I need a fan blade of the outer unit which has been damaged. Please convey the message to sansui so that i can get the solution. Or i will think that flipkart is selling a company's product whose after delivery service is worse...

Why don't you guys update your company website's information. In Service Center finder, no service center can be found. In Contact detail, only 1 landline number is mentioned[protected], which is not reachable. So embarrassing for Sansui that they cannot update their website information. Only focusing on sales, no service. You are not gonna sustain in this competitive market this way remember...

Dear Sansui,

I have already taken a substitute solution from a third party, but I have experienced very poor experience from it in 1st purchase of Sansui, . I was not expecting this. Now, I won't recommend Sansui to any nor I will purchase.

Yesterday night all of a sudden when i tried to start the ac Model SSZ33, it showed an Error "E2" in the display. I tried unplugging the electricity connection, but it did not started. Please suggest the solution at the earliest. I already had suffered a lot for this ac in terms o[censored]sing it nicely. Please suggest how to solve this.
The Ac is mere 1 year old.

I got it serviced but they took money for it. It should have been included as FREE Service as I was trying to contact you since june 2017 in your provided customer care number 022-45424400, but it never got connected. In between the 1 year expired for FREE service. You guys should understand that it was not my fault. I got wrong customer care number. When I got the right number it was past the 1 year free service. You guys should take it as your responsibility and refund my money given for service.

    आपको सुचित करते हुए बेहद दुःख हो रहा है कि मेने sansui का मॉडल नो contvsnx40fh18axf sn. No.[protected] जनवरी 2017 को ख़रीदा था जो कुछ महीनो तो सही चला और बाद में अचानक बंद हो गया.
    जिसकी कंप्लेंट मेने 17/07/2017 को दर्ज करवाई
    4-5 दिन बाद रिपेयर हो कर मेरे घर आई और 5- 7 दिन बाद ही वापिस ख़राब हो गयी.
    1 अगस्त तारीख को आमिर नाम का मेकनिक मेरे घर सीकर आया और led को खोल कर अपने साथ ले गया जो बार बार कंपनी के हेल्पलाइन नंबर [protected], [protected], [protected] पर फ़ोन करने के बाद 18 (अगस्त) तारीख को मेरे घर पर आकर लगा गया.
    ये led सिर्फ 1 दिन ही सही चली और अगले दिन 19 अगस्त शनिवार को फिर ख़राब हो गई
    जिसकी कंप्लेंट मेने सोमवार 21 तारीख को [protected], [protected] लिखवानी चाही लेकिन किसी ने फ़ोन नहीं उठाया.
    और कम्पनी के लैंड लाइन नंबर [protected], पर फ़ोन नहीं लग रहा था.
    अगले दिन मेरी [protected] पर विजय सिंह जी से बात हुई उनको मेने अपनी पूरी समस्या विस्तार से समझाई कि led स्टार्ट होने में 20-25 मिनट तक ले रही है और बार बार बंद हो रही है यही समस्या पहले भी आ रही थी, जिसके बाद उन्होंने कांफ्र्रेंस कॉल पर मेकानिक आमिर से बात कि और मुझे विस्वास दिलाया कि अगले 2 दिन में मेकानिक आकर led सही कर देगा.
    लेकिन उसके बाद आज तक न कोई मेकेनिक मेरे घर आकर led सही कर के गया नहीं मुझसे उसके बारे में फ़ोन पे बात कि और कंपनी का हेल्पलाइन[protected] लग नहीं रहा.
    मैं इतने पैसे खर्च करने के बाद इस तरह का प्रोडक्ट और सर्विस पाकरअपने आप को ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रहा हु और कम्पनी कि सर्विस से बिलकुल भी खुश नहीं हु आप से निवेदन है कि मुझे उचित न्याय दिलवाए.
    कम्पनी या तो पुराणी led को तुरंत सही करवाए अन्यथा मुझे नयी led देवे.
    अन्यथा मुझे मेरे पुरे रुपये वापिस लौटा दिए जाये जिस से मैं किसी अच्छी कंपनी कि led खरीद सकु
    उचित न्याय कि उम्मीद के साथ.

        I turn on my tv and afterwords i can only here sound of channels there is no picture... Can not able to see any type of picture. So as early as possible reply me what step you will be taken. If there will be some telephonic conversation let me know to whom i will have to call. I think there should be picture issues in the tv set. I ca here only sound of tv no picture.

          I have purchased sansui led 42 inches led tv-model no;sjv42ph-xsap - bill no:005 from kalyani electronics on 13/11/2013 and also taken amc by paying rs.570/-, to my surprise it is suddenly speakers stopped working then called to the customer care no[protected]on 13/08/2015, gave complaint to customer care complaint numbe isr:[protected] my job is assigned to service exucutive mr. Sudhakar (Lazy person) phone no:99855208, he calls in the morning and comes in the evening by time he reaches our house their store room is closed, he has taken speaker out from led and assured thy at he will repair led by 16/08/2017, till now have not received a single call from sansui, e sansui customer care, they simply disconnection the phone without listening to my.             I bought Sansui 1.5 T split ac from Flipkart on 14/05/2017. Firstly the ac has stopped working since last week and is displaying an E1 error. After multiple complaints to their customercare, and receiving false promises that a technician would visit within the next 24 hrs, I am still waiting for a their technician to arrive. They sent me an sms of a local service centre from where technician was supposed to arrive. When I called up the local service center the person replied that he could not service my ac as the component that needs to be replaced had not arrived at his office. When I again called back sansui customer care informing them of this, they simply refused to take responsibility and kept repeating that I should call back the service centre. Now when I again called back the service center, the person replied that he was a peon and didnot know anything. I am paying a hefty emi for this ac. I am horrified at the at irresponsible attitude of the company and product quality.

                  Hi viewers i had bought a sansui television model no:SKW40FH11XAF on Nov 3rd 2015 from flipkart which is still under warranty (3yrs), this is the worst experience now i am facing
                  so i am writing this review after 18 months to make sure people should buy the Good company stuff.

                  1.After few months o[censored]sage found a dark spots inside the screen.
                  2.Given to Authorized service center they are not able to sort out the problem because
                  company doesn't have the parts required for the repair
                  3.After 1.5 months they got approval for the replacement of the new TV they said they
                  dont have the 40inch sansui TV stock

                  4.They will give you option of there other brand for the replacement of the tv
                  5.please my heartly suggestion is do not buy any of the sansui company.
                  6. Do not go behind the offers & warranty they give us the product might be outdated.

                  7.The worst experience of customer service i ever faced by me.

                    Bought sansui ac from flipkart and got it installed by sansui service center guy, just after getting the ac installed it is giving me difficulties, it got repaired 3 times, but this time service center guy took the ac with him to fix the issues but from last 11 days and he is not returning the ac back. I tried to call customer care many times but every day they give me same answer that they don't have part available they will fix it and return it.

                                So far buying a Sansui has been the sorriest experience ever. Not only has the TV been repaired twice over during the warranty, the service centre asks customers to deliver the LED to their service centres. There is no such thing as "service". Now my LED TV is with the Service Centre since 20 days. There is no response. You cannot get through any of the numbers mentioned online (toll free / headoffice / etc.) The company is not traceable on non responsive. Unarguably the worst customer service. Actually NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SERVICE for that matter. Beware of SANSUI would be my message to anyone who intends to buy anything from this brand.

                                  I have purchased sansui led 55 inch on 13.07.2015 with 3 yrs warranty. On 24 th july 2017 our display gone. I have launched complaint on 25 th july 2017and then i am regularly calling cutomer care but nobody is attending my complaint they are giving fake phone nos. I m very much frustate by this.                                     The tv has got white spots on display. The tv has been ourchased just some months back. As per technician the repair will cost of 10k whereas there is no physical damage from outside. The spot were has appeared automatically if there was any damage it should have been visible but the technician is not able to prove it.

                                    Request to kindly check and do the needful otherwise i don't have any option rather than contacting consumer court for my grievances as there is no visible damage.

                                    This was first complaint which was closed without any explanation.

                                    I again opened anothe MUM[protected], in this case the service engineer confirmed that this is covered under warranty and he ask to wait for parts. The parts were came to service centre. It was agreed by shashikant and dealer for replacement in warranty but later on another person abhijeet called and asked to pay. I told him that how is this kind of service. First u promised and then u ask to pay. I have call records for agreement.

                                    Quotation for what reasons, the problem is internal and there is no evidence of physical damage. The service technician was lazy and didnot want listed to my point. AM I MAD TO BREAK MY OWN TV?? When I ask ur service technician/service representative for showing physical damage he was unable to show anything. Since ur technician is not able to provide any justification, why u r blaming me for your TV fault. There is an internal issue and there is not problem on external side they why i have to pay.

                                    If your product does not sustain and have fault in it then why u r blaming the customer. Am I a liar for asking justification. Please resolve the issue at the earliest. I have been following up on this case for long but there is no positive response from any of ur service representatives. Mr. Nandkishore and all are busy and do not entertain customer complaints.

                                      I have purchased a led tv on september 2016. It's display got complaint on june 2017 (During warranty period). We have registered the complaint on 1st of july 2017. On 5th of july a technician came, checked the tv and informed us that the display has to be changed. The issue has not been solved till now. For last one month we are not able to use the tv for which we have paid. We have called the service center several times but they don't have any updates on the issue. Today also we call the service centre. But they have no idea about when they could rectify the issue. More over i have lost a month from 1year warranty of the tv. I just want the services that i have paid for and not the fake assurances.

                                        I received a call from Mr. Abhishek from mobile no[protected], stating he from sunsui company will refund the mobile amount which I had paid to Flipkart, but after taking some purchase information, he is asking for my credit card details and pin number. I deny this as it seems to be fake, and for refund you should require the bill copy, and Flipkart already has all details.

                                        The tv remote is not working, the tv screen is showing red M and their is no sound, the remote is fine but the tv is nt recieving signals
