Hi sir, I am sravanthi, I deposited money 5000/- thorugh the CDM on 18/01/2016 at Balkampet branch, Hyderabad. at that time, CDM was stuck while validating cash. I complianed this problem at branch, but they said automatically money will credit in your account after restarting machine, it takes 2days. they said. but till now i didn't get money. again i visit the branch they are not giving proper information. please solve my problem. it's very urgent sir. life n death problem. pleaseeeeee..

    Worst reliance customer service

    This is Sushil from ludhiana. I ported my [protected] from (Tata Docomo) postpaid to reliance 15 days back.. i submitted my address proof and id proof in reliance outlets at gill road Ludhiana (Punjab). and 3 times i gave complaint that my no incoming and outgoing has been stopped by some reason i don't know . but reliance having worst customer acre service so they didn't solve this issue till now.. as per trai rules details will be updated within 7days from date of activation .Reliance customer service is worst service i ever seen.

      Pls see that there r more counters and all r at work because though there are 6 counters only 2 r at work rest all arr closed there r so many lines I entered the bank just to collect my passbook at 11:30 and I came to the counter at 2:30 what is this we all have jobs we don't have time to waste and i[censored] say that all the members r working and every sector is doing there job properly than why so much of time a customer enters and the whole day goes.very very very poor pls see to this matter.

      I am a Defense pensioner since the year 1991 and was drawing my pension from central Bank of India. For my convenience I requested for change of Bankers to my A/c No-[protected], State Bank Of India, Br Code-4178, IFSC code-SBIN0004178 S.C Road, Jawahar Nagar, Ernakulam-682020 .
      It was confirmed by CPPC Central Bank that my pension accounts were transferred to CPPC, SBI, to credit my pension from the month of Feb 2016 to my new account with SBI. Since I did not get my pension for FEB 2016, I have written to CPPC Trivandrum to do the needful. I approached my home branch and they were helpless in this matter. I understand there are lot of new files pending with CPPC .
      I just want to tell you that this my only lively hood and it will be highly appreciable if a prompt action can taken to get my legitimate right immediately.

          I was reached by a credit card customer care agent from SBI, named Arun. He offered me a credit card (Simply save card) with a credit limit of Rs. 2.86 lakhs and cash limit of Rs 40000. More over a credit manager from the bank named Santhosh had called me saying that my CIBIL score is very good (780/800) and so only they are offering me a credit limit of Rs. 2.86Lakhs. I submitted my documents and in just 2 days I received the card and to my astonishment that credit limit was only Rs.27, 000 and cash limit was only Rs. 8100. I immediately rang back to the credit manager who promised me that he will get back about the same the very next day. He came back the next day with another offer saying that my credit limit was increased to Rs. 2.7 lakhs and cash limit to Rs. 70000 and told me that he has sorted out the issue and will get the confirmation in 3 working days. Now its been a week, I have been waiting for the confirmation. I rang back to Santhosh again, who said he will get back after checking why it is delayed.. Now ever since then my number has been blocked. I reached out to Arun on 25th Jan 2016, he said he will talk to his manager and get back in an hour. He has also blocked my number now. I spoke with another executive called Diya, who said she will revert after reaching office and she too blocked my number. I'm feeling like a fool now. The card that I have now has a bill generated for Rs.499+tax which is the annual fee. I'm completely dejected by these ill mannered professional who for completing their monthly targets make a fool out of people. I have not even activated this card. not even obtained a pin for the card, but now I have to pay an annual fee for not even using the card. I'm holding a HDFC credit card for the last 1 year for which I'm judiciously paying the bills for my usage. I wanted a better credit limit and that too the same bank where my salary account is there, so I thought it is better, but fell for their crooked play. I want to cancel this card and do not want to pay the annual fee as I have not even used it. I also have spent lot of money and time in reaching these people for solving this issue but have been played on by them.

            Hello sbi,
            I just deposited rs 1700/- in sbi branch not my home account branch.the sbi has deducted rs 57/- has inter city bank charges.i just got shocked by seeing rs57 for just deposit of 1700/- .too much of inter city charges.I just dont agree with this from sb.i if it rs10 or rs 20 is ok for 5000/- but 57/- is very high for sbi.the rbi and sbi should think over it.they are sucking the people money like any thing.too much of service charge for inter branch transfer.

              They charged my Credit card Rs.15814 instead of Rs.475 as committed by FACEBOOK for ad service.
              I had opted for paid service of FB to promote my page 'Mr.Shiv Khera's Fan Club' on 7th Jan 2016. At that time the maximum limit of my payment was set at Rs.474/92 which is still showing the same on FB. But in reality my credit card seems to have been charged for Rs. 15814/18 by you on 7th Jan'16 as per my credit card bill received today. This is really surprising and troubling for me. Kindly immediately reverse this payment and now i am not interested to deal with FaceBook so copying SBI Cards to take action against FaceBook in case you are not correcting this mistake of your with retrospective effect.
              the payment seems to have happened thru PayU money from Gurgaon -122002, on behalf of FaceBook on 7th Jan 16.
              print screens of FaceBook site showing my total cost of Rs.474 and of the credit card invoice showing Rs. 15814 charged on same date by PayU money on my SBI credit card are attached for proof.
              I HAD GOT CALL FROM SBI CARDS CHENNAI OFFICE FROM TELEPHONE NUMBER +91-[protected] AT 6.12 PM IST. AND THE PERSON HAD ASKED ME THAT THE CALL WAS TO VERIFY FACEBOOK PAYMENT SO I HAD TOLD SPECIFICALLY THAT DO NOT ALLOW IT IF IT IS EXCESS OF RS.475/- AS IT WAS COMMITTED BY FACEBOOK. EVEN AFTER TALKING TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVE FOR MORE THAN 6 MINUTES DURING THAT CALL, U HAVE STILL CHARGED ME RS.15, 814. KINDLY REVERSE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I WILL NOT MAKE THIS PAYMENT TO YOU ON MY CREDIT CARD.

              Pls reverse this transaction immediately.
              Even after 5 days have passed after I raised complaint against you but i have still not received any response from FACEBOOK or PayUmoney for the fraudulent transaction you both have made on my credit card on 7th January'2016. If i don't get positive response from you before 31st January 2016, then from 1st Feb 2016 I will start communicating on Facebook and other social media this entire case on PayUmoney and FaceBook fraud transactions for cautioning people using your paid services.

              sincerely hope that you will revert before 31st Jan'16 and refund my money by reversing this transaction on my credit card.

                  My ATM cum Debit card was issued on the Month of MAY / June in the Year 2015.

                  After that I moved away from Puri to Bhuj Kutchh along with my husband to his work place without getting the initial ATM PIN issued to the Home Branch and unable to operate my SBI debit card from any ATM machine as such.

                  I have already contacted to Branch for the same but there response is not good.

                                We parents were approached by some agent (who doesn't even works with the company anymore) and sold two policies bearing nos [protected] and [protected], bi annual premium @ rs.20000 and 15000 each. We have completed 5 years and paid rs. 200000 and 150000 respectively. But I am shocked that in return I have received only Rs. 151403 and Rs. 110641. I have got loss of almost Rs. 88000. The agent told that you will need to pay for 5 years and after that you will get interest. But now SBI people are saying that policy money will be given after completion of 100 years. They didn't gave us any investments returns, infact they took our own money. As per my parents, there were so many signatures and the agent told no problem he will do the rest of the formalities. My parents are cheated. SBI do not train people. You guys are money mongers. Thirsty to suck blood out of poor retired people who do not have an income source also. Please return atleast our own money and please contact me at [protected]@hotmail.com

MOre, because they are not solve my problem.

                                  on date of 21/12/2015 my elder brother went to branch for the updation of passbook because every month i received Rs 1000 pension in my account, for that my brother going every month update the passbook.when he saw my update passbook he call me because there was withdraw of rs 10000 date of 7/11/2015, he thought i self withdraw but without my passbook how can i withdraw that amt and without my brother i m not doing any banking transaction.

                                  i met above staff but they are not giving me satisfy result please i m very poor women and Rs 10000 is very big amt for me please take my complain and give me good result

                                    Today morning i have got a call from this number ([protected]). He was asking me. That, Are you using any ATM card?. i told him Yes. but Who are you? He is told me.i m calling from SBI Head office mumbai. your ATM card is lock. if you want to reopen this card than. please give me some question answer.i told him yes. Then He is Asking me about atm card information like . card number, and Bank name, and otp number.Etc. I know This is a fraud call. But i want to take some action against this number.

                                    Recently i have applied for SBI Credit card & it got approved yesterday, Today afternoon i have received a call from someone stating that he is from SBI & asked me to forward a mesh that was received(Dear Card holder welcome to sbi family & so on...), I believed him & sent that SMS to him, he said, he is going to register my card on behalf of me & only if that registeration happens, the card will be dispached, I said okay, later again he called in the evening & asked me that, he is doing that registeration & I would receive an OTP for that, Message which I received was( otp to view your CVV & exiry date for SBI Card ending is ...) i started getting doubt seeing that mesh & later I shared that otp with him & immediately I have received a message stating that i have successfully created my online account, & another sms with an OTP to authenticate that particular device to login, then i insisted on him, to send his id card to me, so that i can believe he is SBI person, he has sent an ID Card with a different name, than what he mentioned while calling, it was with SBICAP Securities, not sure how people are using their ID Cards for Frauds, I just saved myself from this fraud.

                                      This is regarding my four wheeler insurance policy number 2454266 which is due for renewal on 23rd January 2016. The person from SBI General Insurance(Mr Dhanyakumar S(Contact Number : [protected]) called me up a month back for renewal of the policy and after multiple and regular follow up, I paid up an amount of Rs 12998.00 on 14th January 2016 at 14:03:31 hours (Ref number[protected], and neither they have bothered to call me back after getting the payment nor did applied for the renewal of the policy(As per SBI Gereral Insurance Customer Care).

                                      The policy owner, my wife, she herself is an SBI employee, and this is the kind of service even an employee get from their own subsidiary company SBI General Insurance- which is run by a set of lazy people, and no one bother to take responsibility for even a small thing like renewal of a policy. Sometime I scared, how well they might be treating the outside customer.

                                      I have a car and a valid insurance, but I cant take the car out from tomorrow onward, due to a lazy set of people sitting in SBI General Insurance. Even they are spoiling the reputed brand name like SBI.

                                      My humble request to SBI General Insurance company to get my policy renewed before its expiry.
