        सविनय नम्र निवेदन है की मै शैलेष कुमार दुबे ने मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजना के अंतर्गत फोटो स्टूडियो के लिए 10 लाख के लोन का आवेदन किया था जो कि जिला व्यापार उद्योग केंद्र, मंडीदीप द्वारा स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया के देवरी ब्रांच को रेफेर कर दिया गया था. लोन के बावत जब मैंने बैंक से संपर्क किया तो बैंक मैनेजर द्वारा मुझसे प्रकरण नहीं आने की बात कही गई. जिला व्यापार उद्योग केंद्र, मंडीदीप में पुनः संपर्क करने पर जिला व्यापार उद्योग केंद्र, मंडीदीप द्वारा मुझे बताया गया की मेरा प्रकरण क्रमांक ३२६ / २९-०७-२०१५ तारीख को स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया की देवरी शाखा को भेज दिया गया है. जिला व्यापार उद्योग केंद्र, मंडीदीप से पावती प्राप्त कर के जब मैंने पुनः स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया की देवरी ब्रांच में संपर्क किया गया तो पुनः मैनेजर द्वारा आज कल आज कल का आश्वासन देकर अधिक समय गुजार देने के बाद पुनः बैंक मैनेजर द्वारा उत्तर दिया गया कि प्रकरण खो गया है चूँकि जिला व्यापार उद्योग केंद्र मंडीदीप द्वारा प्रकरण की दूसरी प्रति प्राप्त कर के मैंने स्वयं बैंक मैनेजर को प्रदान की. मैनेजर द्वारा पुनः प्रकरण लेकर आज कल का जवाब दिया गया लोन को लेकर प्रकरण का कुछ भी नहीं किया गया है किन्तु बैंक मैनेजर द्वारा पिताजी की बैंक गारंटी एवं प्लाट के दस्तावेज सिर्फ ५ लाख का लोन करने बात की जा रही है. चूँकि मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजना के अंतर्गत लोन के लिए आवेदन मैंने अपनी मार्कशीट पर किया था. एवं मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजना के अंतर्गत लोन के लिए गारंटी राज्य सरकार उपलब्ध करवा रही है. फिर भी बैंक द्वारा व्यक्ति विशेष की बैंक गारेंटी एवं जमीन के कागजात मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजना के अंतर्गत लिए जा रहे हैं. बैंक मैनेजर द्वारा लिखित में इसका जवाब मांगने पर मुझे केवल झूठे आश्वासन दिए जा रहे है लिखित में कुछ भी उपलब्ध नहीं करवाया गया है चूँकि प्रकरण को अभी तक छह महीने होने को है परन्तु बैंक द्वारा कुछ भी कार्य वाही नहीं की गयी हैपिछले .छह महीने से बैंक मैनेजर द्वारा झूठे आश्वासन देकर मेरा समय बर्वाद किया जा रहा है.

        अतः महोदय से नम्र निवेदन है की शीघ्र ही कठोर कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें

          Dear Sir,

          My name is Chandan Singh and my account No. is SB [protected] at Moulali, SBI Branch. Today,[protected] Morning, I have received a sms on my phone and then, I checked my account through internet banking and found that I lost my balance of Rs. 34, 000/- through DEBIT SWEEP to a/c [protected] on[protected]. I am totally shocked to see my available balance. I have internet banking facility for my above account.

          Please let me know how it happened automatically without my concern. Does it mean I lost my money. I m afraid. please help.

                My Self Vishal Tupe i have deposited 45000rs in cdm machine in which it is only showing 38000rs of transaction, the transaction was of 500rs *90=45000 out of which 1 note was unacceptable so the transaction should be 500rs * 89 = 44500/-
                but actual cash deposited into the machine is showing only 500rs*76=38000/-. When asked the bank associate he said that the deposit is of only 38000/-.

                    i am a regular customer of sbi.and ihave an account in bhimavaram, andhrapradesh.i want to stop monthly ecs payment to icici prudential suraksha savings policy.the bank officials saya they require approval of insurance company to stop the pay ment. my question was i should have right over my account, why do i have to take a concent of third party to stop the payment from my account.plz guide me at the earliest do i have to take permission from the third party to stop the ecs payment.

                          I, Md Rasel Mia Laskar, C/o-Late Abdullah Mia Laskar, presentlyresiding West Belaria near Magrahat College, P.O & P.S-Magrahat, Dist-South 24 Paragana, Pin-743355. I am a customer of Mahrahat branch(11362) of State Bank of India. Few days ago I visited my home branch to discuss about an accuont problem with the branch manager. In continuing our discussion she insulted me and threw onto me many shameful words. She said to me, "why you have come to my branch?" She told me that I could go anywhere for taking such action against her.She also said to me, "I do not want a customer who always protestsabout my weak points.My heart and mind were broken by her.So I am writting this letter to join my broken heart.I would be grateful to you if some special attention is paid tome.All csp customers' transactions like cash deposit, cash withdral and providing passbook facilities have been rejected by her.I am transacting in this branch bearing insult.After all I had not get any suitable response from S.B.I or Magrahat branch manager.S.B.I never understands a customer's trouble.I informed many departments but I failed to get suitable response because they never complete their duties. Even I wrote a letter to rbi in banking ombudsman scheme but I had not got any reply from rbi instead of corossing thirty days. My speed post item number is EW[protected]IN. I think there is no right judgement against illness.Kindly help me and us.Kindly pay right opportunity to me.She is always harassing me in each and every service.

                            I had SBI card no [protected] and same had been lost in the month of Feb'15( tentatively).

                            I had lodged complaint and subsequently got message for blocking the card.

                            Further, I had mentioned that Please not reissue the card to me

                            Since then, I had not used the card, and now SBI Card team, has sent me annual charges.

                            Already I have been communicated to them, I am not able to pay the card, as it is not in active mode also. ( Rediffmail trail mail )

                            Charges Related

                            We understand the concern expressed in your communication and sympathizes with the difficulties faced by you. We are however not in a position to provide annual fee charge wavier on your SBI Card Account.

                            We would like to inform you that currently there are no free cards given by SBI cards and from the next year onwards renewal fee can be reversed basis on the card spends for Rs.75000 and internal decision.

                            SBI Card Re-issue Related

                            We would request you to confirm the following details, as it would enable us to take necessary action at the earliest.

                            *Mother’s Maiden Name (OR) Date of Birth

                            *Residential Address with pin code

                            *Official Address with pin code

                            *Register Mobile Number

                            Post receipt of your confirmation request would be taken for card re-issue.

                              Today i did go to sbi branch bhaptamau lucknow. mrs rajeshwari tol me server is down but server is working properly.other employee mr hemraj is very good employee.he solved my problem.he told to other employee and they done my work.
                              i did go to sbi pay money (pcs challan)

                              so please respect gowerment job and give the custmor good behaviour.

                                I am K.Ravi kumar from Hyderabad 27/12/2015 from +91 - [protected] which said it's from sbi credit card department and fraudulently taking my card credentials i. E. Otp and cvv number they made a transaction of rs 7888. 00 against salemall_epaykerala. Can you please cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one and i haven't made any transaction today through my sbi credit card and revert the amount to my credit card.                                 Last but not least this was the worst maintenance by the SBI, its better to take private bank credit card than SBI, even there are many number of complaints from many persons there is not even a single response from the officials, and all this stuff has to posted in Social networks and have to educate the people not to go through the SBI card, not even have easy access to contact Customer care services...Worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst performance by SBI...,

                                  Today (19/01/2016) I received a call from [protected] which said it's from SBI Credit Card Department and fraudulently taking my card credentials i.e.OTP and CVV number they made a transaction of Rs 7888.00 against salemall_epayKerala. The other mobile number which was used to send messages is +91-[protected]. Can you please cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one and I haven't made any transaction today through my SBI Credit Card and revert the amount to my credit card you can contact me on [protected].
                                  State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Transcation of Rs. 990/- which I have not done during Jan 15. Although, I have paid Rs.4000/- including inst. I also requested that you looked into this matter since I have not made any such transcation. Every year I receive the annual credit card renewal fee but not credited up till now.
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I am pravin sakharkar having cash credit account from last 18 years in .state bank placed cash depositing machine at nashik road branch for convinient of clients and they are charging rs.25/-per deposit.sbi must give such kind of service absolutely free.i request you withdraw transaction charges.as machine does the work of three people.that is cost effective as well. at least home branch transactions should be free.
