My brokerage account has been locked almost a month ago, as discussed with customer care, I have provided all the documents and updated facta form too.
Last Friday it was conveyed me in a email that my account is activated and try to login By end of day or following day.
When I contacted today still the account is locked, your customer care people saying that they cannot accept aadhar card and they need my voter ID
for address proof. Even that too I have emailed to them. You are the first company denying aadhar for address proof document, I am not sure then why central govt making aadhar to enrol mandatory eith Pan and in all banking and brokerage accounts.
Are you guys really done some other mistake on my account and to correct that you are keep asking all my documents.?
I have already provided following id copies like Pan, Aadhar, Passport
and voter ID
now . There is no more govt id left other than D.L to share it with you ..
Pls get my online brokerage account unlocked ASAP. Locking consumer account without any prior intimation is a crime.
