    replacement of mobile handset

    I have purchased a mobile handset on thu, oct 26th '17. Sansui horizon 2 - 4g volte (Nova grey) through flipcart.
    7th nov. Morning it was found not charging and naturally turned off. I was visited sansui authorised service centre, sri krishna service centre, 29c, bentinck street, kolkata, mob : [protected] (Mr. Kamlesh singh). According to service centre since the set was only 12 days old and the problem...

    I have bought a washing machine last year and is in warranty period
    I am trying to contact customer care for last one and half month after 15 days i can't got through i went to the shopkeeper he gave me a new number to call after several calls
    A man appeared after 7-8 days
    He just opened it and told me that some parts have to be replaced
    And left
    We called him regularly he came after 5 days and again opened it and what he did god only knows and told us it is now perfect
    But in the evening i tried to wash the clothes
    The machine was in the same condition so i called him up this is about 10 days back
    From then i am calling him regularly
    But no one appeared
    Now you have to help us out as it is really a long period

      I purchased sansui 40"led tv. Model no.4018f (Contvsnx40fh18xaf).. Serial no[protected]. On 27/01/2017 raghav marketing kanchana bihari marg zareen complex kalyanpur lucknow... But there is a problem in 20 oct 2017. I also complain in customer care many times. But there are no response... There is a very critical condition... Please do something as soon as possible... Complain no is luc [protected].. I[protected].. I have complain again and again but there is no response by service centre.
      Sir i kindly request you please solve my problem immediately otherwise i will go to consumer court and complain it...

        Dear sir,

        As i already intimate the issue of my mobile is not working properly.
        We give the mobile at customer service center national watch &
        Communications, railway road, bajaria, ghaziabad (Slip no.2039) on
        02-jun-2017. Later they send the mobile to further service at sansui end.
        Sansui service engineer found the mobile non-repairable and send back with
        A certificate of non-repairable and said that flipkart willl replace the
        Product on the basis of that certificate.
        We contacted to flipkart and their delivery person came on 17th-sep-17 with
        New handset but refused to replace the product on the basis of certificate
        And returned.
        Now there is no one is responding from both flipkart and sansui whether my
        Moblie is still as it was.
        Kindly arrange to solve my problem as soon as possible.

        No action has been taken till now. Here is the special replacement certificate provided by company on which behalf flipkart refused to replace the product.
        Please look into the matter and resolve.

          I had raised complaint on 6 th september the service engineer checked the tv and said the motherboard is not working. He had taken the service charge and said motherboard will arrive in 4 days... It been 19 th sept no response so i raised a complaint again. Another boy checkd the tv and did same thing. Only difference is that he escalated the issue online atleast.. So whenever i call service centre they tell my complain was raised on 19th not 6th...
          It now 30th october my tv is in idle condition.. I never expected these kind of service...

          Service centre just tells the status of complaint they dont care whether it is resolved or not...

          I am feeling so guilty that i had recommended and made buy the same company tv to 5 of my friends...
          The company whose service will wait to take place for months and years.. and family had to live without entertainment. I feel like been cheated with my 50000 . I must had added a few extra bucks and bought samsung tv... Atleast they are faithful in their service.
          On consumer forum these pol gives an automated reply the don't even care to write and resolve the complaint.

          My LCD TV screen has been hidden from last two to three weeks but sound in good and as per default. Request send a mechanic to repair my TV at the earliest

          You need to check your emails for that. You dont do. I had mailed every minute details last month. How will you find complaint number if you dont care. My tv is damn not wrking over two months. You guys if cant repair return my money...
          So many vertical white colours lines disturbing picture so want change the panel...even on starting tv horrizental lines ccovered the whole panel..
          It causes picture of the tv which showing nothing..

              Hi,
              I am not at all satisfied with your dealing. My washing machine is under warrantee. A coin fell into its tub, which was accidental. The service guy who came asked us to pay 250 rupees because the coin fell due to our fault. And the lady in the service centre with whom i had a word was rude and warned us that if in future we will raise a service request, it will not be entertained.
              Is this the kind of service that you are providing your customers. Dropping of coin was an accident and nothing in the machine was damaged. But the way we have been given service, we are absolutely not satisfied.
              We request your team to kindly take a note of this. We will not purchase any of your products in future if this kind of service will be continued.
              I want a revert on this.

              I bought the TV on 29.09.2016.But for last 2months I am facing some serious problems while watching the TV. I also filed a complain. But no action has been taken yet. Now they are not attending my phone calls also. My TV is on warranty period also. My complain No. Is KOL[protected]

                Bought sansui tv from taranga electronics kumta.
                Tv started giving problems within a year.
                Even though it is under warranty they have not repaired it properly.
                Its been 4 months now, a guy named harish was assisted for this purpose but he is very rude and not accepting any calls now.
                And our dealer taranga electronics is a big time cheater.
                So bottom line is do not buy any sansui products as they are the worst

                Sansui air conditioner bought 3 months ago, water leaking from the inner unit if run for more than half an hour. Very disappointing. Need assistance immediately.

                  Purchased Sansui LED 11 months back, now it's display has started giving problems, its hazy and colours are not clear.
                  I submitted a complaint to call centre through phone, engineer came and said that he needs to request a part for replacement.
                  Now 25 days have passed and there is no reply from their end, when I call customer care they say that your case is pending but they could not tell how long will this remain pending.

                  I am fade up of such service. I will suggest to all known guys not to buy any Sansui product. Their service is poorest in India, which is not acceptable. This condition of service is in Delhi then you can just imagine what type of service will they provide in other remote parts of India.

                    This is regarding my serious concern regarding the Malfunctioning of my 102 cm Sansui LED TV, Purchase on 28 Oct 2016, its Screen completely goes off on 18/08/2017. The concern was reported to SANSUI service center Dealer (SPARK digi world ) – Model no. CONTVSKW40FH18XAF (102 cm)) whose Complaint no. is JOD[protected]. On 19/08/2017 a mechanic came and examine the TV and said that there is some problem in the card and the card will come in 6 to 7 dyas. After 7 days (25/08/2017) he came again and said that the other card also has some problem and then he takes away both the cards and said that the card will come in 3 to 4 days. Then he came on 28/08/2017 and said that your TV panel is damaged. Then TekCare India PVT. LTD.(5/6/6, Jodhpur Woolen Mill, Heavy Industrial Area Jodhpur) provided a replacement LED TV (Model no.-3923 Web Model no.-LEDTVSNE40HB23CAF (98cm)) on 14/09/2017. They have promised to provide the same model as soon as possible but they did not keep their promise till date. Now my TV is lying with them almost a month still no positive reply has been received .
                    I am continiously following up for my TV. It is totally my mental harassment, that I have gone through with their incapable service team .The dealer had not taken any interest and always ignored the matter whenever i contact him. He always said that you contact to the company.
                    I want to know that
                    1. Why false commitment is being given in regards to repair of my TV set.
                    2.When I have paid money for 102cm Led Smart TV then why I have been provided with an undervalued LED TV of 98cm normal TV.

                    I have also registered my complain in consumer forum on 3/10/2017 but no progress till date.

                      I have 43 inch smart tv, on 1/9/17 i have submit my complaint to local service centre bearing comp. No. [protected] to teleservice, near polytechnic chowk ambala city ph. No of service centre [protected]. Now it's more than one month the problem has not been fixed. Every time i call they say that company is running short of the spare part which is required. Moreover my led is i. Warranty period. Kindly look into the matter. If spare part is not available than company should replace my led. Looking forward to hear from you asap.

                        I have purchased sansui led tv model no.SMN420H0ZS from chitrahar electronics Bhopal on 9-11-15. It was working till may 292017. Since i was out of town for a month i kept it off and after returning it is not starting. The customer service centre are giving lame excuses that this part is not available or that part is not working. I am a retired service person, and cannot run around. i request to exchange my tv or repair it with a month. I am attaching the bill, reciept from customer service center.

                          I have bought an air conditioner from flipkart whose model no is-ss4c54. Ws1 cm. Service engineer installed the same but not give a demo. After they left when we tried to on the ac, it was not working. We had instantly informed them but there was no response.                             I have complained that my led is not working on dated 11/9/2017 &bearing complaint no bhu[protected] but till date that are not solving the problem. Every day they receive my call after 15 to 20 calls and every time they told me tomorrow it will be solved but till date they are not attained.
                            Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                            Hi I bought this connect smart tv in month of May'17 but I am not with the quality. As this TV hangs on frequently and I am unable Cast mobile. And when I use Youtube it goes unresponsive most of the time .

                            Please address my issue before I approach any other source .

But this mobile fault after 2 months. Now go to sansui india for servicing. More than 70 days this product not to back...! Mobile no 230/b/n imei [protected] docket no 5390. Pl's service it & back it no more lass any time, thank you

                                Purchased sansui mobile on 27-07-17 thorough flipkart, from that day battery is draining within 6-8 hours even if the mobile is not used. It is automatically getting swiched off everyday due to battery draining fast. Also voice is not audible to the receiver as well as speaker. Very tired of locating sansui service centre & numbers. None of their number are responding.

                                  Dear team,
                                  I bought 40 inch sansui led dkw40fh18x on 31/10/2017 for 29, 000 rupees.
                                  When i was watching tv on 02/10/2017 the display suddenly went off.

                                  When i tried to start tv again it shown nothing on screen & no audio or video appeared, just a black screen showing. When i turn on the tv or simply have it plugged in, it smells like burning plastic

                                  We have launched a complaint no tha[protected] date 02/10/2017.

                                  To attend the said complaint mr pandey has reported at my home on around 04/10/2017 and after attend the issue told to us that power supply have change.

                                  Tv is still under warranty therefore, the power supply will be changed within 2/3 days free of cost.

                                  Still today customer service they are only making promise and not close the issue.

                                  Please look into the matter and do the needful urgently.
