After 2 weeks i was informed that my signature is wrong hence cannot be done and was asked to get my kyc checked for sample signature. It was informed that the sample signature would be sent out within 24 hours, not its more that 4 days and i still have not received it. general customer service/not crediting not returning the money

Sharekhan customer service is pathetic.

By mistake, i transferred inr 62k from my nre account with iob bank on feb 8, 2018. Only after the intended recipient alerted me by feb 28 or so that he is yet to receive the funds, i realized it could have been wrongly remitted to sharekhan.. solutions to my problem

I need a simple password reset. And i have been given excuses. Agent says there is no solution to my problem. My money, my shares and i don't get access to my account. How is this fair? All i am asking is a simple password reset. I understand that there are issues. But shouldn't these issues be able to be resolved. I am giving them all the details they ask of me....
