Dear sir,

I had sent mobile (Imei no. [protected]) for repairing on 04.07.2017 but not received till date my handset. I have many complaint to you for handset repair but any positive response from your side. I want to compensation for delaying period because at this time i had purchased another mobile handset and above imei mobile no. It is not workable for me.

So, please arrange compensation for above mobile handset. I hope your favorable response come will soon.
