Hello sir/madam,

This is pushpendra singh, i am associating with you around 2-3 years, my customer id is 1895737,

From sharekhan side they assigned me an account manager "jigal vijay tuli” son of vijay srinivas tuli,
After few days of joining with sharekhan he contacted with me regarding the premium business with sharekhan but as side business as i was new in stock market so i didn’t understand more about these things.
He explained me a scheme that if you invest x amount in this scheme then you will get y amount premium monthly basis but this will be apart of sharekhan, so i refused this scheme because i didn’t understand this scheme,
Again after few days he contacted me and insisted me to invest in that scheme and invited me at his home to explain again about the same scheme.

He again explained that you will give me the amount in my personal account then i will transfer that amount in your sharekhan account, and this time was in confidence that he is doing this business with sharekhan so i agreed upon that scheme.
I transferred money in his account by few transactions but he didn’t transferred that amount in my sharekhan account, that time i called him and asked why did you not transfer that amount in my sharekhan account.! Then he said to me that i ll transfer your money in your sharekhan account soon and i sit back that he will do asper his words.
After few days again i called him and said the same thing to do and again he replied that the amount is already invested in few ipos and smes so don’t worry your money is safe and secured with us, and i was like ok fine, i will happen in stock market.
I total transfer the amount more than 12 lacs by cheque and imps, neft, after one year he said your money will not be refunded, i asked the reason for this, he said that scheme is now closed and your whole money was not. My responsibility, it was sharekhan’s responsibility but i told him if it was sharekhan’s responsibility then why did you give me any contract for this? He said it wasn’t given to anyone it was mutually understand with us and sharekhan.

Now it is the case of fraud with the help or with the client of sharekhan, so now i am taking the action against him that he caught the client from sharekhan and did the business with them out of the office on the name of sharekhan.

I am taking legal action against him along with you that your client is victims of fraud case, i have all the evidence of transferring the money in his and his family’s bank account,

Why i am dragging sharekhan with him? Because sharekhan has introduced me with this guy so somehow sharekhan is also supporting fraudulent with their employees. I will send legs notices to sharekhan and jigal tuli if sharekhan will not cooperate with me to track jigar tuli. Total amount is 28 lacs as of now with premium as he committed to me to give the profits.

Somewhere sharekhan is also responsible to manage the employees and never take the feedback from clients about the services, that guy many daily did the trading from my account without my permission as he got the login credentials from me.

Note: i am requesting sharekhan to cooperate with me because that guy is involved in many fraud case and money laundering.

I am expecting a quick and positive response fro sharekhan department.

    Hi

    My brokerage account has been locked almost a month ago, as discussed with customer care, I have provided all the documents and updated facta form too.

    Last Friday it was conveyed me in a email that my account is activated and try to login By end of day or following day.

    When I contacted today still the account is locked, your customer care people saying that they cannot accept aadhar card and they need my voter ID for address proof. Even that too I have emailed to them. You are the first company denying aadhar for address proof document, I am not sure then why central govt making aadhar to enrol mandatory eith Pan and in all banking and brokerage accounts.

    Are you guys really done some other mistake on my account and to correct that you are keep asking all my documents.?

    I have already provided following id copies like Pan, Aadhar, Passport and voter ID now . There is no more govt id left other than D.L to share it with you ..

    Pls get my online brokerage account unlocked ASAP. Locking consumer account without any prior intimation is a crime.

    No improvement about the action from sharekhan side to unlock my account, they just keep asking other document now like bank statement.

    One week before they said- my account is unlocked, when I reported the issue is still there they started asking additional document proof from me. Even after providing all the document still they are not un-locking my account.

    I feel for normal unlocking this should not take more than a month, sharekhan might collapsed my account they also not reveling about previous holding units.

    It has been almost more than a month, every day they keep asking me to email one of my govt Id proof. Almost I have provided all the Id's like PAN CARD, Aadhaar, Pasport, Voter id. Today they to asked me to provide the bank statement by conveying they can't accept Aadhaar Id as my address proof. I too provided the same but they haven't unlocked my account till now.

    For unlocking a Account with a FACTA form they need to take this many days and simply asking all the documents on each day, Instead of that they would have all document in the same day!!. I am not sure about my previous holding which I have in my brokerage.

    Please help how to address this issue to respective govt department.

      With heavy heart and clear mind - i am reporting this to improve sharekhan service immediatly or in 21st century - this company cannot seevive.

      I am chasing sharekhan office kphb since 21st janury to share transfer and close account. Today, 22nd march - still it is not done.

      Please see critical points below:
      21/1/2019 - approched sharekhan branch and filled form but not having original and stamped cmr copy, photocopy not accepted. So rejected. My mistake, agree,

      28/1/2019 - submitted closure form with original stamp copy
      Rejected reason - signature mismatch
      Again after 1 week, resubmitted with best possible sign and twice sign in same field. Rejected - it is not acceptable

      Again after 1 week - closersure form sent with single sign.
      Rejected - signature mismatch and asked for apply first for signature change.

      After a lot of search - i can see sign which i did 16 times in sharekhan document. It was same sign and very slight change.
      Hence, again i did send closure form with terrif sheet sign which is almost equate last 3-4 sign. I got message that - your target dp is missing and fill form again and submit.

      I have not seen such pathetic process - i did sold share of my holding with heavy loss and clear off everything from share khan a/c. One m/f elss is there which i cannot close and has to share. They are telling it will take month to transfer though rta. I said - i am fine. Still, whole this process is not completed in good 2 months time and my 4th attempt.
      Gold shake, please help me out and get this closed!!!

      Hi Team,
      I am tired to listening same excuse again and again.I did provided CMR copy 2 times for closing this account.
      I have serious doubt about functioning of Sharaekhan.

      My question is - when I already provided CMR and even granted to fill application after my sign.you are ignoring it.
      you destroy your record, mine signature is good enough and it is matching.It will not match untill you change your mind.
      You visit our home and take signature I went fifth time to your branch with identity card.Still you have problem.
      did ever you care about opening a account and verified this signature.
      I have verified it with account opening form and it is matching with teriff sheet signature.
      I am thinking - I must file a complain in consumer court and find a solution of this inefficient signature.I am not sure - how many customer is affecting like this.
      When myself is signing and you are telling 4th time, it is not matching.so, there is no way - I can change signature and you can accept this.
      So, what is solution?
      you will ask me to change sign.I will do same sign.It will fill your ego only.but not fulfill any purpose.
      I talked with Heena, swathi and one more representative.
      'If this is ur attitude, please function from head quarter Mumbai only and don't expect to get support or business for PAN India.

      I am sorry !!!

      Yes, I have 14k ELSS MF in demat mode.I have been said that transfer process in process and once it is done.We will close account.I am waiting for same and have no problem to wait for even 1 month.If AC is closed.I am fine, thank you.

      Hi All,
      Now3-4 month gone and I thoght to close my free holding to ELSS.Now, since account is locked then I did follow up from last 2 weeks.They have said that- you need to submit FATCA form.I did submit 2 weeks before and it got updated.when again called today, they said - still account is lock, please submit account activation form.
      Again i need to visit branch and do.

      Are you not agree with me that sharekhan service is not up to mark or better than their peer?
      in this digital era? you cannot force client to visit physically many times just for non productive work?
      please advise, thank you.
      --- anyway i will visit and submit filled form today..then i have been advised that it will tak 4-5 working day.

      I have visited your KPHB, sharekhan branch and even KPHB branch sharekhan had a discussion with Prasath, my CRE and they have given reactivation form.WE filled and signed it.

      after a week today, I have recieved message that request for re-activation is rejetced.please call customer care.
      I did call customer care and she said - it is rejected beacise reactivation form filled by you is in OLD format.
      We need you to fill and submit in new format.I wonder, your representative in branch is not aware of this process.

      Please help me in paying you demat charge due to me, redeem MF holding in ur demat and close this account.
      I hope, before march 2020, sharekhan will surely resolve this and I will have no further liability.Thank you.
      Hello i have given all necessary documents to close my account with share khan this account is under my moms name RADHA DINESH SHARMA, and the Client Code is 1553508 we requested them tyo close the account but for no reason they are troubling us i need to file a complain against them to consumer court

        I wanted to close my demat account with sharekhan. I visited their jayanagar branch and requested. They told first they clear account from redeem mf and few share of anus lab which currently not traded to give physical copy and later get closed. However in a few day i got mail as physical copy request rejected. Now they say they can't close account neither they can't clear share. They are cheating customer by charging annual fee and now i am suspicious of trading on my account without my notice so they are not ready to close. I asked them for written communication for which no response. Need support on getting my account closed to avoid any unwarranted activity on my account

        My number is [protected]. I received again a mail starting anus lab stock to transfer with different demat. As I don't have any other and I am not interested in that stock either. My request is only to transfer my holding money and close the account with sharekhan. I don't want to keep a active account to get charged for no usage. I received this account with zero annual charges which later without my concent made me to pay for not using account. Enough what happened till date but future it need to be closed so that no further activity should happen on this account.

        How can you reach my mobile number when my repeated request to change old number to new was rejected. Strange thing is my KYC is approved, address change approved, mobile number change rejected. Neither I cannot use online service nor sharekhan honor my written request. It is only showing they not interested in serving their customer nor ready to close account. They hold it to do charge customer and do unethical transactions on our account. Hope anyone will understand.

        Regret inconvenience for not reaching my mobile where I never received any call or missed call on my mobile. Kindly stop giving these excuse. It is surprise to see you are asking me to convert BSDA where I took this account with zero maintenance when you charge annually you never thought of asking and start looting your consumer. When I asked to provide my credential denied multiple times but kept open account to do unethical transactions. Who will be responsible if my account handled for unknown transaction?. You have every right to to on my account where as you deny rights to me. I don't want your service as you are unfair on consumer policy. I am here to ask my right to close which sharekhan never honored to its consumer.

        Something serious problem with Sharekhan. When I went to apply my closure they confirmed no MFs are pending in account. Later I got a mail from HDFC on my MF statement. When I asked customer care they confirmed I got in my account and need to touch with my customer representive. But Meghana who is my customer representive can't able to see in her portal so she cannot help. They are continuesly harassing me and I am fed up with support and my money is held by sharekhan for which they are charging me annually. Need consumer court look into my case on priority basis and get me justice

        Beware with Sharekhan.. There are here to loot you. They are constantly torchure me to getting this account closed. If anyone sleep with opening account they will loot your all hard earned money.

          Address: Sector 14 Market Gurgaon(Haryana), 122001

          I have been allotted 634 shares of above company at the price of rs31.5191 per share amounting rs19983.11 where as in my demat account it is shown as rs33.92 per share amounting rs21505.28. There is a difference of rs1522.17. The matter could not be explained by your branch at sector 14 gurgaon (Haryana) where i am keeping my account.           you have sent massage to me that my query has been resolved by Akash Patil- CS.I could not understand how it is resolved when my rate allotment of shares remained same .           Today you have corrected the allotment price of the share after a lot of correspondence from 22.03.19(>2months).Though I not satisfied for taking such a long time but as you have corrected the allotment price, I will not make further correspondence on the subject.
          You failed to resolve my complaint . Very sorry state of affairs on your part .Your rating is very bad/worst

            Please calculate my time value 3000 today add a compensation of my valuable time and money

              One of the executive from mulund branch told me to submit the documents and he specifically told me if you are submitting the cheque on which your name will be mentioned so you need not required to submit bank statement, itr or income proof. He promise me that my account will get open within 2 days but after 2 days i was calling him, he was rarely answering my calls after he open my account account but then i realized my derivative account still inactive. I called him but he was not receiving my calls. After called him so many times he took my call and he was defending himself by saying that i have not submitted the required documents to him. I explained him that as per your explanation only i have submitted the documents. Then he asked me to submit the documents i will process the same. Now, he is not attending the calls.

                I met with breach of trust repeatedly by the staff. The co. Official have forged with my demat account. My shares are missing. I made a request for transfer of remaining shares from my account, but the company official is tactically postponing the job since 1.5 years. The co. Has performed all manipulation to overdo my complaint, by occupying my signed slips of inter depository slips and demat slips through the agent bhagwan. Last year, bhagwan told that he'd perform the transfer of shares after receiving an investment from my side. He postponed the job even after my submission for investment. And when i claimed for my signed slips that were given to him, he said he tore them, misplaced them as they were useless. Again this year, he seeks for my referral for an investor in lieu of pending stock transfer job.in this way the agent is lured with selfish interest and not providing the timely service. I visited the office to complain for him. The other staff says there lies no terms in transferring the shares. Recently, the agent now diverted my case to other official gajendra, who levied service charges etc. And asked me to first pay them. This all sound fishy to me. The sharekhan pvt ltd has adopted all measures to dupe a customer. Also the rental charges levied on my lifetime free demat category account are inappropriate. And the service charges imposed on me is in fact never provided by the company in last 9 years. Their stealing of my shares and demat slips has brought huge financial loss to me. I've lost my faith in business company.

                The customer support dept. sits in Mumbai. they say that I sold my shares in two trades ( in APRIL and AUGUST)- when in fact I didn't sold the 2 MRF shares. The Company has taken wrong advantage of attorney, the Co. has adopted fraudulent methods to own my shares worth Rupees 1.8 Lakhs.

                without bringing to my knowledge, they changed my account category, plan and hiked the brokerage charges of my dormant account. They keep the customer in dark. There response and service are not upto the mark. Their way of dealing a customer has caused mental trauma and harassment to me.

                I finally put this request with deep faith on Indian Judiciary. I request for your help to resolve the dispute, take serious action against the culprit and compensation towards mental trauma and inconvenience caused to me.

                  I sold 100 quantity of auropharma on 24th december 2017.
                  They settled the position on the high of t+2 by issuing a fake bill.

                  While on t+2, the rate went way below my selling rate. Instead of settling my position on the lower rate they gave me a fake ill (Of some auction between sharekhan and sebi).

                  To test the fraud done by sharekhan it, i again shorted 100 quantity of hul on 27th dec 2017 with a different sharekhan branch, again they settled the position on the high of t+2.

                  Sharekhan is playing on lack of information available to the customer who sells, even a little quantity.
                  Sharekhan is cheating customer in the name of # service.

                    I have been cheated by sharekhan franchaise located in shahad by a person name nagama ansari and girish valecha. They have told me to become a sharekhan investor by opening a demate account, i had open account and invested money as they told me also they told me that they will give 10% in every month till 6 month. But i didnt received an amount. I need my money back please take some necessay action against them. I you will nlt do that then i will move to police or media.

                      I have my dmat a/c and very purchase and sale of the share unit are being the done on this sharekhan portal.
                      At the time of opening and term and condition of sale and purchase of share, my authority which regards purchase and sale of share unit. (Kotak share intraday short sell at rs. 1256.24/-, buying share without my permission at rs. 1344.80, qty - 518, dated 07.12.2018, total loss rs.45, 876/- future profit from this share 10, 586/-). After this unauthorsied transaction into my d-mat a/c, share price will be down by rs.109.
                      That the above transaction has been done without my authority and authorisation and same treated as illegal and same been done without mine intention to make me loss and you have gain wrongly
                      You are requested hereby to compensate my loss of rs. 45, 876/- approx and plus future profit of rs. 10, 586/- which immediate effect else.

MY FUND WAS BLOCKED 70% ON THAT DAY AND I WAS WAITING FOR KOTAK SHARE PRICE DOWN AND AFTER 1 HOURS THE KOTAK SHARE PRICE DOWN BY RS. 109 APPROX. IF SHAREKHAN NOT SQUARED OFF MY SAID TRANSACTION OR CONCERN ME ON THAT DAY THEN AT END I GOT MINIMUM PROFIT APPROX 10, 000 TO 11, 000 APPROX. ITS NEITHER MENTION IN MY CONTRACT NOTE AT THE TIME OF A/C OPENED WITH SHAREKHAN NOR I ALLOWED TO THEM THEY HAVE DONE ANY TRANSACTION WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WHILE I HAVE ALREADY BALANCE IN MY DMAT A/C.                             I submitted state bank cancelled cheque to your executive on 17.11.18 but the account is not linked. On login the details of my SBI savings account are not reflected.
                            I am unable to transfer funds from account to buy shares.

                              We requested the representative at puducherry to send us a demat form to dematerialize the share 200 numbers of nlc india limited.

                              They send a individual form after two months from request. We furnished all the details along with the materialised documents.

                              They returened the parcel to our address without any description about the error in the document.

                              We called the representative but no response from them.
                              Finally we came to know after few days that the form which was sent to us was wrong one. A joined account form is to be filled.

                              We requested the representative by calling him to send a fresh form. There was no response from them. It was about two months this happened.

This sharekhan ppl have various techniques by providing wrong info / halfway records / and confusing data report formulas... To debit multiple charges under various debit heads... If they are not turning with corrective methods of all the reports... Within month time from this date... I and my few friends... Going to complaint to sebi & nse / bse stock exchanges... Good luck to them...!!!

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am a small investor investing around[protected] in share market. Mr. Sarvesh tiwari from sharekhan approached me to open demat account with sharekhan in oct 2018. He offered me the following charges for equity trading:-

                                    Intraday :- 0.01 paisa

                                    Delivery :- 0.10 paisa

                                    Minimum brokerage :- 1 paisa on trading, 2 paisa on delivery

                                    [charge structure given to me attached]

                                    He assured me that there are no other hidden charges apart from govt taxes. On his assurance, i opened demat account with sharekhan and started investing in share market through sharekhan.

                                    On 06.11.2018, i sold some shares at market value of rs. 2480.30, out of which brokerage of rs. 2.49 was deducted as per agreed terms and govt taxes of rs. 4.03 were also charged.

                                    I checked my account statement on 09.11.2018. I was shocked to see that apart from brokerage, rs. 53.70 was deducted from my account as "delivery handling charges". I thought this amount is charged by mistake. I immediately contacted mr. Sarvesh tiwari of sharekhan for rectification of the same. He told me that sharekhan charges rs. 16.00 minimum brokerage per company transaction. If brokerage as per tariff given to customer is less than rs. 16.00 per company transaction, sharekhan charges differential amount as delivery handling charges. I told him that at the time of opening of demat account i was assured that there will be no other hidden charges and this delivery handling charges were not explained to me so them amount should be reversed and i should not be charged delivery handling charges. He said that i forget to tell about these charges. I was astonished on his response.

                                    How can representative of such a big company forget to tell small investor about hidden charges. I told him that please reverse the charge otherwise i have to file complaint with appropriate authority for necessary action. He told me that you are free to file complaint. The company will continue to charge delivery handling charges.

                                    Sir, i am a small investor investing my hard earned money in share market. Sharekhan is using fraudulent practices to open accounts of small investors and is looting hard earned money of small investors. Representatives of sharekhan are exploiting small investors by false promises and mis-information.

                                    Govt. Of india is encouraging small investors to invest more in equity shares and is launching various schemes for boosting small equity investments in share market. However, sharekhan ltd is looting small investors and is dampening spirit of small investors. If, this fraudulent practice is continued by sharekhan, small investors will loss trust in share market. This is a issue of severe concern for all o[censored]s.

                                    I request you to take appropriate strict action against mr. Sarvesh tiwari [representative of sharekhan] and sharekhan ltd for spreading false information, using fraudulent practices to open demat account and looting hard earned money of small investor.

                                    Kindly accord your top priority and take appropriate action at the earliest.

                                      I had been maintaining a trading account with alwarpet branch since the last 10 year’s.

                                      My trading value per year works out to ₹ 2 lac and more.

                                      On scrutiny of my ledger account, a total sum of ₹9174.58 was debited to my account during 2017-18 towards dmat charges.

                                      When i contacted the for conversion of my account, they asked me to submit form tc100 after which the annual d mat charges will be debited only once a year. I submitted the form duly signed in feb18 and asked them to refund the amount to me.
                                      So far, they have not done anything.

                                      Again, an aggregate sum of ₹1794.58was debited to my account during 18-19
                                      Towards dmat charges from april 18.

                                      Again, when i’m ontacted them, they asked me again to submit the form tc100 which i did.

                                      So far, even that amount does not appear to have been refunded to my ledger account. Instead, they sayit has been parked in some other account.

                                      As the original amounts were debited to my ledger account, the proper course will be to refund the amount to my ledger account for my present utilisation.

                                      I was never been informed about the category of my trading account since i
                                      Started trading nor i gave my consent for the category in which i was allowed trading. They should have taken my consent for the type of category in which i am placed as a result of which i have been debited with ₹9174-58 in 17-18 and
                                      ₹1794.58 in 18-19

                                      I request that the amount may be refunded to me without further delay.

                                        Hi.
                                        I'm getting repeated calls from sharekhan. I told them not i tesrested. But also call me everyday. Scold me using abusive words. I have never registered my number with them. But they are so much irritating me.

                                        I asked this person to remove my number from database they have. But he uses abusive words and threaten me. I think these # doing it purposely. I'm complaining to cybercrime bangalore.

                                        I am investor, I received trading calls from sharekhan & most probably not satisfied with calls, with small investment I made 15000/- loss in my startup...Market is too volite but I think when every one is getting profits, I made loss because of calls received from sharekhan.

                                        I did not ask for any payout but on Oct 30 you sent all my money back.

                                        I sent by RTGS the funds to my account.

                                        Today Oct 31, you have sent the funds back to me. I did not request for any payout. What is going on?

The withdrawal request was placed as per our quarterly settlement process. It was done twice, as you had transferred the funds back to the trading account on the same day.
