Dear sir/madam,


Please find herewith scan copy of invoice, guarantee brochure, and receipt of service charges. Actually we registered complain of fault in 40” led full hd sansui tv. After a week mr. Sabbir – bhalej, engineer (Mo-[protected]) came at our home takes some pictures of led moreover, we paid rs. 1, 500/- service charges to him. And said please follow up with khushi service centre, anand (Mo-[protected]) later than a week we got our complain number ahm[protected] and said it will be solved within a week, after that said take more time and give us contact details of mr. Sunil vora, ahmedabad (Mo-[protected]) we continuously follow up with him from last 10 days but no response than again provide us number of mr. Sunil zaware, ahmedabad (Mo-[protected]) finally i follow up with him from 29th august -2017. He said give us one day we can coordinate with warehouse and inform you. But in morning many times call him he didn’t take a call and finally gave us mr. Rajkumar, delhi (Mo-[protected]) in a whole day he said i will conform you in a hour but till end 5.30 pm of 30th august – 2017 no progress and then again give us a number of mr. Manoj, gandhinagr (Mo-[protected]) in conference call again same story mr. Manoj also said we will say you by tomorrow after 12.00 pm at the end no result.

Very unfortunately, it is ridicules experience in my life ever. Not only about your quality but service too. If possible than please help us and replace the tv within a week. Our family is suffering since more than a month. And you can understand the situation nowadays; tv is only a way of entertainment of my family. Similarly i taken a guidelines from on line consumer help and got the complain number from there also. If any failure in product by time, quality (Not under product led of existing model) or else. I will definitely take a legal action with claiming of below mentioned compensations.

1) get back your product and back full payment of the same.

2) whatever duration under maintenance cable charge for the same period.

3) advocate fees, service charge paid of rs. 1, 500/-

4) telephone, internet exps

5) travelling and conveyance exps

6) lastly mentally harassment compensation

7) other if any.

So change a tv within a week or get ready for legal action.

This is for your information and further action.

Your company is not only fraud but cheater also in terms of product quality and service. Even your staff also like same and plays with customer’s emotion. I continuously follow in this matter from 27/07/2017 with staff (Rohit, Khushi Electronic, Sunil Vora, Sunil Zaware, Manoj Verma, Raj Kumar - Delhi, Akash Head Office.)

Your team is totally useless and given different types of excuse to me. I am last intimating for 48 hours from 21.09.2017 at 9:00 AM. If I am not getting any positive approach i put up the file. I already discuss with consumer court officer (Mr. D. Gupta) and we will final advocate after two days. Now on wards, I am not waiting for more than 5 days for replacement of 40” FULL HD TV otherwise give me my money and take your product back.

    Miracast doesn't work, technician unable to resolve, pending since 2 months, no support. It's very difficult to get technician visit. They did come twice but they are not trained enough to resolve issue and just promises to get sr. Technician on next visit however it's not resolved yet. I paid for smart tv but unable to use the feature. Amazon prime video also not working on browser and it's redirecting to itune store. Free warranty will expire in few days and these guys will shamelessly demand money for technician visit.

      I had purchased Sansui horizon mobile from flipkart on 23rd may 2017 invoice no FOYSFOO[protected] invoice price of Rs 4999 Handset no [protected], [protected]. There is multiple cracks in touch screen even after delicate usage.office name of service centre in Hubli is wrong. After tracing one Authorised service centre named Navvya enterprises in Hubli was not ready to repair and informed to go to Bangalore (430 kms) to change the touch screen or wait for one month.Even given complaint to[protected] they also said to wait for one month and was very rude.This mobile parts is not available in any retail outlet in hubli and I am getting embarrassed while using damaged smart phone.Company is not ready to help and resolve immediately. Given several complaints to Flip kart too.but no response.

        My first complaint regarding panel change is dated 17th may 2017 which is not resolved yet.service centre F.M.ASSOCIATES, Lko & area Incharge are telling us to wait from 17th may to till date 16 sep 2017.We are hopeless now.Can any channel of the company resolve our complaint.
        Service center manager has closed our complaint from their end without resloving it and locked a new complaint LUC[protected] in september.which is yet to be resolved.

          Ref. No. Mum[protected], in this case the service engineer confirmed that this is covered under warranty and he ask to wait for parts. The parts came to service centre. It was agreed over call by shashikant (Service lead) and dealer (Snehanjali) for replacement in warranty but later on another person abhijeet called and asked to pay for repair and replacement. I told him that is this kind of service u provide it to customer. The inspection is done by your engineer and you are asking me to pay. First u promised and then u ask to pay. I have call records for replacing the part without any delay.

          It is under warranty (3yrs), this is the worst experience i am facing
          So i am writing this review after 6 months usage,

          1. After few months o[censored]sage found a dark spots inside the screen.

          2. Called to authorized service center they are not able to sort out the problem and asked to wait for the parts required for the repair

          3. After some weeks, another person called and ask to pay as it will not be covered. I tried to convincing him that it is internal fault withou any external problem and also the repair was approved and the part has came to service center.

          4. So my hearty suggestion is do not buy any of the sansui company products
          .
          5. The offers & warranty they gave us the product are not honoured and customer are blamed.

          6. The worst experience of customer service i ever faced by me.

          I have already sent details of my communication on this email id. Again and again i am been instructed for quotation approval whereas i have clearly mentioned here as well on my numerous calls and emails to support that the if the product is having fault internall then how come i am responsible for it. I have provided all the required details repeatedly but there is no ppsitive reply and asking to just pay. If you want you can divert it some other service center as the service technician in current is not heloful and not understandin customer issue.

          Even after sending all the details to you email id and to your team (mr. Ajay, nandkishore, shashikant) were not of any help. Nobody is responding. Just sending emails but no resolution for warranty issue. Even after proving that there is no physical damage ur service engineer is denying warranty. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE AND UNTRUSTED COMPANY. I will ensure that you have to accept in consumer court.

          HOW MANY TIMES SHALL I SEND THE EMAIL TO THIS MAIL ADDRESS. YOUR PEOPLE ARE DUMBASS...THEY LIE IN CUSTOMER FACE AND PEERS AND DENY WARRANTY JUST TO SATISFY THEIR EGO. MR. SHASHIKANT HAS CLEARLY ACCEPTED TO DO THE REPAIR IN WARRANTY THEN WHY IT IS TAKEN BACK. NOBODY IS LISTENING TO CUSTOMER PROBLEM.

          SANSUI HAS BEEN REPEATEDLY DENYING WARRANTY. I HAVE SEND ALL THE DETAILS AND I THINK THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE PORTAL SINCE THIS PEOPLE ARE WASTING TIME. THE ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED.

          WHEN THE PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY THEN WHY I SHOULD PAY IF THERE IS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE. R U GUYS SERIOUS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES.

          CUSTOMERS, PLEASE DONT BUY SANSUI OR VIDEOCON PRODUCTS THESE PEOPLE ARE FOOLING AND PRODUCTS ARE LOW QUALITY.

            I had purchased a mobile sa 4011 and after some days the battery got dead. So to arrange far a new battery i searched all accesories shop even called the numbers provided on sansui website, but the person at the other end refused to entertain, and tols that he is not a service provider. Even called support number of sansui but they were also unbale to solve my problem. It is very much a headache finding a reply from the sansui side as wether the battery will be made available or not. The sansui people are also confused about the same. They boast of japnesee connection but their after sales service is worst (Sic)

                Is complaint no... Pat[protected], pat[protected] hai. Maine kitna bar phone kiya lekin koi response nahi hai. Costumers care se aa kar engineer ac 2 month se khol kar rakha hua hai. Lekin ac chalu nahi ho paya. Maine socha hai ki sansui ka koi products n hi parched karuga n hi kisi ko raye dunga.

                I have a refrigerator which is not cooling from last 2 days.
                When ice meltrd i founded a hole in the gas pipe inside the refrigerator.

                  I bought a sausui horizon 2 mobile thru flip cart vide invoice no. Faaa2u[protected] dated 26.08.2017.

                  The phone is heating up while charging itself and by the time it is fully charged it is too hot to even handle by bare hands.

                  Further the fully charged phone automatically drains within one hour without any use and even data card is off.

                  The voice and sound are also not clear and not audible at all.

                  Totally the phone is unusable. Please either replace another or please return my money back. Also consider this as very urgent as i am not in a position to buy another phone.

                    Sir, i have purchased a sansui led tv on[protected]
                    Mo. No. Ledtvsmj24hh29fr and s. No.[protected] with one year warranty. But after six month it showing black spot on screen which is increasing so i have a register a complaint on[protected] through customer care no.[protected] with complaint reference no agr[protected]. After four days service engineer visited home and check tv but problem not resolved he told us that panel will be replaced and panel is not available we will request for panel so give me your purchasing bill, i gave him bill and soft copy of bill. After that he said your complaint will be resolved with in 5 to 6 days. But it has not done.
                    After 15 days i called to customer care and he told me that your complaint is under process because panel is pending, i am setting a reminder your problem will solve with in 48 hours..
                    But after 48 hours there was no response from company and on[protected] they send me a message that your complaint has been cancelled due to bill not available.
                    After that i called again to customer care and they said to me"i have open your complaint" and give me a number [protected] of cco mr. Anil kumar.
                    I have called several times to mr. Anil kumar but he is not receiving my call
                    And my problem is still pending..
                    Please help me to resolve my problem..

                      I'm using sansui u52. No update for the software from 1and half year. I manually updated the software from kitkat to lolliop. When checking update from system setting app, it
                      Says 'your system is currently up to date' even update rom is available on web (Lollipop). And even now no update is available. Please update the software at least to android 6.0 asap so that i can use the apps that are not supported to android 5.0

                      I bought sansui sb3218 samrt TV 7 months ago however there is no software update till date n I am facing problem in playing Amazon prime and Netflix, I have downloaded from play store but i am unable to play any video from Amazon prime and Netflix and which makes me annoyed, do let me know how can I update my android version the existing version become outdated n at least I need an android version were I can see movies on Amazon prime and Netflix.

                        We purchased sansui40" led tv model ledtvsjx40fb-9xaf sno.[protected] on 9oct 2014 worth rupees 34, 000 dealer has not informed us about guarantee and warrenty of the tv and suddenly on 28/8/2017 it stopped working no picture nor sound is coming from tv and when we gave a complain about it dealer said there is problem regarding picture tube panel and it will cost around 20, 000 kindly consider the matter and solve the issue..                             Sansui 32" LED TV purchased Nandhilath, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur Dist. Kerala After one year it is not working properly. Made a complaint Numbered.[protected] on 29.07.2017 which is not yet rectified.If further time required for repair the TV. Provide me new TV as festival "Onam" is reached and my children are eager for watching TV after exams. Not redressing a complaint after 1month is very pitifull to note? One month and 7 days passed without any TV programme is unable to imagine now-a-days. Please look into the matter otherwise it should be great shame for your company. Provide a new TV.

                              My id is od[protected]. The sansui horizon 1 which i bought on jun 5 2017 is not working. There is no customer care service nor service centre for this company. Grave is no spare parts are available in any shop in bangalore. I want battery to be replaced as it was not getting charged properly before it completely stopped. They provided made in china battery under made in india mobile tag.

                              I already registered complaint on flipkart's contact us section but not received any reply even after 2 days.

                              Not only me, many are facing problem with this mobile.

                              I hope that you would rectify the problem by consulting the company.

                              Complaint attended service person not able to repair on account of availability of panel board. Kindly rectify immediately or provide new TV as it is late by one month.My Earlier complaint No. was [protected] dated 29.07.2017

                                I have taken the SUNSUI company's LED TV Size 40 '' Sr no .SunSUI-LED SJX40FB11XF, I took it on 10-2015, I have been requesting a display for the last 4-5 months, but you are kindly requested to repair my TV soap as soon as possible. My TV is in the warranty period. My TV's warranty period is 3 years. I have also complained earlier but have not taken any note till now, but we are kindly requested.

                                  I turn on my tv and afterwords i can only here sound of channels there is no picture... Can not able to see any type of picture. So as early as possible reply me what step you will be taken. If there will be some telephonic conversation let me know to whom i will have to call. I think there should be picture issues in the tv set. I can here only sound of tv no picture. I tried so many times on the given toll free no. But it is not working at all.                                     I bought my sansui 1 ton 5 star ac in the month of may. It's september and my ac is showing error message e2 and not getting switched on. One technician came he worked on it and still the problem persists. When i called customer care chennai one person called dinesh picked up the call and said i can't help you better talk to technician. Is it how you treat your customers? Now i have no idea whom to contact to get my ac working.

                                      Why don't you guys update your company website's information. In Service Center finder, no service center can be found. In Contact detail, only 1 landline number is mentioned[protected], which is not reachable. So embarrassing for Sansui that they cannot update their website information. Only focusing on sales, no service. You are not gonna sustain in this competitive market this way remember...

                                      Yesterday night all of a sudden when i tried to start the ac Model SSZ33, it showed an Error "E2" in the display. I tried unplugging the electricity connection, but it did not started. Please suggest the solution at the earliest. I already had suffered a lot for this ac in terms o[censored]sing it nicely. Please suggest how to solve this.

                                      I got it serviced but they took money for it. It should have been included as FREE Service as I was trying to contact you since june 2017 in your provided customer care number 022-45424400, but it never got connected. In between the 1 year expired for FREE service. You guys should understand that it was not my fault. I got wrong customer care number. When I got the right number it was past the 1 year free service. You guys should take it as your responsibility and refund my money given for service.

                                        डिअर सर,
                                        आपको सुचित करते हुए बेहद दुःख हो रहा है कि मेने sansui का मॉडल नो contvsnx40fh18axf sn. No.[protected] जनवरी 2017 को ख़रीदा था जो कुछ महीनो तो सही चला और बाद में अचानक बंद हो गया.
                                        जिसकी कंप्लेंट मेने 17/07/2017 को दर्ज करवाई
                                        4-5 दिन बाद रिपेयर हो कर मेरे घर आई और 5- 7 दिन बाद ही वापिस ख़राब हो गयी.
                                        1 अगस्त तारीख को आमिर नाम का मेकनिक मेरे घर सीकर आया और led को खोल कर अपने साथ ले गया जो बार बार कंपनी के हेल्पलाइन नंबर [protected], [protected], [protected] पर फ़ोन करने के बाद 18 (अगस्त) तारीख को मेरे घर पर आकर लगा गया.
                                        ये led सिर्फ 1 दिन ही सही चली और अगले दिन 19 अगस्त शनिवार को फिर ख़राब हो गई
                                        जिसकी कंप्लेंट मेने सोमवार 21 तारीख को [protected], [protected] लिखवानी चाही लेकिन किसी ने फ़ोन नहीं उठाया.
                                        और कम्पनी के लैंड लाइन नंबर [protected], पर फ़ोन नहीं लग रहा था.
                                        अगले दिन मेरी [protected] पर विजय सिंह जी से बात हुई उनको मेने अपनी पूरी समस्या विस्तार से समझाई कि led स्टार्ट होने में 20-25 मिनट तक ले रही है और बार बार बंद हो रही है यही समस्या पहले भी आ रही थी, जिसके बाद उन्होंने कांफ्र्रेंस कॉल पर मेकानिक आमिर से बात कि और मुझे विस्वास दिलाया कि अगले 2 दिन में मेकानिक आकर led सही कर देगा.
                                        लेकिन उसके बाद आज तक न कोई मेकेनिक मेरे घर आकर led सही कर के गया नहीं मुझसे उसके बारे में फ़ोन पे बात कि और कंपनी का हेल्पलाइन[protected] लग नहीं रहा.
                                        मैं इतने पैसे खर्च करने के बाद इस तरह का प्रोडक्ट और सर्विस पाकरअपने आप को ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रहा हु और कम्पनी कि सर्विस से बिलकुल भी खुश नहीं हु आप से निवेदन है कि मुझे उचित न्याय दिलवाए.
                                        कम्पनी या तो पुराणी led को तुरंत सही करवाए अन्यथा मुझे नयी led देवे.
                                        अन्यथा मुझे मेरे पुरे रुपये वापिस लौटा दिए जाये जिस से मैं किसी अच्छी कंपनी कि led खरीद सकु
                                        उचित न्याय कि उम्मीद के साथ.
