On monday customer care team phone me, and they said credit your payment in your account on today or tomorrow since not yet received the amount, please verify the information and my account also,,, why i am not getting trading account details in my email address or every day basis,, i am doing my trading in future options derivative account,, i think it's problem from your side,, clear it first

On Monday morning customer care team people phone me and they said they will credit the amount of the balance in today or tomorrow since not yet received the amount please verify it and clarify the details of the account
