I have booked a complaint regarding non functioning /working of my above model no. Led 24" tv (Complaint case no.2943722 date[protected]. Your service engineer mr. Shaik fayaz visited and replied tha the product will have to changed which he would have to brought. From then when i called him or customer care the reply is not satisfactory, kindly solve/repair the product as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    This is anshuman dixit, living in dehradun (Uttarakhand). I purchased sharp led (Led aquos – lc 40le355m) in 2015. This was the blunder mistake of my life.

    Suddenly led automatically switched off on 11th july. I was unable to switch it on again. So i called customer service number[protected] on 11st july and raised a complaint regarding the above said issue. No service engineer came or contacted till 72 hrs. After long wait service engineer (Mr. Girish) came and checked the led. He told that pcb is faulty and it needs to be replaced. He had given another number of miss shalu (From service center dehradun) and asked me to send faulty part picture on her number. I send the pic immediately to her on 14th july. She confirmed me that defective part will be received and replaced with in a week. But no part replaced even after 10 days. I followed up from miss shalu hundred times, but she always advised to wait for a while.

    Suddenly on 22nd july i received a message on my registered mobile number ([protected]) that your complaint has been resolved and closed. I was surprised that how my complaint can be closed without any solution while i was regularly following up from miss shalu for resolution. I called him regarding this complaint closer but she had nothing to say.

    I again logged the complaint for same issue on 24th july (Complaint num[protected]. Ageing same process followed, engineer came, i send faulty part pictures to miss shalu on 1st august and she told me to wait till 1 week.. But today is 17th august & i am still waiting for solution. I had already called to concerns hundred times but they are not reverting.. Even not reverting on calls and whats app as well.. Now i got frustrated.. Nobody is bothered for after sale service..

    Today when i again called and complained at it's service centre[protected] they surprisingly said faulty part will be coming from japan! While i am waiting for this part from last more than 1 month. I am surprised that in year 2017 a tv part is not available in india and need to import. Best example of customer service for foreign brand manufactured in india. I am still waiting for part.

    Pathetic service centre executive response, behaviour, pathetic after sale service.. Taking a pledge not to purchase a sharp product in future...

      Dear Sir,

      I purchased sharp conditioner on going through the various ads regarding its effective cooling and low maintenance cost.

      now after purchasing it within 2-3 years i am getting it repaired various times from my supplier cool fresh, Surat and didnt got the required satisfaction so i contacted toll free number and it done from M/s. Radhe Krishna Air on 26/01/17

      On complaining on your toll free number M/s. Radhe Krishna Air contacted me for repairing and told me that there is some of gas leakage and we have to carry the unit and after some days they reinstalled it and informed that leakage is cured and now the unit is ok and charged me Rs. 5000 for the same.

      Now after 3-4 months i am again facing the problem of cooling and again i contacted M/s. Rahde Air and the person who attended the complaint told me that again there is issue of gas leakage, on asking them that it is already done few months back they told me that it can happen numerous times and they are not responsible for any recurring complaint.

      with regard to above mentioned incident i want to ask you that whether sharp is providing so inferior quality product or there is inferior in your service so that after spending 5000 bucks also i am getting same problem again and again and your authorized service agent is saying rudely that pay again and get the service or feel the heat.

      pls revert me or i have to move to consumer forum

        I've purchased a Sharp LED TV with 3 year warranty on 17/09/2015 and the TV get faulty 5 times within this time period. And each time I register the complaint in Sharp Customer Care, they will take minimum 15 days to resolve the issue. Still the TV is not working. I'm not interested to use this product and thinking to submit a complaint in CDRF.

          On 16 jul 17, i had complained to your customer care regarding my problem i. E. Sound ok but picture not showing (Complaint no -973327). On 18 jul 17, one of your representative visited. However he could not resole the problem. He told that there is some problem in motherboard and the same has been ordered from delhi. However, till date the same problem has not been resolved. For the last 02 weeks my tv is non-operational. Pse do the needful at the earliest.

            The picture on my sharp tv aquos had suddenly stopped, so complained to sharp customer care via vijay sales mumbai from whom i had purchased it on july 23, 2017. Recd. Call from sharp rep kishore bakle [+[protected]] saying would visit on 25th july at 2 pm. I have made about 6 calls to follow-up. Its 21:30 hrs. On 26th july, but so far no mechanic has turned up.

              Sharp india — sharp tv - no proper response from service center

              We have purchased sharp tv on 2014, suddenly tv switched off and we couldn't able to switch it on again. So we called customer service and raised a complaint. First technician came and he don't even have a tool to open the tv and his service is not good. We again complained and they send us second technician and he finally told that the mother board is damaged and he suggest better to go for a new tv.
              We also asked him is it possible to replace mother board alone, and we got reply from him saying that after replacing mother board he will not guarantee tv to be in working condition and moreover he also said motherboard may cost more than inr 10000. I am really wondering why do sharp technician itself not confident about their product and service.
              It is almost 2year now from the purchase of the product, but the product is not worth for the money we bought. Kindly help us to resolve the issue soon

                I have complaint four times in sharp center since saturday 8th of july.
                Every time they says sorry mam, today it will be done definetely, but there is no responce, no call backs. Very poor responce from the huge company. I think you should shut down... One day a machabnic came from s. K. Electrical shop no. 444 aardee city sector 52 gurgaon. He said there is gas leakage due to it is not working he filled the gas and charged 2700 rs from us. After few hours situation was same after that i am complaining since saturday 8th july no, responce till date. Very baddddddd

                    I too bought this much touted 1.25 ton sharp inverter ac in 2015 and it has been only one full summer and the indoor pcb is damaged. The service engineer took over a week to confirm that the circuit is available with the company and i have to pay around 6000 to get a new circuit. That is like more than 1/7th of the cost of the ac. What is the point in buying an ac for which i have to pay this much amount within a year span. The reason that the circuit board got damaged is that there is some leakage inside. So whenever the ac is running water starts to leak from within. The engineer did nothing about that. It is still a problem. So even if i buy a new circuit that too will be damaged within a year. Is this the service sharp expects us to believe as best in the market. Feeling so cheated.

                      Pl not I have a sharp make Split AC. AC cooling was not effective so I book a complain,
                      1. Service engineer came checked & said everything is fine. Charges paid.
                      2. Again AC was not cooling, we informed at service center, now sr engineer came & said Gas pressure is low.
                      3. We paid Rs 3250/- for gas filling, Now OK
                      4. After 2 days again cooling not effective. We informed at service center on 26th Jun 2017.
                      5. Sr engineer came on 3rd July, checked & said again gas pressure is low & promised to come next day.
                      6. Now 2 days have been passed & after much reminder, no body is coming & I m getting SMS on mobile that --- On your request engineer visit is reschedule .

                        I purchased sharp double door 431l refrigerator model sj pk49gbk 9 (Sl) on 21-oct-2012 with 7-years warranty from a sharp dealer "new pankaj electronics, mayur vihar phase-i, delhi-110091".

                        There was a cooling issue along-with excess moisture problem in the refrigerator and complaint no. 2739533 was logged on 26-jun-2017 with sharp customer care on their toll free no. [protected]. Some service engineer visited the next day on 27-jun-2017 and after inspecting the problem said that some fan motor part has become faulty and needs to be replaced, which will be done the next day. I requested the service engineer to ensure that problem is resolved the next day positively on high priority basis as we need to store my diabetic mother's insulin and other critical medications in the refrigerator and if refrigerator breaks down then all insulin and medications will get spoiled.

                        However, it has been 7 days now since complaint was logged and this case is still not resolved and my mother's insulin and critical medications are still in a precarious situation.

                        Several personal telephonic and sms follow-ups with sharp customer care and various other sharp representatives (As per list below) till date are yielding no response or results or even a status confirmation regarding availability of the spare part:

                        1) sharp customer care:[protected]They have no clue when the part will be available. As claimed by them, all they can do is send reminder emails to some mysterious person at sharp with no idea when that mysterious person will respond with the status).

                        2) some local sharp service centre (Ms. Meenakshi / mr. Vijay pal):[protected], [protected] (They have no idea when spare part will be available and keep giving us different contact numbers of other sharp service representatives for doing personal follow-ups: they are too damn busy to follow up on their own).

                        3) one mr. Vijay kaushik: [protected] (Absolutely no response)

                        4) one mr. Dharam: [protected] (Absolutely no response)

                        5) one mr rajit (Supposedly the delhi branch manager): [protected] (Absolutely no response)

                        At this juncture i am not sure exactly when the spare part will be available so that my refrigerator can be repaired. Absolutely no idea how sharp has been selling products india without maintaining essential spare parts and providing up to 7 years warranty at the same time.

                        Due to storage of insulin & essential and critical medication of my mother i may be compelled to spend more money to reinvest in another brand of refrigerator with proven after sales service.

                        My greatest regret is to invest in a sharp product worth rs. 44, 000 only to be given such a shoddy and poor after-sales service. Their is no response from anyone and all one ends up doing is running after people and more and more people at sharp with no proper response, or no response at all!

                        Extremely disappointed and most certain to file a complaint with consumer court / consumer forum as well as spread the word around on social media, my peers, and other online consumer complaint forums like mouthshut.com, complaintboard.in & consumercomplaints.in etc. As well as through my contacts in the print and electronic media for such a deplorable service.

                        This deplorable and pathetic nature of sharp after sales service is amply evident from:

                        1) a review by a consumer in amazon.in where the consumer has given only 1 star rating for pathetic sharp after sales service:

                          Hi, this is pradipta basu frm mumbai, maharashtra & this email is regarding the replacement of one of our sharp a/c compressor units which was not working & which should have been replaced a long time ago. Our sharp inverter a/c stopped working around 2 months ago & we were given a faulty product from the comapny after purchasing within a year our ac was not cooling poperly, gas got leaked automatically, pcb got damaged, compressor stopped working and we registered a complaint but there was no use all of them were taking on granted. Therefore contacted the service centre was assured that someone would call within 24 hours. We received no such call. Again we called the service centre several times after & same explaination given 24 hours. So finally on june 25 2017 they lodged a complaint and no. 970075. After many follow ups finally the mechanics lodged a compalaint regarding this. The technicians visited & checked the unit figured out that the indoor and outdoor pcb was damaged compressor is not working and later on they said they have sent the details to the head office. The compressor unit is under warranty and still they are charging very high amount for all this pcb fixes and all.

                            This is regarding replacement of sharp a/c compressor units which is not working.
                            Our a/c model no. Ahx15ret-w inverter stopped working around 3 months ago and we registered a complaint regarding the same. The technicians visited and checked the unit and figured out that the compressor is not working. The compressor unit is under warranty and they are supposed to replace the compressor free of cost. My service complaint registered vide case no. 2679489 dated 19.06.2017 assigned to mohd. Farman/ concerned agency jeeves support has not been attended till date.

                            It's so hot and humid over here and it's hard for us to manage without the
                            A/c. We are forced to suffer in summer miserably without the air-conditioner and the people from the company are least bothered about our woes.

                            Bottom line here is that the company doesn't want to provide the parts to the consumer which comes under warranty for free. They are trying to rip the customer off by giving false details or delaying their service or sending the product.
                            Through this complaint we are bringing into attention of the company regarding the ordeal, the consumer has to go through because of the inefficient costumer service provided by the company.

                            And still awaiting to get the air conditioner fixed...

                            we have purchase 22 inch led tv form 2 years ago .
                            there are problem tv not start immediately. and show the picture.
                            i have registered my complete on last 5 days ago, but not responding at your sides .

                            I have lodge this complaint on 23- June- 2017.

                            Our AC is not working. We have filed the complaint with the Customer Services of Sharp AC

                            technician have still not visited. We are calling the customer service almost everyday to follow-up.

                              A complaint on 3rd june 2017 (03/06/2017) for failed cooling in my sharp inverter ac model ah-xpi8mv sr no: 2103031 (Idu[protected]Odu) was lodged via complaint no: 718542 under the name of mr dev sahai, ahmedabad.

                              For a week no one attended and nothing happened.

                              Then i took up the matter with mr ad singh at sahrp delhi head office. I subsequently received a call from the sharp ahmedabad incharge mr jayant gandhi and he sent a 3rd party mehta ac service to attend on payment.

                              This third party has attended the ac but it has become from bad to worse.

                              Now they have stopped answering my calls too.

                              They forget that we all buy a sharp product because of the name of sharp - japan. What they dont realize is that they are killing the brand goodwill slowly and surely because in these times of social media and internet, it does not take long to sound the death knell of cheats and incompetent product & service.

                              I hope this message goes to sharp - japan which i am 100% sure are sincere to chuck out their incompetent indian arm and fortify it with sincere people so that some pride of sharp can be salvaged.

                                I hv been calling Engr for repair of my AC but nobody is turning up for repair from 24 th june 2017. Today it is 26th.The problem is from May end. I hv given 450 to one engr for checking only then 3650 for gas filling. Two persons came Azim and Subhan. Cooling is not effective.

                                  Our sharp washing machine (Model-es-q70ed-g) not functioning from three months and we logged compliant with local dealer and technicians visited several times and informed us that they have to change one spare part and they will keep request to the sharp company and once they receive it they will fix this problem. But they did not rectified the fault and continuously said us that the concerned spare part is not available with the company itself.
                                  Then after repeated follow-ups with local dealer and technician all our efforts are in vain. Then finally we have registered our complaint with sharp customer care and our compliant no. Is 2437309 on dt.24/04/2017.

                                  Till this date they are not giving any proper reply and not responding. And to my great surprise we wonder sharp being a manufacturer of consumer products not responding to the consumer.

                                  After several complaints, the issue remains intact.

                                  I am not sure what kind of service is such a brand offering where they are not correct the problem.

                                    This is mamta anil shetty from manipal, karnataka and this email is regarding the
                                    Replacement of one of our sharp a/c compressor units which was not working
                                    And which should have been replaced a long time ago.

                                    Our a/c stopped working around 3.5 months ago and we registered a complaint on feb 14 2017, complaint no 2207144
                                    Regarding the same. The technicians visited and checked the unit and
                                    Figured out that the compressor is not working and later on they said they
                                    Have sent the details to the head office.
                                    The compressor unit is under warranty and they are supposed to replace the
                                    Compressor free of cost.

                                    We didn't hear anything from the local office or the head office for almost a month. And after numerous phone calls and emails i got to contact one mr. Chandrashekar from their bangalore head office, who helped me contact a few other people from different head offices across the country. After several email communications and text messages we finally got a confirmation from one mr. Ajay razdan from their chennai head office that we are going to receive the part in one week time.

                                    It's been one month since then and we haven't recd any compressor yet. We got a msg from the dealers that the part has been delivered but we are yet to receive anything.

                                    It's so hot and humid over here and it's hard for us to manage without the
                                    A/c. We have spent this
                                    4 months of summer miserably without the air-condition working and the people from the company are least bothered about our woes.

                                    Bottom line here is that the company doesn't want to provide the parts to the consumer which comes under warranty for free. They are trying to rip the customer off by giving false details or delaying their service or sending the product. They are making the customer pay for the product which the customer is supposed to get free of cost..

                                    Through this email we are bringing into attention of the company regarding the ordeal the consumer has to go through because of the inefficient costumer service provided by the company.

                                    And still awaiting to get the airconditioner fixed...

                                      I had been using a fully automatic washing machine of your company for about past 4 years. Few months back i was having some issues with it (Leaking of water from pipe during wash) reagarding which i have registered a complained to your customer care executive on 19 march 2017. My complaint no is "2290410". Then a guy from your service center had visited my house at the same day and took the machine with him saying that it cannot be repaired at my home and had to be carried with him. Now its been about two and a half month and i dont know anything about my machine if its been repaired or not.
                                      After that i've contacted your customer care executive many times but they only said that they will forward a mail only. And the guy from the service center who took the machine gives only false promises like "machine has been repaired and will be send this evening or tommorrow".
                                      Sir/madam its been a long time and your company has given me a lot of inconvenience, and i request you to look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.
                                      If my washing machine needs more time to repair than provide me some alternate machine untill its being repaired.

                                        I have registered a complaint regarding repair of Split AC on 23.05.2017 through SHARP's Customer Care. Even after 3rd day there is no action in the matter and Sharp CC representatives are not able to provide current status in the matter. On further follow-up & enquiry, they have provided contact details of NCR Branch Manager Mr K B Sati (#[protected]) and it was found that this no is switched off. Thereafter, again I called up CC No and they have provided contact details of Mr Sati’s senior (Mr Rajesh – [protected]). Mr Rajesh told that he has resigned long back from this company.

                                        I again called up CC and this time they have provided another no. of Mr Dharamraj ([protected]) and this cell is switched off. I also contacted their factory phone no.[protected] at Pune, but no help in the matter.

                                        Such a worst service of a Japanese company is not expected. If any body can help in the matter, will be highly thankful,
