[Resolved] SBI Cards — transaction dispute | |||
The below is my mail conversation with bank: — There are total two transactions on 28 august 2018 with the amount of 5502/- with tata aiggen billdesk merchant, one was failed and another got success. After given complaint, sbi cc team credited one dispute transaction (This complaint was different). Now when i contacted tata aig for my car insurance, they stated that they have not received any amount from sbi cc against my car insurance policy. They told sbi cc cancelled the transaction. But finally i have paid total amount of 5502/- to sbi credit card and where that money has gone as tata aig not accepting. I want second transaction also needs to be reversal as you have not paid to tata aig (As tata aig not getting agree). I have already explained each and every point from my end, please contact me on my mobile number if you need any further clarification. — Bank agreed to reversal the dispute transaction a long back (A month back) in mail but every time they are extending date and not reversal the dispute transaction so far.
