I had got only 1 call from Shine escalation team. But asked them to call me back after 15mins since i was in a video conferencing call in office. I have not received any other call after that. Seems like shine just wants to delay the matter and not serious about it.

I just had a chat with Rahul from escalation team. He is suggesting me to take the services i have paid the amount. Not sure when i have sent mail not to avail the services immediately after doing the payment because of the non-transparency and lie, not sure why they are not ready to return the money. Strange... It shows the character of an organization. Rahul is also saying again and again that there is no Refund Policy, while i have copy pasted the policy in the mail and it clearly suggests that it is at organization's discretion. Interesting to see the amazing business model and stubborn of way of behaving and not returning the money. Rahul is only called to convince to avail the services. But for me it is lack of trust. and Not possible to proceed with availing the services. Strange Organization, Strange Business Ethics and very innovative way of cheating people. Not sure if the CEO of the organization is aware of these fraudulent behavior or Infact he promotes it. Anyway there is a need to spread an awareness about the organization.
Still waiting for my refund and still have a believe somewhere that the CEO is a gentleman and the organization will behave professionally and work on refunding my money. The guilty consciousness within me of being cheated by Shine is killing me everyday... So expect better behavior and transparent business model. Else how much you earn in these faulty way, will not make anyone happy.

I just had a word with Taiyab and Suraj was present. Taiyab is quite impossible to talk and he sounds more like threating me than trying to understand the issue. He is not at all ready to listen my problem. Only telling one word that "you have done the payment". I have asked him if he has gone through the recording, and his answer was investigation is done. Strange.. one colleague is doing investigation against other.. and then both have already decided not to listen and frustrate me. So id did not see any point in continuing the conversation and disconnect as it was not very healthy and could realize whatever i tell is not going to matter to them, as they have decided to bulldoze every logic and not refund money.
Pathetic Organization, totally unprofessional behavior, unethical business model. I am surprised how come the CEO sleep peacefully after cheating people and torturing them psychological. I asked them the call recordings and they are not ready to provide that as well. I know writing here is not going to give me any advantage. I knew that they have no intention of returning money as Taiyab sent mail yesterday that "Without discussion, we will not be able to provide you any resolution, kindly cooperate.". So the kindly word was only decorative. This is not a individual problem or behavior. Looks more like an organization culture. Earlier also Taiyab called me one and was not ready to listen to me. So there was no point why again he was assigned to discuss with me. Hopeless Organisation, Non transparent policy and Unethical business model.

1. When i was telling that i am not interested in any other services, why then Suraj was trying to make me understand for an hr to do the payment. Even if i said again and again, he was pushing me to do the payment. That time itself i told him that i am not interested in any other services and Why i was not informed during 1st payment about 2nd payment, he keep on telling that trust me and do the payment. This is the last one and you will get the benefit. Since i was in call with him, i could not check the refund policy that time. When he was telling me so many thing even after my denial to go for these services, he should have informed me then that there is no refund policy. Noone has stopped him that time.
2. Whe i did the payment for 2nd time, again the same thing happened. He said this is the last payment. And pushed me again. Even i talked to him about refund that time and talked to Shiva as well. Shiva also assured me to go ahead and do the payment. That time also it was told to me that it is the last transaction. And i did it else i was loosing 12000/ + money i have paid already.
3. And when he sent me the 4th link and asked to do another payment, i realised that i am in trap and it is a scam. Since there is no more trust left, there is no point of availing the services. So i asked for refund immediately.
4. When non of the services i have availed, how come the professional organization choose to retain the amount and not listen at all to the consumers concern. Till now noone has contacted me for preparing resume, which was 1st step of the process.
If possible get the answer for the above.

Pls close the request. It is worth posting concerns here. It is NOT at all helpful. Rather you will get more frustrated and demoralized since you will have a hope once you post the query here. Some Organization choose their own way of surviving and they will never change. They will be even not bothered if someone gives them good feedback and mention the areas of improvement. MONEY is 1st thing and EVERTHING. So it is just waste of time to put any query here. Anyway I am totally satisfied with my interaction SHINE .. It is a life time learning experience. I am obliged to SHINE for teaching me that it is not necessary that you trust everyone. Perhaps the BIGGEST LESSON in life. I have my lessons learned, so i am benefited in life and SHINE is benefited monetarily. So it is WIN -WIN situation for everyone. But it is complete waste to do any post here and expect it will be taken seriously or even will be considered. May be this is my personal experience. So i have NO regret at the end of the day and All the BEST to others, who wants to use this site.
