SBI — sbi credit card fraud transaction settlement

Dear Team,

With reference to the previous mails and information, I want to settle the amount of disputed transaction of Rs. 8000/-, but as my new card information already shared with someone, bank also has to bear part amount i.e. Rs. 4000/- and also has to waive of all my interest.

Please give me confirmation regarding this ASAP.

As already made a request for part settlement and waive off all interest plus deactivation of card, because my card details has been shared with someones.

I have received request no.[protected] by calling on[protected].

I just want to move out from this because my CIBIL gets spoiled.

So requesting you to do the settlement of part amount, part you (Bank) too has to bear and close this matter ASAP.

The above two mails, I have sent to SBI on their email ID [protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@sbicard.com, but still no reply and on IVR they said that your query will be resolved till 30th april, but I know that no solution will be taken by SBI. My request no. to SBI is[protected].

Inspite of lots of conversation and police station complaints, still they are charging interest.

Kindly suggest that I want to settle the part amount of Rs 8000 of fraud transaction, full amount I will not pay as my credit card details already shared with anyone. It was new card, delivered on 27th September and within 3 days means on 30th september only the fraud transaction made. How can my all data shared with someone like credit card no and CVV. So its bank responsibility also to bear part payment.

It's request to solve this matter asap because of this my CIBIL gets spoiled and I don't want to continue with SBI, want to deactivate card.

Please help me out and solve the problem ASAP. Police FIR attached herewith.

Hello,

Actually, I wanted to register complaint of my disputed transaction of SBI credit card, same I made complaint to Aap Ki samsya.

Its a fraud site and they don't resolve any complaint but charge from the consumer Rs. 750/-.After receipt of payment, they just start to ignore your calls and emails. I sent the letter to them but is also undelivered.

What they have given the address on their website i.e. www.aapkisama.com, address is Sector 64, Noida, India.

Regarding sbi credit card fraud transaction.

Still I am getting phone calls regarding my outstanding dues of credit card from SBI no.s[protected], [protected],[protected],[protected], asking their executives to make payment and also saying that SBI bank can not do the settlement. Even I am ready to do the settlement and want to close this matter. I also said that I will not pay the disputed transaction amount because my credit card information already leaked only within 3 days of delivery of new card, So Bank is also liable to bear the losses. I already made the complaint to RBI which is as follows. Please do some favour and close this matter asap.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have registered my complaint on Banking Ombudsman.

Received complaint no. [protected].

I tried my level best to resolve this matter, contacted to State Bank of India itself, Cyber Cell Mumbai, Police Station (Agripada, Mumbai), Online Consumer Complaint, Aap Ki Samasya (Aap Ki Samasya, that is also fake)

For your reference, please find the attachment of communications and mails attached herewith for your reference and resolve this matter and help me out.

I my self a victim want a justice because no one mostly who are middle class may become a victim to such fake and fraud transactions and scams.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am getting calls from SBI regarding disputed transaction of Rs. 8000/-, one of their lady executive arrogantly spoke that its mine liability and has to pay and settlement w ill not be done now and it can be done only after 9 months from disputed transaction.

I told her that you give confirmation of this our communication of settlement after 9 months on mail, then I will agree to pay partial amount.

Neither she has not sent any mail nor received any mail from SBI regarding settlement.

This is showing that how is the SBI trying to get fraud money from the customer without any confirmation by mail or in writing.
