I bought this AC just 2 years back ( 50k bucks). i roughly used for 6 months only.
technician came after 2 months after complaint.
first technician asked 1000/- for visiting.
second tech, said DC motor problem. it costs 4800/- he said. i checked with regional manager belongs to Vijayawada. he also said same price with no warranty.
as i am staying in Hyderabad i tried to speak with regional manager here he said 1800/- without warranty. and i bought it at hyd loc.. but this motor was used one.
third technician came to fix the motor, he said that PCB problem not the motor. then i again came back to hyd, with motors and PCB. here after two days they said PCB has to replace and it costs around 18000/-. i do not understand whether these guys are human beings/customer care team or terrorists to us. i am still bothering about this issue, problem came in March 2018.

    I called sharp service centre. Rochona enterprice sent a service man on 07/05/18, then he daigonised that i have got high voltage and thermomiter problem. Advised to call a csce and i need a voltage stabalizer. The other flates (Out of24 flats 15 flates have got 2-3 a/c) here is no problem?. My other a/c working properly. I bought a stabilizer from rochona enterprice cost of rs 5800, and still it is not working the sharp a/c. I have to travled to usa for 5 weeks. I told the man i will come back then contact them i have come and contacted them 0n 19.6.18. But one after one making a exuese and not making efford to come and see the problem and repairei t. I aready spent rs 8, 400.
    Now i would like to know your company do like that job. Rochona enterprices robbed money therefore they are not interested at all. Beause they got money from me why they will do my job. Now they are doing the other people job and making money. Your area manager mr bijon babu and mohuha they are not helpfull.
    Now i want my money back. They didn't give me a proper recipt for it (With gst). Bijon babu area manger was supised to hear it. Now i will go to the consumer dept, and i will tell my circumtance. I think the world sharp company do the bussiion like that. I did not beleive it. I will wait 2 days then i will contact comsumar dept and meadia (I know them). Let see what happen. I want money back for stabalizer. I don't need that.
    I hope i have explain my circumtances i will see.

    you said you will take severl days to take a action. What a painful remarks. You people are up to money. You got your money, it is it. You do not care about your customer. You got big system to show people how to deail with your customer.

        In the month of feb 2018 i entered into annual maintenance contract with aircool services navimumbai for my sharp inverter ac.
        However after taking the money in cash, they did not issue any receipt stating that the same will be available only in their office records and we should trust them.
        Now i have been following up for last 1 week for the second servicing with mr irfan and mr sajid.
        However they seem to be fictitious as they tell that the person is coming and on the way and then their phone is not answered.
        Does sharp india approve of such agencies and is it also part of fooling the innocent customers.
        Pathetic.

          Dear sir, i have a refrigerator model no. Sj-pt66r-hs (4 years old).

          It developed a problem of not cooling up to the standard, so i made a complaint at sharp customer care, and the executive visited from gaziabad service center (Mr. Santosh). He told me that there is a part burnt, so i told him to replace the necessary part. And took the payments.

          But on the very next day, the same problem developed again, so i called the person again who came. And this scenario of making complaint and his visit repeated several times, but he problem has not been traced out till date.

          I m feeling cheated on buying sharp product, they dont have a good service network, their service executive are not trained well, they are unable to locate the problem.

            This is from Govt Ayurveda College, Tripunithura. We are having a Photocopier (AR 5320 D) here which was bought during around 2012. After guarantee period, AMC/CMC was being executed with your authorised dealer "M/s BEST O FINE SYSTEMS, Kadavanthra, Kochi, Kerala - 682020. (Ph: [protected]). As per the agreement, the main term was that, the service will be arranged within 24 hours after making the complaint registration.

            Now the machine machine got complaint on[protected] and i made a complaint over telephone as usual and they replied that, the rectification will be done on that day itself. Now it is[protected]. But None of the service personnels attended call so far. It is so pathetic situation that the failure in providing proper service to a product manufactured by an internationally accepted brand like you.

            We had already made a discussion with your dealer regarding purchase of a new photocopier on buyback scheme. But now this incident making me to rethink to the product of another brand which can assure proper after sale service. So please direct or guide your dealer to attend and fix the service calls within the time limit and now to attend our defective photocopier considering that this is a hospital in Govt Sector.

              My complaint no with sharp is 191662 which i was done on 29th may regarding my ac not working. I called approx 50 times to customer care, branch manager, franchise manager and every time they say will definitely do today. And daily i m waiting from morning to evening n follow up but no one came yet. Sharp customer care is the worst customer care. They not value the customer n their problems. Please help us to solve our complaint

                My ac not operational. I raised a ticket with sharp india customer care on 25th may, after which a technician visited my place and checked the ac and confirmed that ac requires replacement of compressor. Since then i am just listening that compressor is not available with sharp as of now, and i will have to wait longer to get the compressor replaced.

                I need help to get the compressor replaced asap. At this time when temperature is so high in june, sharp should consider problems of their consumers and should ensure consumer service is at highest standard. Please help.

                Hi There, I was told that today the compressor will be changed, but still calling number and no one is picking. I have especially taken leave today for this and feels like it is getting wasted. Please escalate to the highest level, as this is becoming really painful and frustrating. Thanks.
                Pathetic service and Company 'Sharp'. No calls or response from Sharp Support. I am without AC for more more than 2 weeks now and still no hope of change in compressor. No one calling back, no one answering the call, no idea where to go and what to do except of thinking to purchase another AC. Below details are also incorrect:

                  Hi, i submitted my request to sharp customer care on 25th may to check and fix my ac which is not cooling. A technician came in a day or 2, and confirmed that compressor is not operation and needs replacement. Since then they are not calling me to give the status and when i call them, they just say that compressor is not available in inventory and i need to wait for few more days. Its almost more than 10 days and still no confirmation on eta. The support is really pathetic and unprofessional. I need to get my ac repaired asap. Kindly help.

                    I am sorry to state that, my sharp ac 1.1t ah-x13pet is not working since last three months and the kind of response i am getting from local service center is very poor.

                    This ac was purchased on 25th jan 2014 from m/s udaya agency, kazakuttom, trivandrum. It was working nicely. Then suddenly, cooling of ac stopped in march 1st week. I made complaint to sharp ac service center trivandrum through udaya agency. Service centre people visited and informed that pcb in outdoor unit is having problem and came back and fitted back the ac stating once pcb comes then problem will be rectified.

                    I contacted mr. Chardrashekhar, regional manager sharp, ernakulam directly and through udaya agency also. He has informed that pcb will come by april end then may 1st week end and now i have been informed by udaya agency that it may come in june.

                    I don't understand, what is going on and where is the end. Whole summer at trivandrum, i sustained with a hope that pcb is coming. But, i am not getting any firm committed solution of this problem. So, i am forced to write this message.

                    I also don't understand where is the fault of customer in this case and is being penalized/ sustaining the problem. Though i came to know that sharp company has stopped supplying/ working on ac business, but then what is the solution of such problem. It does not at all looks logical that such a reputed brand and the people become suddenly irresponsible. Anytime such issue on spare parts can come but what is the solution.

                    I forced to write this message to bring to notice of sharp higher level responsible management. I hope at least somebody in higher management will utilise there good office to resolve it at the earliest. I hope any kind of solution like repairing the pcb or providing new pcb or any thing through ac can start working.

                    Please reply and resolve the problem at the earliest.

                      We had a fully washing machine by the name of sarita bajaj (Mobile no.[protected]).
                      Its not working from alst 6 months as we had loged a complaint sveral times as per yous engineer advised kindly send it to service cnetre and we had send it to the service center at om enterprises, sonipat (Haryana) on 25th april'2018, as we residing at i-475, max heights, kundli, sonipat (Haryana).

                      After a long follow ups as our complaint was pending since 25th april'2018, as it was a daily need machine and we had small kids we facing a problem, i just want a positive response that it will be repaired???

                      I'm waiting till 22th may'2018 for a machine as we had trusted on sharp that it's japanese machine but there was a pathetic service otherwise i'm going to consumer court for a above matter.

                        We had bought six sharp ac ahx15ret silver (Inverter)
                        1.25t spl from vijay sales k-11/25, central market, lajpat nagar, new delhi on 16th november 2014. The functioning of the ac's has been less then effective. The after sales is the poorest ever.

                        The gas keeps reducing, the cooling effectiveness is poor.

                        Now one of the ac is not working at all and we had complained regarding the same on 2nd april 2018 to the sharp customer care to repair the ac, the technician came after two weeks and had no knowledge of the fault. He said that the pcb of the outdoor unit is not working and needs to replaced. He has taken the pcb and not gotten back to us ever since even though we followup everyday. He told us the part was for rs.10, 000/- inclusive of fitting and that there would not be any guarantee for the same although the part is going to be procured from the company.

                        We asked him to replace it but he still hasn't reverted. He has the part and it is becoming impossible to sit in that room with the air conditioning. First of all a pcb costing rs.10000 doesnt make sense, secondly why should a pcb stop functioning in less then 4 years especially when the acs function only for four months in a year, thirdly why is the after sales and customer care so slow and poor.

                        We need the ac repaired immediately. Please have the same repaired now.

                        and every day i am calling them minimum twise a day
                        every time i am polity informed that that it will be taken on priority with no further action

                          Hi,

                          This message is in regards to the compliant that i have regarding my so called the best ac - sharp inverter ac. I have never seen such a pathetic ac like this. Purchase details: date of purchase: 24th april 2013. Purchased in the name of subramanian k v. Model no: sharp ac au-x10lv (Inverter) 1.0t cost: rs. 30000/- recently, around 3 months back, i called up the sharp authorized service centre (Universal sharp weather solutions, thrissur, kerala) to report that the ac cooling is not working properly. The engineer did visit the house to check on 09/02/2018 and after checking he informed us that the gas is not there and need to refill it. He told me that it will cost rs. 3500/- since it was summer season, we need to repair ac as early as possible, hence we agreed to it and the guy filled the gas in ac and charged me rs. 3500/- after this we were out of station for 1 month, hence was not able to use the ac and after returning back, i was able to see that the ac cooling is still not working. We called sharp authorized service centre again and this time another guy came to check the issue and was informed that there is leak in cooling pipe and need to replace it. To my surprise, the previous technician was not able to identify this issue. I was informed that replacing cooling pipe will cost around rs. 4000/- since, we want to use the ac in this hot climate, we agreed to it even though we were charged rs. 3500/- unnecessarily for gas refilling. The guy in the service centre told me that there is no stock of cooling pipe with them. For the past 2 months, we were calling them regularly to check status and each time they are informing that they didnt receive the stock of cooling pipe. I would like to know exactly when the cooling pipe will come in stock and repair my ac. If its not repaired within a week, i'm sure i'm not gonna buy sharp products again and will refrain all my family members and friends from doing the same.

                              I ve bought sahrp window ac in yr.2014
                              Since then no free service has been done. Now my ac is not working i ve lodged complaint on toll free no.. Complain id is 8d8-33525 vnsc[protected]. But no satisfying call is being made. When i recall today only different cell no. Is provided. I made call on all nos. Some is charging 400 rs. And some is charging 700rs. As a service charge. But no proper date and time is being provided when my problem is to be resolved. What a worst service.

                                I have purchased the inverter ac from vijay sales, noida sector 18 on[protected] and was working fine until jan 2018, when i have been shifted to another society. I informed through your customer care regarding the shifting. They have allotted the work to mr. Yogesh (Mob. No. [protected]). He recommissioned the ac on[protected] and refilled the gas. But unfortunately the machine worked for only 3 hours. After that ac ceased to cool. I tried to contact mr. Yogesh, but no response. I want immediate action against such irresponsible service engineer from sharp, who is damaging the reputation of the brand company. My ac was functioning satisfactorily in last three summer without any trouble. Kindly help to get the machine right.

                                  I kamal yadav from bharuch, gujarat. I have 3 nos. Sharp inverter a. C. Au-x18pht. Out of three 1 no. A. C. Cooling problem. So i complained to your costomer care[protected] on 25/03/2018. Since service engineer not come to resolve this problem.
                                  Every day i call to your costomer care and also contact to your gujarat region manager mr. Nilesh chavla mob. No. [protected]. Also i contact to your service contractor m/s raja ram services, at ankleshwar, but since no any service engineer come to resolve this problem.
                                  So i requested to attend my complain as early as posible. Also gentle request to send trained service engineer.

                                    I have bought sharp top load washing machine 3 years back. Model number es - fl73md. Recently it stopped working. I complained to sharp service centre. It's electronic display was not working. After 20 days of horrible experience, service person changed the electronic display. They charged us rs 8, 500+rs 350 service charge. Which is very high. Even though i bought washing machine for rs 35, 000. I asked for bill. But they did't gave any bill. It happened in 20th january, 2018. Now in march, 2018, our washing machine stopped working again with same problem. I complained to service centre. Again they are demanding for money. They says that there is no guaranty for spare parts. So for rs 8850, my washing machine worked for two months. So whose fault it is? Companies which are selling inferior quality products in india or consumer? Definite it is consumer fault to bought sharp products. Washing machine service centre number in vijayawada [protected].

                                    Sharp has not responded to my complaint. How can they show that the complaint is resolved . I advise all the customer not to buy SHARP products. Their service is worst. Their response towards customer is pathetic. They marked my complaint as resolved. The truth is they have not yet responded.

                                      Photocopier machine at army recruiting office amethi, mxm264n was repeatedly creating issues and giving errors. Sharp sales and services were contacted. After a couple of days an agent came and did complete servicing and informed us the requirement of changing a few things as number of pages limit was over and were or possibly could go bad. Bill attached.
                                      But just within a week or so it again started giving issues. Please refere email communications between lucknow sharp and self. The servicing agent was contacted again and after a very long time more so after making a some calls did the service agency emailed back stating we need to buy few more things.

                                      Issues:-
                                      1. Does the number of pages have a link with each photocopier item. If yes kindly send us an authority.

                                      2. We need to be sure that we are not being lured into buying new components just for the sake of it.

                                      3. Need a complimentary complete servicing again to find out if any other errors are anticipated.

                                        My name is vikram wadhwani i belong to kanpur i have registered a complaint for refrigertator approx 30 days back i was having issue with compressor and that compressor was under warranty my complaint was registered and that day service person also came and he told me that compressor will be repaired and gas will be refilled i have given him visiting charges and when he came i have given him rs 1600 for refillment of gas after two days refrigerator again stop working i called him again firstly he started ignoring and he does not respond my calls but when i called sharp company and register my complain again that same person came and he told me some spare part need to be changed and he charged rs 450 from me he also told me that main cause of your problem is stabilizer so repair it then you can start refrigerator

                                        I went to local shopkeeper he told me that stabilzer is ok and there is no problem then i called him again he started ignoring and posponding then after so many calls and complain he came and he said that the same compressor needs to be replaced again and he was charging me money again i scolded him and registered complaint with sharp company they give me mobile no of neeraj srivastava who happens to be branch head o[censored]. P i called mr neeraj he assured me that your problem will be resolved and he will take action meanwhile i recieved call from mr shukla head of kanpur service center he told me that compressor will be replaced but you have to give gas refillment charges i told i have already given charges but he did not listen then i called mr neeraj he assured me that you dont need to give you any charges further but he also did not take any action in my case i called him again he told me he will call back but he did not respond again

                                        Then again i contacted neeraj srivastav he give no shaikh kasim and told him to resolve my problem asap
                                        For the last 25 days i have called shaikh kasim several times but every timehe told me that your compressor will change in few days but there is no response i got messages from jeeves but appointment always gets rescheduled its been more than 1.5 month from my initial complain at sharp toll free no my frdge is still in dead condition
                                        Sharp company had sent defect compressor three times since i have contacted you they always sent defective product and the service engineer rejected it and report it then again they sent defective product the same thing is happening from last 20 days
                                        I feel so frustrated i have given them 2500 rs but i got no service and fridge is dead since i have contacted sharp

                                        he told me that issue will be resolved and there is still no response from his side i have called him before a week he told me that compressor is despached from branch and will reach service centre in two days but service centre told me that the same compressor is not yet reached now they also told me that compressor is despached from lucknow three times but they sent defective compressor all the time your customer care
                                        also give me no of shaikh kasim Mob No [protected] firstly he assured me for some weeks but later he is ignoring me he used to disconnect my phone and talk to me in abusive way
