I have Order on phone.Order No : SMA0591483 and i give the order 139246-Lovisa Jeans For Women(Navy Blue & Blue) but they have delivery for Jeans brand is 7 Eleven,both jeans color are blue and zip is not working.we have call several time they are list-bother to attend our call. i received on 14/02/2013 till date no respond.

    I have purchased one Jeans from SeventyMM site. Order placed on Feb12,2013. As per information available on site, all products are dispatched within 48 hrs. But to my surprise, even on 20th, the status of order is "Under Process". The contact number given on site is "No reply" always. Everytime new query registered and standard language answer that its under process.I think I have lost my money as it was paid online.

      I bought a Levis pant from Seventymm.com (via order # sma0601752). To a surprise the product mentioned on the site is entirely different from the one that is delivered. The delivered pant is of poor quality and made and doesnt even look genuine. I called the customer care many times, but dont knw why their line rings and then disconnected every time. fortunately i got through once today , and the person straight away said "SORRY we cant Return". even when they have mentioned 7 days moneyback guarantee.

      Request you to please take a strict action on the seventymm concerns as soon as possible.

        I have ordered Laviata Casual Shoes for Men - {Brown & Black (LS-04 & 005) Color:Multicolor Size:9} from online shopping site SEVENTYMM.com on 30.12.2012 in festival offer rate of 70% discount.

        Inspite of Several reminder to SEVENTYMM company through telecon and emails, my order is not received till date i.e. 18.02.2013. Earlier 2 weeks before the company said that the order is dispatched through FedEx Courier's with ticket no.[protected] and Invoice No. CSD[protected]. But almost one and half months passed but my order is not received to me till date.

        Now I am very disappointed with the Online shopping Company SEVENTYMM and Courier company FedEx, who they are not taken any satisfactory action regarding the same which is very same fully for them.

          Seventymm is a hoax. I ordered Sunglasses online. They shipped out wrongly. I returned this wrong unit at my cost (as per their policy) but got wrong item again. I complained again. After 10 days, the jokers are telling me that I have not responded within stipulated time. I ordered something for a value, got a wrong shipment for no fault of mine, returned the wrong item spending 35% of purchase cost, got a wrong item again and after repeat complaint, got a response that I have got.

          I have no inclination of spending another 35% cost for second return. I have explained this to them and asked them to pick up at their cost and send replacement. It seems they do not want to replace the wrong item - they just know how to fool customers.

          I did not check online reviews before committing a purchase. My sincere request to all future customers of Seventymm - Please do not buy anything, even if it is FREE.

            I, had purchased Saree form Seventymm services Pvt Ltd ,41 Anhaya Tower,3rd main,4th cross,chamarajpet,Bangalore ,560018 Mobile- [protected]

            My Order Number – SMA0536271, the item “Priyankas Premium Sarees 7 [Navy Blue;]” a on 28 Desember2012 for Rs.1663 via my credit card.

            One month have passed but they have neither sent me the product nor the refund.

            After repeated reminders they have just send some messages back saying refund is under process but I have not received anything. The worst thing is that there is no response on my mobile. Only way to contact is a form on their website.
            It’s very sad and frustrating to see such a bad case of customer service from them.

            Please help me get a refund back.

              I had made a purchase from www.seventymm.com website for a jacket (Elbino Jacket for Men (Light Grey) Light Grey;Medium) worth Rs. 774 on the 16th December 2012. The expected delivery of the shipment was 23 December 2012. The full details are as follows:

Which i did. But unfortunately, the product never came and so after getting fed up, on the 18 Jan 2013 i had written to them of my problem in which they responded on the 19 Jan 2013 that they will refund my money within 12 days time. It is now the 13 of February 2013, almost two months from the date of purchase and almost one month after they said they will refund my money. i'm yet to receive either the jacket or the money

              Kindly do something about it.

                Product not received from SEVENTYMM.COM and they are not responding to me

                Hi,

                Below are the details of shopping done at SEVENTYMM.COM

                Order: #SM0540915 placed on 30th Dec 2012
                payment: HDFC Net banking
                product: Flipcurve Checks by Kart & Kriss - Sea Blue Shirt
                total amount paid: Rs. 674


                It has been mentioned on website " SEVENTYMM.COM " that delivery time:- 5-7 working days from the order date.
                But the product has still not reached me. Today is 20th Jan 2013.

                Have dropped many mails to customer support email ID:[protected]@seventymm.com but no favorable response. They say product has been shipped on 31st Dec 2012. Payment was made on 30th Dec 2012 via HDFC Net banking.

                My question is why the product is not delivered at time when the company shipping policy itself states that delivery time:- 5-6 working days from the order date. This is the problem caused by total carelessness of your customer care and I need complete refund of my amount.

                  I ordered for a product in SEVENTYMM on 26/12/2012 they informed me dhat i will get that item within 7-8 days, I waited for that till 12/01/2013 and due to delay in delevery I informed them that I dont want that item any more.They told me to refuse the delivery when the delevery person comes and i did so,they also told me that i will get my money back within 7-8 days but till now i am waiting for refund.I even complained about this to their customer care executive but they are not taking any action regarding this.

                    Hi, I ordered a shoes from seventymm.com and My order number is SMA0524374 which is deliver to me in Lucknow before a month with wrong shoes. and i return that shoes to the given address BALAJI collection new Delhi for the replacement, but till date i didn't get my shoes back. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICES. Even i've already paid 896.00 INR to the company through cash and i have the invoice of that product.

                    I have ordered for reebok j17548 shoes of mrp 3599 with discount of 72% costs 999 but they have delievered me reebok R173817 shoes of mrp 2999.
                    Previously I have ordered two pepe jeans and they have delievered one pepe and one US polo assn jeans.So please make a complaint against seventymm.

                      See I had ordered one tablet (fujezone smart tab mt-12) order No:DOA0555576 from online shopping Seventymm services pvt ltd. They had sent the tablet but when I received the tablet after paying Rs 6500/- cash on delivery it is found that the top glass of the tablet is cracked and the tablet is not working, immediately i contacted them at the given phone number [protected], [protected] the customer care number. They told to email a photo of the tablet and i immeadiately did it. Then they told that send back the tablet at the given address in the invoice at Delhi. I sent back the tablet at the given address. They received the tablet but did not even inform it, after repeatedly calling at the customer care number then they told that it has been received and they will replace it with a new one within 10 working days, when i contacted again after 10 days then they told it will take another 10 days but they did not sent and finally one day i received a sms after 5 more days that they will refund the amount. Again they told that within 5 working days you will receive your payment, after 5 days again i contacted again they told it will require another 10 days, after then when ever i contacted they told that it will be refunded after few days but it did not happen even after 15 days. thereafter when ever i contacted them the phone will not be received and it will tell all our customer care executives are busy.

                      seventymm/Fujezone smart tab mt-12 — pending refund

The material delivered was of low quality as compared to price and I returned the material to the given address by seventymm.com. I got the delivery at Mumbai and I was asked to return the material by courier to Delhi. I was directly given Delhi address without informing me the available Mumbai address. Now the company is not refunding my courier charges. and the other product also again company is giving me Delhi address though Mumbai address is available and I asked for it. I

                          and i was told that i cannot get " PEPE jeans " so the money for it was refuned..i agree..


                          But i didn't get money for shirt item...i complaint a 100 times about that then after few days i get a new order placed in my account with number SMA0538436 without my consent and a shirt was delivered to my address...the courier boy told me that this is a new CASH ON DELIVERY ORDER # SMA0538436 AND OLD ORDER # SMA0493269 REFUND IS IN PROCESS.

                          But product was unsatisfactory and worst of its kind...

                          So i asked for a reverse pickup , but customer care told me to courier it ...so i did it via bluedart ...thus


                          u have three payments remaining

                          2> new order SMA[protected] rs

                          3> courier : 310 rs

                          please refund asap ....and check ur system its faulty

                              This is regarding my Order ID SMA0109507 made at Seventymm.com on 27 April 2012. Till date company not delivered product. Some time later Company sended notice for order cancellation. I paid total amount of 13003 from My SBI Credit Card. But company refunded only 10,368.74 INR. I email company many times. Wasted time and money in emailing and calling them again and again. But they did not refund my full money till date.

                              They eated my hard earned money. Please help me in getting my money back

                                I have paid through e banking twice on 7th of nov 2012 and on 14th of nov. 2012 but both times payment failed and the amount @659=/ Was deducted twice from my account I e rupees 1318=/ Has been deducted from my account without placing order and finally after paying through visa debit card third time on 16th of november 2012 which was successful they dispatched it via fedex courier service under tracking no.[protected]. but till now it has not been delivered to me as the product wasreturned back by courrier company to seventy mm.com company . I want refund as more than two months have passed.Further on mailing and calling so called customer care no. Of the company a number of times regarding refund of excess amount of rupees 1318 paid by me twice @ rupees659=/ Via e banking which has failed earlier they finally refunded me rupees 659 paid by me on 14thy of november 2012 but DID not refunded me another failed amount of rupees 659=/ Made by me on 7th of november 2012 and payment made by me on 16th of november 2012 details of bank transaction are attached. I failed to understand what rubbish is this?more than two month have passed and and the refund of the failed transaction dated 7th of november is still not refunded including the payment made by me on 16th of november I have mailed and called to company requesting for refund of my money but they are just making false promises since two months now. I want justice as the company is just delaying and is not paying any attention towards my complaint

                                This is regarding the order no. SMA0503343 at Seventymm.com. I&#039;d made this order on date 29.12.2012 in which i&#039;d ordered a sweater of Rs 449. After a long delay i.e. on 08.01.2013 i got a wrong product delivered at my place i.e. a full sleeves T-shirt of same color.
                                Now after having a conversation with their customer care executive(CCE) i returned back there product via Blazeflash Courier Service(AWB No.[protected] on the same day. The Product has got delivered at their place on 10.01.2013.
                                Now after making numerous calls at their customer care in all these days, today i.e. on 02.02.2013 i got a cheque of Rs. 100 only.
                                I request you please help me out in getting my money back from these people &amp; getting rid of them...

                                  Sir I have ordered a mitashi play be150 tablet on 24th december 2012. It was given that the product will be delivered in 6-8 days but I got it on 15 january 2013. In the box they gave tablet, charger,usb. I found tha usb which they gave isn't fitting in my tab. Later I called them and asked them what items will be in the box. They said that there will be a tablet, charger, usb, headset, av cable, hdmi cable. But I got only tablet and charger in god condition rest all I dint get only. I complained and there is no action. THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT HE HAS SENT THE CANCELLATION REQUEST TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT AND THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED IN 48 HOURS AND THEN THEY WILL REFUND THE WHOLE AMOUNT. AGAIN I WAITED FOR 3 DAYS TO GET MY ORDER CANCELLED BUT THE ORDER STATUS NEVER CHANGED FROM “AWAITING SHIPMENT” AND I STARTED CALLING THEM AGAIN ASKING FOR THE REASON WHY THEY HAD NOT CANCELLED MY ORDER AND EVERY TIME I AM BEING ASKED TO WAIT FOR 48 HOURS FOR THE CANCELLATION OF THE PRODUCT BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEIR 48 HOURS NEVER END WHICH IS VERY FRUSTRATING.

                                    SEVENTY MM IS CHEATING PEOPLE AND THEY SHOULD BE FORCED TO SHUTDOWN FROM THIS INDUSTRY SO THAT IT CAN BE A LESSON FOR OTHER PEOPLE WHO LOOT PEOPLE BY FAKE PROMISES PLUS I WANT THE REFUND OF MY MONEY RUPEES 1109/-WITH FULL INTEREST AND RS. 500 PLUS FOR CONTACTING SEVENTY MM CUSTOMER CARE FOR MORE THAN 20 TIMES

                                      I have bought two pair of shoes from this website on 29th december 2012, order number:SMA0538526, they told me they will deliver the consignment by 7th January 2013, but till today (28th January 2013) they have not delivered. Have sent customer care 10 e-mails it is of no use, they dont reply to your question and just reply your order will be dispatched soon , which actually never happens. Adding to that an executive calls up and asks i would like to buy a particular product, when I refuse he puts a cash on delivery order without my permission, which I come to know when I get an e-mail,

                                      These people are fraud

                                      Please do not trust them or buy products from their website.

                                        Received a SEVENTYMM.com 1-month trail offer with Dell XPS Laptop. So I paid Rs.900 for the trial and subscribed. But around 10 days from the completion of a month/ expiry of the offer and return the rental-DVD and mailed SEVENTYMM.com more than 6 times asking to end the trial scheme and return my Rs.900 back.

                                        But they intentionally delayed the response by giving unsatisfactory response over time until the trial period expired & just when time went off they replied that I cannot get my Rs. 900 back because I did not opt out of the service/subscription.

                                        I've saved all the correspondence and documents related to this issue.
                                        and neither did they stop the email subscription even after an explicit request for doing so.
