Washing machine - not working

I bought a washing machine of Sansui last year from Lulu Hypermarket Gharafa, Doha-Qatar. Now it is not working. When I approached the dealer, they are saying that now they don`t have the dealership. Complainted to the company custormer care. No response from their end....

worst service n delay for repair for air cooler
