I purchase sansui led tv on dated 30.11.2014 name of s. B. Sharma from bagga electronics main market no 5 nit faridabad 121001 with 3 years warranty but at the duration between 8.8.2015 to till now 4 times change led panel but not working properly our complaint details
1- gur[protected] dated 8/8/2015 change panel
2- gur[protected] dated 25/8/2015 change panel
3- gur[protected] dated 18/7/2016 change panel
4 gur [protected] dated 29/08/2016 again required change panel
30.11.2014 to till date he will change 4 times led display but he is not working properly this is under warranty only 3 months but after 3 months he is scrap or pay rs 16000 thousand change led panel so as per status of complaint we required change new full led. Not change panel as per comp lent details sansui engg unknown or faulty this unit so kindly conform why this problem repeat again and again. We ask always but not ans sansui engg why this problem repeat so kindly change my new unit urgently. We loss trust of this unit

    Sir, I was given aalready 5 to 6 complaints to your engineer but always he comes open the bracket & then push the pin socket after that 10 to 15 days tv working properly but after that same negative pictures comes .
    this thing happen again & again in 15 days interval
    so i am irritating because of this
    Give me Proper solution

      Touch screen gets inoperative, not acted when touched, need shut down phone and restart then works for 5 -6 hrs and again stuck up.how to resolve problem.phone was purchased on line techno kart india on 22.8.15, invoice [protected].any service center in vadodara 390019 gujarat can solve problem.
      besides whenever any ringtone to be attended it is found that touch is inoperative i can not response to that call. i have to switch off phone and restart it. but that call is off

      I bought a ac at the middle of April 2016 from flipcart. suddenly water leakage from my ac in my room . I called several times to the customer care no. they are refused to take the complain due to their technical up gradation. so if this is urgent, how we will make a complain or get solutions ?????

        To the consumer court,
        We bought a sansui led tv in november 2015. However, in just 9 months, the tv had stopped working and lost the display. Despite our numerous calls, the company is not doing anything to either repair or replace the tv. It has been more than 2 weeks now, and all we are getting is some silly excuses. They even do not have the courtesy to call us, every time we call the customer care, they would ask us to call some area manager or some other manager. When we call, then that person would refer us to someone else. We are really tired now. Apart from the damaged tv, another thing that is bothering us is their irresponsible attitude and the harassment they are doing by making us call one person to another. Please help us resolving the issue asap.
        (The complaint has been registered with sansui in my husband's name - a sharma)

          I have purchased one sansui led tv model - sjx20hb through your dealer ararat electronics, 86-janpath, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar-751009 on dtd[protected] and invoice no-203067 now the tv has problem a green line shows on right side of the screen. then i informed the dealer about the problem, after 2 days a service representative came to our house and checked the tv and he take some photos and told us that"the panel of the tv has damaged it has to be replaced and i will come with a new panel" and till date nobody hasn't come and i make so many phone calls to the dealer but they didn't respond

            Bought 2 acs (One 1.5 ton, other 1 ton) in april 2016 via flipkart. The 1 ton ac has been not cooling that well since day one but we thought it's because it's smaller than the other one. However still some cooling was going on. Since last week it has become very problematic. Whenever it is switched on

            1. All led symbols light up simultaneously and nothing happens
            2.ac switches on but within 5 minutes displays es and starts beeping
            3.ac switches on but no cooling happens. It's like just the display shows it's on

            I have tried at least 10 numbers of sansui and their service centres. Only one picked up (Said this is sansui customer care). When i said i want to register a complaint said wrong number and cut call. Not picking up again. What the hell dude?

              I purchased a led tv sansui brand from sargam electronics, gurgaon on 16th july 2016... Invoice number sgur - 04013...

              Within two days suddenly the volume would become off... I have to restart tv for volume... Then again the same problem is repeating...

              The service engineer came and asked me to change set top box... Which i did but again same problem... I am really disappointed and would like sansui to replace the tv...

              Looking forward to a quick resolution of my problem.

                We have already complaint to our local dealer in the month of may-16 and he already ignore our issues now we have already complaint on [protected]@vgmail.in and still we are waiting for solution from last 20days.

                Eng have called us from [protected] and informed us that "your village area is out of city and get your tv here is main narendra nagar and our charges for vising is rs 450 and if we found any issue with part than that cost will be paid by you". After that neither he called us nor videocon online team have reverted us.

                Kindly confirmed us why this extra charges when our tv is already under warranty.

                    I have purchased sansui led tv sjx40fb-9xaf in november 2014. Seller told me 3 years replacement warranty.
                    On 02 august 2016 when switched on tv only on sound comes but no picture on screen. I have sent sms to 53030.
                    I have revived the customer reference no: pun[protected].
                    After 2-3 days the company person visited he checked the tv & braked the warranty seal to open back panel of tv.
                    He told me that some part is faulty & needs to replace but led panel is working fine. He also said that he will send request to company for required parts & will get within 4 to 5 days.
                    Still no reply from company. Help me.

                          Posted a complaint to area manager when the tv was under warranty. Now the warranty expired and the last service was not good. The service man used a old spare to just adjust the situation. I m totally disappointed..
                          I m searching for a solution now they are telling me to buy a new tv. And they will would give me 20% discount. Since i bought it for 25k.

                              Dear sir,

                              I purchased an led wall mounted 42 inch sansui tv in 2014 and it suddenly blanked out in april this year. So on april 30th i registered a complaint on the sansui customer complaint number at bhubaneswar. A technician turned up on 4th may only after i contacted mr niranjan dalai, the sales mgr who had sold me the set. Anyway, he told me that the picture chip (?) was damaged and would have to be replaced at a cost of rs 14, 000/-. Since it carries a three year warranty, i requested for it to be covered but the technician said that the company could not find my invoice and as such i would have to pay the entire amount. I again contacted mr dalai who hasd told me i had 3 years warranty and he said that the cost would be covered and he would contact the service centre to take care of the issue. Thereafter two months passed with several calls to the sansui, service asi giridhari whose contact no had been provided by mr dalai and mr dalai himself. After several unanswered calls and texts, i finally threatened to file a complaint before the consumer court. Mr dalai then asked me to text the serial no on the tv[protected] which i did and around 15th july he took my call and told me that my tv had been purchased in feb 2014 and the extended warranty had applied from march so i was not eligible. Incidentally, when i told him that i was being forced to take legal steps he was very rude and told me that he was not responsible for service as he was a sales person. As if the person who sold the product is absolved of all responsibility when it comes to service. Anyway, it took three months just to tell me this. Since the technician who first came had taken my invoice, i had no way of knowing what was the truth. I have been robbed, cheated, harassed and humiliated. To add insult to injury, no one has bothered to come to fix the problem even after that. I don't know of worse service in any fmcg company in india and am ruing the day i bought sansui products. I request you to get my tv repaired with warranty for the picture chip asap. I am ready to pay service charge.

                                I am r. K. Mathur from gorakhpur (Up). I have ordered a sansui spilt ac from flipkart and installed the ac by the service engineers of the company. After using the ac 3-4 months i have called the service center for the free service of the ac (Complaint id: gor[protected]) and it was serviced by karim, but after the service visit, on the next i noticed that the gas pipe of the ac is damaged by the engineer and it was completely bend and because of this my ac is not working properly and their is really low cooling.

                                After that, i have made many complaints to the customer care but they were not resolving my issue, instead they register my complaint and told me that the service will be done and after 5 days they automatically cancel the complaint and when i talk to them they start blaming me and talk in a harsh manner.                                 Its being around 4 weeks i am doing this thing and really very fed up with this kind of service. I want you to please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                  I purchased a sansui 52 inches led in april 2016, its been only 2 months the display of the product malfunctioned. i complained about it (complaint no.:-gur[protected]). the technician who visited assured a solution in maximum 7 days, its been a month am following up. but now when i call service agency they say the part is not available and i should wait more. now i have some questions that i would like you to answer:
                                  1. what quality products is your company manufacturing.?
                                  2. is this the kind of service you boast about? (5 years extended warranty, you are straight away cheating consumers)
                                  3. what would you like to do now? (i prefer you should opt to replace it right away as the main unit "the display" malfunctioned and the loss that i have incurred as my work got hindered.)

                                    Sir i had purchased sansui mobile and this piece is not working from day1.. Its model no. Is sansui u5o+.. I had complaint before also but i got no response.. I gave this piece for repairing to tab collection your authorised service centre.. But he was asking for charge.. I purchased that mobile on 7th august 2015.. Its bill no is 369.. I request u to give me a new piece.. I am very much disappointed with this mobile its memory is very weak if i add new numbers old numbers are getting deleted... Its mic is not working..
