There was an transaction error by your agent as he wanted to buy shares for his client (Abhishek mirgunde) but erroneously he transacted it from my account without my permission. The agent who did this is sanjeev ([protected]), i called the customer care of sharekhan and my query wasn't addressed properly also not being guided.
The guy later called me and told me that i was his mistake and will refund the amount, i shared my bank details with him so that he refund me the amount but still no reply.
Does your so called big brand sharekhan provide such kind of fraudulent services to the customers.
How can a person transact from another account without his attention.
I demand and strict action on it as early as possible or i shall lodge a complaint against your firm in the police station and make sure that you pay every penny for my loss.
I demand a refund for my loss and prompt action.

    I was in a foreign country for work.in this time my membership password expired, how am i to change my password while i am in a foreign country without my india phone?
    I felt like my account and password was compromised.

    Please post your solution here so the public can decide for themselves how you treat your customers.
    I am quite certain that you will post an automated reply to share contact details and customer id... Which i have already have

      I would like sharekhan to reply to the following queries specifically :

      1) if a "resident indian", who is in a foreign country for a month due to work obligations, having an account in sharekhan finds himself in a situation wherein they have to change their password after the 14th day, how are they supposed to change their password?
      Since sharekhan only sends a notification on india mobile number.
      I don't have international roaming.

      2) do "resident indians" who have an account in sharekhan not allowed to check their account in a foreign country?

      You have mischievously not answered my questions once again, i hope your future customer don't get caught in trouble when they are abroad like this
      Here are my questions again and no need to explain your policy and procedures, we get that :

      1) What if the customer was to stay more than a month out of the country and has no access to the indian phone number, how will you help the customer to change the password immediately?

      if i feel that my account is compromised during my stay abroad, SHAREKHAN FORBIDS ANY CHANGE IN PASSWORD WHILE A CUSTOMER IS ABROAD, is that what you are saying?

      2) Why has the option of online recovery changed?

      3) Will sharekhan pay for any loss the customer incurs due to your not-well-thought of policies regarding changing of password?
      I would like sharekhan to post a reply here itself so as to let everyone know how you play with words to a potential future customer.

      Are you saying that your customer are not allowed to keep a track of their portfolio when they are in a foreign country and the password has expired?

      So sharekhan mean to say if i feel that theur customer account is compromised during their stay abroad, SHAREKHAN FORBIDS ANY CHANGE IN PASSWORD WHILE A CUSTOMER IS ABROAD, FOR e.g. Singapore ?
      SHAREKHAN WANTS THEIR CUSTOMER TO LOOSE CONTROL OF THEIR ACCOUNT AND THEIR PORTFOLIO WHILE THEY ARE IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY, JUST BECAUSE THEY FEEL THEIR (NOT WELL THOUGHT ) POLICY SAYS SO

      Your team should carry the responsibility and bear the losses incurred for not reminding your customer to change their password in this regard.

      We are not always able to track your policies which keep changing every other week.

      We need accessibility to our own account whenever we want.

      I would like sharekhan to reply to the following queries specifically :

      Hi! As per our policy, OTP password would be sent only to registered mobile number. If the customer does not want the password to get expired, he has to change the password before the expiry of 30 days. Please note that the password expiry has been revised to 30 day from 14 days.

      To change the membership password before the expiry, please visit : www.sharekhan.com > Profile > Change Membership password or else post expiry of 30 days, system would prompt a message stating password has expired and you may change the password from login page itself.

      Currently there is no restriction from accessing the Sharekhan account by Resident Indian from a foreign country however, it would depend on the cyber laws of the country in which customer is based.
      Please try to understand your customers predicament!
      If your customer finds that the 30th day has lapsed, with regards to your policy of changing passwords, and he doesn't have International roaming, how does your customer change his password?

      2nd situation - > If your customer travels abroad and wants to change the password since he suspects that his password is compromised, how does he change the password from a foreign country? In this case too the customer doesn't have international roaming.

      Hi! We would like to inform you that the OTP password would be sent only to registered mobile number. If a user wishes to change his password, then he has to keep his registered mobile number active, where he would get the OTP for further procedure. Thank you.

      Does anyone in sharekhan understand written English? Does anyone have any kind of concern regarding what problems sharekhan is putting the customer through with your ill-thought off policies regarding password change?

      Please try to understand your customers predicament!

      Sharekhan seems to efficient in training their staff in replying like parrots, copy and paste nonsense.
      Please try to read and understand the problem at hand and change your policies to be more customer friendly and customer oriented and not because your less knowledgeable manager has developed some idea and sharekhan finds it a necessity to implement nonsense policies.

        Hi i m brijesh azad i have given a cheque of rs. 10000 to sharekhan associate or dsa, he deposited cheque and now money is not shown either in my trading account or my bank account. I could not use myoney for any transaction...
        Fellow told me that as the account is not linked the cheque amnt is not credited.in fact i gave my two accounts for the same trading account.
        If account is not linked how sharekhan can deposit the cheque given?
        He asked me to give bank details of the same cheque.
        Please help me to sort out this problem

              Hi Team,

              Today (12th July 2018) I visited sharekhan office branch in Malleswaram, Bangalore the branch manager over there by name Harish Bhat ([protected]@branch.sharekhan.com) is very arrogant and harsh, he tells me that I can't visit the branch for trading.

              Although there is a terminal and a broker in the office.

              I have an account in other broking agency but I have never been treated like this. If this is the case I need to close my current account in Sharekhan and move to a different broker.

                I, ankit raj, pan no.-ciopr2158a, was facing problem of non-availability of credit offered from sharekhan. For which i have continuously calling mr. Partha basu, a representative at kolkata office but he always says that he will tell afterwards and disconnected my call and from then not picking my call. This is going on for past 2-3 days. This irresponsible behavior of sharekhan is miserable and i strongly want a person to resolve my issue

                I have transferred 3k from bank to sharekhan account, after 2 days, its showing only 1800 balance, and I am not able to withdrawal that money. this is not the first time.
                after that i called to customer care they are not responding.

                  They have been sold my stock rcom with out my knowledge,
                  Resulting i got loss of rs. Aprox. 50, 000/-
                  Now they said that it is due to our system we can not help you.
                  You are requesting to help for my refund.
                  At the time of account opening they should explain every term & conditions in details to the customers.
                  All term & conditions are made by company for to save the own skin.

                    I do not have any account with sharekhan at all but they continue sending me amc bills. Showing dp id in 300513/dpid[protected]
                    Have advised them that am a senior citizen of age 80 years and my husband who expired years ago had cosed all accounts of stock trading including sharekhan ten or more yerars ago. Had called their customer service office and advsied them time and agian but they refuse to stop sending me thiese invoices which are not legal andas have no active account with them.

                    Please stop this immediately and reverse any and all charges as am not liable for same.

                      Please to inform you that i am holding a equity account with you and my id is 1398441.

                      This is very unfortunate to inform you that for the last couple of months i am regularly asking about the monthly interest debit detail from my account my do not get any single reply from your side.

                      Initially i was asking from ankit about the interest debit detail but every time he was on leave and i did not get the details after that i asked from manish about march and april’2018 month interest details but again i don’t get any calculations and details.

                      As per my i always maintain funds and often used any credit from you but every month you have charged more than 2500/- to 4000/- from my account as monthly interest.

                      I really fed up with your services so i hereby request you that kindly close my account of priority basis and transfer all the funds to my yes bank account and transfer all my stocks to my globe capital account, my globe id is ea 405.

                      If you need any further detail to transfer funds and stocks then let me know without any delay.

                        Hello,
                        I m himanshu, have a dmat account in sharekhan. I am trading in intraday.. Today i have short 200 shares of just dial on 579. After some tim it would reach 620 for few minutes, later on it was going down but as the price goes down approx. At 600. I planned to buy the 200 share of just dial with a loss of rs4200. But as i tried to buy the 200 shares, its already bought by sharekhan’s staff on the price of 623 of 200 shares. Its too weird, stupidity, trade did by sharekhan team without my permission..
                        This is such a non sense work. I will closed mine and my all friends dmat account from sharekhan and put a complaint for such stupid work. There is no limits, no boundaries, they can sell anyone shares without any notice. Even at huge loss to the customers. I think guys there is a huge profit of company in these work to sell the shares without the permission.
                        I hope everyone understand my point and plz if anyone do tradiing through sharekhan. Be alert and take full information before...

                          I'm vicky daswani. The worst service you are providing. I will not prefer your company at all. My concern is one of friend started training through sharekhan so, i decided to download the app and i received a call from one of your employee.

                          Earlier he was so nice. Sir we are offering you demat account free, daily trading ia free. Everything is free i asked him is their any charge he said no sir. One day i decided to provide him my documents but before that i checked their is a brokerage charge for trading so your employee done wrong commitment. When i informed him that i have changed my mind as of now i don't want to open account. The way he was talking to me kindly check attachment.

                          Is it the way of your company to deal if the customer is not ready for the deal. I will post this chat on every social media site.
                          I'm also an employee and i'm working in marketing profile. I know how to deal with customer with good customer service.
                          I was planning to get the knowledge of trade then i will start trading but now i will suggest anybody.

                                I have my demat account in sharekhan and before few days trading happen in my account without my permission. Broker has buy 2000 shares of pc jeweller in my account ane sold it and by doing this he has booked a loss of rupees 1, 02, 000. After discussion with him he is not able to reaolve this ane giving unuseful suggestions. Kindy resolve this complaint on urgent basis. Because it is not a small amount which a person can bear without his/her mistake.

                                I have talked with concern person and his boss also on the phone but they are asking solutions to me and branch is 60 km far from where I am living and 85 km far from where I working so it is not feasible for a person who is working to go 60 or 80 km far. So request you to guide your staff ane suggest them resolve my issue ASAP instead of asking solutions to me.
                                Still I have not got any solution for the same. It's almost above one month and this is not a small amount. Do understand my situation and resolve it ASAP. Now i am fed- up from all these things.

                                    In december 2017, i had resubmitted my documents with sharekhan mangalore branch for change of bank account and address proof also submitted the kyc. This includes bank cheque and passport copies. Its been 5 months and the updating is not done. When contacted the branch they told me that i have to resubmit all documents again since they are not able to track it. They have lost my important documents. I am losing on my dividends for their mistake. Kindly help me.

                                      Dear sharekhan team,

                                      I want to formally lodge a complain against my sharekhan branch as they are not updating my new bank details for more than a month now.

                                      My sharekhan branch was from hyderabad earlier and as i am from bareilly-up, i visited a local branch there and requested my back account details to be changed. They told me that i have to first move my branch from hyderabad to them before they can change my bank account. They changed my branch last month and there is no update on changing the account details.

                                      I have no updates from them and i don't think it should take that long.

                                        On 27th april, i received a call from sharekhan member nawab to invest in bank nifty options. I asked him that i didn't know how to invest in 'options' he said he will help me in investing.. Then i asked how much will be maximized risk then he said maximized risk will be 7 k then still i asked him to make stop loss of 4k but then after investing my 11k would deduct from my account..

                                        Please help these sharekhan members are making fool to people. They want only their commissions by making fool to people

                                        so this is your support. I am going to file an legal case against sharekhan for this kind of rude behaviour
