On 27 july, 2018 10:55 am i have received a call from [protected] has told calling from shine.com to register with shine.com pay online rs. 10 only, after that she has given a link "shinejobprovider.com" when i appeard to pay rs 10, at the same time instead of rs.10 rs 20, 000 has been deducted from my bank account. Please look into the matter. Thanks.

Your excetive najmul sharma called us to have an interview lined up in your expected job company. Further he asks to deposit some money of amount rs 3500so that your interview would be directly cleared and on behalf of shine 90% process completed and 10% yours. I submitted all that fees like registration fees, security charge, verification fees, sallary account opening fees, training fees, pro fees, final process fees then they told me you have to pay gst charge for refund amount i was pay that amount, but they cant confirm my job joining, then they told me to pay aggrement fees, i pay that amont. I pay amount arround 1, 25000/-. To accont of shine recruitment and abhishek sharma. But from last two days ther phone was switch off, no any mail or massege. Sir plz do helpfull..

I was informed of your service and paid for some of your service, instead of giving me service, your sales team went on selling different packages to me and giving me information in piecemeal manner. On understanding that the service will not be of optimal use to me, i had requested for a refund of money paid before initiaing service.

Instead of closing the request your team continued the service initation and are telling me that company doesnt have refund policy.

It is apaling that reputed company like yours donot have a refund policy and misled customer will not be given refund even if the service is not initated

Please look into same and iniate a refund

On 28/08/2018 i received the call from shine.com executive DHEERAJ OJHA
( email : d.[protected]@shine.com ; phone no: [protected]) and informed me about job service where they will conduct me interview with well know companies, and it cost 3000 INR. once i paid the 3000 INR, he request me to talk to his Sr. Executive SHIVA ( phone no : [protected]) and he will start the process saying with out informing me the total charges. once shiva started the process he asked me to pay 4944 INR once i proceeded with mentioned amount he again asked me to pay 5796 INR saying its a last charge, once again i proceeded with the mentioned amount.
and again he asked me to pay 10000 INR. when i denied to pay 10000 and asked him to stop the process and refund the money, he saying he can't refund the amount and asked me to pay 10000 INR or i will loss my total money paid.

the above executives of shine.com has not mentioned the total amount even after i request them to tell me the total amount before starting the process.

total of Rs.13740 i have payed and now i don't want to proceed further and request you to please stop the process and refund the total amount of 13740 /- on urgent basis.

Even i have mail kept to shine.com customer care. but they are not responding me properly and asking me to have oral communication, i request them to have written communication in email, but they are completely stopped responding my emails.

the mail communication is very big and cant attach them all, here i am attaching invoice of paid amount for your reference.

Your excetive rajesh rana called us to have an interview lined up in your expected job company. Further he asks to deposit some money of amount rs 49000 so that your interview would be directly cleared and on behalf of shine 90% process completed and 10% yours. But after 3 months not a single interview was lined up nor he picked my phone. Further inquiry we came to know on behalf of 49000 rs he just provided learning schedules he wasted our 3 months and money also.
One of your executive told us that your amount can be refunded please put a mail regarding refund, after that one executive call and told us that you have to pay gst amount of rs 8614 after that only your refund process shall initiated we paid he transferred the call to mr nitin tyagi he told us to pay again 12500 which is refundable after that no amount need to be paid, again nitin tyagi told us to pay 10500 after that only your amount will be refunded we had a very hard discussion on that but he ensured within 24 hrs your amount get credited to your account, after so we proceed but after again your executive told this is 50% you paid again 10500 you need to pay nitin tyagi told us within 7 days you will receive your amount after that nitin tyagi phone gets switch off my total amount being fraud is 91000/-.

I requesting you to kindly refund my 91000 as soon as possible.
And please trained your candidates to be loyal with us and don't waste time and money.
Please refund my amount.

Dear all,

They started calling me for from day 1 as soon as i registered myself to their job portal. First they took 2500 rs. As registration fee, after that their associate named atul called me to pay rs. 12500 for their services and getting shortlisted for interview. When i made payment of rs. 10000 they started forcing me to deposit the remaining amount asap, when i denied to pay the remaining amount and asked to refund they stopped receiving my call and answering my emails.
From last 1 week i am continously calling and mailing them to refund but no one is responding.

I request you guys to take a legal action against these peoples and teach them a lesson.

I received mail from shine website 17th august 2018 to complete my profile there on website, to which definitely i didn't apply. And then there after i started receiving so many unnecessary emails from shine. Regardless of many mails to delete my data from shine.com, they never deleted my profile and information from website. The only option shine provides is to not receive any emails, without just not deleting personal data. Again i'm repeating, i never registered personally on any such website!!
I want my all the details to be removed from shine.com

The have totally cheated me out with their false promises.

I would suggest not to opt out their services.

The executives are ill mannered and if you ask for explanation of the expenses you get to see that they are 100% rude and the behavior is not at all professional.

Just after making payment as they explained that the service is just a learning course that too without any job guarantee i asked for a refund since i did not want their service. They kept on repeating that it was at your consent you made payments and we can not return back.

However, i recollect making payment since they assured of job interviews and a number of opportunities.

Its already past 30days and not a single interview call came in.

I do understand now that i have been looted.

Mujhe shine.com se job ke liye call aaya aur unhone mujhe job ke naam pr 1500 rupeye ka amount le liya... Sir aapse request hai ki mere amount ko lota de... Ya phir mujhe job di jaye... Warna mai police complaint kr dunga... Mujhe apna paisa kisi bhi tarah se wapas chahiye... Please give me my... Money... Iske baad jo hoga wo aap aur aapki company dekhegi..

Almost 1 month back i got a call from shine.com and was asked that interviews are going on for the post of merchandiser at pantaloons export house. I gave my interview at uttam nagar office and was asked to pay 7000 as security which they said will be returned and i was told that the company will call me on 4th sept and i can join on 7th sept but i received call that my training is postponed and now will help from 12th sept. On 11th i again got message that it is delayed for 2-3 days and now its 16th sept i tried calling but now the mobile phones are switch off of both the ladies.

As a telephonic contact was made by shine yesterday, where officer mr anuj from shine told me that my olden resume which i had put on shine website 05 years back, is shortlisted, now he is going to re-frame my resume and send it to international market, for which he charged rs 6798/-. I paid it through net banking from my account. Later he told me one of some shine technical expert would call me for further details. At 6:15 p m mr raj shekhar tiwari called me from no [protected] but inspite of any technical details he insisted me to go for immigration and foreign language learnings, for which i have to pay more which i state away denied. Then mr tiwari started shouting on me. Earlier the commitment from shine was to present my abilities in form of resume to international companies like bombardier, alstom, general motors etc. For which i paid.
I request you to reimburse my money back and take some action against your officer mr tiwari

I registered in shine.com and the person who suggested me this was a representative of shine he told me that we take one time payment of 3800/ for life time membership, after payment another person contacted me and said that after viewing my profile he needs 8300 rupees for completing my job profile when i said i am unable to pay that amount he said without buying this product i will not get a job so i made the payment after 2 days i got the call from the same person who told me that he has a job for me with a package of 8 lakhs but i have to pay 11500 rupees again for completing my job profile after arguing for 1 hour i payed the amount because i desperately needed the job after making the payment i got a call from him that i need to pay 15000 rupees if i want the job when i refused to pay this time the person said that all my money is waisted, kindly help me get my refund i have all the invoices with me.

Firstly i got a call of a hr regarding a job of production design and manufacturing in a reputed company. Then she said she is fixing my interview and send me all those details which are in the attached photo. Next day i went for the interview. The interview was kind of formality and then she asked for money rs 1000 and she said you have to come on 26/09/18 for the discussion round and next day you have to join and one more thing you have to pay 200 rs for id card.
The fact is they are fake and now i want my money back and i have the proof too of paying money. I am attaching that too.

Today onwards i updated my profile on shine.com and since then i started getting numbers of fraud and suspicious calls, someone is asking for otp, someone asking for money to scheduled interview, someone asking adhar number and linked mob no. To generate the otp so that they can do background verification before scheduling interview. And the worst thing happened to me i was in mid of meeting and i recieved a call from person who is claming that he is calling from shine.com when i found the person is fraud i told him to that i am busy right now the person started abusing me, i cut the phn then he calling me again and again with different numbers.
Request you to guys provide access to the genuine recruiters, i never recieved genuine call from shine.com.
I decided to delete my account from shine.com its not worth for me.

A person called me claiming that he is from shine.com. He said that I have been shortlisted in for a job, etc.; and wanted me to deposit INR 1600 for confirmation.
The concern is:
1. Why would Shine.com "call" me asking for money for booking without even approaching through a mail from their side in the first place?

2. Even if Shine.com didn't call and the call was a fake, how did my number which I have shared with Shine.com reach to the fakers?

Shine.com executives made me invest money by their false marketing and they lied about product services and refund policy. I want my refund as the services i have not used and still not activated.
They told for the overseas job and made an initial payment of 4811/- after that they told that make another payment of 6, 101/- aftaer making that they told to make another payment of 9689/- to process the file or file will not be processed and then they stopped receiving phone calls and made wrong promises and misguided me in the process and made the cheating by lieing in the process. It is just less than 3 hours to the payments made and now they are not answering and they made fraud. They also in the last talk denied for refund which is clearly mentioned on their site that money can be refunded.

Recently i got message from glassdoor, that i got shortlisted to wipro to attend the interview u need to pay 2000/- and it will be refunded after attending the interview. After the payment has done they switched off the mobile. Actually the person who made a call to me, is not employee of glass door he is employee of shine.com.

I have got a call from shine.com on 10th september 2018 offering a interview call from sony. And asked me to pay 8500 to send me the training letter. Now they switched off their phone. I have got a mail from apoorva sharma and regards was from hr meera. This is not fair. I was asked to send money to kuldeet singh. This is very unfair. Refund back my money. Reply me. I will have to take serious actions if no response in 1 hour....

Hi this is rudraraju rohith varma one of you consumer rajveer the great conversation with him because of refund my money to my account. So he called me and said i will transfer money to your account 58, 300 so tranfer me 10, 000 i said ok. I transfer from my won account 10, 000 so i did not recieve my refund amount to my bank. He said it will deposit on monday but it did not deposit yesterday i have called him he said that it will take to deposit 7days for tranferring money. I am suffering from lost of probleum with that amount beacuse i should give to sombody.
