Team, People from shine are sending me WhatsApp's to send documents. Somebody named RAJ is messaging, whatspping, me for details. They are not doing any formal conversation, even when i request them too. They have started harassing me and mis-behaving with me and threatening me. request your urgent help to make them refund my money. he told me send 1000 RS/- via upi id which is [protected]@fbl. I am attaching the whatsapp images. Now I also want to lodge a harassment complaint against them additional to the fraudulent activity. Please let me know my next steps.

These ppl are harassing me and mis-behaving with me and not refunding my money which they have taken from me by give incorrect information. Complaint already registered. I have attached the screen shots of the communication shared with this company.
They are a team of fraudulent individuals who con people by giving incorrect information and later when caught they harass consumers, threaten consumers and mis-behave with consumers.

i received 3 calls different different person for money transfer against to refund.

Request your strict action against this company. Do let me know the steps further I should take. I am ready to take all necessary steps to penalise them for the stealing my money, mental harassment and threating me.

THANKS SHINE.COM . HE TOLD ME THAT YOU COMPLAIN AGAIN AND AGAIN, YOU HAVE GOT YOUR MONEY BLOCKED. TOLD YOU THAT THE REFUND PROCESS WAS TOLD TO YOU TO RETURN IT EASILY, NOW NO ONE CAN REFUND, WE ALSO GAVE THE CONSUMER COMPLAINT TO ME WITH A FAKE REPORT.
YOUR EXECUTIVE AND YOUR ORGANIZATION WASTE. IT'S WONDERFULL TO GIVE ME THIS USELESS APPORTUNITY.

    See below email sent to shine.com, they made fraud with me and kept the charges hidden from me and asked me pay the amount by not having transparency. So please look into on priority as i lost Rs 23000 due to same.

    Dear Mohammad Taiyab - shine team

    As per last telephonic conversation with one of your Senior people, I am not interested in availing the services as it was not made clear by the shine team about the hidden charges per service.

    I would like to get a refund of my Rs 23, 000 amount as I don't want to continue my services with you.

    I have already raised complaint with the consumer forum with telephone recording of the conversation with me where i have asked many a times about the charges but it was not made clear to me at front and your representative made me fool by asking me to pay one time payment only but after that i asked him if it is required to pay again as i am not comfortable with the amount as i already paid Rs 9000 but after that payment he again sent me link for payment of Rs 14, 000 which he said this is the last payment which i have to avail.
    After this payment he again sent me a link for R 18, 000 which was not completely acceptable for me.

    This is a kind of fraud in my view. No clarity given about the service charges and about the total amount for the services.

    So I request you to refund my amount within 7 days from now.

    If my money is not refunded I will take the legal route to get my money back.

    After 7 days my lawyer will deal with your team.

          I have been called by your shine.com representative Mr. Sahu from landline no.[protected] on 7th May 2022 at 12:04 pm and told me that shine.com is exploring job opportunities and based on my work experience I will get a good job opportunity with a decent salary package. Then he asked me for a subscription to avail of the shine's services. I told him to wait for two days. I will think it over and let you know. After 2 days i.e, on Monday 9th May 2022again he called me on my mobile and told this and that about their services. But did not give me an understanding of the services and heavy service charges thereby. Thereafter he introduced Mr. Abhimanyu as per him as a relationship Manager, to look after services. Thereafter whenever Mr. Abhimanyu called me had a new demand after paying the previous one which didn't spoken of before.

            This is with great disappointment writing to an esteemed organization - shine, with lots of hope I have taken the premium services from shine when received a call from Mr.Ankit stating there would be a senior relationship manager assigned, my profile being highlighted and sent to many recruiters and help me 24/7 in resume building and being verified profile on shine all these services for 3657/- I have paid the amount and received a call from Mr. Nitin - Sr. Relationship manager. I am really disappointed by the communication of Mr. Nithin who was very arrogant and rude. He was forcing me to pay an additional 6017/- to get my profile verified even after I clearly stated cant go ahead with that service due to the current personal commitments I have and wanted to go forward with the service I have opted he had drastically cut the call stating it won't be possible and tried to dodge my repetitive calls, finally answered and spoke to me very rudely and adamantly, this is clearly not I expect from such esteemed organization. He was very persistent in paying the amount demeaning me saying you can't be money-minded and should not think about such small amounts. I had great regards for Shine Portal but with the ongoing communication and service provided by your employee Mr. Nitin, I don't want to go ahead with the service taken. Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount to my account immediately or I would like to take this legally because all you are doing is a very big scam and not being transparent about your services. I am gonna post the conversation I had with Mr. Nitin on all the other Job Portals and alert all the people about the scam and pathetic services you provide. Please don't take me wrong this isn't threatening but very hurtful words from a common job seeker who was clearly cheated by Shine organization

                Hello All,

                Today (7th May) i was cheated by shine.com in the name of job opportunity. Still nothing got activated also they said, i have pay further amount to activate. i just want all money to be refunded.
                When i asked for refund, they are cutting the call and not picking up. Kindly help in refunding 50, 000 rupees.

                Had a very bad experience dealing with Shine Team, initially asked to pay 3+K to enroll, then one gentleman nitin called asked me
                to pay Fees for carrer assessment and education verification and said without which we cant move, forcefully I paid 5.6K,
                I asked him is it the last payment and he said Yes. After payment he sent one more mail and ask me to pay Job verification and featured profile 10+K,
                I was upset and asked for reason as I was told previous was last payment.Simply Shivam was playing with words And unwilling I paid it,
                he confirmed payment and asked to me check mail which was for new fees Resume writing 17+K, I raised concerns as hidden charges
                not being told upfront but he keep aruguing with me and told without this we cant move.
                This way dealing with customer is misguiding or way of cheating. I was not expecting this kind of handling from renowned Timesgroup company.
                Shine & Time team should fix this and refund my amount ASAP

                    The incident happened 2 days back on 3rd May 2022. My husband received a call from Shine and offered to help him with job hunt. He paid the registration amount and soon a RM was appointed to explore his needs. I do not want to mention the name of this RM who is a pathetic guy and simply talks big things. He just kept insisting on paying amounts one after another without any transparency/details of the processes.

                    Soon my husband realised he is getting trapped and this RM guy is looting money for nothing. So he immediately asked to stop the conversation as these people only wanted to loot money and nothing will be provided. The RM and his senior started talking arrogantly and forced him to pay a heavy amount for the service without which job openings will not be shared.

                    This was too much. My husband wanted to stop the services that did not start and asked for the money back. Point to note: These services were not started. It was in the first call with RM that he wanted to withdraw the services. The RM and his senior were too rude and spoke loose statements that I do not want to share. They were not ready to share the email IDs of the person to whom we need to share our grievance.

                    After Internet research, my husband started communicating with the customer support team asking for refund as none of the services had been started then. The Shine team wanted plausible reason for giving refund. In short, they only know to loot and a candidate needs to bear the brunt. The RM being untraceable is not a plausible reason as he has been appointed to snatch money from the candidates by trapping them,

                    Our only say is when the services have not been initiated and we come to know the quality of Shine team at the start itself, can't we stop our relationship with them.

                    The Service Department Head talks about no cancellation or refund policy so the candidate should bear their pathetic behaviour in a service industry.

                    I warn all the citizens of India to stop approaching Shine who boast of being a part of Hindustan Times. I would say they are spoiling the name of HT.

                    The people hired in Shine team are useless without any required knowledge or skills. They know only to extract money from candidates.

                    When none of the services have been initiated, the payments have to be refunded. I will also be sharing our email communications soon.

                          I have purchased a service from shine i.e Job and Interview Assistance Service as per the recommendation of your relationship manager and Order Id is CP395312.

                          I have tried to use the service but the Aspiration company which provides the service sends only emails once a month and in emails, they sent randomly job links from LinkedIn. Also, no job link didn't match my profile.

                          Also, I have filed a complaint against the company which provides the service so their reception called me which doesn't know anything about my profile and their seniors told me that the market didn't have Jobs according to my profile. On the other hand, I am able to find job opportunities according to my profile on my own.

                          I think Shine didn't know anything about any service provided by companies.

                          I have wasted enough time with the same and I request for a refund because they didn't care about the customer and don't know how much job is important to others.

                          Also, every time shine employee displays that we are affiliated with HT Media Limited to hide that we are not a fraud.

                          I don't want to use your fraud service.
                          Please provide a refund for the remaining time of your fraud service if you don't want to make a complete refund.

                            My brother got a call from Shine.com to register for their paid services which would cost Rs 3292 and would be valid for 1 year. The services provided in this package is a profile booster service and also assisting on scheduling the interviews as well as provide guidance on preparation for interviews.

                            He paid this amount and got an acknowledgement email from shine learning on his email.Later he got another call from the team to pay RS 5000 to avail the learning services. The caller was forcing to pay this amount but he denied.There was some agrument on the call on not notifying about this during the first call.Later my brother disconnected the call denying to pay further amount.
                            This incident happened on 23rd April 2022 and after that he is unable to contact them via phone or email They are not responding on emails.
                            Request you to help us get our money back.

                                Today I got one call one leady specking like that you have give interview, I answer it yes, because I attend Interview from my class Training and placement department .

                                when I was ask her which company I am selected, she did not answer it and saying first do the payment and Document for verification.

                                I am Confuse, Without any Test, Interview and HR Interview how am I select.
                                then I ask her please provide me all detail and Then I will Pay the money and call repeatedly and do the payment,
                                then she is argue with me and saying like that, Your Document will be block for 5 year.

                                  I m priya from Jalandhar few days back I got a call from Indigo airlines tht is hr mahi Sharma ..she said she is from Indigo nd my cv is selected for data entry job she said you have to pay 2100 for the interview I refused to pay after tht she said I will send you Google test nd then you pay i said ok I do tht after tht she said you have to pay now i paid them then telephonic interview is conducted nd I cleared it then they asked me the security amount 7000 smthing i paid them after that they said you have to pay 15000 for your max HDFC current account i refused to pay nd when I asked them refund they said refund processed will be done in 45-90 days after then again they call me nd said if you paid 5000 your work will be done ..i said ok nd paid them 5000 after a day when I asked tht why I didn't get any notification for bank opening they said tht your work will not be done in 5000 you have to pay 10000 more i paid them 10000 by some how..after 3-4 days they again called me and said as you have done double time translation your work Is not done as we have to put only one transaction screenshot after than when I asked them my refundation they said that we are doing your redundandion in urgency you have to pay 6000 the guy called name Vishal Mehra nd other person who send me the I'd card of Rahul Sharma .. they r just making me the fool ...they said tht we told you to pay 6500 you have to pay that amount again as double transaction can't be done ...i paid them tht also after tht they asked me to pay some gateways charges then gst then again gateways charges by saying tht on tht day you complete your processer lately ...again some fine for doing work lately they took 1 lakh 88 thousand 870 rs approx form me after that they are again asking me money tht last payment you have done in wrong account you have to done it in some another account ..now i m not picking up their calls ...they r totally fraud ..they took a huge amount from me on the name of refundation ...they keep telling the lies ..the person is from Delhi, gurgaon..because the bank details they provided me are from tht places..please kindly resolve my case I m really worried .i m in debt bcz of this

                                    On 18th Apr 2022-I got a call from Shine.com stating that I should purchase a resume highlighter pack which would get me more visibility and jobs in the market. Once I paid, the initial amount- one after the other I was asked to pay and a total of Rs.[protected]+6017+9923+9438)was paid to shine.com on 18th Apr 2022. Since then, the services received are a sham and today I got a call saying that for my profile they don't have jobs and I can file a complaint and seek a refund. For taking a refund, they are asking me to pay Rs. 10 on https://shinecomplaints.com/
                                    However, I have lost trust in this fraudulent company and all I want is refund of the amount I have paid. Even on 18th Apr - I had emailed shine(r.[protected]@shine.com) asking how to get a refund of the money that I paid. However, they chose to ignore it.

                                      Hi Team,
                                      Could you please help me with below concern :
                                      I have received a call on Feb 14th 2022 from One Career Point saying we have selected your profile from Shine.com and you have 3 confirmed Job offers and to arrange the interview they asked me to pay amount. Initially they asked only 3500 as Registration fee. Next, they took me to their website https://onecareerpoint.com/mycareer/product/employment-verification/ and started asking do payment for document verification. While I was on call they insisted me to pay next and next like that I paid 52, 000 in total . In between I was asking them why didn’t you told me in the beginning of the call to pay this much. and they were not answering me saying mam please complete the procedure we can’t discontinue now and if we dont arrange a job with in 60 days we will refund your amount . So I did payment from my credit card.

                                      After all done I was continuously chasing them through call since there was not response via mail I used to call them . They kept saying document verification is going on from third party end. We will tell you once done. They crossed 66 days of the payment done. I again called them and asked why are you delaying and they said verification is done . But for Cover letter you need to do 2 part again then we will schedule interview this week. I was not ready to make payment and I asked I’m not satisfied with your service refund the money . They said no we cant and he started shouting at me. He also blackmailed me saying i ll block your profile and you cant do anything. I said them I ll take legal action on you. He replied me in text message do whatever you want I ll also take a legal action on you by mailing to your current company.

                                      So much happened to me and he ( Neeraj and Rajeev) was not ready to make refund and now his mobile is switched off.

                                      Hii..my name is Divya iyer..I got a call from shine.com on 22 nd April 2022..they told me that my profile are shortlisted..they lined my interview in three banks HDFC bank, Axis Bank and ICICL bank..for registration they told me that they will send send a link of shine.com portal..in that I have to register myself after that on call they told I just have to pay only 29 rupees..I was denying..but they convinced me to pay through my debit card..I told I will pay only Google pay..somehow he convinced me to pay through debit card.i put my debit card details on that shine.com link..after 5 minutes when I checked my account they deducted my money of rupees 66000.. I told them instead of deducting rupees 29 rupees..they deducted the amount of 66000 in my bank account..I called on that number and asked to refund my money back..on call he guided me for refund policy..I followed his direction of going back to the same link and applied for refund..I didnt received my money..please sir..help me out.i am sharing the link he shared with me and the mobile number..

                                        I have made the payment for premium service but there is no service provided and I was told there are many opportunities for u but there are none after I paid. The sales man cunningly named all the big companies but they don't have any company jobs.
                                        Also they were asking for additional amount which I denied

                                        I need refund of 3299 and they are denying it
