I got a call from shine.com and initially they gave me the clear details about the job description which they are goin to offer. After they asked to pay the amount of 1500 as securty charges which will be refundable and they transferred my call to their accountant and she asked me to pay 4800 for activating my resume to the respective company..after that they asked me to pay 24, 900 for getting the offer letter and attending the online exam and it will be refunded as soon as till 2 pm and hence I paid total of 31, 200 and screen shorts were sent to their personal emial id and next they wanted me to pay 20, 400 but I didn't..I asked the lady to refund my amount and it was nearly 3 pm ..but she asked me that their system is not accepting the money so I need to pay again 8, 800 so that I get refund of total 40000 ..they manipulated me as I was very much tensed of refunding amount and again they asked me to pay 11, 200..and my bank details were sent.to them by me..but now I didnt get any refund amount yet...again they are to pay the amount of 10000 for they edification and then after only all they 61, 200 will be refunded...
I kindly request the shine.com to pls consider my complaint as I have paid a total money of 51, 200 ...and it also matter of belief of people on ur website..who are form middle class family and seeking for jobs sincerely...pls take a sincere action and go through my complaint and request u to send me the progress as soon as possible...It's my humble request..I'm very much in need of my money
