Purchased sansui mobile on 31-8-17 thorough flipkart, from that day battery is draining within 6-8 hours even if the mobile is not used. It is automatically getting swiched off everyday due to battery draining fast. Also voice is not audible to the receiver as well as speaker. Very tired of locating sansui service centre & numbers. None of their number are responding.

    We have purchased a 32" led tv which tv screen white single straight line visible in the screen since april 2017 then we have launched a complaint so many times from where purchase. But till date no any body came and solved related to this problem.

    Because tv is still under warranty therefore..

    Please look into the matter and do the needful urgently.

      We have purchased a 40" led tv which speakers are not working since 10/09/2017 then we have launched a complaint vide no sur[protected] dt 16/09/2017.

      To attend the said complaint mr dharmesh has reported at my home on around 20/09/2017 and after attend the issue told to us that speakers have change because these are not working.

      Because tv is still under warranty therefore, the speakers will be changed within 2/3 days free of cost.

      Still today, we are chasing with your vapi service centre named royal service nirmal but they are only making promise and not close the issue.

      Please look into the matter and do the needful urgently.

        We have called them so many times and placed a request from the problem but again and again, we are getting the same problem no services from the company the customer don't listen.           Dear sir,
          I purchased a sansui led skq – 48 fh-zfa in feb 21st 2015., it’s been only two year and five months since i purchased the led tv. Suddenly there has been faults regarding the display of the tv. A black shadow appears along the one - third part of the screen causing a huge inconvenience. After having a conversation with one of your costumer centers. I am highly disappointed with your costumer centers services. Please see to it that you are actually taking measure out to our problems. It would be highly kind of you to do something about this problem regarding my television and for once prove yourself.

              Dear concern,
              I had purchased a sansui led tv on dated 30-april-2016 with 3 year full warranty but this product experiance is very bad as after 4-5 month screen totally black & invisiable so i loged the complaint regarding this & my new led tv panel was replaced with repaired panel after that i raised this issue with service engineer but as per him there is no process to replaced with new pannel so continue with old panel & after 2 month again voice sudden stopped & scree also distrubed. We again loged complaint at toll free but as per amc executive it one year warrenty & same is over now so we can not provide the service at door step if you want service door step there is charged of rs 500+ s. T so visit at amc centre for free service after that we visit the amc centre & again my led repaired & return back to me now again my led 3 times got same issue screen totally black & speakar not functing properly
              I would request to team sansui arrange to replaced my led with new one as this is again & again got faulty & i am running amc many times...

                Respected sir/madam, my complaint is related to the tv set which i had purchased on 9th november 2015 pf company sansui modal number is uhdsme50qx which costs us 60000/- which comes with 4 year warranty promised. But within one year the screen of the tv got worsen due to black patches all over the screen to which a complaint is raised from our end on no. 39404040 on 20 oct 2016 but they did nothing for 10 days then again i made the the call to which they asked me to contact through mail the mail id they gave me is [protected]@vgmail.in. On first i told them to please replace the panel of my tv uhdsme50qx they refused this happend for 1.5 months finally they told us that "we dont currently have your tv set you can have 55 inches tv set but you need to make an addintal payment for that plus the tv set uhdsme50qx" we even agreed on them then after two days they refused when i asked them. So thay offered a tv sna50qx promised that it will be much better than the old one i had. As we have already suffered they left us with no choice they were not ready to help us therefore we said yes. Finally after two months our original tv sansui uhdsme50qx had been replacedo on 8th december 2016 by person called ashok with sna50qs which promised 4k quality but its not even close to my old set which had some fault. We cannot compromise on quality, tv sna50 is not giving us the quality which our original sme50qx gave. We immediately initiated the complaint on mail id [protected]@vgmail.in on 9th december 2016. After that as per the standard procedure their engineer paid the visit to our residence his name was sadiq conatact no. — he said and confirmed that our tv has screen issues has shadow problem a set call bach request will be made. After few day we got a call from from no. — name hardev and amar singh they said want to check your tv set again we said okay on 5th jan 2107 they came and confirmed that tv has some major problem we told him please get us sme50qx modal he said "okay let me confirm" he made the call in front o[censored]s and confirmed the availability of tv sme50qx in thier warehouse he said within a week your tv will be delivered. But on jan 8 2016 we recieved a mail that your tv is fine.
                We've been got cheated by the company... Plus tv sansui sna50qs costs just (48000) way less than my old tv set costs plus its power button is not working, usb port also doesnt work and many more.
                We have been going through a lot mentally company is not willing to address our issue a lot has go into purchasing the product and all we got is nothing sir please help us in this situation by getting us our tv with the original modal no. Uhdsme50

                    I have purchased sansui aircooler on 05.05.2017. But after using 4-5 months it is not working. I have complained so many times in customare care. I have complained 24.09.17 after 4 days they send technician. They checke and found fan motor problem. Then they told me that they will replaced the motor within in 7 days. Almost 10 days over no necessary action taken from their side. I have contacted so many times they only told next week next week. I am very very dissatisfied with their service. It is my great mistake for purchasing this type product. Really i am very dissatisfied.

                      I had purchased a sansui mini fridge from flipkart in may2016. Yesterday i defrost my fridge for first time and since then it's stopped working. I tried many times with the adjustment of temperature from maximum to minimum but no results get so far. Hence i tried finding a customer care number for sansui refrigerator but in google search i was unable to find the customer service and complaint number of sansui, can you please help me out here, what should be the next step here, because i gonna sue the flipkart and sansui if i don't get any resolution.

                        I have purchased a sansui washing machine by flipkart within 1 or 2 month before but in this product there is a problem from beginning water leakage, small draining pipe now dryer is not working. No support from your service centre properly if possible then i want to return this product. Pl. Repair it as soon as possible otherwise i go for a customer complaint in consumer forum.                             I am benimadhab sharma from durgapur, west bengal. I bought a sansui smartphone from snapdeal on 20.7.17. After 10 days it's got damaged. I contacted with customer care. They didn't cure my problems. I have the warranty of my product. I send scan copies of retail invoice and special customer replacement certificate. Pls take a positive steps.

                            Really sad with sansui horizon 1 mobie. Bought it 3 months back its battery is very poor, draining very fast and hanging issue is there as well. The wrost part is that now i am struggling to find the service center for it. Couple of addresses and mobile numbers are given at sansui website but all of them are not working. Neither their complaint for is working on their website.

                              Dear Sir / Madam, Kindly note that I have purchased Sansui Colour TV 50 inch smart TV on the 2 April 2017 in patna, and now screen is not working from september, complaint on customer care and service engineer came and check and told required to change the pannel. this product is faulty as know company also, but selling this product in market.

                              i want to change my TV with with good one TV, because 3 year extended warranty is alos on this TV. kindly suggest what can i do this change the TV process.

                              this kind of product please don't sell in market, it is also cheating.

                              I am requesting to change my TV as soon as possible other wise, require to go consumer court with 5000 per day loss in share market business due to TV. so penalty will log as per day basis.

                                    I brought the phone horizon 2 from flipkart first of all it was not charging so i got a replacement unit from flipkart but the same problem occurred the next day
                                    When i contacted flipkart for a replacement the said we cannot replace more then 1 product and asked me to visit the service center but after giing the phone almost 2 months have passed and i have not received my phone plz help.
