Today i have chatted with shine.com agent to ask about any annual package for profile highlighting they told me to share mail and mobile number but i haven't shared .Suddenly i have received a call from shine.com they told you have raised an query regarding that we called

i told them that i want to know any annual package is there they forwarded call to one of their associate and asked me to pay some amount about 3185/- to highlight my resume .they asked me to stay in line and asked me to pay through some email that have been sent to mail and i payed 3185 /- afterwards they told that they will assign to one of their executive as a coordinator to my profile .

after 2 hours coordinator who they assigned called and asked me all about my job experience and salary and he told that we have to check educational certificates and for that again they asked me to pay 5185/- and asked me to stay in line and pay but i got doubt and i didn't pay my family members asked me to search in internet and so i did and found that as fraud steeling money .kindly keep case on him and refund my money

      Hi there,
      I'd like to file a complaint against shine.com. They called me and offered some services which the shared over the email and asked me to pay some amount. I paid the amount considering the profile booster they will give to my profile for job searches. They also assigned me a Relationship Manager who they said will work with me on improving my profile and chances. To my surprise the RM asked me to verify the documents for which I have to pay another fee which they calculate based on my experiecne and education qualification. I found this fishy and came here to see similar complaints from so many users.
      I dont want any of their services and simply want my money back. This is a scam they are running.

        I Have received multiple time call from [protected] (visak) and saying please subscribe my shine protal amount of rs.49 but he called me and asking my account number for subscription and he ask my account details and deducte amount of rs.34698. From my account using OTP number .kindly help me to get amount to back to my account.

                  My name is Sumit Prajapati i have registed on buy a profile booster package of 3292rs..after that they asked me to pay more amount of 5192 tolding that its a part of subsription and they again demanded 9556/- rs for other services saying that i will not get any benifits so i paid and they they demaned rs 15928 saying if i not paid then it will go on auto mode and they will not be responsible i didnt had money so they asked me to pay through zebpay i lost all my saving and salary and they didnt stop there again they called and said i have to pay rs 24779/- and blackmailed if i will not pay profile wi go on auto mode...this all happed today that is 31/12/1992. I lost all my saving i am already paying my home emi and taken personal loan also now my all saving gone and new EMI started on zeb pay...please help to get my money back.

                  I am attaching all email of order and invoice and transactions.

                    Hi Team,
                    I have received a call from the Shine.com and asked for payment for premium services then I made the payment with amount of 3736.83 post that they asked for another payment and told me that If i do not make the payment then no use of ealier payment then I made the payment with amount of 4775.02. As they did same thing again and again, at last I have made the total payment of amount rs.16951.16.
                    Now they are asking for payment with amount of 11000 appx. to use premium services of shine.com.

                    And i am not capable to make the that amount to them. Hence, I have asked for refund to me. However they confirmed to me that refund cannot be initiated to me.

                    Please help me out with this situation

                        I have spoke to Mr.Arjun from Shine.com as a costumer care representative and would like to register a complaint against him.
                        As a client to Shine.com I have full rights to make a decision on purchase of any career package. Let me explain you in detail about the unprofessional attitude of your representative.
                        I had spoke to your client services representative and he suggested me to purchase a career growth package and I had denied it as I was not interested in it presently. Even after my denial he contacted me on WhatsApp which itself is unprofessional and upon no response from me he saved/ took screenshot of my profile picture and commented on it.
                        I have never expected such a unprofessional behavior from any company representative.
                        Highly ashamed of Shine.com and its professionalism.

                          Hi,

                          I received a call stating that my profile is good and I can avail premium services to get a new job inside or outside the country. Since I have been on the lookout for a new job since many months, I have taken some time to decide whethere I should opt for the service or not, and after discussing with family and friends, I had decided to opt for the services. Inclusing India, Canada, Europe and Singapore, I was asked to make the total payment of ₹8, 203. I have invoice of the payment in my inbox. After the payment, roughly six hours later, I received a call again to pay ₹15, 000 more so that my profile could be updated and published as per international standards before the time limit of 24 hours after making payment for premium membership service. This information was not shared with me and I was not given any hint that I would have to make additional payments after the first payment. I refused to make the payment of ₹15, 000, but I was told that I will have to withstand any loss as they would not be responsible if I do not receive good job opportunities because I did not make the payment sue to which my profile would be published in its incomplete form after 24 hours of the the first payment. I firmly believe that it is highly irregular to demand such payments on unreasonable grounds, this way of functioning is strange, and I demand a complete refund of the amount I have paid (₹8, 203)as I do not wish to avail any of their services anymore and I am highly dissatisfied with the unprofessional conduct and misdemeanour of Shine.

                            Hi, i want to complain about shine.com which only calls you and ask to make payment for various registration as a part of profile highligting and making your profile better and in the name of getting you more jobs which is a total fraud . I got first call for registration which cost me 3292 inr and then subsequently I got call for making payment for education registration being 5190 which I did. Again I got invoice for approval 9900 which I didn't pay and asked to refund all the amount I paid but the company is not refunding any amount. Even the biggest service finding apps are giving all the features with refund options. I want refund for all the payments I made.

                                One of your customer care call me today 25th DEC 2020 at 4:43pm regarding information about a job for me then she ask me to confirm my credentials regarding the job, and when she ask me regarding my work experience then i told her that i have already mentioned the dates in my cv as well as in the site, after this point she start talking rudely with me saying "you don't required a job, you are arrogant and bla-bla" then cut the phone immidetly.                                   Sir,
                                  First I received a call from shine.com that they will provide me services for finding job and I need to pay 4092.00 for their services. During initial payment they told this is the final payment. Thereafter after 30 minutes I received a call for payment of Rs. 5192 for certification services. This was also paid after getting assurance that this is the final payment. After that immediately they produce a invoice of Rs. 9566.00 for some other services. Then I realised I was duped and immediately stopped payment. Thereafter I received a mail for courses of negotiation skills and education verification course. This is total fraud company and I should be refunded my money.

                                    I met a fraud call from shine.com asking me to pay 25rs for form registration charges and when I made. Msg received from bank the deduction amount 4000 than 2000 continuesly the alerts I am getting my money simultaneously deducted... Plz stop it. Otherwise I have to take an serious action against this site.

                                      Hello my name is Ruba Parvez. I have got msg from this number [protected] for banking process job so I called her Her name is Priya she asked me to register on this link this is the link details that she sent me bit.ly/2IjobB I opened it and fill the details she asked me to pay 50 rupees only so I did it but it debited my 4949 amount after this I called her and complained her about this she asked me to go to that link again and login it and you will get the refund but inspite of refunding they fraudly debited 9949 and again 9949 I lost my 24847 money I cried to her and yell her please please do something I can now only believe you guys i have also saved call record please take action as soon as possible please help me to refund my money it happened today on 22 Dec 2020

                                      They took huge amount from me and now I don't what to do...
                                      What are you guys doing it's more than 6 hours of this incident happened I mean it's a cyber crime

But I would like to say something to you guys, as much as these fraud guys are involved in this dirty money sucking game you guys are as well. Because they are running a business on your name and all the complaints you guys are receiving everyday it is a sign you guys "Team Shine" has to take action on this. Because we know "The Shine" the job provider portal not these fraud guys behind the name of shine. I request you to please protect your name at lease.
