Let me make you aware that, if I don't get a job before the end of this month, possible my debit card EMI will be stopped since i don't have that much money to pay for EMI.
1) Mr Rohit Singh coordinated with me for providing a bunch of services. I dont know what is enabled and what is not

2) whenever I try to reach Mr. Rohit Singh on[protected] ( number given by him). I will stop the May month EMI.

3) I had been assigned a customer coordination manager Munesh kumar.. He doesn't give me his direct number to reach out to him

4) I was told thld that my LinkedIn resume is published But i haven't see the same from my LinkedIn account..

I want to have the answer for the same by EOD 6/4/21.

    I attend a call from shine.com.Its Executive Umesh And Gaurav (Contact No.-[protected]) call me from landline number of shine.then give me this mobile number.
    pahle unhone kaha ki 3500 ka registration karwa lijiye apko job offer aane shuru ho jayege, iske baad koi charge nahi lagega, fir kaha ki apke liye service agent gaurav he wo apko call karege or apko job interview conduct karwaege, gaurav call me or kehta he chota sa amount paid karna padega 7000 rupees ka or apko job interview ke call aana shuru ho jayege iske baad apko kuch paid nahi karna he, iske baad 17000 rupees paid karwaye or bola ab apko job mil jayegi or iske baad apko kuch paid nahi karna he, fir iske baad 27000 rupees paid karne ka bola lekin mene paid nahi kiye, mujhe koi service nahi di gayi jo ki job interview ke liye ho. Fraud courses(shine learning) ki service di ja rahi jo ki fresher candidates ko di jati he, me 6.5 year experience hu. ye service mere kuch kaam ki nahi he, in service(shine learning) ke baare me mujhe pahle nahi bataya gaya ki in service ka payment le rahe he.koi job offer nahi hua or naa hi koi interview conduct hua, Total 27000 rupees mujhse le liye.

      I made my profile on job searching site Shine.com on 6-3-2021, after which I started getting multiple calls from number +[protected], +[protected] and many more, I answered 1 of the call and he was the employee of Shine.com (Sahil), He asked me basic questions regarding my job profile and what exactly I was looking for, after talking to him in brief, he told me that many jobs are not disclosed on the website and they are only visible to our registered members and to be our registered member you have to pay one-time registration fee of Rs. 3292, for which I told him I will think about it and hanged up the call. After that from next day I continuously started getting calls from the above-mentioned number, which I did not answer, later on[protected] I got call from number +91 [protected] (Sahil), he was the same person whom I spoke the other day and he convinced me that he is an employee of Shine.com and to gain the customer's trust, he called me from his personal number.

      He told me that they have lots of job opportunities and after taking membership they will disclose those vacancies. I agreed and while on phone he sent me a link and I paid Rs. 3292 through that link (Ref No. UPI/ICIC/[protected]/CCAVENUES/collect-pay-reques), after the amount was paid, he told me a senior team member will get in touch with me for further process.

      The next day I got a call from Shine.com (Anoop) He introduced himself to me and said, sir after going through your profile, we have many opportunities and within 1 week your process will be completely done and you just have to sit with the employer directly for discussions, as you are applying for a higher position, and to do all the necessary admin work you have to pay for our services which are Rs. 9976 and you will get the best of service. I hesitated but they said that they are part of the Hindustan Times Group.

      After paying Rs. 3292, I was not ready to lose that amount, so I agreed and paid Rs 9976, through the link (Ref No. UPI/ICIC/[protected]/CCAVENUES/collect-pay-request) while he was on phone, he took confirmed payment received and said sir your work will be done and he wants to transfer my call to Shine’s relationship manager.

      The call was transferred to (Pandey) the relationship manager and he asked me the same question regarding the position and location I was looking for, later he said Sir your is just about to complete, and for final completion I have to pay Rs. 35398, I got very upset and had an argument with him, so he transferred my call to (Anoop) the other shine.com employee and he said sir I am from Uttarakhand also and we are a genuine company and we will never cheat you, he again gave Hindustan Times reference and my mistake I paid that amount (Ref No. UPI/SBIN/[protected]/Razorpay Software Private Li), after that he gave me a questionnaire and I filled it send back to him. Pandey said sir within 1 week your work will be done.

      The next day again I got a call from shine.com and he introduced himself as (Abhishek) and he said Sir we went through my profile and everything is good and for any further queries I shall call him and he promised to WhatsApp me to give his personal mobile number, which he never did.

      On[protected], as well I received a call from another Shine.com employee named (Mohammad Taiyab) same thing Sir we would like to activate your profile and so on and then he sent a mail highlighting There is no job or interview guarantee and I reverted back to him with mail saying your colleagues told something else and you are contradicting them, after which I never received the reply. And on the same day I got the call from (Pandey) +91 [protected], he said sir your profile is selected by the employer and they just need few things from you, I said alright, what they want? He said sir you need to do a course of Six Sigma and that’s it, I was very upset how can an employer select someone without interviewing and had an argument with him, and again the same thing happened, He told Anoop to call me but this time I was sure they are just playing.

      They called multiple times forcing me to take that course for Rs. 36546 and even sent a mail regarding the same.

      After talking to them in harsh words and saying I will approach the cyber cell, they never called.

      I checked on many websites including consumer complaints.in and found that they have cheated many innocent people and there are many complaints against them.

      I request you to help me in getting my money refunded,

      Shine.com is a fake site, who just loot money from people.

            There representative Poonam Kaushik first asked for rs 3000 in the cover of Profile highlighter and said everyday you will get 2 posts for your jobs. On the second day the main thing starts when the introductory call starts from taking more amount that is 6000 to 7000 for extra services. When we denied for the extra amount there people stop taking our calls from 2nd day onwards. The main representative that was Poonam even she went offline and stopped receiving calls.

            This is to tell you kindly refund my amount or have guts to face your customer.

              Hello sir,
              In the morning I have got a call from shinelearning.com where they have asked me whether I am looking for a job or not. I have told them yes so for that they have told me to pay the registration amount and they will find a job for me. I have paid the charges for the registration. In the evening one client from shinelearning.com called me whose name is Jatin and asked me about my career journey. I have told my career journey after that he told me that they will take a test and they will see my strength and weakness. For that I have to give some exam on their portal so for that he has mailed me on payment gateway link and I have done the payment. As soon as i have done the payment he again send me a payment gateway link where he told me that it is for the verification charges I have told ok and I have done the payment, after doing the payment he again send me a payment gateway link after seeing the amount I have told Jatin that I can't make this payment without my parent's concern but he started to pressurized me for completing those payment and telling me that if I didn't pay the amount my process could not be start by this way he was send mail for paying this amount and that amount and when I started to tell that I don't have any money he started to give pressure on me that if you don't pay this amount then your services will not be start and even he didn't gave me any time to discuss with my parent and I have told them refund my money back and they just started to tell me that my money cannot be refunded in a very bad manner. If they tell me at first that this amount will be needed for this type of service then I can talk to my parents and consult with them after that I can proceed for the further process but they didn't tell me anything at first and pressured me for the payment.

              So sir its my request to stop my services and please refund my money back.

                  I paid Rs2, 999 registration fee which was supposed to be one time premium membership payment. Then I receive a next call for payment of Rs4, 499 for verification and then Rs5, 500 for specific job application. They have not yet properly closed my account and I have received multiple calls from them already. I would please request a refund of Rs2, 999 from them and close mt subscription.

                    Hi, I received a call from ‪+[protected]‬ from a guy named Utsav, he asked to to pay 3500rs for premium shine but meanwhile I received an offer and accepted it, same was communicated to him but he is misbehaving now with his messages on WhatsApp, its totally unprofessional and kindly take an action.

                        Yesterday, on 31st of march 2021 i got a call from a lady alleging that she is from 'shine.com" and asked me to just pay rs.10/- as registration fees.
                        she also read out the site address and later on sent me the address on wattsup, it is :
                        www.referencetoshine.in from the no.[protected].
                        when i tried to pay with my card it was rejected by my bank (hdfc) and later on the card was disabled.
                        the lady on the phone kept insisting i pay by net banking.
                        subsequently, i received a call from the bank inquiring if i tried to make any payment of 10000 by phonepe to anysite, when i denied they asked me if anybody had sent any site to which the money had to be credited.
                        i replied in affirmative, the bank then informed me that that site was a fraudulent one and not to deal with it.

After taking the money, for they were silent about the job. They also promised that they will return the money in case i don't get the job

                                As soon as I started submitting job application, I started to recieve calls from shine.

                                After many calls they persuaded me to pay a registration fees of about 5569/- for which I was promised 3 services for lifetime. After the payment they said that that they will assign a relationship manager who will help me with the process.

                                The next day a female calls and before any help she pitches in a product again for 7197/- which I paid.

                                After the payment she again asked to pay for a product for 12034/- which I paid again.

                                Then again she asked to pay 19k for another product for which I asked her to first get my previous services done.

                                At this point she got aggressive and started to loudly talk and at the time pitch in the next product saying that without this one the previous ones are of no value.

                                I was trembling sensing what has been done to me. I immediately denied for any service and asked for my refund as I no longer desire their service for which as they never told me about such huge costs.

                                They are denying for the refund of my hard earned money and I feel helpless now.
                                I am trying to get in touch with the same people but at the customer care no body is picking up the calls.
                                Kindly help me get my money back.

                                I am attaching the invoices along with the emails.

                                  the problem is not yet resolved . But the status of my complaint appears as "Resolved" . I have received some message in Whatsapp that they will send the account no I have to pay RS4660. when i asked why ... They said pay Rs2260 then they will return the money. What are the messages sent by them were not having any clear information and ultimately they need some money RS4460 or Rs 2260. Just she needs that money. thats all

                                  hope you have not read the complaint clearly. Already I have complained that your team member had given false information and collected the money . After collecting the money their behavior was different . Earlier you were asking for the payment details i have submitted . But there was no action. Now your response is different . i accuse that you people only try to cheat in many way.

                                  I directly accuse that shine team plans and cheats who approaches them.

So your representative again call me in evening. He say me your company quality product and charges. So i m not interested in pay. Shine has cheated me they have never informed me the total amount which I need to pay, after every step they are asking m to make the payment & I have done the payment. Also they have processed my loan with Zest of Rs. 25000/-

                                      It’s a fraud done by shine as they never informed me the entire package that this much amount I need to pay otherwise I have never enroll myself and paid the amount. I have paid this amount by my Credit Card and in current situation I done my money to re pay this amount.

                                      I though it’s a matter of 5000 to 10000 but it’s costing almost 1 Lakhs which I can’t afford

                                      It’s my request to pl get my amount refunded and cancel my loan application as do want to take the services of Shine.

                                      Every post Shine says the same thing "We are unable to reach you".

                                      But when they want the money, they will dig you out from the middle of earth also.

                                      Government should stop/arrest these fraud companies.
