Hi,
I received a call stating that my profile is good and I can avail premium services to get a new job inside or outside the country. Since I have been on the lookout for a new job since many months, I have taken some time to decide whethere I should opt for the service or not, and after discussing with family and friends, I had decided to opt for the services. Inclusing India, Canada, Europe and Singapore, I was asked to make the total payment of ₹8, 203. I have invoice of the payment in my inbox. After the payment, roughly six hours later, I received a call again to pay ₹15, 000 more so that my profile could be updated and published as per international standards before the time limit of 24 hours after making payment for premium membership service. This information was not shared with me and I was not given any hint that I would have to make additional payments after the first payment. I refused to make the payment of ₹15, 000, but I was told that I will have to withstand any loss as they would not be responsible if I do not receive good job opportunities because I did not make the payment sue to which my profile would be published in its incomplete form after 24 hours of the the first payment. I firmly believe that it is highly irregular to demand such payments on unreasonable grounds, this way of functioning is strange, and I demand a complete refund of the amount I have paid (₹8, 203)as I do not wish to avail any of their services anymore and I am highly dissatisfied with the unprofessional conduct and misdemeanour of Shine.
