I have transferred amount from icici bank account through neft into sharekhan equity trading account on 19th march 2020 and it's not reflected into it. So i have raised complain with sharekhan with complain id:2234494 on 19th only but till now haven't received any response from sharekhan customer service team and i am daily following up with them through email but didn't getting any response or reply.

Even i tried contacted through online chat and calling customer service number but no response.

It's been 1 week since i raised the complain. Please help.

On 23 march, I had transferred 3000 to my sharekhan acc via UPI, My Transaction was successful and amount was deducted from my bank account but same was not credited to my sharekhan acc.I provided all transactions details to sharekhan via mail and still they fail to reply to me. My customer id is 2310481.Its been a week and still no resolution

    I have recently done two transaction from my icici bank account phone pe upi worth rs 20000 (Transaction1:-10000 & transaction2:- 10000) and it got debited from my bank account but not reflect in sharekhan demat account it says "req. Failed at bank" but when i talk to my bank person they said the amount is reached to you so could you please let me know how can i get my money back?
    Request you to please consider my request as in your priority.

      I have transferred rs.5000 from my sbi bank account (Using upi) to sharekhan dmat account. (Upi sharekhan. [protected]@icici)
      Money debited from my sbi bank account but not credited in sharekhan account. I took follow up with sbibank they said money has been transferred from my end.

      I transferred rs 20k from my icici account to sharekhan.
      Contacted the bank to confirm the transaction and it mentioned that the amount is successfully credited to sharekhan however the same is not credited/reflected in my sharekhan funds.
      Contacted sharekhan in every possible way
      -whatsapp
      -call
      -mail
      No response. Highly disappointed.

        I have transferred 28k from my rbl bank account to sharekhan dmat account.
        Money debited from my rbl bank account but not credited in sharekhan account. I took follow up with rbl bank they said money has been transferred to from my end.
        My sharekhan customer id is 2256154.
        I have email to share people but received system generated mail. With assurance we will look into it. But haven't found any action on it

            My trading account was suspended due to non-payment of dp dues.
            For more than 5 yrs + the dp payment was set up as direct payment to sharekhan. I do not understand what happened to the direct payment set up. Sharekhan did not notify me that my trading account would be suspended or did they inform me that
            Direct payment for dp maintenance was an issue.

              Sharekhan team,

              This is absolutely disappointing. We had filed a closure application with your bangalore office on 1st jan to close my spouse’s account, and we also had given a cancelled cheque for the dues. We were assured that the closure will take 7 days and by the end of 7 days we will be provided with the evidence of the same.

              After about 10 days since there was no update from your team, we called up and again the same assurance followed from your end. No one reached out to us to update us regarding the status as it is a closure no one seems to be too interested.

              Now everyday is a new challenge and a new surprise. I still don’t have any idea after 17 days as to how long will it take? Despite clearly explaining the urgency i haven’t got any satisfactory help from your team. I still do not know what is the exact status of this application as tomorrow never ends for your team.

              Please let me know your escalation point of contact as this seems to be going nowhere and refrain from making any false commitment regarding the timelines as you are not meeting them.

                  I having account with sharekhan but service is bad they and their rules after doing all the formally before end of market they will not sell your share nor give you to sell the share name are pooja and this team and main line no will tell you with in 5 min you will get a call but call come after 2 hours and tell we can't sell your share today and it will sell on monday

                  I am keen to move my shares by transferring all my holdings from sharekhan demat to hdfc demat. I have moved to us and sharekhan does not provide any demat services to nre customers in us. Now given that they dont provide any service logical step for me is to close my account and move all my holdings to hdfc who provide that service. Frankly since than there has been zero support from them. Somehow my sign did not match and local branch suggested to write to [protected]@sharekhan.com who will help with necessary kyc details including signatures. Since last 3 days, no help has been provided by sharekhan and i have been getting same response that we will get back soon. Imagine if i was opening account, they come home but now when it comes to closure of those accounts, support provided has been underwhelming to say the least.

                  I've tried much time to close my account and no one is advising me to close my account. They are not even replying to me for the closing of my Demat account. If anything goes wrong I'm not responsible for that and I'm disclosing now itself.

                  My rating for sharekhan is worst...even giving rating also waste of time...

                    My sharekhan client code 15289852, dp id w496939, i had applied for closing of my above acct on 22 may 2015 and paid rs 2149/- being charges sharekhan told me to pay for account closure. I paid this amt vide chq 114071 clearing dtd 25 may 2015.
                    Still why sharekhan continues to send me dp and transaction bills.
                    Immeditely close my above dp acct and henceforth stop sending me dp and transaxtion bills.

                        Since last one month i am asking for the clarification of accounts as list provided in earlier mail. why till today i have not received any answer from your company, I think there are no ethics of your company. now if i dont receive any answer from your side within seven days. then helplessly i will have to think of taking legal action in this matter. and get the above matter to the news paper, media and social media regarding Gandhidham branch.

                        I think sharekhan is a really good company so i trusted that thing, but your Gandhidham branch Manger and RMS are spoiling your company name in Gandhidham. Please do the needful in this matter.

                          I had initiated account closure 2 months back.
                          Nobody reached out to me in order to tell me the procedure.
                          They rejected my form and did not inform me about it.
                          I kept calling but nobody was able to reply to me properly.
                          I have still been calling in order to know the progress.
                          I have been given an ultimatum by my company, but sharekhan is not taking it seriously and giving me a lot of trouble.
                          While opening the account they came to my place to collect the document but now when i want to close it nobody is being helpful.

                            From october 2019, sharekhan app is stopped working in my mobile. I had reported and initiated more than 10 times still this moment. Nobody from sharekhan had given me a solution. Its really a stupid app in my career experience. It support given from this firm is the most worst thing in this coporate world. They never think about the loss of wealth and time of their customers.

On selling my share at first time without my taking permission i inform to sharekhan office but still they do not stop selling my share. On these days i suffer huge losses. Please help me.                                 I recently got to know that all my account money is blocked and cannot be used for trading. I bought 4500 shares of sbin on 10th oct and sold 2500 quantity on friday. According to that, 2000 sbin share still needs to be present in my account. When inquired, i was told that there was intra day transactions (Buy/sell) due to which my 2000 sbin shares are in unsettled status and later found to be short sell.

                                First of all i dont understand what my delivery shares has to do with my intraday transactions.
                                Second, how my normal sell transaction became short sell.
                                Thirdly why my shares are not visible in my account.

                                14th oct i got to know that 500 quantiy of sbin share will be added to my account as per t+2 policy which is still not added. Today i came to know that my account is showing in minus -2.7 lakhs for which i will be charged but i have no shares in my account. Also i don't know at what price i will be getting sbin shares.

                                Now i need to know who will be taking responsibility of this big production defect occured with your system. Because as a customer, i am not suppose to do anything with your system issues. If my fully executed shares are going into short/ unsettled status then it should be sharekhan who should be taking responsibility about this.

                                Things to be looked upon:-
                                1 invaid charges added on my account.
                                2 from last 2 working days my total amount which is around 3.5-4 lakhs is blocked. This should be answered by sharekhan

                                  Dear team,

                                  I could not reach you over the live chat or call so i am posting here. My transfer of funds from my bank account to my sharekhan mf account has failed with the status "req failed at bank". However, the funds have been deducted from my bank account. Please help in this asap. I will miss all my mf payments scheduled this month due to this mess.

                                    I raised a complaint and sharekhan didn’t provide any satisfactory response after i provided my contact details. Previous complaint with details can be found at:

                                    I have a long standing account with sharekhan and now unable to access it due to a mobile number change and my cmc is repeatedly getting rejected sighting signature mismatch.
                                    Customer support have given up already on this.
