Updated by Karishmasikdar Team, People from shine are sending me whatsapps to send documents. Somebody named Mohit reached out first now Someone named Mukesh is messaging, whatspping, me for details. They are not doing any formal conversation, even when i request them too. They have started harassing me and mis-behaving with me and threatening me. request your urgent help to make them refund my money. I am attaching the whatsapp images. Now I also want to lodge a harassment complaint against them additional to the fraudulent activity. Please let me know my next steps.

Updated by Karishmasikdar Consumer Forum: These ppl are harassing me and mis-behaving with me and not refunding my money which they have taken from me by give incorrect information. Complaint already registered. I have attached the screen shots of the communication shared with this company.
They are a team of fraudulent individuals who con people by giving incorrect information and later when caught they harass consumers, threaten consumers and mis-behave with consumers.
Request your strict action against this company. Do let me know the steps further I should take. I am ready to take all necessary steps to penalise them for the stealing my money, mental harassment and threating me.
