Dear SirMadam,
With reference to the Service Request no. SAK[protected] regarding the disputed transaction, I am not satisfied with the resolution provided by the bank.
Except the 1st transaction of INR 3373.61 on 9th April, 2022 no other transactions were authorized by me.Even this transaction was also disputed as I was not told about these charges and after paying the charges also I have not received what was promised.
All the other 3 transactions conducted on 11th April i.e. INR 5320.70, INR 9792.89, INR 16383.31 were fraudulent transactions conducted on my behalf without my consent.
Kindly block these transactions so that the amount does not get credited to the merchant.Please reverse the charges at the earliest to my credit card account.
I am a service class employee and INR 34000approx is a very big amount of money which I cannot afford to lose at any cost.My mother is 65 years old and I have a 2.5 year old daughter.I am the sole breadwinner for my family of 4 people.
I hope you understand my plight and reverse the charges at the earliest for which I will be highly obliged and ever grateful.Dear SirMadam,

If the Bank does not help then what is the use. Please read the word file to understand the whole story.The name of the person is different but story is same.
I hope you understand my plight and reverse the charges at the earliest for which I will be highly obliged and ever grateful.

    Hi,

    Today I have updated my profile on Shine.com
    Immediately after 10~20 minutes someone called from mobile no:+91 [protected] posing as Shine Team. They have mentioned that Shine is directly tied with some recruiters and refers candidates to such companies and service charges will be collected from such companies only. But, it is necessary to create a reference ID, they said. So, for creating a reference ID a Rs.10 package to be purchased on "Shinereference.com". When I logged into ShineRefence.com in it prompted me to update personal data and to pay Rs.10 to buy reference package. But an amount of Rs.10, 100 deducted from the account as it was on OTP direct update setting.

    How come such fraudsters get access to Shine profile details ?

    Please look into this, resolve and arrange to pay back the deducted amount of Rs.10, 100

      Getting calls from SHine.com for JOb offers

      registartion asked to pay 3300 rs

      post asking for amore money for profile creation and correting CV etc

      asked 8400 further, if we ask over call providing irrelvant information not paying money back

        Team,

        I have recently enrolled for the premium services of Shine yesterday evening. I paid an amount of Rs. 3, 292. I was given a confirmation by your executive Mr. Shivam with this payment, I will become a premium member for Shine and I will be given all necessary support by the team for a suitable job and salary package and that there are no further payments to be made. All necessary processes will be taken care of by the team.

        I then received a call from the relationship manager Mr. Rohit who informed me that I have to make a further payment for Education & Job Verification. We had a long chat as I was told by the executive that no further payments were required. However, I decided to make the payment for the same. I paid Rs. 5192.

        Once this was done Mr. Rohit, relationship manager sent me another invoice saying that i have to make a payment of additional Rs. 7197 for the job verification. He did not inform me that for education verification & for job verification I need to make two different payments. I was under the impression that one payment will take care of both the verification. We had a definite argument on this for 20 mins and then I was forced to make the payment of Rs. 7, 197 because I was already half way through the process. Post this he conveyed no further payments were required post this and the process will start immediately after i receive the login id & password.

        Mr. Rohit then called me again after 15 mins to check on the login id & password and yet again he sent me another invoice of Rs. 12, 979 stating this needs to be paid for the presentation (this was not informed to me at all). I refused to pay anything any further as in this whole process there was no communication on any payments which were to be made post payment of Rs. 3, 292. Then Mr. Rohit said this is necessary without which he cannot help me. I asked to speak to his manager post his response.

        Mr. Rohit then transferred the call to his manager Mr. Suraj Sharma who is the most incompetant of all. He dared to speak to me in a derogatory tone and said he can't do anything as the payment has been made and i can go ahead and use the services which I have paid for. He did not address my concern on the payment communication by the executive nor did he address the lack of communication on payment requirements by his team member Mr. Rohit. He was trying to give me all the sales talk and when I refused to listen to it he simply said he can't do anything about it and simply transferred the call back to Mr. Rohit. I have been in the corporate industry for 8 years but I have never met a more unprofessional man than MR. Suraj Sharm. It is disappointing to have interacted with him.

        Mr. Rohit then assured me that I don't have to make a payment for the presentation and that he will guide me through this job requirement process.

        This has been a very disappointing journey with shine in less than 24 hours. You have not communicated the process nor have you communicated the full payment structure. Now I have been forced to go through with it and I am stuck half way. I am out Rs. 16000 and I have no clarity nor support. The team is constantly asking me to make payments. This is not the right process to onboard a client nor the right attitude to portray to your client. The experience has been the most deprecating of all and I cannot condone this behavior.

        I need a resolution from you at your earliest.

        I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour and process you have. YOU ARE BLATANTLY CHEATING CUSTOMERS.

        I have spoken to a friend who is a lawyer and he has advised me to take this to consumer court. I am prepared to do this unless you refund the full amount paid by me of Rs.15, 681 by 6 pm today.

        Team, People from shine are sending me whatsapps to send documents. Somebody named Mohit reached out first now Someone named Mukesh is messaging, whatspping, me for details. They are not doing any formal conversation, even when i request them too. They have started harassing me and mis-behaving with me and threatening me. request your urgent help to make them refund my money. I am attaching the whatsapp images. Now I also want to lodge a harassment complaint against them additional to the fraudulent activity. Please let me know my next steps.

        Consumer Forum: These ppl are harassing me and mis-behaving with me and not refunding my money which they have taken from me by give incorrect information. Complaint already registered. I have attached the screen shots of the communication shared with this company.
        They are a team of fraudulent individuals who con people by giving incorrect information and later when caught they harass consumers, threaten consumers and mis-behave with consumers.

        Request your strict action against this company. Do let me know the steps further I should take. I am ready to take all necessary steps to penalise them for the stealing my money, mental harassment and threating me.

          I was approached by one Mr goel of shine .Com, who introduced this company owned by ht media, well connected and promised to get a job for me at the age of 57(I insisted that it would be difficult to get a job at my age) and then started the process of making payments which were made by credit card to the tune of 1.32 lacs and till date not a single job interview. This is a scam and should be investigated by EOW.

            Today I got telling me that the resume has been shortlisted and scheduled for interview tomorrow...for which they wanted me to make a payment of rs.10 through shine.apk app .
            As i entered my debit card details to make the payment...i started getting msgs for otp of debits of 10000, 15000, 5000 and 10000 consequently. Till the time i tried deleting the app they made me download but till that time fraud was done . The OTP's were compromised by the hacker through screen hacking.
            How can a duplicate app exist and company isnt taking care of the fraud in its name ?? Who is responsible for such transactions made ?

            P.S i already made a complaint through cybercell though.

                These people using the shine.com domain are looting innocent people in the name of services.
                They keep on telling lies and ask for money transfer and once the money is transferred they keep asking for money without any services.

                Shine.com is very much responsible for this fraud activities, even after numerous complaints they haven't issued notification nor they have refunded anyone.

                This is pure fraud case from shine and they should refund every one o[censored]s.

                    I am jobseeker registered on shine.com few years back but not active. when I am searching for new job change I received a call from Shine.com
                    representative on "06-April-2022", wherein he explained me about Paid services of shine.com with Nominal price of Rs.3292/(Annu)-,
                    initially i showed no interest but then he(Saurabh Kumar) started flattering about the services offered by them,
                    wherein he said they will assign a dedicated "Relationship Manager" for me and she will closely work with me to help me to get new Job within few months with this nominal fees only
                    and i don't have to make any further payment. So, i paid this Rs.3292/- and then she said they will assign a Relationship Manager(Sahil)
                    and he will call me to get more information about my Job requirement and will help me to find job accordingly as per my preference soon.

                    Next "Sahil" (Relationship Manager) called me on "07-April-2022" at 12.30pm IST and initially

                    i would have to get profile sevice and would need make payment of Rs. 4673.00/- and Rs. 7197.00/- and i would get service from excellent shine.com for lifetime.
                    They said nothing will happen as this is reputed company of Hindustan times and denied for refund. I don't need any service from shine I need my money back.

                    Below are payment i made to shine.com:-
                    First payment (Paid) -- Rs.3292/- (Product :- Application Booster Package)

                    I attached the receipts of every transaction.

                    I would really appreciate and be thankful to you, if you could help me get my full amount refund from Shine.com at the earliest.

                    Please let me know, if you need any other details or information from my side.

                      Today I got a call from Pooja that she is calling me from Shine.com. She discussed with me the Application Booster package and she asked me to pay 3657/- upfront and I have paid the money and then she told that she will forward my resume to Rajesh Rana(r.[protected]@shine.com) and she told me that he will help me with my career and I blindly believed that and at 6:50 PM he(Rajesh Rana) called and he told me that we help me with my new job opportunity and for that first I need to pay 8259/- and I have blindly paid that money even when I was not willing to pay that huge money and he keep on insisting that the money that you will be getting after getting the job will be so less when compared to this money and then after I paid that money. He sent me another link for the payment of 15, 338/- telling that it will be for the Featured Profile and he repeated the same story that I will be placed in a better company and then while I was in the call again he sent me the 3rd link to pay 24779/- for Jobs on the move: 180 days and then I realized that I was tricked and this time. I clearly told him that I was not willing to pay and he argued with me for an hour in order to do the payment as I was not willing to pay he even offered me the discounted price of 17700 and still I told him that I was not willing to pay and I told that I need my money refunded back as I realized that it was a kind of cheating. Then he is telling that the money is non-refundable which he didn't tell to me at starting.
                      I was requesting you to please help me with my money refund. I have spent my entire salary listening to their words and now I was regretting for the things I did. Please help me with the refund.

                        The customer care from Shine is giving false information.
                        On web site, they advertise service something and they are charging for the same service more.
                        Similarly, they are sending me a freshers job post in a different sector.
                        I am an engineer with 20+ years of experience and they are sent banking assistant for the fresher job.

                          This is with regards to Shine Learning. Last year I bought a product from Shine Learning. It was a web-based remote course. I had to take a loan to pay the EMIs. It was a certification course, and they mentioned that the course fees includes the certification fees. A total of Rs. 27427 was taken from me.

                          They mentioned that upon course completion, a voucher would be given through which I could take the certification exam. ( The certification will be provided by Amazon0. However, upon cpmpletion of the course, they mentioned that I have to wait for 45 days as it is a policy. My point is :

                          1. This was not mentioned to me when the course was sold to me, I contacted the person who sold the course to me, she is no longer working for shine and she said that she wasn't informed by her Shine learning that there was a waiting period of 45 days. Thus, this accounts to misleading selling techniques and withholding information from consumers. I kept sending mails to them, and called them and they kept mentioning the same thing. It seems as if they don't understand English.

                          2. My course was completed in the month of January 2022. It is March now, thus, 45 days are already over, yet I have not received my voucher, which is worth Rs. 11403

                          The most upsetting part is that I took a loan for this and they have been avoiding my calls and mails.

                            I received call from shine.com to register the job hunt and asked me to pay Rs. 3k.once I completed this payment theybasked me to pay another payment in USD 76 and 187..The company not provided me the full information and asked them to refund the payment which is paid without optsining the service. They refused to pay the money and kindly advise me how to get the money back

                              I had received call from shine regarding registration, then i had done payment regarding this. after that first payment another invoice received, that payment also done like this i had maid near 23546/- rupees payment.
                              each payment invoice i was asking to shine representative is this final payment or something else remaining he told this is last one, but after that payment i had received new payment invoice for another 14526/-.
                              i had discussed with his senior also he told total 25000/- package is suitable for your resume. after paying 23546/- i have to pay 14526/- it means package goes around 38000/- approx.
                              on call representative never tell about total package cost, after one invoice payment i had received 5 invoice copy for payment one by after each invoce payment. So i request to shine team dont do this kind of fraud . i want return the money back

                                I received call from one of the shine recruiter and I they told that I have to make payment to get the job.blindly i believed them and later came to know that it is fake..please help me to get my money refund

                                    I received call from your team regarding paid service. First your team initiate with 3500 after that they charged me step by step nearly one lakhs and fifty thousand by emotional threat .kind request to refund my amount . At least cancel my certificate course and study item refund that amount .it will helpful to pay my hospital bill my mom in critical situtation

                                      This is about a refund as shine has commented me a different product and bill me for a different product, I have been misguided by the advisor from shine, as he told he that I will be helping you with job overseas for a manager profile, however I can see the product for different things which is not required, he has misused the authority. I asked to stop the things and he was laughing on the call, however I have not use a single service of shine learning, however I demand a refund from shine as they are mentally harassing me.

                                      I have highlighted the same thing but they are not helping me with the same, I would be registering a police complaint and with cyber crime department also.

                                      I have shared the same thing to my bank also.

                                      Please help me with the same thing, as it's an humble request from my end
