Hello sir I am Santosh I have used to SBI Simply Save credit card. My Mobile no [protected]. I was paid credit card bill in month of Nov. 2015 in which i was paid short amount . my credit card bill was Rs.26101.39 and i was paid Rs. 26050 only (short payment of Rs. 53.39). I have been trying to use my SBi debit card (visa card) issued by State bank of India to book a ticket through IRCTC website but getting an error stating "BIN RANGE NOT ENABLED", I can do shopping and other transactions are also successful while using my card but every time i am facing the same issue while booking a tickets from IRCTC.
