This is regarding a service request I placed with Sansui more than a month back for repair of my 1 year old refrigerator. The service representative has since then visited my house 5 times but has been unable to repair it. Every time he repairs, it works for half an hour and again stops cooling. He keeps on asking for money every time he comes even before repairing it. Every time he comes for service, he gives me a time and comes more than an hour late. Or cancels it on his own without informing me. When I ask him anything, he just laughs. Can someone please look into this issue? What should I do? The refrigerator is still under warranty but the company is just to careless about the service requests.

    I have purchaged Sansui TV on march 2015 Its led is not working from 5 august 2015 I have complaint on 9 august 2015 but no one come at my home for service.. I again complaint many time but no responce Plz cover my warranty otherwise I complaint on customer right section...

      Hi bought sanasui coloured tv from:Fine Furniture & Electronics, Faurra Chowk, Neemuch H O, Neemuch - 458441
      (91)-[protected].
      on 09/may/2015.
      It is not working from 15/may/2015 after installing at my home.
      i have contacted Fine Furniture & Electronic shop person but they are not responding.
      i have asked sansui support people they are also not comming to fix this problem.
      i got 1 yr warranty .
      please provide solution asap.

      Please note that SANSUI service person already taken tv from my home for repair and saying that this is the old model someone already used this tv.
      The shopkeeper gave me a second hand TV.Please let me know what to do with this TV as i do not want second hand TV . i went to buy new TV but Shopkeeper cheated with me by giving old tv. please let me know what can i do now with TV.

        I purchased a 32 inch LCD TV from Patra Electronics Cuttack on 6th Dec 2013 for approx INR 18000. SL No: SL[protected]. The warranty is obviously over. Few days back the screen went blank and I can hear only sound. I contacted your service center and they said that the cost of repairing this is approximately INR 13000 to 14000. I am very disatisfied with Sansui as you provided sub-standard LCD screen in the TV which has gone bad now. I will never ever recommend Sansui to anyone. I know you guys can do nothing about this as warranty is over. But I am also taking this to social media.

          i have purchase a Sansui LED TV before 1 or 1.5 Month now this is not working from 12th July i have raised a complaint but now 23rd july and i have no resolution i had also called to costumer care but not have any proper response i want to return this product and my money back.

          I have purchased A led Tv of your brand and now I'm seeing this the worst mistake of my life to by an Led tv from your brand Its panel is not working I have raised a complaint regarding it on 12th July complaint number is DEL[protected] your technician visited and told me its panel is faulty and he went away he didn't told me when it will be replaced then I called customer-care and told them the same they give me the Area Manager number he told me that it would be replaced by Wednesday I called again and got your Branch Officers number he told me the same.
          On Wednesday the technician arrived with another damaged panel and told me that he had made a mistake and will replace it in the next day I called your customer service center they ask me for 24 hour After 24 hour the issue is still the same.
          Now I want my money to be refunded as I'm completely exulted and harassed by all of your officers and I don't want to be part of sansui family after this kind of feedback from you.
          My humble request to you is that kindly take your Led tv and refund my money ASAP so I can by another Led TV Please do it on urgent bases and keep me in loop otherwise I have to go to the consumer court and have to make my claim there.

              I have sent a mail in the morning regarding refund of phone money Rs.2750/-. Immediately a person bearing a phone no. [protected] called me and told me that he is from your company official and asked me to give my account number to refund the amount I also gave my account number in SBI credit card and Karur Vysya bank debit card number to refund my amount .He took Rs.45, 000 from SBI credit card account and Rs.3, 000 from Karur Vysya debit card.If I have sent a mail to your company web site how is it possible for other person to access my account? I would take action regarding this forgery.

                Sir, I have already lodged a complaint regarding my mobile phone purchased from your company was defective vide I.D. No. 1101780 on 07.07.2015. From received date the mobile phone was not working (i.e no Display).                     We have purchase sansui LCD 32" on 2014 of 1+2 year warranty and we send this lcd to our home town, after one half year problem with lcd, and complainant have lunch at sansui, OM GURU service center name prasant kumar sethi form jajpur town site the engineer came to house and check my LCD and return back to service center and update/close my complainant record at sansui website.

                    But my question is we have purchase sansui lcd how came he have close the complanent on videocon led tv of different sl no

                    when we have check at service center my mobile no, name has been update at but of different tv i.e VIDEOCON .

                    My request to all customer be carefull from this fraud service center .

Sansui R3 mobile for my personal use from Ice Tree Collection through online on 04/02/2015 vide Bill No.S310BD/14-15/2593. out of 3, one phone is not working properly, so i came to your Authorised Service Centre "M Care", Bhubaneswar, they diagnosis the problem ( the problems are Lining came on Display, Incoming Audio is not clear & Battery Back up is very Poor) & received the phone & given me a Job Slip No.5106/18.06.15, but they are not assured me when it will be repair due to non available of spare parts & when it will be available they also don't know. So, Plz. look into the matter & do the needful at your end. Anticipating a favourable reply from your end.

                        I bought a washing machine of Sansui last year from Lulu Hypermarket Gharafa, Doha-Qatar. Now it is not working. When I approached the dealer, they are saying that now they don`t have the dealership. Complainted to the company custormer care. No response from their end.

                          Dear Team, This is to inform you that we are facing a major issue with your service center where our complaints are lying since more than 1 month and no one is bother about the cases. We have tried to contact your call center team and the service center team but as usual getting the same response that some more time will take to get the phone serviced. Customers are shouting on us and wanted a urgent resolution on the cases. Pity issues are stucked at your end, as Brand like Sansui cannot even arrange a Display and a Charging jack to replace such incompetency shows how much you guys are sensitive about your goodwill and Market Reputation. I know I will not be receiving any response on this mail as usual but it’s an shameful and awful situation for you as an organization that you are not concerned and not have a courtesy to reply on our mails.                             I have Purchase Sansui R-3 Mobile from flipkart before 2 month and i have found a problem about camera. it always saya restart camera and red and blue strip comes and disturb when start camera ... Any Personal Setting Save in new Profile but after 2-3 minute automatic change all setting -2-3 time I'm submitted my mobile in Sansui service center but not solve problem till its very bad problem what should i do? i have warranty remaining 10 month.

                              I had complained for sound related problem to sansui for my 32 inch LED t.v that i had purchased in March 2015 and for the same the technician "Subrata" appointed and he visited my home for the service but it won't get successful and said to wait as but later on i found the case get closed because as per recorder it mentioned my home was lock but its totally false and again today launched a complained and at 10.02 pm i received a message that case closed for the same reason "home was lock" but that person not visited to my place. If this is the after sales service by the company the i will go for Consumer Court. My Complain No's. are KOL[protected] and KOL[protected] and the technician appointed Subrata- mobile no. [protected]

                                Dear Sir I would like to inform you that i have sansui colour tv billing date 08/02/2015, PATNA but my tv is not working from 23/05/2015 to till date. My first complain number is PAT [protected] and renew complain number from sansui costumer care is PAT[protected] but no any body taken response seriously till now.                                 This is very bad service & bad picture quality
                                Dear Sir,

                                I bought Sansui Led Before 3 to 4 Month,
                                I was assured that this was the latest model and the best there was to buy,
                                but Led Screen is not clear properly, I called your customer service department,
                                2 oct, 17 oct, 21oct, and they assured me that my problem solved within two days. I am disappointed to say that this has not happened and I have received no communication since then.

                                  I had a sansui air cooler in month of april n cooler water machin stop working in 1 month 3rd class product, I filed a complaint to customer care dey told me engineer will cum n repair my cooler witin 72 hrs bt dis guys are ridiculous n big liers...thier customer care executivs are big liers n rud to me...still no1 for for feedback . ridicules

                                    Dear sir / madam, i deposited my hand set with battery to nearest sansui service center airvoice communication at chembur (W) on 24 apr 2015. The response is not favourable and no time limit is given by your service center. Daily i am calling & response is not repaired.                                       Yes yar, yeh bahut hi barbaad product hai. meri LED 1 saal ke andar 2 bar kharab ho chuki hai. aur companay wale ek baar sudharne me 1 mahina laga dete hain. aur froud bhi karte hain. sudhare bina hi led wapas ghar bhej dete hain. meri raye mein sansui companay ki LED kabhi mat khareedo. aur main yeh post facebook aur whatsapp par jyada se jyada share karunga. aur is company ki sales kam se kam karwaunga.
