I purchases sansui 32 inch led tv from ideal appliances, trivandrum, kerala on august 2014. Its warranty is 1 year. After the completion of warranty, my tv 's display dies. Hello sir i can purchase a mobile from snapdeal im 19 November and Deliverd in 23 November i can got product but in product not erphone and mobile also not working and can complaint agenst return in 23 november only your service.provider are not ansering me and they can not give proper information and and i also register to many compliant agnset my product your service provider are not give information i am also call your snapdeal number...

This is to inform you that I am also a customer of Sansui but any how my number [protected] got register in consumer complaints site due to which i am very disturb attending various calls of customer at my number which also affect some where Sansui image in customer eye, so its an request to remove my number from Consumer complaints site, i will be highly obliged for that.

I purchased Sansui LED 40 Inch led TV Model No: SJX40FB-11XAF, S.No:[protected] on 05.05.15 (still In the warranty) On 27.10.2015, 6.00pm onward there should be a problem in the display i.e white lines are appearing in the screen and Complained on same day. After the complaining, the local authorized service person came on 28.10.15, 2.00 pm and in the complaint he mentioned as damage in the display but there is no physical damage...

This is regarding a service request I placed with Sansui more than a month back for repair of my 1 year old refrigerator. The service representative has since then visited my house 5 times but has been unable to repair it. Every time he repairs, it works for half an hour and again stops cooling. He keeps on asking for money every time he comes even before repairing it. Every time he comes for service, he gives me a time and comes more...

I purchased a 32 inch LCD TV from Patra Electronics Cuttack on 6th Dec 2013 for approx INR 18000. SL No: SL[protected]. The warranty is obviously over. Few days back the screen went blank and I can hear only sound. I contacted your service center and they said that the cost of repairing this is approximately INR 13000 to 14000. I am very disatisfied with Sansui as you provided sub-standard LCD screen in the TV which has gone bad now....
