I am sorry to write this mail, i have purchase 3 nos. Sansui R3 mobile
for my personal use from Ice Tree Collection through online on
04/02/2015 vide Bill No.S310BD/14-15/2593. out of 3, one phone is not
working properly, so i came to your Authorised Service Centre "M
Care", Bhubaneswar, they diagnosis the problem ( the problems are
Lining came on Display, Incoming Audio is not clear & Battery Back up is
very Poor) & received the phone & given me a Job Slip
No.5106/18.06.15, but they are not assured me when it will be repair
due to non available of spare parts & when it will be available they
also don't know.
So, Plz. look into the matter & do the needful at your end.
