    Hi, This is girish.d here and i have been cheated by the company name called shine.com by abhishek telling that we will provide back door entry to the company on september 16th 2019 . they have charged me 2700 for interview then after every round they asked money i felt it is genuine and we started paying and they sent th e cognizent offer letter and then they gave joining of 10th feb 2020 they extended the date to march 24th. then i asked for the refund but they told you will have to pay 28% of gst then will refund you money. i paid that also but after that his phone is switched off they gave agreement copy also but dont know what to do please help us out i was in wipro before this interview happen i lost that job also and till now i am not working because of this issue and the pandamic. please help me out. his number is [protected]

        I got a call from shine.com and data entry job post and initially ask to pay 1800 for the one time registration process. Again 2nd day I guy called there should be company verification happen so make another 4000. That time I stopped believing them and not made any payments. When I asked the refund earlier 1800 rupees money. So he relying me rudily and again 2000 rupees refunded gst charges etc. I attached my payment confirmation details and I need my money immediately and I would formally file case in mandla police station and cyber cell.

          I got Call from Sneha from shine .com she told first do subscription fee 3 K plus after that Mr abhnau called me and asked me to pay one by one amount 3K, 5K, 7K, 14K ETC after that again he asked me one more after that again he asked one more till that i have paid total 36 k than as i have asked them is this the last or else again i have to pay extra in future as he said this is final again he sheared me one more PI for payment i said sorry not possible and he has taken different different service charges and directly i have denied i will not pay for this and immediate his voice got change i understood this is kind of fraud business you are running in name of HT media, till date i am keep on writing mail for refund they are not ready to refund neither they are giving right service nor refund
          i am requesting such kind of motivational crime and cheat, fraud company still ruining in India as i have invoice against all transaction till date no recommendation, they are cheating with all candidate my request, this kind of company immediate need to close and seal without further delay with all refund here i am requesting cyber crime team intervention for above subject

            Today I got a call from Shine jobs executive and informed me about the payment service INR 4660 . Then i made the payment . Then she said that that she would like to discuss about the profile and about the service . In the evening she informed few things about the profile and told me that i have to pay for the profile verification INR 7197 and certificate verification INR10831.Then only she can proceed .while I asked is there any other payment required She said no thats all . I made it .immediately she asked me to pay for job and interview training 13087 then only She can proceed . Then i asked why did you say no further payment required .then As I dont like to continue I did ask for repayment . She said that they never make repayment .

            the problem is not yet resolved . But the status of my complaint appears as "Resolved" . I have received some message in Whatsapp that they will send the account no I have to pay RS4660. when i asked why ... They said pay Rs2260 then they will return the money. What are the messages sent by them were not having any clear information and ultimately they need some money RS4460 or Rs 2260. Just she needs that money. thats all

                SUBJECT: SERVICE FRAUDULENCE: SHINE.COM/ HINDUSTAN TIMES’ JOB PORTAL

                This is w.r.t. the inconspicuous and misleading services of Shine.com.

                After days of persuasion from their employee Mr.Harshid, I finally agreed to take up "Application Highlighter" on 18.01.2021. He told me not to worry since it is a reputed job portal under Hindustan Times.
                He also told me that I will have Mr.Pankaj as a Personal Relationship Manager who will assist me through until I get on to a job.
                I therefore paid 3027/- after negotiating from 3600/-. Hoping it was a fair deal.
                Soon after that I got a call from Mr.Pankaj saying he will be assisting me and then went on to say that I should apply for Career Assessment Test for Rs.4000/- and that if I don’t take up this test based on my profile, the previous service that I just took will be of no use. This CAT, will be attached to my resume and application while submitting for job prospects basis on which I will get a telephonic call first followed by interview and that I should be ready within 2 hrs of their intimation.
                Sounding something not right, I had already sent an email to their mail id [protected]@shine.com notifying my displeasure on this additional payment.
                Since I had already paid the initial amount, after much debate and assurance, I finally agreed to pay 3717/- for the second service too. After I took up the test, the service got closed. I have no access to the REPORT OR CERTIFICATE whatsoever. What do I do after taking the test!!!
                It is a COMPLETE TRAP..
                Through this complaint letter, I wish to alert all the aspiring job seekers to be aware of this TRAP and not fall prey and be sorry later like the thousands of job seekers who were trapped by their false promises.
                Till date the so called escalation team has not even bothered to speak to me despite so many calls. They just say we cannot refund your money. This is complete apathy! For they know they will still survive and get many more prey in the job market.

                  I got a call from shine.com and Team HR for the job post and initially asked to pay 3617 rupees for the one time registration process. Again a guy called sidharth called me saying "there should be company verification" happen so make another 10000. That time i stopped believing them and not made any payment. When I asked abt the refund of earlier 3600 rupees money, he started replying rudely and stating it cant be refunded anymore. I attched my payment confirmation details below and i need my refund immediately. ELse i would formally file case in the Bangalore central court. Though the amount is small, such a cheap website to loot money from people.

                  Haven't heard anything from them still. They just told u will get call and may not refund the money. If its not been taken care would definitely take legal advice and apply for Section 415 in The Indian Penal Code.
                  HI Sure, its been more than 2 weeks now and I have not got any job calls which you guys assured before making payment. As per your company norm, if i didnt get any placement within 2 weeks, the amount will be refunded. So I want the refund at the earliest. Below are my details :

                      On 3rd December 2020, I received the call from Mr, Varun from shine from this mobile number +91 [protected], he informed me to invest one time payment of rupees 3292 for a job, after that call received one by one asked for payment and paid by me around 34, 027 Rupees.

                      Your person did not inform me about the total investment amount while first call discussion and now I lost a total amount of 34, 027 ( Thirty four thousand and twenty seven rupee ) and otherwise i would have informed at first call itself to shine i am not interested, again asked for payment of 24, 779
                      Shine persons would have to inform me about the total investment, , Keep informing me to pay the amount, which is not a good practice and i am completely not ok like this approach from shine .

                      Please refund the total amount of 34, 027 Rupees which I paid to shine to me immediately

                      The final call discussed on 3rd Dec 2020 with Mr.Sooraj Sharma at 6.49 pm and contact number is +[protected] from shine employment service and informed to refund my amount .

                      All paid transactions screenshots i already send email to [protected]@shine.com on 3rd Dec 2020.

                        First shine executive called demanded one-time payment of RS 3657/-.
                        Then on the next call took RS 5253.26/-. Very next took RS 9668.76 as service. Next to that forced to pay RS 16518/-. Again demanding for more money but I refused then they provided a disclaimer that so and so service will not opt and we will not be able to help you for your job search etc. Felt like whole money goes waste, unnecessarily enrolled for undesired courses and took money when I asked for refund then again given disclaimer Shine does not have a refund policy. Absolutely cheating with job seekers. Need help to get all my money refund.

                          The company asked me to pay Rs.3000/- to take membership so that a suitable representative person would look into my profile and would arrange interview schedule for me as per my skills and expereince.

                          But after paying Rs.3000/-, again they are asking me to pay Rs.5545/- for Career Assessment Test and Education Verification purposes which were not told by them earlier.

                            Greetings of the day
                            This mail is in regards to the job portal search which has left me feel cheated.
                            I had got a call from the Shine team in regards to a paid feature to highlight the jobs in the market. Vikrant well explained how to process line would work. He mentioned the cost of the facility and took a fee of Rs.4259.00 (incl. taxes).I have asked him multiple times if i will be charged anything extra for the any purpose in future, during the search. He convinced saying there would be no additional charges to this and this would be the final charge in which we will have all the services taken care. Hence i proceeded today and got my self enrolled by paying the amount.Later i got an email for the Shine team, to send my updated CV. I did that too. after which i received a call from Vicky who explained me in details about how will the process work, after which he threw a bomb which said incase we need to proceed for highlighting the profile we would need an additional of Rs, 14000/-.I was shocked that just this morning i was said there would be no addtional cost other than the Rs.4259.00 and now before the day ends i get to know i have to pay additional Rs.14000/- to proceed. When i asked Vicky why is this no been told during the sale of the premium package as Mr.Abhishek and Venkat tells me there would be no additional cost. Vicky tells me that untill we review your CV we cannot mention the cost. How will we know if your profile needs to structured. My only question is why is this not informed during the initial sale its self, stating that incase we find the CV not upto the mark there will be an additional cost. At Least we would have a image of the expenses that can be incured.Now i feel cheated and i do not wish to proceed with Sine, i request you to kindly initiate a refund of Rs.4259.00 which i have payed. below is the receipt for your kind reference.

                              I have been cheated and informed that I will be getting 2 interviews per week on a committed basis. Later, I came to know that this is not true.

                              Luckily, the services are yet to be activated as I have not approved the same.

                              The service is not required. Refund my money immediately.

                                Hi Team,
                                This is to inform i got call from shine saying will be providing job and you need to pay 3, 000/- Rs and later they demanded you need to provide 7, 500/- and again they told me they will streamline the package if i pay 25000/- on an around i paid completely 48000/- i have the mail copy from the executive team also for not paying any amount.
                                Now if i call the phone number which they are providing it is coming as switched off which is shine website phone number only.
                                Please do not trust this fraud company they cheat with the name of job and step by step they manipulate to pay additional amount.
                                Be aware do not trust SHINE .com big fraud scam.

                                  Dear sir ..I am searching a job in Google then apply my resume in shine.com with phone number .. after 2 hrs later I have many messages from that link. Many vacancies are provided for you in airline and icici bank also. I didn't mind it . after that calling many numbers . I skip them. Once I was attended that calls one lady is spoke to me you have surely selected 11 am to 1 pm between you have attend the interview .. senior manager will call you .. I trust them .. completed this process send 3000 rs after that you get job offer letter .. I Will send the half of the money 1500 with photocopies of original certificates ...then again call that lady send full amount after finishing process you get confirmation letter also ...then i search that link in Google I see the many fraud complaint ..sir plz help me protected my certificate from that fraud people's 😭

                                    They call me from shine.com for an interview at HR IT SOLUTION, JAINA TOWER, 8 FLOOR, District Centre, Janakpuri West. I have given an interview after that they demand money as a security deposit I asked that it's a consultancy or company they said it's a company and we create your ID etc, however, they convinced me that time so I paid Rs.1500 and given my document also and they called me after 1 week. Now they are not receiving calls when I go there they denied returning the money and did not talk like before. Please take some action on this fake and fraud company.

                                      Sir I have got a message from shine.com and cal from the same person mentioned in that message... And they said me that I have been selected for accountant job in Bangalore airport for jet airways... And they asked me to pay 2500rs for registration + 7500rs to get my aviation certificate + 15000rs (10000rs to open my salary account and 5000 for medical checkup ) by saying that all this amount will be reimbursed... But now many are telling me that it must be a fake recruitment... But totally I have paid them 5201rs ... My dad is an auto driver and even though in this bad situation I have paid them to get the job... Sir plz do check and tell me whether this is fake or what? Please do help me to get my 14000 rupees back ... Please... Or else I am gonna die... Because I am in a very bad situation and I can't loose this much money... Please somebody help me in getting my amount back... Please its my humble request...

                                      Please refer to my trailing email dated 01 Feb 2021 and am once again writing below how the official of Shine.com extracted Rs 36, 047.63 (i.e. Rs 9264.63 + Rs 8967 + Rs 17, 816) and after getting Rs 36, 047.63/_ Mr Abhishel (SME) further demanded another payment of Rs 28, 000/_ on some other flimsy pretext.  I became alarmed and had firmly told Mr Abhishek during the conversation that I am not interested in taking any services from Shione.com and all my transferred amounts (i.e. Rs 36, 047.63/_) be refunded back immediately as am not interested in any of Shine.com services nor will be submitting my education qualification certificates  neither with activate any of the links being forwarded to me as am not at all feeling confident the way money is being demanded one after the other without giving any services.   
                                      Please note that since 28 Jan 2021 till date, I have neither submitted any of my education certificate nor have activated any of the links forwarded to me nor intend to appear for your examination as it appears to me, some kind of scam where maximum money is extracted from candidates after referring that officials are from HT Media group. 
                                      In view of above its requested to refund complete amount (i.e. Rs 36, 047.63) paid to Shine.com as have not availed any services for the amount paid to Shine.com
