Dear in-charge sharp company, india
I am sorry to state that, my sharp ac 1.1t ah-x13pet is not working since last three months and the kind of response i am getting from local service center is very poor.
This ac was purchased on 25th jan 2014 from m/s udaya agency, kazakuttom, trivandrum. It was working nicely. Then suddenly, cooling of ac stopped in march 1st week. I made complaint to sharp ac service center trivandrum through udaya agency. Service centre people visited and informed that pcb in outdoor unit is having problem and came back and fitted back the ac stating once pcb comes then problem will be rectified.
I contacted mr. Chardrashekhar, regional manager sharp, ernakulam directly and through udaya agency also. He has informed that pcb will come by april end then may 1st week end and now i have been informed by udaya agency that it may come in june.
I don't understand, what is going on and where is the end. Whole summer at trivandrum, i sustained with a hope that pcb is coming. But, i am not getting any firm committed solution of this problem. So, i am forced to write this message.
I also don't understand where is the fault of customer in this case and is being penalized/ sustaining the problem. Though i came to know that sharp company has stopped supplying/ working on ac business, but then what is the solution of such problem. It does not at all looks logical that such a reputed brand and the people become suddenly irresponsible. Anytime such issue on spare parts can come but what is the solution.
I forced to write this message to bring to notice of sharp higher level responsible management. I hope at least somebody in higher management will utilise there good office to resolve it at the earliest. I hope any kind of solution like repairing the pcb or providing new pcb or any thing through ac can start working.
Please reply and resolve the problem at the earliest.
