My name is Shafiq khalak and i m from Gujarat . On Jan 2016 i had purchased a sansui led tv which have a 3 years of warranty but within 1.5 yera it's not working display going to be damaged i call a customer care they register a complaint regarding all this and tell me that i have pay 800 rupees for service charges which i paid to them but till now i don't get any kind of a solution last 1 month they telling me we will resolve...

I am purchased this set fŕom nagharaja bhat. This is over heating and network problem. Now battery also weak. Iam surendered this is to jemmy uppala authourised service man but he is refussed. Dealer also not minding my problem. What can i do please give the suggestion name shahul hameed

Hi viewers i had bought a sansui television model no:SKW40FH11XAF on Nov 3rd 2015 from flipkart which is still under warranty (3yrs), this is the worst experience now i am facing
so i am writing this review after 18 months to make sure people should buy the Good company stuff.

1.After few months o[censored]sage found a dark spots inside the screen.
2.Given to Authorized service center they are not able to sort out...

Bought sansui ac from flipkart and got it installed by sansui service center guy, just after getting the ac installed it is giving me difficulties, it got repaired 3 times, but this time service center guy took the ac with him to fix the issues but from last 11 days and he is not returning the ac back. I tried to call customer care many times but every day they give me same answer that they don't have part available they will fix it and return...

I was purchase a led tv of your company but i had problem in it at the first day. I was complain many time for resolve the problem of pannel but most of the time your excutive or represntative (Engineer) just adjest its color or other functions, last one they change pannel and after that its condition is worst. I want to compensation for delaying period because at this time i had purchased another mobile handset and above imei mobile no. It is not workable for me.

Unable to lodge complain due to your faulty toll free nos. And service centre nos. When the company is not having a valid toll free no or service centre no then where to lodge the complain. I have purchased sansui led 55 inch on 13.07.2015 with 3 yrs warranty. On 24 th july 2017 our display gone. I have launched complaint on 25 th july 2017and then i am regularly calling cutomer care but nobody is attending my complaint they are giving fake phone nos. I m very much frustate by this. The tv has got white spots on display. The tv has been ourchased just some months back. As per technician the repair will cost of 10k whereas there is no physical damage from outside. The spot were has appeared automatically if there was any damage it should have been visible but...

I have purchased a led tv on september 2016. It's display got complaint on june 2017 (During warranty period). We have registered the complaint on 1st of july 2017. I have purchased sansui horizon 1 mobile on 24 may 2017, but from day 1 the microphone is not working properly, the voice at the caller end is very less. We have speak 2 time louder as compared to other mobile.

I got my complain tha[protected] logged on 28july2017 at 12:24pm. I got a message from sansui that technician dilip singh will be visiting my house on 29july2017 at 3 pm. Since i did not get any call or nobody visited my house yesterday till 3pm, i called to dilip on the given number by sansui message. He told me that he has not got any info/message about my log. I waited yesterday for whole day with the hope of somebody...

There was picture problem on my led tv. I had booked a service Call on 22nd june. They took it and opened the panel. Now they aren't solving the issue even after 5weeks. Now when i call them, the're showing very rude behaviour. The company doesn't give any satisfied answer about the service delay. Too much cheating... Such a cheap company....

Sansui display is gone and you guys don't care to respond. How many times i have told you to take care and respond to the respective customers for their problems. Your company sansui is the worst service provider. You not even receive calls neither do you reply on emails. We spent 40k on this stupid thing which didn't work even for 1 year. Its display is automatically shut down. Do something or else shut your company. You have to take care...

I purchased two sansui led tv ‘s of 42 inches one in may and another one in august 2016, both are located in different flats. It has been only ten months since i purchased the tv. Suddenly there has been faults regarding the display of both tv's. A black fog/shadow appears along the bottom-corners of the screen causing a huge inconvenience.
