Resp. Sir, Madam, i have got a call from an unkown person who asked me about ATM no.for ATM card verification. I let him know about it as he said he is from SBI. Later he asked to tell OTP no. for verification. As I dont know what OTP no. is I let him Know about it. He was fraud but when I came to know about him he had completed his transactions. The transaction is of Rs. 5000. The transaction Id is ET[protected]. time of transaction is 2.25 pm on 16th Jan. 2016. Please kindly stop this transaction as I dont wish any such a service or product & please do refund to respective ATM. I am attaching the copy of police complaint.
