I have recently done two transaction from my icici bank account phone pe upi worth rs 20000 (Transaction1:-10000 & transaction2:- 10000) and it got debited from my bank account but not reflect in sharekhan demat account it says "req. Failed at bank" but when i talk to my bank person they said the amount is reached to you so could you please let me know how can i get my money back?

funds not transferred - poor customer service

I transferred rs 20k from my icici account to sharekhan.
Contacted the bank to confirm the transaction and it mentioned that the amount is successfully credited to sharekhan however the same is not credited/reflected in my sharekhan funds.
Contacted sharekhan in every possible way

I have transferred 28k from my rbl bank account to sharekhan dmat account.
Money debited from my rbl bank account but not credited in sharekhan account. I took follow up with rbl bank they said money has been transferred to from my end.
My sharekhan customer id is 2256154.
I have email to share people but received system generated mail. With assurance we will look into it. But haven't found any action...

not helping with my account transfer request

I am keen to move my shares by transferring all my holdings from sharekhan demat to hdfc demat. I have moved to us and sharekhan does not provide any demat services to nre customers in us. Now given that they dont provide any service logical step for me is to close my account and move all my holdings to hdfc who provide that service. Frankly since than there has been zero support from them. Somehow my sign did not match and local branch suggested...

My sharekhan client code 15289852, dp id w496939, i had applied for closing of my above acct on 22 may 2015 and paid rs 2149/- being charges sharekhan told me to pay for account closure. I paid this amt vide chq 114071 clearing dtd 25 may 2015.
Still why sharekhan continues to send me dp and transaction bills.
Immeditely close my above dp acct and henceforth stop sending me dp and transaxtion bills.

I had initiated account closure 2 months back.
Nobody reached out to me in order to tell me the procedure.
They rejected my form and did not inform me about it.
I kept calling but nobody was able to reply to me properly.
I have still been calling in order to know the progress.

mobile is not working

From october 2019, sharekhan app is stopped working in my mobile. I had reported and initiated more than 10 times still this moment. Nobody from sharekhan had given me a solution. Its really a stupid app in my career experience. It support given from this firm is the most worst thing in this coporate world. They never think about the loss of wealth and time of their customers....

sharekhan system glitch - causing incorrect charges and blocked my total invested money

I recently got to know that all my account money is blocked and cannot be used for trading. I bought 4500 shares of sbin on 10th oct and sold 2500 quantity on friday. According to that, 2000 sbin share still needs to be present in my account. When inquired, i was told that there was intra day transactions (Buy/sell) due to which my 2000 sbin shares are in unsettled status and later found to be short sell.

not allowing to update contact detail

I have a trading account with sharekhan for about 10 years. I have moved and changed my mobile number and when i am trying to update my information, my cmc is rejected 3 times stating my signatures do not match and i need to submit a signature change form.
I have never changed my signature and i cant tell why sharekhan wouldn't accept my signature. I have provided everything to prove my identity, pan, aadhar, address proof everything....
