Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased a mobile handset on thu, oct 26th '17. Sansui horizon 2 - 4g volte (Nova grey) through flipcart.
7th nov. Morning it was found not charging and naturally turned off. I was visited sansui authorised service centre, sri krishna service centre, 29c, bentinck street, kolkata, mob : [protected] (Mr. Kamlesh singh). According to service centre since the set was only 12 days old and the problem cannot be resolved in kolkata they advised to get replaced the set through purchaser (Flipcart). Sansui authorised service centre can issue a replacement advice (Do) by which it can be replaced easily and unquestionabally by sansui. I have requested flipcart to kindly help me to get replaced by new set but they said they cannot do anything since their 10 days replacement policy is over.
Kindly help to get replaced my new handset.
