On 27th april, i received a call from sharekhan member nawab to invest in bank nifty options. I asked him that i didn't know how to invest in 'options' he said he will help me in investing.. Then i asked how much will be maximized risk then he said maximized risk will be 7 k then still i asked him to make stop loss of 4k but then after investing my 11k would deduct from my account..

Please help these sharekhan members are making fool to people. They want only their commissions by making fool to people

No my issue is not resolved yet.Mr bhuvnesh call me yesterday and said why i didn't asked for brokerage before investing and giving me rubbish excuse also.He also said you can't do anything
so this is your support. I am going to file an legal case against sharekhan for this kind of rude behaviour

Can anyone tell me if anyone is asking how to invest then you should also tell them the whole procedures rather than making fools to people

may i know what's going on.I want my brokerage money back.

      This is one of the worst financial services i have ever encountered, they manipulated my account, changed my mobile no, siphoned of money from my account all this without my knowledge or instructions and replaced it quietelly, when i started making inquiries, as to, how they could do this manipulation?, till date i am unable to access my account, all this despite speaking to their branch managr mr apte in goa personally and to their head office in mumbai, there has been no replys to the emails, phone call, etc. Pls advice how to take them to task for this harressment and fraudulent practice, i am not sure how many more people may be in a similar soup, requesting your competent and compelling help.

        A request to update my bank account details and address was made on 29th march 2018. After 2 weeks i was informed that my signature is wrong hence cannot be done and was asked to get my kyc checked for sample signature. It was informed that the sample signature would be sent out within 24 hours, not its more that 4 days and i still have not received it. Please help expedite this so that my account details can be updated.

Now i hav 3 accounts in sharekhan in name of my mother, brother nd myself. If i wont get my money back i'll hav to complain to sebi.                     At the time of opening account executive said that brokerage will be charged at.01% but the actual brokerage charged is more than that. I tried to contact that executive but he is giving any response. Please help me in solving this issue. Even executive said that he wrote a mail to sharekhan for change in brokerage.                         As understand from sharekhan team on dec 20th 2018, my old account account (Kasturben kanji shah) was closed on july 30, 2012 and new account (Kasturben kanji gosrani was opened on july 12th, 2012. This was to update last name of this account.in this process my account was changed from tariff tc 100 (Original setting of my account) to tariff tc 101 by sharekhan team without any instructions from my side. This lead to significant overcharging on my account since 2012.

                        On learning the above, i had requested sharekhan team to investigate and share with me all details around changing of my account from 100 to 101.
                        Also as mentioned earlier, all overcharging on my account since 2012 needs to be reversed with immediate effect. Still awaiting sharekhan to revert back to me with details and reversing of charges despite several follow-ups.

                        Request someone to take immediate action on this else i would be forced to escalate this to regulators.

                          This is to inform you that i have told to sharekhan brocker ms. Neha, mr. Anand rajori garden branch that please cancel my sip and credit all amount in my hdfc bank a/c who are running they confirmed ok but they paid into my another bank who are running negative and not running by me, i want return back my money rs. Approx 2000/- who deducted by axis bank for fault of sharekhan team please raise complaint and return back my money from rajori garden sharekhan branch.

                            It is very sad to inform you that i have been in contact with mr. Kiran panchal-vapi, gujarat, (Your employee/agent name) for dematerialization of shares. Further i have submitted shares since 15-20 days long back but yet no shares are in demat form.
                            Further the form drf form was wrongly filled and again for new form i am making follow up since 3-4 days but no response from your end.

                            So take this on urgent basis or else my force i need to transfer my demat account from sharekhan.

                              I have recently changed my residence and need to register the new address with sharekhan urgently. As instructed over phone, i have personally visited the regional office of sharekhan at kolkata to deposit the signed form and the staff there has verified the original documents.
                              Despite being assured that the change will effect within 3 days, even after a week the change has not been registered. I have received no response from the company after complaining over phone and e-mail.
                              Moreover, in flagrant violation of government directive, the office refused to accept e-aadhar as valid proof address and demanded the original aadhar letter which i produced nonetheless.

                                  I have raised a complaint almost 20 days before regarding deduction of 3300+473 rs in a span of 2 days (19th and 22nd feb, 2018). I got a message that it is due to shortage of funds. As per them, i had zero balance and i traded for 57000 approx. It's seriously annoying to hear this. They don't allow any trading without having an amount. I have been using sharekhan for 11+ years and i know how system work? I did have a balance and i sent the screenshot of successful transfer as well.

                                  I am keep on getting same response that i didn't have any balance and all the amount was short. I request someone from their side to try trading for 10000 of times and see if they can trade without having single penny.

                                  Hope i get the solution this time and get my refund.

                                    My name is anand tapdiya, recently i open demat with sharekhan, they procedure my account on 28th feb 2018, i also paid margin cheque. The amount is debited from my bank account and they didn't open my account yet. Its about one week after submitting documents, they only open equity account and told me that there is very much work load at office that's why your f&o account opening formalities delayed. They told me like that, kl ho jaega, shaam tk ho jayega, morning me ho jayega...

                                      Sharekhan customer service is pathetic.

                                      By mistake, i transferred inr 62k from my nre account with iob bank on feb 8, 2018. Only after the intended recipient alerted me by feb 28 or so that he is yet to receive the funds, i realized it could have been wrongly remitted to sharekhan.. As on that date i had transferred another inr 80k + to sharekhan from (My and my wife's) joint account. Iob confirmed that sharekhan had received the inr 62k. However, sharekhan neither credited the inr 62k to my wife's sharekhan account nor informed me. Now even after writing to [protected]@sharekhan.com as well as the relationship manager mr. Prasanna venkatesh, they are neither replying nor refunding the money that they are surreptitiously keeping without crediting. Very pathetic service.

                                        The broker was handling my account including options & derivatives. There was a dealer in their chennai alwarpet branch (Which is now closed and the members have been moved to some other branch). My account id is 1536827 for equity segment.

                                        In 2012, senthil had shorted usd-inr combination and the trade went wrong. There was a loss of 40000 rupees, which i had to bear. Further to this, i had told senthil to stop all trading in my account. However, he kept the usd-inr short trade open and there was a further loss of 20, 000.

                                        Since 2012, i had told them that i can bear only part of the loss as i did not approve of the trade. I also gave them a cheque, but the broker returned the cheque to me. Now, despite several calls to close the balance, sharekhan has been compunding interest and now reporting a negative 64314 to the exchange. This is unacceptable as the dealer who was involved in the trade is not working with sharekhan. The new branch also does not have any details of the trade as the old branch had shut down operations.
