I got a call from Shine team regarding premium advantages, I thought okay lets see what they have to offer,
The customer care person called on 22 Jun 2022 at 12:34 pm stating you have to pay Rs 2005 for the registration for one time and then you will get your own dedicated Relationship manager( Puspendra = [protected]) to discuss about your job profile.
Then I received a call from Relationship manager at 5:29 pm same day. Initially he tried luring me saying why your current organization not paying you enough as your experience, and went for 15 minutes talking about my interested domain and companies(FYI I told him there itself I want a core company and technical domain) and using Hindustan Times to gain my trust and using big companies name. My mistake was to actually assume such site help us for upgrading few our skills so I openly accepted my lacking points and He then used my vulnerability of job searching and started saying, " Open your Email, I have shared you a link for verification completion." I asked him "Why do I have to pay again amount RS 4673 if I paid for premium fees already". to that he replied, " It is Education Verification, Please to it so that we can start with your job process ASAP". I thought okay maybe it is premium so maybe extra charges might be there, so I paid. Then to my surprise he said one more is there, there are 2 parts to it, please do it so we can start process. I paid again RS 9556 . To my bad luck I had already had fallen in their scam, and one by one saying it is last he asked for different packages for amounts= RS 161614, RS 24779, RS 30808.01, RS41298, RS 54405.01.
Every step he cornered me saying it is last and there is no way back as no refund is available. so I said I will go to Consumer court, he said you go were ever you wish, it will not be refunded. and as I didn't know when this cycle is ending, I kept thinking this is end and I kept paying. When I totaled the amount, my ground shifted RS 1, 83, 866. which is ethically wrong. When I called him again it wasn't reachable and just picked call next day at morning 9:30 am, again manipulating and not willing to listen my problem and stating do whatever you wish, we will not refund. All I wish is they cancel those needless courses for management which is not my domain, and get my hard earn money refunded back.
