I complaint regarding Sansui LED TV...called sansui toll free number and since January dealer has taken my LED 3 times but not resolved issue till date., and always same dealer is coming and not able to rectify the problem and says their is issue with logic board, we paid 6000/- for this part...please look into the matter

    HI,

    I have purchased led tv 32 ", and i was told to install led at my home by tomorrow afternoon & i received a msg that an engineer will come same day for installation, bt he is not come, next day i did call him, he said, i will reach in an hour, bt not come, then i call him again, bt he didn't pic my call, then i did call other number, he picked and said that when i get time, will come & cut my call...

          I bought 108 inches Android smart TV on 31st Jan 2016, the so call smart Android TV works like a normal TV and the android smart features like Youtube is just not working. Till now 4 technicians have visited my place and no one could find what the problem is, my initial TV is already replaced once but the second one delivered is also giving same problem. Its a pity that just for the simple error on Youtube " the file cannot be read", the technicians of Sansui are not able to fix the issue from last one week. I need to give back the TV and will go in for some dfferent Brand inb market if my kissue is not resolved in next 24 hours. Please have this rectified immediately.

                This is bring to your kind notice that i have purchased sansui led tv 40 inches on 01/01/2016. at the purchase the dealer has not give any certificate regarding jdul offer.but we have purchased it by seeing news paper add on30/12/2015.when we ask about it they are saying that this stock is taken before.several times i made call to your representatives but there is no proper response and i have registerd in the registraton forum but there is regisration number.so kindly do the needful and do the justice

                      I had purchased sansui -32 HD LED TV-SJX32HB from reliance digital on 24.12.2014. I am facing problem audio sound from last few month . every time we are launched the complaint to sansui customer care & they arranged the technician. frist to he told that some part need to be replace that he had not bring with him he will come tomorrow, after day he come with Videocon product spare part & told us this part not fix to you product we will arrange part & visit once it available but not came again. main while sound is coming slowly. after few day we get started same sound issue, again we lounged complaint to sasui they arrange for their engineer this time he told that their is problem in TATA Sky Settop box, TV is working fine. we approached to TATA sky & their technician come & check signal straight & replied that signal are coming good their is problem in TV. Again we called up sansui customer care & they arrange engineer, he visited and replied that tata sky HDMA cable need to be replace once it will replace your problem will resolve. Yesterday we again launched complaint to tata sky their engineer come with 03 new settop box & he checked the tv with all the three new settop box but still problem is as it is. I am requesting to SANSUI service team pls help me by solving this problem it is clear that problem is with TV not in Settop box. as my warranty period is going to expire on 20 Dec 2015. so pls take nessasry action if needed kindly give me replacement.                         I purchases sansui 32 inch led tv from ideal appliances, trivandrum, kerala on august 2014. Its warranty is 1 year. After the completion of warranty, my tv 's display dies. I comlaint at service centre, but no response from them. They arr saying that panel should be changed, which costs price of buying a new tv!! I am very much dissatisfied with sansui customer service.

                              I have purchased a 230 Ltr refrigerator having model No SCL 244, the insulation beeds provided in the door has ben ruptured even before completion of 1 year 5 months. (photos of the damages attached). Earlier twice door of the upper compartment was not closing properly and complaint lodged and repaired once free of cost and one time payment has been made for the service provided. It is deeply grief to info you that a reputed brand of a world renowned company failed thrice in a life span of 1 year five months due to manufacturing defect or poor workmanship. I request you to inspect the item and I require the same repaired or replacement be provided as deemed fit. Thanking you.

                                I purchased Sansui LED 40 Inch led TV Model No: SJX40FB-11XAF, S.No:[protected] on 05.05.15 (still In the warranty) On 27.10.2015, 6.00pm onward there should be a problem in the display i.e white lines are appearing in the screen and Complained on same day. After the complaining, the local authorized service person came on 28.10.15, 2.00 pm and in the complaint he mentioned as damage in the display but there is no physical damage in the TV and there is no proper service and response from him, kindly look into this and provide the replacement /resolve the issue on priority basis .                                 Worst TV & worst Service of Sansui .

                                5 year warranty TV, we have purchased.They are not available with the part so not able to provide service.
                                My TV is closed since 6 months as they don't have part available, Service Center is also not responding properly.

                                If you don't have the parts, why you give 5 year warranty.

                                Sansui TV, waste of money, please go for some reliable brand.
                                I am having 40 I nch LED, . Just completing warranty it's sound goes off, iget it done now it's picture coming on and off.

                                      This is regarding a service request I placed with Sansui more than a month back for repair of my 1 year old refrigerator. The service representative has since then visited my house 5 times but has been unable to repair it. Every time he repairs, it works for half an hour and again stops cooling. He keeps on asking for money every time he comes even before repairing it. Every time he comes for service, he gives me a time and comes more than an hour late. Or cancels it on his own without informing me. When I ask him anything, he just laughs. Can someone please look into this issue? What should I do? The refrigerator is still under warranty but the company is just to careless about the service requests.

                                        I have purchaged Sansui TV on march 2015 Its led is not working from 5 august 2015 I have complaint on 9 august 2015 but no one come at my home for service.. I again complaint many time but no responce Plz cover my warranty otherwise I complaint on customer right section...
