i went to the authoried survice centre and submitted the phone on 29/04/17 they took the phone and didn't tell me that under warranty they will be charging some money. When i went there to take the phone the service center person charged rs250/- from me unnecessarily.

Sir, it was about yesterday we were watching tv and suddenly it got cracked from inside. It was not at all hit by anything. When we took TV to sansui service center they refused to repair and called it an external damage. It does not have any crack or scratch from outside .
