Had called for service of my sharp split ac. It was not in warranty any more so was for a charged service. The engr said i would have to pay 450/- for home visit. They came and saw the ac and understood what had to be done and took the money and said they would return with materials to do the work and never showed up again. Shocking service from a brand like sharp. They should be penalized heavily for cheating.

    I have purchased sharp split ac from khem and sons enterprise on 20.09.2016 after about 6 month o[censored]se my ac stop cooling. Thereafter, i have lodged complain to sharp customer care service and they have transferred my complain to jeeves consumer services on 01.04.2017. Thereafter they have attended my complain once in april and told that gas of your ac is low and will be attended by technician in two days but till now they have atleast 10 times postponed my scheduled visit and none have come to visit for repair of my air conditioner.

      My ac is not cooling properly... During initial service the technician is a dumb... He doesn't know anything about the problem... My ac after a while it is stooping and blinking... Again i complained.. Now the technician said gas leakage.. N he filled it by charging 2500... Still i'm facing the same problem..
      So i decided to go to consumer court for the stupid service and the inconvenience happened to me... And you people had to given an answer... Till then i will not leave this issue... I spend 50000rs on this stupid ac...

        Bought 4 Sharp AC's two years ago. One AC not cooling properly. Therefore contacted the service centre on 4 May 2017. Was assured that someone would call within 24 hours. We recieved no such call. Again we called the service centre several times after and same explaination given 24 Hours. Even wrote email, recieved no acknowledgement whatsoever. It's been 9 days and still no answer!

        Disgusting service it's as if there is only 1 Sharp engineer in the whole of India that can fix an AC, and he cannot find time to call back. I highly doubt this will get resolved.

        WAS TOLD NEVER TO BUY SHARP AC'S. BUT WE GAVE THE COMPANY BENEFIT OF DOUBT.

        MY ADVICE DO NOT BUY SHARP. THEY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT AFTER CARE SERVICE.

        I RECOMMEND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING FROM SHARP. OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE WAITING DAYS BEFORE A SUBSTANSIVE ANSWER IS RECEIVED TO YOUR COMPLAINT.

        So Disappointing and unprofessional. As you can tell how bad this company is, as there are 87 complaints on this forum and only 7 have been resolved and 11 are pending. The numbers speak for itself.

          Hi, it is to inform you that i bought a sharp window ac in june 2015 with 3 yr of warranty after almost 2 years o[censored]sage now we faced issue in the ac as its not working any more and after having warranty as well no one from the sharp company is ready to peovide support, we called up the cuatomer care several times, sent many emails with flow up but its been almost 2 months now that they are neither coming to fix the issue nor replying back.

            I purchased a window AC in the month of June 2014 with having comprehensive warranty of three years of whole unit. Now what happened I complaint in the customer care on 21st of April 2017 as my AC cooling is not proper please send someone for get it rectify but till date nobody has come at my home.

                I had filed a complaint with customer care on 20 april and since then after speaking to several agents and engineers nothing has been done so far.

                Firstly, there was a wrong diagnosis by one of their engineers then on 24 april another engineer came and informed us it is a compressor issue and in front o[censored]s he had forwarded the email for a replacement for which he has yet to receive any reply.

                I purchased it from dawar gurgaon and as per them they have nothing to do with this except giving me the sharp customer care number.

                My greatest regret to have bought a sharp product worth inr.50000 and to be given such a shoddy and poor service.

                Their is no response from anyone and all u end up doing is running after people.

                Extremely disappointed and most certain to file a complaint with consumer forum for such deplorable service.

                Sir I have sharp freeze .it is not working .i complained on 24/04/17, no is 2433312.sir your company committed providing service in 24 hours.your service man comes after fortnight & told compressor not working.

                  I bought a sharp window AC on 21st Aug 2014 from Value Plus, Mahanagar, Lucknow.

                  On 24th March 2017 the compressor of AC busted with oil and gas spilling all over my office.

                  I logged a complaint on Sharp Toll Free number on 25th March (Case Number: 2308441) and with compressor in 5 years warranty, I am still waiting for it getting replaced since 25th March 2017, they always say they did not received the part yet from sharp and I don't understand whether a compressor is being manufactured for me specially that they are not able to provide the replacement of compressor after 17 days.

                    I have purchased sharp split inverter air conditioner from Electronic Paradise Pvt Ltd, Janakpuri, Delhi on 31 Jan 2016. Even I had taken extended warranty. Now, when I start the AC during this season I found that the AC in not cooling. I have the complaint at sharp customer care and they assured me someone will attend the matter within 24 hours. Now, after 12 days nobody even contacted me. Thought my executive contacted the customer care on daily basis, and they assured me that this time somebody will attend the complaint. It is quiet disgusting. The service of Sharp is very beggarly. My contact no. [protected].

                      I have purchased sharp split invertor air conditioner from Sarthak electronics, Delhi on 07 June 2014. Now, when i start the AC during this season I found that the AC in not cooling. I have complaint at sharp customer care vide complaint no. 2349309 dated 2/4/17 and i was assured that someone will attend the matter within 24 hours. Now, after 5 days nobody even contacted me.                         My air conditioner has been faulty since last year but in spite of repeated complaints the company never obliged to rectify the complaint . Complaint no. Is 71962, given to me last year by the company. Last year the problem was minor but they didn't bother to rectify and oblige. No one has ever resolved my complaint till now and now my air conditioners compressor has also malfunctioned. Is there any way
                        that your company will help me or this is the quality of after sales
                        service you usually give to your customers. It is a very big shame on
                        your company as i was promised a warranty of 3 years on the whole

                          I have bought a sharp washing machine.. And it had stopped functioning properly, so i called the service center.. They came and checked that the pcb needs to be replaced.. So now its been 1month +.. And the pcb hasnt yet arrived to them??? Does it take so much time to get a product from mumbai to chennai???
                          If the service is so bad of the sharp co. Kindly dont give fake assurance of hassle free service... So now what should i do?? The service centre guys are saying it will come within 2-3days everytime i go and ask them or call them...

                              Washing machine does not take the water from tap and i complaints 2 time. At 1 time an unexperianced mechanic was come and he don't know anything about how to repair fully automatic washing machine.                                 Having purchased a fully automatic washing machine by Sharp, model no. ES-Q70ED, I was satisfied with the working of the machine, but around 1.5 years into operation, the machine stopped working and upon multiple complaints the service guy visited us and took away the PCB, which he brought a replacement for after 1 complete month.

                                Even after replacing the pcb the machine drum rotates only in the clockwise direction, and thus doesnt clean the clothes. The service guy suggested to continue using the machine and meanwhile he would fetch the new PCB which would rectify this error. I was charged Rs.6000/- for the faulty PCB and I am still waiting for a replacement of the same.

                                It's been 6 months since this incidence and I am forced to use the faulty machine while I get assurances that the replacement part is coming from Kolkata, Japan and god knows where else. Now even the guy at Kolkata service centre has stopped answering the calls.

                                  I had purchased sharp (Aquos) LED 32 " ; Model LC-32LE350M ; Sr No :[protected] from your company and was running smoothly with ordinary set top box of dish TV with 3 cables RYB . But now when we purchased HD set top box, it failed to work . When got checked by your engineer, he told us that HD port is not working and is defective and needs replacement of parts .

                                  I want to know from the company that when this port was never used before, than how can it be faulty . It seems that the TV was supplied to us with defective port, which could not be checked as HD set top box was not there at that time .

                                  And this is fault of the company that TV was delivered defective at the time of supply . Pl look into the matter and arrange to get the same replaced free of cost

                                    I purchased LCD in the year of 2014 and every after 6 months LCD stop working this problems continued till now, so till the time it was cover in warranty all good and even I have that person that replace it but no reply back ...

                                      Since the time i got sharp ac it has been giving us problem from the very 1st month. The dealer kept reparing the parts but finally within 11 moth the cooling coil had to be replaced so this time we went through the company itself. But it was the worst decision ever as since 1 month my ac is not repaired not working and no revert from the comapny as they took my ac claming to give me back in 4-5 working days but it has been more than 2 weeks n still they say they dont have my part. Then what did they do since 2 weeks with my ac.
                                      The most horrible company and after sales service . I will surely have to goto consumer court now .

                                        I am having 39 inch LED TV of sharp brand purchased on June 2015.Suddenly the TV was not working. When complained at it's service centre they visited and informed tthat LED Panel need to be replaced and said it will take 10 days. Surprisingly they said it will be coming from Malaysia! I am surprised that in year 2016 a TV part is not available in INDIA and need to import. Best example of customer service for foreign brand manufactured in INDIA. I am still waiting for part.Taking a pledge not to purchase a Sharp Product in future.

                                        Service Engineer changed the LED panel 10 days back after kept pending 3 weeks. Now on 17th Nov 2016 again the same issue reported and when contacted local Sharp service centre they said if same issue then again balance LED panel also gone and need replacement and have to wait for another 7 days. What a product !!! which gives such a performance in just 2 years of purchase. Just imagine the situation after warranty period is getting over...
