..Guys they are totally fraud.i updated resume for job searching purpose.then I got call from shine exicutive ND they said we will provide job in100% assurance in 5days and they told me your salary was very low we will provide you 40% hike on present salary but you have to pay service charges of 3292rs ND I paid amount that time they didn't said that it's not refundable ND they didn't said that to check terms and conditions.nd they didn't said that again has to pay extra charges like that.

After 1day I again I got call from shine service person ND he said your resume was not up to the mark.nd for high level job we will do registration for resume highlighting & registration again has to pay amount I said this are conditions didn't said yesterday .now they are not responding that's why guys don't pay any amount to this fraudsters.i have voice recording as proff what they said to me aslo now I'm raising complaint on consumer Court

    I would not like to entertain such behaviour on call for the next time.

      Shine learning - Shivam ( Mob - 7011417876) Cheat and fraud

      Taken 142309 Rs by telling that they will provide 100% job within 10 days and after paying, they started some nonsense course and all. I refused to take that course on call but he said these are some formalities just does it and you will get the job. I said i am not interested so they stopped responding to my calls and messages, and send me a mail that there is no job guarantee and we have no refund policy. Neither in short they are not ready...

      I got a call from Rakesh Shukla from shine.com
      First I got a call from a number from Bihar with a number [protected] and she asked me for a registration amount of 2500 then a I got a call from a big company (fake) and they had a telephonic interview with me.
      This time the guy that conversed with me was Rakesh shukla ([protected]) and asked me that you are selected and for the form u have to pay me 6520 rupees
      Both the amounts will be refunded he said .

      Then after I filled the form he asked me to pay him 42500 rupees so that I can receive an offer letter only at ONE TIME PAYMENT because I sent it in 2 installments
      Then they insisted me to pay at one time
      Then I did that too

      Then they asked me to pay another 32500 and that's when I made it out that it's a fraud.
      I tried calling the FLOOR MANAGER at Bangalore office Mr. Raj Shekhawat and he still asked me more money.
      Please look in to the matter shine.com
      And all the refundable amounts should be refunded

          This is Pooja SP from Bangalore. I was searching for a job change and Shine people started contacting me stating I have to pay 4130 RS and I will get assistance with Job. They also told that relationship manager will be assigned to me who would guide me in the process.

          Access code given to me 671795

          Today in the verification call I am asked again to pay 8k plus for the service. I have requested for refund. I am speaking with the person named Anurag, who claims himself to be from HR department. Its very foolish of me to get trapped in this scam.

          I just need my money back.

            I got a call from shine.com and initially they gave me the clear details about the job description which they are goin to offer. After they asked to pay the amount of 1500 as securty charges which will be refundable and they transferred my call to their accountant and she asked me to pay 4800 for activating my resume to the respective company..after that they asked me to pay 24, 900 for getting the offer letter and attending the online exam and it will be refunded as soon as till 2 pm and hence I paid total of 31, 200 and screen shorts were sent to their personal emial id and next they wanted me to pay 20, 400 but I didn't..I asked the lady to refund my amount and it was nearly 3 pm ..but she asked me that their system is not accepting the money so I need to pay again 8, 800 so that I get refund of total 40000 ..they manipulated me as I was very much tensed of refunding amount and again they asked me to pay 11, 200..and my bank details were sent.to them by me..but now I didnt get any refund amount yet...again they are to pay the amount of 10000 for they edification and then after only all they 61, 200 will be refunded...
            I kindly request the shine.com to pls consider my complaint as I have paid a total money of 51, 200 ...and it also matter of belief of people on ur website..who are form middle class family and seeking for jobs sincerely...pls take a sincere action and go through my complaint and request u to send me the progress as soon as possible...It's my humble request..I'm very much in need of my money

                    Got call from Shine execution and was promised the below.
                    1. Resume will be shared with topmost recruiters.
                    2. 2 job posts will be shared on daily basis for next few months.
                    BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA.

                    PAID FOR THE SERVICE. GOT INTRODUCTORY CALK FROM SHINE ANDBTHEY ALSONSAID THE SAMW AS ABOVE AMD BLA BLA BLA BAL BLA.

                    IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH NOW AND ONLY 2 _3 EMAILS RECEIVED WITH 2 JOB POATA ON EACH AMD NOT EVEN RELEVENT TO ME .

                    TOTAL FAKE SERVICE AND A FAKE COMPANY.

                      Today I recieved call from shine .com from Mr. Rajkumar (Mob. No. [protected]) for returning of said amount Rs. 11, 038 also as discussed with them (Mr. Rajkumar) they demanded me my Bank account No. Hence I Sent SMS to them.
                      But after SMS again they demanded Rs. 3074 cbarges for cancellation of service which was clearly denied by myside.
                      please take appropriate action to return my money.

                        I got a call from shine to get the new job . and Shine.com executive promised me that there are some opening where your resume has been selected and you will get the job of almost 3 times of my current salary within 48 hours. and Shine.com kept raising the invoice and asked the money . i also kept paying money of total almost 160000rs. to shine. in return of the same i just got my resume framed in professional term and 2 new opening every week. i paid these all money on 19th and 22nd jan and became fool.

                        please help me to get my money back.

                                  Today morning I got a call from Shine.com saying There is an opening in Maruti Suzuki. 2 hours later I got a call saying they are from Verification Department, after asking some questions, she said there is no technical Round so this is the final round and I'm selected. Now I should Pay 750 for some PRC Agreement and I will get receipt and Id number from Maruti Suzuki. Please tell me whether it is genuine from Shine.com?

                                    I have taken the service of shine.com in December but I didn't get any single response or any relevant profile. Shine's Executive give the promise to us but after taking the services they never respond. Shine say that never pay money to anyone but they took money from the people and making fools.

                                      I got a call from a lady saying that she's calling from shine.com and my CV is shortlisted for HDFC work from home based job. They asked me a registration money which 1250/- and after this they are asking for a document varification money also which is 4450/- saying which is absolutely refundable. But my point is if some company will give me a job then why would i pay for that. they should pay me for worling with them.

                                      If many unethical people take advantage of the brand, then why don't you take action against them.
                                      You can simply mention the chart showing the services and fees that you charge so that all can see in your portal. Now different agents charge different amount.

                                      Also, why do you want to charge at first place. As many of the job sites (like naukri, monster) cant you give your services.

                                      Its not they, its you who is spoiling your image.

                                      It's all business done by woohoo gift card company in the name of qwikcilver solution benglore. You can go and check there google review, so please go and register FIR against them. It will help you. Or 2nd option do there social media publicity. Only this way they will stop this nonsense and you will get your money back.
