My name is vikram wadhwani i belong to kanpur i have registered a complaint for refrigertator approx 30 days back i was having issue with compressor and that compressor was under warranty my complaint was registered and that day service person also came and he told me that compressor will be repaired and gas will be refilled i have given him visiting charges and when he came i have given him rs 1600 for refillment of gas after two days refrigerator again stop working i called him again firstly he started ignoring and he does not respond my calls but when i called sharp company and register my complain again that same person came and he told me some spare part need to be changed and he charged rs 450 from me he also told me that main cause of your problem is stabilizer so repair it then you can start refrigerator

I went to local shopkeeper he told me that stabilzer is ok and there is no problem then i called him again he started ignoring and posponding then after so many calls and complain he came and he said that the same compressor needs to be replaced again and he was charging me money again i scolded him and registered complaint with sharp company they give me mobile no of neeraj srivastava who happens to be branch head o[censored]. P i called mr neeraj he assured me that your problem will be resolved and he will take action meanwhile i recieved call from mr shukla head of kanpur service center he told me that compressor will be replaced but you have to give gas refillment charges i told i have already given charges but he did not listen then i called mr neeraj he assured me that you dont need to give you any charges further but he also did not take any action in my case i called him again he told me he will call back but he did not respond again

Then again i contacted neeraj srivastav he give no shaikh kasim and told him to resolve my problem asap
For the last 25 days i have called shaikh kasim several times but every timehe told me that your compressor will change in few days but there is no response i got messages from jeeves but appointment always gets rescheduled its been more than 1.5 month from my initial complain at sharp toll free no my frdge is still in dead condition
Sharp company had sent defect compressor three times since i have contacted you they always sent defective product and the service engineer rejected it and report it then again they sent defective product the same thing is happening from last 20 days
I feel so frustrated i have given them 2500 rs but i got no service and fridge is dead since i have contacted sharp

he told me that issue will be resolved and there is still no response from his side i have called him before a week he told me that compressor is despached from branch and will reach service centre in two days but service centre told me that the same compressor is not yet reached now they also told me that compressor is despached from lucknow three times but they sent defective compressor all the time your customer care
also give me no of shaikh kasim Mob No [protected] firstly he assured me for some weeks but later he is ignoring me he used to disconnect my phone and talk to me in abusive way

    Recently purchased sharp led tv 40 inch from reliance digital issue is gap on body. Poor service given by resq they said upto 5mm gap nothing but this gap look like poor quality of sharp led tv. Last 25day i have done complaints but till date no any solution. I have a mailed also regarding this gap received from resq. If solution not given i will share mail to social media and sites.       I am venkateswara reddy. My washing machine is not working properly since 5 months.
      Complaints:
      1. Timer is not working properly (Anable to set time)
      2. It is shifting to spring mode as soon as we set it to wash mode (Wash mode is not working)
      Sometimes it is working properly and sometimes it is not working properly.
      It is causing a lot of trouble.

        I have purchased a sharp washing machine model no: es-fl55md-b on 10/12/2015. Now, the machine is not working. I have logged complaint with the customer care several times and the service agent visited my place for 3 times. Still the issue is not rectified. They said that the drum needs to be changed and is currently unavailable with them. I have been waiting since last 2 months for a response from their side. But nothing happened. I have spend the money for the machine so that i can use it, not for keeping it as an unusable junk.

        Please note that i couldn't use this machine for 1 year properly and this issue happened from the guys who came to install the machine. They forgot to remove the setup which they made so that the drum will not be damaged during transportation. After installation, i started using the machine and the drum is damaged.

        Will i get a solution for this issue??

          I had bought a 24 inch sharp led tv c-24le156m thinking that it is best but now i realise that this company is the worst company i have ever seen... I have spent almost rs 10000 in its repair and still it is not working and it is only 2 and 1/2years old. Really pathetic and heart breaking...0 out of 5..             required remote for sharp tv lc46le835m

            More than a month now i spoke to sharp pune for my requirement of remote no. Ga986wjsa. They sent the remote to their service provider at ponda goa.
            Upon contacting him. He told he is not providing service in north goa. If you want remote you have to collect it from ponda. Yesterday upon contacting him
            From madgaon about 3pm he told that he has closed the shop. Now you come tomorrow.

              Our washing machine was purchased in june 2016.
              It is within warranty period. After some 6 months usage it stated giving out a rice mill like noice while washing and spinning. We informed the local service centre and the technician could not identify the problem. Gradully the noice became louder and continuous. One day after the washing was finished, the machine emanated a burnt smell. On opening the lid to take out the cloths smoke started to come out. We videographed the incident and lodged a complaint vide no: 184906 on 07/09/2017. Technician visited on 08/09/2017 and promised to resolve the problem within 2 days. He requested to share the video footage through whatsapp which i did. Nothing happened for a week. On calling the local service centre they told that a spare needed replacement but we can continue to use the machine with low load. But the machine failed to start. We informed the matter to service centre. They repeated that they were awai ting the spare. When nothing happened for another 15 days we lodged another complaint on 25/09/2017 vide: 185488. No response. The service centre keeps saying that they are waiting for the spare to arrive. Now a full month has passed since the washing machine has stopped working. Will they ever repair my machine or am i to look for another machine from a trustworthy brand?

                Its a complaint regarding sharp led tv. I have raised a complaint regarding video not comming on 16/09/2017. Still now they are just telling excuses on that and i am getting it repaird. Its under warrenty product. They are just timepassing by telling it will get repaired with in 24hrs and then 48 hrs just like that. I want compensation from the comany for this.

                  We bought a sharp a/c an year ago, which encountered a defect in motor and requires replacement. We lodged a complaint on 6th of june 2017. Since then there has been just one visit by your technician dated 10th of september 2017. He assured us that the faulty motor will be replaced in no time as it's in warranty period. After 2 days we recieved a call from the same person that the motor has been recieved at their service centre and they will be replacing it soon. But since then we haven't received any response from their end. We tried calling them and sharp customer care numerous times but in vain. Then again we recieved a call yesterday that the motor is at their service centre and they will send the technician at our convenience. We told them that we want them to send the technician right away and as early as possible. Also, they assured us that they are forwarding our details to the technician and the latter will call us same day itself. However, we haven't received any response till yet.

                  Please be advised, it has been more than 4 months since we lodged the complaint and still no resolution. If we would have known about such infuriating and incompetent customer service of sharp, why do you think we would have bought any of your products and/or recommend it to anyone.

                  Please take this matter seriously and forward it to the concerned department asap. We are hoping the same will be resolved today itself. Please call the undersigned for any further clarification.

                    My complain is due from[protected] in sharp india which no. Is 718587. They took of the i. C. Of a. C. For repair without givinng any document to me. Now they say that i. C. Is not working and you have to purchase a new i. C.. And they demand all payment in cash (Without bill). My a. C. Is in warrenty now. How can i afford this expense.                       We purchase two eco inverter acs in january 2015 and started facing problem with one of them just after 1 year. We had to repair the ac twice and now it refuses to cool. It is goes off and the temperature start reflecting as 0 or -2 and starts blinking. There is no cooling. We had lodged a complaint with sharp customer care and they had sent a service engineer from cooltech corporation who has now quoted spares worth rs 10000/- to get the ac repaired and have also said that they cannot provide any guarantee on the same. Why such pathetic response and the products are extremely bad for a company of such repute. They are just duping the customers. We seek help urgently.

                            I submitted complaint with sharp at the start of summer. A guy came and filled gas for rs 3500. It was again out of order within a week. The guy again came and told that the coil is leaking. He said it will cost rs 3500. We asked him to replace it. He said he will not charge for gas again. More than 2 months passed and we were regularly following up.in these harsh summers in delhi, we waited patiently. And today, we are told it will cost rs 15000 to repair. Heart wrenching and seems extortion. Last year we had paid sharp rs 14000 for replacing pcb. These guys are harassing by quoting exhorbitant prices. Every year we are having issues with sharp inverter ac. And we are feeling cheated by this company.

                              I purchased the above ac from sathi traders, sodpur pin-700110 on 30th apr 2014 for rs 45500 vide invoice no: st/bl/75/04/14-15 dated 30th apr 2014.
                              The ac stopped cooling on 14th aug 2017 (Within 2ys 4 months), which i complained on their support helpline on 16th aug 2017 vide docket no: 184015.
                              Their technicians from local franchise helpline attended the problem and after 2-4 visits they confirmed that the outdoor pcb was defective and this was an inherent problem of this model and the pcb was not in stock and it will take not less than 3 months for this part to be available.
                              I inquired from different sources and all confirmed that this was an inherent problem of this model and many cases are pending due to not availability of this part. I mailed them several times for repairs or replacement of the product but no positive response from their end. I contacted their manager of this zone who also could not confirm the date of availability of their part and it would cost around rs14000 1/3 the price of the product. Then i contacted their noida office over telephone and the gentleman on the other end also confirmed that the part was out of stock since may 2017 and could not confirm the date when it will be available.
                              Now due to this problem and excessive hot temperature which was creating health problems, i was bound to purchase another ac for rs 42000.
                              Now my question is (1) who will be responsible for the additional expenditure due to their poor after sales service and poor quality of their product.
                              (2) why they will not replace/repair the product free of cost since the problem is in their design.
                              The bill details of the ac which i had to purchase is as follows
                              Purcased from khosla electronics pvt ltd, sodpur - 700110, invoice no: k7024/1718/01278 dated 16/9/17 for rs42000.
                              Please help.

But after last friday he is not receiving my calls and nor he is replying me on whats app. What is the reason for opening office when you cant fulfil the needs of customer.                                   I have purchased a sharp eco inverter ac three years back. It was the worst decision i have taken in my life.

                                  After 2 year, this ac started leaking. I had called their customer care numerous times and finally the service guy attended the issue and found the cooling coil inside indoor unit was broken. They repaired the cooling coil and it was working fine.

                                  Then again 2 months back the ac stopped cooling again. I called the customer care again and after waiting so many days they sent the service guys from jeeves (https://www.jeeves.co.in/). the executes from jeeves were the most irresponsible and unprofessional guys i ever met. They came and checked the gas in the ac and said that i have to refill the gas and they have to come back again next day with the gas cylinder. Next day they refilled the gas. Also they asked me to change the 2 copper valves which connects the indoor unit's copper pipe with the outdoor unit. I have paid total 5000/- (3500/- for gas refilling and 1000/- for two valves + 500 service charge).

                                  However, the very next day the ac stopped working again. Also, i found they hadn't place the a compressor protective cover (A thick cloth which covers the compressor) back in the outdoor unit. I again called the service guys and again they refilled the gas.
                                  After refilling the gas the ac started cooling. But after they left, the unit again started leaking. Also i found they left the top side of the outdoor unit open. (Luckily they kept the protective cover back this time)

                                  I was frustrated with their service and called sharp customer care again and reported this. And requested not to send someone from jeeves again as i don't want some unprofessional guys to play with my ac. Customer care guy asked me to talk directly to delhi area manager (Mr. Hk thyagi). After discussing the problems with him, he sent another guy (Mr. Santhosh kumar) who came and assured me the same guys from jeeves would visit again and sort out all problems and i agreed as i didnt have another choice.

                                  This time the jeeves guys said the cooling coil inside the indoor unit is broken again and i have to replace it. For that i had to close the old complaint and open a new complaint. I did so and the service guy from jeeves updated as "parts pending".

                                  After waiting 2 more days i called mr. Santhosh again (The area manager is not reachable most of the times). Mr. Santhosh told me that, they can repair the cooling coil for now and we can replace in next summer. He again sent the guys from jeeves to repair the cooling coil and they found it is impossible to repair.

                                  Again i called santhosh and he said somebody would come and collect my old cooling coil and fix a new one. The new cooling coil would cost approximately 7000. (I asked if we get a warranty and he said i would get 3 month warranty. I think if someone paying 7k for something they would expect more than 3 month warranty for the item which they are paying.).

                                  Also when i asked why they need my old parts if they are giving a new cooling coil, he said, only the copper pipe would be new and the fin (A green plastic kind of material which the copper pipe embedded).

                                  But after that santhosh stopped attending my calls. I sent numerous watsaap/text messages as well which he not responded.

                                  My wife is pregnant and it is affecting her health as well as we are unable to sleep properly as we are staying at 4th/ (Topmost) floor.

                                    I have a sharp aquos led tv model no. Lc32le34im which has been a pain in the # from the beginning.. And currently it's out of order with no display coming at all. I have called the service centre and a person came.. Tried changing parts and concluded that it's the problem with panel which costs as much as the tv.
                                    Why make tv at all when your pathetic products are getting malfunctioned with mere 4 years o[censored]sage. I wasted my money on this and i whole heartedly regret it.
                                    Within 3 weeks from buying it started with blurry display. As it was under warranty the cable inside was changed.
                                    After one year it again caused same and the service person cleaned the cable connectors and it got ok.
                                    Now no display.. Vertical lines.. Sometimes display comes momentarily and goes away faster than light. I am fed up with this piece of crap.
                                    So sharpindia... Stop getting into this business so people can save their money from getting wasted which is similar to throwing it into gutter.
                                    Even selling it to scrap sellers will be a huge insult to them as it's lesser than worthless. It's utter # and i have never been so frustrated with any electronics product ever.

                                      I have booked a complaint regarding non functioning /working of my above model no. Led 24" tv (Complaint case no.2943722 date[protected]. Your service engineer mr. Shaik fayaz visited and replied tha the product will have to changed which he would have to brought. From then when i called him or customer care the reply is not satisfactory, also i have send emails two time to sharp india but there is no reply from them, so i think i have to file a case in consumer court against the company.
