Sir i took sansui horizon 1 s 2 months back but my mobile started to drain like hell, even when i keep my mobile in airoplane mod eit drains heavily, it shows abnormal battery percentage like suddenly it jumps to 5 to 100% n stops charging and when i start using it i wont get 10 mins backup also, for ur information i dont have any apps installed except whatsaap, please sir find me an answer i cannot use this mobile but it is only i can afford.

      We have procured 1 Ton and 1.5 Ton Ac in the on 25th November from Flipkart, the order ID OD[protected] Flipkart Order ID, Installation was completed on 28th November . which is not working properly. Kindly take immediate action and resolve the issue on priority. the same complaint arised with Flipkart as well

        I bought mobile by 16/4/2017 after four month the charging is not worked. I gave to near by authorized service center (Mentioned in their warranty card) for service. Four month finished they are not service my phone, but they gave another phone which they sent by company service center in delhi. I returned that phone and i told to give my phone or new one. If the problem is not solved means, the mobile is that much worthless. So i want my mobile with good condition or a new one.

          Left side display has developed black patch which has increased slowly. Had logged complaint, ref no tha[protected] dt 27.10.2017. Not satisfied with the casual approach shown by the service person. No visible sign of damage on screen but the person visiting insists it is physical damage. The person did not seem to be technically competent. Is there any way the set gets inspected by a technical person. Seek your support.

              Hi sir/madam,

              I had brought a 42 inch sansui tv worth rs.24990 during flipkart's big billion offer 1 year ago (Warranty period over now).

              2 months ago, the tv was not functioning properly; for which the mother board and the panel was changed. But still we are not getting a clear picture and getting a shadow. The repair person said that the model is not found now.

              My grievance is already 4000 rupees have been spent from my side for repairing the sansui tv, although the tv is not functioning properly. Moreover, the model is said to be not found in market now! Why sell such a tv which cannot be repaired!

              If this is at the end of the day neither the seller nor the buyer wants to get cheated. We expect better service and models from high profile companies like sansui.

              Hence, requesting you to kindly look into this matter with priority and let me know if i can assist you in any way to solve this issue. The sansui tv invoice has been attached for your reference.

              Thank you Team for your prompt action. We got an executive involved.

              However, we are still waiting response form the executive for the TV repair condition. We were assured to be contacted within 7 days by the same executive(Phone number: [protected]), but still no response. The TV is still not repaired and we are getting the blurry image. We had paid the executive Rs.240/-.
              Within a day or two of the visit by the executive, we received a message saying "Your call has been cancelled(set working fine)", to which we replied NST to [protected] as mentioned in message as our TV is not repaired at all. Since then we are unable to contact the same executive over the call.

              Hence, kindly requesting you to escalate this matter to higher authorities get someone involved for resolving the Sansui TV condition. It has been pending for 2 months now. The complaint Number is KOL[protected].

              First of all, the TV isn't repaired. We are still facing issue in display.

                We given san sui mobile in u r service center on 5/08/2017 still we not received

                Kindly look in to this more than 4 months it is the service every time i call or go there only one word they say its under high priority and you will get the call very soon. Even on email they say the same. This is the worst ever experience i have faced with any of the vendor.

                  19 5 2017 on I had purchased Sansui horizon 2 And since I have not properly used this mobile and on June I had given this mobile phone to repair to mangalore service center and he had taken 2 months For repair and after one week again and went back there again same problem and he told wait for some time after that I was busy with my work again 31st January I went there that guy told he want 40days for Repair And I asked to give utterance set to use but he denied and I searched for customer care no but all no are not working sir with whome we have to ask regarding my problem and today I called customer care no which is given in job sheet and that girl told that no authorized people are for answer if you want you ask with service center sir with whome we have to ask till now I have not used properly that mobile getting hot like fire and battery discharge like poverty

                    I logged a complaint on 4th of november engineer visit on 11th of november identified that issue is with part he request for part and said within 48 hours part will be change.

                      I filed complaint regarding sound problem in my sansui led tv 32". The technician came and checked it on 11th november. The tv is under warranty cover of 3 yrs. He took the visit charge of 590 and notifed that the speaker is not working and need to be changed. Will order new speaker and it will take maximum to maximum 1 week to get the speaker changed. Now it's 15 days and we have not received the new speaker.. The customer care are not able to help as they direct us to call the technician and service center. People at service center are clueless. They have only one reply as they have no speaker available at this time and ordered for the same. The area managers number given seems all fraud, as calls never get picked up. No tat, no time limit for problem resolution. Most pathetic customer service i have ever faced.

                        I purchased sansui hard rock plus in 2010 i have problem in my lcdtv about sound. No sound is coming from my tv due to some problem in audio system i discussed with service center about this problem but they were unable to solve the problem. When the problem started some times the audio would come and some times it would go but from last six month it has completely gone.

                          I bought sansui 4k tv, nov 2015 with 1+2 years extended warranty. The tv has stopped working more than 5 times since we have bought it. We are requesting the service centre change the product as it is a deffective one. But our complaint has not been heard yet. That latest complaint # pun[protected] which i have registered on 18th nov 2017. But still no action has been taken. Though we have been regularly taking feedback from the service personnel. They have been giving excuses like they need to check if the part is available or not, tv cannot be replaced etc. And the result, we are not able to use the product for which we have paid for. I have attached the bill and warranty card photos.

Service centre in malad mumbai on 28 oct 2017 at unique infosystem and telecom. Till now they are saying spare part is not received by sansui. This is incompetent.                               I purchased sansui-india 42inch led tv on 26/01/2013 (Mrp was 37000/-). On 01/11/2017 there was some problem in tv like half off the display was black. I raised complained (Complained no - pun[protected] make sansui 42 inch led tv model no.-42sjj42fk) for repairing of tv as per service engineer display panel is faulty and need to be replaced. I asked for quotation and as per their quotation the cost of the display panel is 36000/.

                              Four year back tv cost was 37000/- and now only screen panel cost is 36000. How is that possible! One part of tv cost is 10000 higher than todays tv cost.

                                I have purchase sansui horizon 2s thru flip kart 03-oct-2017 once i receive phone i have check there as network issue hence find service centre in local and hand over the phone on 23-oct-2017 and after issue solve phone received on 11-nov-2017 but unable to on still issue in battery and unable to on the device hence i resubmitted the device on 13-nov-2017 kindly check device fully it is working condition are not. Kindly solve the issue urgent basis because very disappointed with customer service and mobile servicing units.

                                  As before 2 months my sansui led 50inces 4k tv has a problem of power supply cable which service center took 1 month to solve it and after the repair again after 1 day their is problem of hdmi sockeet and they are saying to bring the tv to the center again. I just wanna say do we have that much of tym only that do such bull # actions. I have a complaint against that service center and against my product also. High authority should take some actions against service station cuz its to much of mental harrasment now. We havent buy this much of expensive product for such cheap actions. Its not been a year to purchase and so much trouble we r facing. We want a new product or else we want our money back thats it

                                    My sansui 32 inch led display is not working. It have 1+2 year warranty which will end on 14th december, 2017.

                                    I have complained to customer care and got complaint no: 0151.
                                    I complained om 07th november and got assurance to resolve complaint within 24 hours. After that i called around 05 times to customer care as after 11 days till date no one has attended my complaint.

                                    I took contact number of service person and called him for 3 days but he was not receiving call. Once he received and told we will attend but no one came yet and now again he is not picking my calls

                                      I purchased sansui led tv model no. Sansui-led-sjx40fb on 20.11.2014 along with 1+2 year extended warranty. From some days i'm experiencing a problem in my tv screen. It is supposed to be a hardware problem cause there's a specific area of screen showing some light black spots. It is leading to make our tv experience very bad. When i lodged a complaint to sansui customer care through their sms system by sending svc on 53030. Then i got a call on my registered mobile no. And they asked about the problem in detail and i told them all the problem in detail, i also made them remember that i have 1+2 year warranty card but the customer executive told us that our engineer will visit your place and will check your tv and you will have to pay him 800 inr+ gst (18%) and that also not guarantee that your problem is under coverage or not but you have to pay the service charge. Now my question is that' "why i should pay the service charge while i have extended warranty card for 1+2 years?" i'm ready to pay the charge if the tv problem is not under coverage but it is non-constitutional paying the money even after having warranty card. I request the concerned authority to take strict action against sansui india before 20.11.2017 as my tv warranty will end on 20.11.2017.

                                      I think you didn't even read my very first message. It is very disappointing. I've already mentioned that I had already done SMS SVC to 53030 and after that I received a call from +911206782500 on my registered mobile no +919414729499.                                       Sir, I feel very disappointed that after 3-4 days I need to repeat the whole thing that I've already mentioned. And from now you will not ask me anything, I just want my TV get repaired on or before 20.11.2017 in any condition and free of cost or I''ll sue Sansui for mental harassment. Thanks.

                                        Sir, i bought sansui handset/wj14893 by flipkart online before three months my handset unfourtnaly shut down than i went to service centre my home town rewa and also gwalior but they din't gave me proper responce and my handsets problem din't solved. They (Service centres) told me that we don't give free service whether cell phone under warranty or not they only give paid service and rewa service centre address which has been given in directory book of hand sets also falsh. Than i tried to contect on toll free no but no is not connected,
                                        So please sir /madam give me parfect advice so that i can protect my self by any cheating
