On 07/08/2022, I got a mobile call for help in re-drafting/ value-addition to my resume which I had uploaded on Shine.com a few days back. I agreed to its value-addition. Subsequently on 08/08/2022, I was called by some one from Shine Learning that Miss Rajni will be helping me for this task against one-time membership fee of Rs.3657. Miss Rajni was put on line & I paid this amount. Simultaneously, she manipulated through her skill sets demanding more money for my next placement (after retirement ) demanding more amount and shooting in my email successive invoice (starting from a lower amount to higher amount) as evidenced from the emails. I despite pleading that it is a fraudulent way of extracting money, Miss Rajni repeated stressed that HT Media is an affiliate of Hindustan Times besides full-proof recording of coversation they do not indulge into such practices. After receiving the invoices I found that the items invoiced were in total, disagreement with the intended & for which the calls were held. I sought voice recordings/ clippings which the company did not provide despite waiting for hours. I was forced to examine the reviews of the company from pubic domain (internet) which collaborated my earlier apprehensions that the company is using fraudulent ways of extracting money from Indian citizens including me. I had earlier emailed some of my documents (certificates and pay slips) but when no sound clips / recordings were provided and with the inputs from public domain, I emailed the company to refund the entire amount and not to activate any of its services for me. I solicit your help in recovery of my money.

    I received statement from union bank today that r-6000 deducted from my debit card to one assist membership fess union bank customer rang information .i do not even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co and who the hell are you to care about me i want my money back.do not there again to do this

    please deactivate and refund my money asap

      Respected Sir/ Madam
      My name is Kanchan Surve, I have to register complaint against Shine.com for their money laundering and service issue. I registered on Shine.com on 30th June, and received call from Shine representative on 01st July wherein he explained about their paid services, and assured me they will update my profile and same will be shared with +1000 Consultants, which will help me to find deserving Job and raised me an Invoice of Rs. 3657/- (including GST) as Application Booster Package and said further their team will contact me to get my profile updated. Next day on 02nd July around 11:33 a.m., I received call from Abhimayu, Relationship Manager / Sales Representative and he started referring my resume and explaining me how I am stuck at one position for years and with his big talks giving assurance about how their service will help to find better positions with higher salaries in market, he took almost about an hour motivating and sometimes dominating and kept repeating on their service to find better job options, and than after he started raising invoices,
      1st Invoice Education Verification Plus Package Rs. 5192 (Including GST) - I asked him as why they are doing this verification and that too paid charges because any company who hire me will be definitely doing all this verification, but they make sure 1st amount is paid without disclosing as their is more invoice which they are going to make us pay, and I kept saying as yesterday I paid Rs. 3657/- and now you are asking for Rs. 5192/-, hope this is last payment and no more payments, inspite of he saying Yes, again after this payment, he raised one more invoice.
      2nd Invoice Job Profile Verification Plus Package / Interviewing & Hiring Test Rs. 8376 (Including GST) This was shocking, every step I kept on asking him why are they doing all this verification as Companies will do this, but still with their skill they make us this pay, and he make it so fast as, Madam you pay this charges and all, you can going to get service for mid manager level and all so all this things are required to be done, again by saying his hope this is last payment which you are asking to make me, again he said Yes, and after a while immediately he raised
      3rd Invoice, which I asked him as what it is because by this time I have already paid 17225/- to them and all payment back to back on the spot and all as hidden they are opening one by one invoices and giving surprises, 3rd Invoice he raised for Rs. 14067/- (Including GST) and this verification are not even certificated. 3rd Invoice Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling / Executive Level Resume Writing Service with Cover Letter, Rs. 14076/- This time I refused to make any further payment and he frustratingly tried to explain me again same things to make payment, but as I still refused, he transferred call to this Senior / Manager, he again kept saying as your profile is for Mid Manger level so all this packages will help to boost your profile and place at top level for recruiters to approve you with more possibilities, I still said him I need time to thing, because all Invoices has come up so surprisingly and their was no idea about I am going to make such huge payments. 04th July - Somehow I thought as I have already made payment of around 17000/-, and now lets make it complete so I can start getting more get better job opportunities and as their committed will be circulating my resume with +1000 consultants and recruiters with booster and all, and I took chance of making payment of Rs. 14067/- and that is how I made them complete payment of Rs. 31292/-, At urge I request you to please help me in getting my refund back of Rs. 31292/- and here it was do not ends, so many issues and delays I have faced also bearing people frustrating level of talks and arrogance when I started following up with them to get my profile updated, 04th July, after making all payment, Abhimanyu said as they will be with me for finding Job and until I get suitable and desired job he will always be their to guide me in any case., he said you will get Welcome call from Shine time and then after my services will start, I egarly waited for Welcome call on 04th July, but no call received, as this was going to make my service move start, I received call 05th July that too after my follow upto with Aabhimanyu (which I know he didn't did anything in to that), call received at 12:30 p.m. around and person name Mohammad Taiyab, was so annoying and so fast to finish his call, I said him wait I guess this is welcome call and explain on my service and let me know how this is going to be taken forward, he so annoying started saying you will have to go on Shine.com and start applying for position, I said how you can differently say as go and apply for positions, then he was not able to listen to me and he disconnected call, and after disconnecting immediately he send me and mail with subject line as " Gentle Remainder 2", it was very shocking as we spoke for first time which was incomplete call, still I am receiving his mail as 2nd Remainder, I replied to his mail asking Shine team to arrange a call again and explain the process so that my services will get started, I received call discussion happened, I was again asked to wait for next 24 hrs so that their team will contact me for resume updation, again 24 Hrs, for every work and every person to get back to you their TAT is of 24 Hrs, in this meanwhile I always had 1 call with Aabhimanyu as he has assured me he will be guiding me overall, but I use to get that feeling of inspite of being talking to him nothing is moving faster, infact he was always in phase of explaining he as its process and will take time, many time he even has avoided my calls, I had to keep trying repeatedly and still not response. 06th July - Afternoon received call from Resume writer, again that lady was reading my resume and asking for experience dates, which I said her you have my Resume with you, actual dates you can capture from their and send me format so that I can approve it, that see again took 24 Hrs and came back on 07th July, asked her for certain changes and again approved her (let me tell you Resume writing which they charge Rs. 5549/- but their was nothing rocket science done on my resume) just added few lines and area of Impact, rest all was similar as per my earlier resume, so I approved my resume on 07th July (Midnight), once resume was approved, I was expecting them to upload same on their portal and update my profile, but 07th, 08th, 11th and 12th July, I kept contacting Abhimanyu but as usual he kept repeating as it takes time and their is process, everything works here as per TAT and it will be done, infact on 12th July as I knew he is nothing helping me out to get things move further, I asked him as what going on, he started shouting at me and person who was so nicely talking which he was raising me invoice one after other and now he was so frustrating talking to me, I asked him to give this call to his Manager, I would like to talk to him, he refused and very arrogantly said me as he will mail his Manager and then they will call me, (which till date) has not happened and in case of escalation which says you that he will mail his manager and than he will call back, what level of people are this. on 12th July, after Aabhimanyu's call, I received call from Unnati Gautam, and explained her the entire scenario again Unnati was totally unaware of current status of my profile and I said he I have approved my resume on 07th July Midnight and its already 6 days, I do not see profile is getting updated she assured me as she will get this done, but let me tell you again she bluffed me and do not do anything on my profile updation, she was just to give assurance as she will tell team to do it and all, but this people themselves do not know as who is doing what and what actions are required. From 12th July till 18th July, she kept me saying as she will check and get back to me, again I have to escalate this make as its been more 1 week but nothings has been done from their their, and in between I received call from one more representative named Babita, I do not have all of sudden she said me Madam you profile is updated on 12th July, I asked her which it was not showing on their website, and till my profile update percentage was 62%, than she said me my contact details and email address is not updated and approved, I said as what's stopping you to update that and than in 2 second she send me OTP to approve my contact details and email address. Can you imagine its been 2 weeks I am struggling with all this people asking updates and to get my profile updated and here she saying my contact details are not updated which are already available with them which they can do it in 2 second but still it was not done, how am I going to get job offers, also I was not satisfied with kinds of Job Alert which I was receiving it do not my profile and still it is not matching, I asked for their senior to contact me and I requested for my refund as level of stress I have gone through in their services inspite of paying 31292/-, I received call from Munish I have to again repeat on entire things what happened with me and I said him please refund my money and delete my profile from their system I do not want any such services which is so fake and fraud. He discussed with me on my profile and helped in updating it again on their portal, but I kept saying him as Job Alerts are not or also not near by to my profile, which he assured will get but till date it is not been done and also Munish he no more responding to my mail and not even getting back to me over call, again I am stuck with this people for next 2 weeks with no outcome., They do not show you any visibility of resume being circulated to + 1000 consultants, because by now I should have started getting relevant Job Alerts or call from Consultants and recruiters, of which nothing is happening. In fact do not know as to whom they have shared my details, I am getting so many as daily 2-3 fake job calls, who again asking for registration fees. My person details, are at risk due to Shine.com and in addition to this I had fake call saying they are calling from Shine.com refund team and asked me whether want Refund or want to continue with their services, I said ofcourse refund as their is no service at all the amount of pain and harrasment I have gone through so far, person share me website, and asked me to fill form with my basic details and then one page opened with payment requirement of Rs. 10/- he said I need to register complaint on Shine.com website, moment I entered my Debit card details instead of Rs. 10/-, Rs. 19958/- got debited and still they kept continuing as their is some technical issues in their system and they would return my complete money (31292 + 19958) within 15-20 mins and than after no response from them, I have filed complaint with Cyber Crime' cell in this regards,
      I would really appreciate and will be thankful to you, if you could help me to get my full amount refund of Rs. (31292 + 19958) from Shine.com at the earliest, Let me know if you need anymore information or details.

      This is the biggest scam company in country, please ensure you take right action against them to stop this crime in interest for general public.

      It's hard earned money of anyone, and such liers are making people fool all around.

        Shine agent Avinash [protected], explained me how shine will help me in Job hunt. I paid 3292 on 16/7/22 for application highlighter + resume booster where he promised me to get positive result. He asked for more payment to get desired result other wise my resume booster will be closed pre maturely. (They closed it too without service)

        I said how can shine ask for more payment to activate services which is already purchased. Avinash started calling me, n number of times to pay more explaining me how that will add on my 3k investment, I paid 7k again as he promised that shine will help me in getting interview calls, references, Interview preparation. 1 thing I remember for sure He quoted "Mam, no more payment I promise, you will start getting calls for interview and you will get your invested amount in your 1st salary. I am working so hard for you".

        To get worth of my 3k I further invested 7k on 4/8/22. He again sent me link for more payment to start my already purchased service of 7k. Whatever he said he didn't send me bill for same and said mam wahi service denge jo bola hai.

        I wasted 10k in last 15days and asking them to start my services but they mentioned services will be started after more payment. For important service he made bill only in 999 and for worth less service he created bill in 6k amount.

        I want refund and don't want any service from them becoz they are not delivering what they are promising over phone.

        They stopped my services as they need more money to start my 10k services. Worthless services bill in max amount and worth service bill in less amount to avoid refunds.

        Please help.

            I have paid in total of approx. 13-14k for paid services, like application booster, resume booster and resume writing, LinkedIn profile summary.
            But after payment of these all services, the contact person is not picking up the call and not even calling. Even after sending continuous mails and mails for a call, I have not received the call yet.

            I need action on the services which I have paid for and what Mr Vicky Goyal has promised me.

                I have taken sine.com services as they had advised me and assured to make interviews and get the job within 02-03 month. I have paid them as under:

                1. Career Management Essential & Professional Summary: Rs. 22418/-.
                2. Leadership Skill test for 01 year, LinkedIn Profile Summery 15+ years & Visual Resume for Senior Professional 15+ years: Rs. 15287/-
                3. Leadership test 1 year & Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling: Rs. 9438/-.
                4. Employment Verification & Communication Skills at work place 01 year: Rs. 6478/-
                5. Resume Booster & Application Highlighter 06 month: Rs. 3292/-.

                The receipt of the same is also issued to me. They had taken total Rs. 56913/- from me. Their services are wasteful and many of the assignment is still pending which do not require now.

                It is to inform that I did not like / accepted any services and requested many times to refund my amount which is taken with wrongly on verbal commitments but they did not return my amount till date. It is also inform that they have neither provided any opportunity till date nor manage to fixed interview schedule till date. There are more than three month has passed but I never received any interview letter / interview schedule or job opportunity till date. So, It is clear in deficiency in their services.

                I have requested many times to refund my entire amount but they did not return my amount till date.

                  On 20th July 2022 i have registered for Rs.3200 appx for shine perimum service, after some time mr. Mohit from shine.com called me and told you have to pay Rs. 10000/- we will provide some other services which will help to get new job, i paid the same, after payment he told you have to pay another 14000 appx then only we can proceed further, and told this the final amount, again he asked me to pay Rs.40000/- appx and told this the final amount we will asure u the job, i paid that amount also, but he told me to pay another 48000 appx to complete the services, i denied to pay, then ok please confirm to activate the service we will proceed further, then next day he called me you have to pay that 50000 to complete the process, if you have not pay that 48000, the amount Rs. 67000 you paid already we will be waste. I told i cannot pay due to my finalcal position, he telling that is your problem, it is not my problem. I need my money Rs. 67000 refund immediately.

                    My wife got a call from shine.com for job by person name Rajiv Mobile number [protected] and asked for 1500/- for sign up after this asked for 5500/- for processing, then he aid interview is fixed with TCS amount is 12390/- this will be refunded after interview after paying this he said TATA is asking for 22570/- for authentication which will be refunded in 10min after filling up the form. this was totally hypnotism on call. we further request for refund. thank you

                      I got cheated by Shine team to avail services for ₹3292 & get a job within 4-5 days. After availing services they are asking to avail more services for desire otherwise to rely on market. I was already relying on market then y would I pay them.

If you can't provide job then y u lie to customer to get a job & y u keep calling to them to avail services.                         Abhishek Rajawat and Dheery Ojha from shine.com had called me and took 3657 rupees for registration. After that they started mailing me different invoices of 6910, 9714 and 14867 each time I paid they said this will be final for registration.
                        Even after paying total amount of 35000, they again mailed me two more invoices of 16992. When I refused, they said they will not complete the registration. Even they refused Resume Booster service for which I already paid and got the confirmation Email. They said this is Time bound process and you have to complete the process otherwise the Registration wont be valid. I requested them to refund my money as I did not want to avail their service any more. But they strongly refused to refund. I have neither used their services for a single minute nor my account is activated .
                        I was cheated and I was subjected to a pure FRAUD.
                        I don't want any services from Shine.com and I want my total refund.

                          I got a call from shine customer service,
                          Regrading job offers in apollo hospital Madurai, then they have asked me to pay 2000 as a service charge so that they can arrange interview then they asked me to pay 6000 as security deposit for the interview then they told it will refunded with in 2days then they set an interview after that they mail me an appointment order when I cross checked with the hospital it appears to me fake when enquiry about to them it is an emergency requirement
                          Then I got aware I told to them cancel and asked the refund they told me it will be refunded within 15 days still I haven’t got my refund please see to my complaint

                            I am Namita, and shine.com called me regarding the registration and they assured that they will find a job.

                            A person named Suraj from shine called me and requested for registration fees -3197
                            He the told due to Covid verification has changed and requested for various amount and I paid almost 2 lakhs. I was telling him I can’t pay but he argued with me one hour and he is like don’t back out at end . Your profile is completed. They gave me login details but it dosent work .

                            Attaching the transaction details. Please. Help me get my money back .

After sending the documents. They asked me for payment of Rs 3000 for document verification as shine. Com says that this Rs 3000 is from the side of aditya birla group and not from the shine. Com and your money will be refunded by aditya birla group after joining it. And they says that this Rs 3000 is the last amount after that you did not require to pay any amount. After that I paid another Rs 3000 for documemt verification. After verifying the documents they said that aditya birla group had asked the money of Rs 8000 as a security money which will be refunded after joining the company. I said to shine. Com that I do not have a money to pay Rs 8000 rupess and also you had confirm previously that after paying Rs 3000, you do not require to pay any amount. So I asked them to cancel my procedure and refund my total money Rs 5500.So they said that this process is terminated by you so We will not refund the money according to terms and condition. They do not provide any terms and condition to us and also they said tha Rs 3000 was the last money asked by shine. Com. So it is the fault of shine. Com that they told a lie to me. And charge after charge money. Please return my money. As I am a student. Not earning any thing. It is my money which is saved by me. No source of income.

And perform certain action on behalf of your name then again it is your responsibility to take action against such a person.                                   I got multiple calls from shine.com on daily basis to upgrade for paid service.
                                  They made lot of false promises in name of job calls to make me pay the amount. After I upgraded for paid service, there is no support, they are charging me money again and again( hidden charges and all). Not a single call received from shine when there are 100s of openings( I am getting calls from Naukri.com free service). Please refund my money otherwise I have to highlight all this in every social media.

                                    As per our telephonic conversation, the amount agreement for registration was done for INR 3200/- only.

                                    Whereas your Relationship Manager has asked additional INR 5200 towards verification, that also I have paid. Now again he has send one additional proforma invoice of INR 9556 towards other charges.

                                    Looking after above hidden charges, now i am willing to withdraw my registration from shine.

                                    Therefore requesting you to kindly refund my paid amounts in my account urgently.

                                      Please be informed that I have done a free registration at Shine.com and posted my posted my resume on shine.com. After few days I got a call on 12.07.22 offering me job in Tata Projects/Gammon india/NCL etc. He asked me to enroll to our portal by paying Rs. 3186. He promised that this service will allow you to reach your profile recruiter and Company HR. Based on his commitment I made payment vide Transaction IN20220712_[protected]_[protected]

                                      After that same day one person called me and stating that your interview scheduled on 13.07.22. But you have to make a payment immediately Rs. 5192 to get eligible and our confirmation to company for your Past Track record. I eventually asked him your person earlier talked to me and said you have to make only Rs. 3186 to get Interview Calls and job. No other payment has to be made. However he denied and confirmed that you have to make only Rs. 5192 and your interview call is ready. Accordingly I made a payment of Rs. 5192 vide IN20220712_[protected]_[protected]. After that he again said sorry sir you have to make another payment to get the Interview. I suddenly sought to him and said you said this is the only payment you have to make and now you are saying to make another payment. He said yes sir this will be last payment Only Rs. 9556 and you interview call is ready. Please do it immediately. All the HR representative directly monitoring the issue to him. Please sir make the payment. Based on his commitment I made the Payment vide Transaction IN20220712_[protected]_[protected]. Immediately after that he said sorry your role it is not over and you have to make further payment Rs. 16518 as per your profile is concern. Your profile is falling under executive level. Then I refuse him and did not make any payment further. This is gross misleading and Mis interpretation from their end.

                                      Being a renowned organisation shine.com should not allow this type of misleading and misconduct. Shine.com are making people fool and taking money using the weak point of customer..

                                      My Humble Request Please Take a Quick Action and refund my whole amount immediately.

                                        On 14th May by giving fake promises to me Shine Job portal employee grab 59602 Rs, after that he told me that I will get immediate effect on my job assistance, but now the whole Shine Team is saying that you are not shortlisted & we can't refund your money, its not our policy, but first they didn't told me such things that I have to pay 59602 Rs & now saying that we will change your services this means they are completely fake people's, while asking for refund they told me do whatever you want, what should I do now, audio recording is added with this

                                        We want to inform you that there is no statement to schedule the interviews. If he has informed you to await for results of services only for 15 days does is mean to schedule the interviews.

                                        Second one, you have denied to make the payment 35, 000 so the representative said that if you are not interested in more services let it be. You can do the payment of Rs 35, 000 once you have any option.

                                        After listening the records carefully, we were not able to find the statement to schedule the interviews. Hence, the concerns are baseless. Shine learning will provide the platform so that the recruiters could not miss your profile in their search.
