    I have paid an amount of 3327.71 rs to shine on 14/6/22 and further paid an amount of 5320.70 rs on 15/6/22. The information provided by the person from shine.com over telephone was misleading. They said that this payment will include all of their premium services and I’ll have to pay nothing else but 5 min later the person again asked for 9556 rs. When I refused for that the person persistently asked me to pay the money but I strongly refused and asked for refund of all of my money. The person refused for refund saying that shine.com don’t provide refund. They provide misleading information. I don’t want their services and want refund of my money. Kindly help me get my money back.

      Today dated 14.06.2022 I got a call from Shine.com on my number [protected] regarding a job placement and the caller's name was Vicky Goyal. I was offered a job placement offer by him by paying 4, 683 INR after a long discussion we concluded that if I pay the said amount, I would get a job through shine.com. considering the conversation I got convinced and paid the amount. after 20 minutes I got a call from their other department and the guy Swaroop explained about their services and asked me to pay another 10k. I told him that I have paid already some money. He told me that these are additional charges. I refuse to pay and told him I suppose to be informed on it at initial stage but unfortunately it's not happened. I am not happy with this at all. I expressed my anger towards Swaroop due to misinformation passed to me. I would not have paid any amount to these guys if I would had informed at initial stage.

      I urge to you please help me to get back my money.

      I have the payment details but unable to attach them here. If its needed I can provide them anytime.

        Dear all,
        According to E-mail communication and telephonic conversation with Mr. Sahil of SHINE JOB PORTAL
        I paid Rs.3292/- last Saturday dated 11.06.2022 at 4.45 p.m.(reference order id:IN20220611_672878_164515). Sahil told me this amount is required for registration purpose to generate interview id and this will be attached with my CV. After payment was done then he told me that Relationship Manger Umesh will talk to me. This is told me that for rearrange of my CV and also highlight my strength I should be pay Rs.7727/-. Through this I will be easily notified by company. So I paid this amount (reference order id: IN20220611_672904_173145 ) dated 11.06.2022 5.30 p.m. After this payment Relationship Manger Umesh told me that I will pay Rs.13000/- more for how to face interview and improve my communication skill.
        Relationship Manger Umesh told me that he will help me in this matter. This person do not has minimum level of skill and curtsy how to talk with a customer. Relationship Manger Umesh cannot talk in English contentiously 3-4 minutes and informed me to enhance my communication skill he will help me. . His only intension is to snatch money from customer referencing SHINE JOB PORTAL name. Every time He contradicted his own statement by saying false statement to customer. Relationship Manger Umesh told me that this 13000/- amout is last payment from customer end and he told me that he send me a mail regarding this. But I have not find any this type of mail.
        This type of employee like Umesh destroy the reputation SHINE JOB PORTAL. In fact my experiences with SHINE JOB PORTAL is very very bad only due to improper behavior of Relationship Manger Umesh.I am thinking not to refer any of known person to SHINE JOB PORTAL . This SHINE JOB PORTAL
        Is unknown to me . If I will be aware about this never contact SHINE JOB PORTAL. I have lost my hard earning Rs. 11019/- only for undisputed faith on SHINE JOB PORTAL.
        Is this SHINE JOB PORTAL??

After I paid the amount I got a call from shine asking about my profile and I have updated the same.           I was asked to pay ₹ 3327.71 for the premium services in Shine.com when i was looking for a job, i was busy at the moment but the guy kept on pushing me to pay the amount then only on call while he clearly pointed out that i won't be paying even a single rupee after this as i proceeded further. So i paid the amount (ss attached). After 2-3 days i got a call from my relationship manager that was assigned to me and he told me that he is getting my profile ready and is gonna share my login id and password but before i can proceed, i have to pay another verification fee as the companies don't let anyone join them without verification since covid which i heard for the first time, but still i kept on saying i'm not comfortable paying the amount but he forced me saying that you're just thinking and we can't proceed without it. I felt helpless as i already paid 3327 so i agreed to pay the verification amount which was Rs 5382.55. I thought now my profile will be verified but after this he told me that sir you have only paid for the education verification and not the job verification, i was shocked to see that he has just sent me another email saying i have to pay another amount of Rs. 9556.00/- to proceed further. At this point i was shocked and asked him i'm not comfortable to which he kept shouting at me saying that i'm thinking for this small amount and my profile can't be verified and i will only get 50% results and he kept on shouting on me making me realise that i cant do anything without paying the amount. Also, he assured me that i wont get good services if i'll not pay the amount and we cant proceed further. After which he was shouting so much that i asked him to transfer the call to someone else. The next guy came and started stating the same thing that you'll only get the 50% benefit if i won't pay. Then i asked for the refund as i didn't take any service as it was clearly fraud but they didn't listen to me and kept on shouting, yes literally kept on SHOUTING at me if i didn't pay. I asked for the refund, for the call recordings but no one responded.
          I request you to please file a complaint against them so i can get back my refund.
          I'm attaching all the payment records. And the person who asked me for more money was Mr. Shivam, and then i was transferred to Mr. Pushpendra who both kept on shouting and harassing me.
          I really am crying thinking i've been already looking for a job and now i'm in a debt of Rs 9000 more by this fraudulent harassing company.

          I haven't received a single call since then! And the call i received, no one explained me anything! All they cared about the money, that i have to pay ₹9, 556 more to continue! Pathetic!!! I even asked them to cancel it, they literally started SHOUTING!! LITERALLY SHOUTING at me! And then i asked them to arrange a callback from back end team twice! But haven't received the call since then!! Been more than a month now! Also, I'm happy to share the call recordings.
          Biggest thing is, I've taken the premium services from you guys and also paid 6000 more but still haven't received a single call to start the services or refund the services!! PATHETIC!!! literally wanna file a police complaint instead of consumer care now!

            One of the telecaller named Ambika (contact no. [protected]) called me and giving me options for paid services, when I told her that I am not interested in paid services, she told me to "delete my profile from shine.com"

            Is this the right approach of handling the customers. Paid service is an option or it has to be taken by all the customers??

            Please give some training to your employees that how they should deal with the customers.

            Very shameful way of handling customer services.

                He said I will receive a link where I need to upload my documents.
                I haven't received yet.
                I don't want your service. Please refund my money.
                He just said that I need to pay only for verification, but later on after payment done again said to do payment for professional verification.
                After done with this again he said i need to pay for resume presentation. which was not mentioned on early start of the call.
                your executive Lucky said you just need to pay 3K+ to get this services.I haven't receive my invoice for professional verification.
                After the payment I haven't receive any mail.
                Please refund this money. or else I will escalate this issue to higher authorities.

                Such a shame on big brand.

                  I was searching for job on Google when I shaw a website shine.com where they offer so many jobs I created my profile in the website and submitted my resume after few days I received a message from shine.com and It says that there are recruitment for freshers and MNC jobs in All India and provided contact details of a person named Aditya Roy who said that you have to don't pay any money before the job confirmation then I received a mail which says that this is the online test I gave the test and give him the screenshot on WhatsApp after few minutes I received two mails one was job confirmation letter which says that I have been posted on Swami Vivekananda International Airport Naya Raipur Chhattisgarh And My post was Air Ticketing and the other mail was the training letter where they said that my training will start from 12th June 2022 and they will provide a kit which contains a laptop a mobile phone and a walkie-talkie, and when I tell them that I got the letter they asked me to pay rupees 2500 for further process so I paid the amount through PAYTM and when I paid the amount they said that I also have to pay a security amount of rupees 8750 (refundable) so I paid the amount. Next day they ask me to give rupees 12000 to open my account in HDFC Bank in which I will receive the money I have been paid to them but I don't have the amount so a person named Aditya Roy says that he will pay rupees 4000 for me and his colleague Prateek Thakur give 2000 rupees and I give 3000 so after that Prateek Thakur said me that the process is completed and I will receive an OTP on my number but I didn't receive any OTP on my number till 3 pm so I call him back but he doesn't reply after few hours I again call him than he picked up the call and when I ask him about the OTP he said that there are technical error that's why I don't receive the OTP when I ask him that tomorrow the OTP will be provided he said that I have to wait till Monday on Monday he will provide me the OTP and my passbook, debit card and my HDFC Bank account details will be provided to me by courier so I don't know that this is a scam or not but I will wait till Monday and if I don't get the OTP I will complain to the cyber security department so that I can get my money back I request shine.com to help me to get my money back and remove all unverified jobs from their site, just because of it I lost all my money and became a victim of this fraud shine.com also have a responsibility to help me to get my money back.

                  The total amount I lost is 14250 rupees which means a lot for me and my family.

                    I am sorry to inform you that on 30th of May, i accidentally given a ring back to your number and under the pretext of document upload, your manager named Pankaj had made me many online payment one after the other...Finally only i could make out that same was near to 2 lakhs and none of the commitments were kept post that..Since this is a financial burden on me, please do the needfull to refund the amount ..Or else i am planning to move to consumer court as i got all the call recordings..Expecting a positive reply from your side at the earliest

                      Beware!!!

                      Got a call today from a lady claiming to be from shine. She must have looked my profile from the real Shine, and offer to provide extra service where they will update my profile so more companies could see, , ,

                      At first I said NO to paid services but then she said it's just 10 rupees which is not so much. She thn shared this link on my WhatsApp www.shinejobregister.com and ask me to register there even when I already had my account registered with shine.. with a few details I was able to register thn she provided me some ID to enter and validate which redirected me to payment page.. their payment page itself is suspicious it not only asked my card infor but my email address and phone number registered to the card... Thankfully I was facing network issue due to which OTP was delivering late so I disconnected the call and decided not to proceed further...

                      After few minutes, I received an MSG from bank sharing the OTP for the transaction of 25000.

                        Hii, I am Divya Iyer I got a call from shine.com on 22 nd April 2022 at around 1 o clock he told me that I am shortlisted and he will lined up my interview in three banks HDFC Bank, icici bank and Axis bank..for that I have to pay rupees 29 for registration..at that moment I was not convinced..but somehow he convinced me and he send me a link on my whatsapp and on call he guided me to fill the form.i filled the form..when I pressed the next comes the payment ..it is to be done only debit card..I spoke to him on call I will pay only Google pay..but he convinced again to pay through debit card..when I put my debit card details on that ..I also put my OTP on that form..than after that when I checked my balance in my bank..I came to know that the amount has been deducted of 66000..I don't know what to do.. I called him he picked my call and he told he will refund my money..he guided me on call how to claim for refund..I followed his direction by going back the same link shine.com.at that moment I don't have any choice of listening to that person becoz I lost my 66000 I was fully trapped by that person..please resolved my case as early as possible.here enclosed below the link he send me and the mobile no where I received call.

                          Hi Team,

                          I received a call from shine.com and they mentioned they are providing resume services and job offers from top MNC and they asked me to pay an amount of Rs.3292 as the charges.

                          Later I received a call stating Rs.3292 is just for registration, again you need to pay 11000 to get your resume verified.

                          Kindly raise a complaint on this company and please process for my refund.

                          I have attached the invoice copy with this complaint.

                            I got call from shine.com for a job and told that to proceed further i need to pay some 3k registration charges. After that i got call from relationship manager and started live process to and when he started for each and every service asked me to pay to proceed further and i almost paid 80k for the services and again asked me pay 53 k as last step which i was not ok and i told shine im not ok so please cancel my services and refund my money, which they are not ready.Please help me to get refund

                              My name is Sri . I registered on 21 May 2022. We have received the call from the Shine executive to avail the job offer services.which I had paid for 3292.
                              today representative called me said He is SHiva from Shine at 04:10 PM asked me about my Job preference . he told to avail the Job i would have to get 2 services you need to pay 10560 but before he did not mentions the amount after the again ask for 15704 amount. this 1st Payment: 3292/-Application Booster Package
                              2nd Payment: 10560/-Resume Writing Education Verification Plus Package
                              3rd Payment: 15704/-Job Profile Verification Plus Package, Linked-In Profile Summary
                              i said this is final payment of your all services said yes. After he made the payment he was asking for another 35000/- i paid, this was not told earlier.
                              so i requested him to connect his manager refund the amount its fraud/cheating us and i need full amount to be refund to which they denied their is no refund system in shine
                              total payment done 85000/-
                              i would like to request really appreciate if could get full amount of refund from shine.com as earliest

                                I have been forced to pay for a resume service where shine guys claimed that I will get job opportunity every week. I have paid them fully but there is no respect p inse from shine team now.

                                  Worst service this is the second time i have trusted shine and i have similar bad experience which i had 5 years before. I have applied for higlighting my frofile and paid ariund 2.5k and lady said i will be assigned to a relationship manger. Mr Phupshender was assigned and he informed me about the service after andbstarted sending me the link he asd me to mKe paymementbwhich was around 3 k somwthing which i paid then after each and every services he forcefully made me to pay around 50 k with harsh tone i said i dont require and said dont want to pr0ceed further hebsaid there is no such cancellation and amount cannot be refunded after he made me to pay amount no rsponce from his side i have all paymnetbinvoice proof and also call recording i have aslo mailed yo [protected]@shine .com but only default mail is been received if funds arw mot getting refund i will not be left no other choce ortger going to consure forum and social media

                                      Today I got message from Shine. That some electrical engineering job's in Singapore. And they send some number and i called her. She told that some electrical job's is available in Singapore. I have to send my certificate copies to that number after that i have to pay 4500rs. And it is refundable. And they send email also through these details. Soo i want to know that it's real or fake.
