Sansui India — Poor service | |||||
I have purchased one sansui led tv model - sjx20hb through your dealer ararat electronics, 86-janpath, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar-751009 on dtd[protected] and invoice no-203067 now the tv has problem a green line shows on right side of the screen. then i informed the dealer about the problem, after 2 days a service representative came to our house and checked the tv and he take some photos and told us that"the panel of the tv has damaged it has to be replaced and i will come with a new panel" and till date nobody hasn't come and i make so many phone calls to the dealer but they didn't respond Was this information helpful? | |||||
